본 연구에서는 공과대학 여대생들을 대상으로 진로를 지도하는 학과 교수들을 지원하기 위하여 진로지도 가이드라인을 개발하였다. 현황을 파악하고 가이드라인을 도출하기 위하여 7명의 공과대학 교수로 구성된 전문가그룹을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI: Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 분석한 결과, 공과대학 여대생들에게는 효능감 향상, 전공역량 강화, 실무역량 증진, 기초역량 함양, 구체적인 취업정보 안내가 요구되는 것으로 나타났으며, 분석결과는 가이드라인의 5대 설계요소로 활용되었다. 이를 바탕으로 학년별 지도 항목과 5대 요소를 체크하고 피드백하며, 실제 진로지도에서 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 활용양식을 제안하였다. 2회의 전문가회의를 거쳐 가이드라인과 활용양식의 타당도를 검증하고 수정 보완하였다. 마지막으로 가이드라인이 잘 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.

최근 AI와 로봇기술 등으로 개인정보를 포함한 데이터의 처리가 일상화됨에 따라 한국정부는 개인정보 비식별 조치 가이드라인 및 데이터 3법을 발표함으로써 개인정보 비식별화를 돕고자 하였다. 하지만 복잡한 비식별화 절차와 이의 효과에 대한 불명확함으로 기업들이 개인정보를 포함한 빅데이터의 활용에 어려움을 겪고, 동시에 시민단체나 소비자단체에서는 현 가이드라인에 따른 비식별화 절차가 개인정보를 보호하기에 충분하지 않다고 지적하고 있다. 본고에서는 비식별화 현황과 기술을 검토하고 현 가이드라인의 한계점을 보완 함으로써 데이터 활용 업체와 기관들의 정확한 비식별화를 돕고 빅데이터 활용의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

최근 한국에서는 기후변화에 따른 영향으로 집중호우의 발생 빈도와 강우강도 증가 및 지속적인 도시침수로 인한 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생하고 있다. 도시침수 예측은 수치모델링, 강우기반의 침수예측 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며, 정량적인 침수계측데이터를 활용한 분석기술은 부족한 실정이다. 침수지도, 침수예측 결과 검증과 더불어 센서기반의 정량적인 침수심 계측 결과를 활용한 도시침수 관리기술 개발이 필요하다. 현재 개발된 침수센서는 개발 주체에 따라 센서 관리 규정이 각각 상이하며, 정해진 규격과 기본적인 성능기준이 부재함에 따라 예산, 유지관리 등 비효율적인 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 침수센서의 설치시 효율화와 시행착오 등을 방지하기 위해 침수센서의 설치 및 운영에 필요한 성능기준과 설치방법 등을 가이드라인으로 제시하고자 하였다. 가이드라인을 작성하기 위해 도심지 침수센서 관련 설치절차, 설치위치 선정방안, 측정주기, 점검 및 관리 방안 등에 대한 국내외 사례를 조사하였으며, 사례 분석을 통해 침수센서 가이드라인 목차를 도출하였다. 가이드라인 목차로는 침수센서 세부구성 및 작동원리를 기술한 표준모델 구축 방안과 지표, 지표하 등의 계측지점별 센서 설치방안, 현장설치 절차도, 시운전지침으로 구성하였다. 향후 가이드라인을 통해 침수센서를 효율적으로 운영하여 도시침수 발생시 선제적 대응체계 강화 방안 마련에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

NASA는 지난 15년간 주요 과학미션 비용의 약 1%를 교육과 public outreach에 투자했으며 NSF 천문학분야 연구비의 약 6% 이상이 교육과 특별활동에 사용되고 있다는 보고가 있다. 국내 천문학 연구 프로젝트에서도 교육 및 public outreach에 대한 예산 할당과 프로젝트의 교육적 활용 및 대국민 홍보 활동을 위한 구체적인 연구가 필요한 상황이다. 이번 연구에서는 국내 천문학 연구 프로젝트의 교육적 활용을 위하여 1)NASA의 과학미션과 관련된 교육자 가이드들을 사례조사 하였고, 2)사례조사 결과와 2007 개정 과학과 교육과정을 고려하여 KMTNet 프로젝트의 교육자 가이드를 e-book 형태로 개발 하였다. 이번 발표에서는 개발된 교육자 가이드의 배포 및 활용 방안과 국내에서 수행중인 천문학 프로젝트(KVN, GMT, SKA, ALMA 등)들의 교육자 가이드 제작을 위한 사업방안을 소개하고 산업체, 학교, 연구기관에 종사하는 분야별 전문가들로 부터 다양한 의견을 청취하고자 한다.

In this study, we developed career guidance guidelines in order to support professors in guiding the career development of female students in engineering programs. Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted by a group of experts composed of 7 professors at the department of computer engineering in order to identify the current status and draw guidelines. It was found that the female students of engineering college were required to improve their efficacy, strengthen their major competency, improve their practical job competency, cultivate basic competency, and provide guidance on specific employment information. Then, we suggested the five elements of each grade and checklists focusing on five elements and proposed the forms so that they can be easily utilized in actual career guidance. At two expert meetings, the validity of the guidelines and the forms were verified and revised. Finally, we suggested a way to streamline the application of these guidelines.

Inmitten der Flut der privaten und öffentlichen Information gilt die riesige Informationsmenge als Schlüsselressource im Zeitalter der 4. industriellen Revolution, repräsentiert durch Big-Data. Das Interesse an diesen wächst weltweit. Es gibt eine aktive Diskussion darüber, wie man Daten sichert und akkumuliert und wie man die gesammelten Daten sicher und effektiv nutzt. Gesundheitsdaten werden vor allem als die wertvollste Ressource bewertet, für die Big-DataTechnologie eingesetzt wird. Um Gesundheitsdaten sinnvoll zu nutzen, müssen verteilte Gesundheitsdaten integriert und den Benutzern in einer Form zur Verfügung gestellt werden, die für Forschung oder Inspektion verwendet werden kann. In einer Situation, in der große Länder um den Aufbau bzw. die Führung der Datenwirtschaft konkurrieren, wurden im August 2020 auch in Südkorea die sog. „3-Daten-Gesetze" geändert, die das Datenschutzgesetz(DSG) enthälten. Das DSG führte das Konzept der pseudonymen Informationen ein und baute eine Rechtsgrundlage für deren Verwendung auf. Als Folgemaßnahme kündigte die, Kommission für den Schutz personenbezogener Daten(Personal Information Protection Commission: PIPC)' die „Richtlinien für die Bahandlung mit pseudonymen Informationen" und, Ministerium für Gesundheit und Wohlfahrt' die „Richtlinien für die Verwendung von Gesundheitsdaten" an. Gesundheitsdaten stehen direkt in Zusammenhang mit Leben und Körper des Menschen und damit enthalten viele sensible Daten. Es handelt sich also um ein System, das aus einer vorsichtigeren und konservativeren Sicht unter der Voraussetzung verwendet werden kann, personenbezogene Daten sicherer zu schützen. Um die Hauptinhalte der „Richtlinien für Verwendung von Gesundheitsdaten" zu analysieren, überprüften wir zunächst die Hauptinhalte des überarbeiteten DSG. Danach durch die Analyse der wesentlichen Inhalte der „Richtlinien für Verwendung von Gesundheitsdaten" wurden Probleme wie Konflikte mit anderen Gesetzen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen überprüft.

The purpose of this study is to develop design guidelines for developing innovative products utilizing the characteristics of creative consumers(cresumers) who create alternative usages of consumer products, and to suggest effective way of applying the guidelines in design process. To do this, the study conducted the analysis on the characteristics and types of cresumers and in-depth interviews and observations of actual cresumers. The study was able to initially come up with 131 items in 7 categories through keywordization and affinity analysis of prior outcomes, and reorganized and modified those to 52 items in 4 categories. After verification of co-relationship and credibility analysis with 2 evaluation sessions (7-scale SD), the study has reached 4 categories - product concept development, product development, product use environment, and market possibility - with 46 guideline items. The study developed a design toolkit to effectively apply the guidelines in the product development process. The toolkit consists of three chapters and provides explanations and related examples to clarify the categories and individual guidelines, designed in the form of cards and booklet.

한국공업포장협회(KAIP)는 일본의 일본곤포공업조합연합회(JPA)와 중국의 중국포장연합회(CPF)와 함께 수송포장가인드라인(이후 가이드라인이라 칭함)을 제정하고 있다. 제정의 배경과 추진 현황 그리고 주요 내용 및 활용 계획에 대하여 설명하고 관련 업계 및 종사자들에게 이해의폭을 넓혀 제정 후에 이 가이드라인이 효과적으로 활용되어 수출 포장 화물의 손상 사고를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있게 되기를 기대하면서 현재 제정 사업이 진행 중에 있지만 가이드라인의 추진 배경, 현황 및 앞으로의 계획을 소개하고자 한다.

A variety of BPM (Business Process Management) standards to achieve interoperability among heterogeneous systems have been released. Areas of BPM standards include business process modeling, process execution and management, and monitoring and controlling. The purpose of this research is to develop an adoption strategy and guideline for implementing BPM standards. We suggest a strategy for implementing BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), BPEL (Business Process Execution Language), and BPQL (Business Process Query Language) and provide a specific implementation guideline for developing BPM solutions using each standard. We expect that BPM vendors can establish their own strategy for adopting BPM standards and implement BPM solutions efficiently and effectively with the help of the strategy and guideline described in this paper.
