One of the main goals of providing open access is to vitalize the exchange of academic information by allowing access to the scholarly research outputs for everyone without the legal, financial, and technical barriers. We regard the use of the institutional repository as an open access enabler. In this study, we tried to make the factors, which enable the successful deployment of the institutional repository, explicit. We utilized literature review and case studies to generate the potential success factors for the institutional repository deployment. We verified the factors by having in-depth interviews with the subject matter experts. The resulting factors were organized as organizational, political, and technical ones. The organizational factors included the strong open access support by the organization heads. Under the policy factors, a number of issues such as selection of the core contents, minimum quality control, protection of the copyrights, forming supporting groups through active advertising, long-term preservation, incentive, and mandate, were included. The technical factors included easy submission, support for interoperability, and support for the publication activities.

This study aims to assess the competitiveness of 30 logistics centers that operate in the hinterland of the North Container Port at Busan New Port. Thirty-two key factors were selected from previous studies to analyze and improve competitiveness and expand business opportunities in the hinterland. Suggestions from logistics experts were also canvassed. These variables were then put through first- and second-factor analysis to verify validity and measure confidence levels; they were later categorized into five factors and 15 sub-factors impacting on competitiveness. The categorized factors were compared using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the importance of each factor and sub-factor in the case of logistics centers in the North Container hinterland of Busan New Port. The findings indicate that factors related to the securing of significant amounts of container cargoes were of greater importance. On the other hand, relatively basic factors proved to be less important in improving the competitiveness of the port hinterland.

This study is a study on ways to revitalize traditional markets in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and a total of 188 of the 2021 Cheonan City traditional market and shopping district fact-finding data were used for research and analysis. In order to revitalize the environment improvement of traditional markets, it can be seen that environmental changes suitable for the times are primarily required. The traditional market is an underdeveloped space, and through the parking environment improvement project and facility modernization project (toilet, facility equipment, etc.), space is improved through a specialization and subdivision process to meet the needs of the times, thereby increasing operational convenience, increasing visitor use, and improving natural perception. can promote In addition, the efficiency and effectiveness of the traditional market vitalization project can be increased when differentiated management vitalization contents and facility modernization projects are organically harmonized. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the environmental improvement of facilities among the traditional market vitalization factors for the vitalization of the traditional market, and proposes a plan that can be a practical alternative to the government support policy for the traditional market.

The purpose of this study was to activate marina development by empirically analyzing the development determinants of the marina, to provide the basic date for the effective implementation of 'the 2nd Marina Port Basic Plan' and marina industrial development. To accomplish the study goal, the survey was conducted with 356 locals residing in five marina development regions of three districts. The factors relative to the marina development included general characteristics such as age, income level, interest group, residential area, and the reasons of conflicts such as collectivism, exclusion from the development process, and the environmental problems. The marina development pros and cons (approval or opposition) and marina development conflict types (profit or value conflict) were used as the dependent variables. The following results were obtained by using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program to perform the technical statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and logistic regression analysis. First, as a result of analyzing the marina development pros and cons, age, income level, interest group, residential area, and residence period among demographic characteristics were significant. Second, the factors of collectivism and exclusion of development process among the causes of conflict were significant. Third, age, income level, and residential area among demographic characteristics were significant factors.

무기체계에 내장되는 소프트웨어는 국방 자산으로 효율적인 관리가 되지 않는 상태라고 볼 수 있다. 체계적인 소프트웨어 개발관리를 요구하는 명문화된 정부의 규정이 미비한 점과 소프트웨어 개발에 투입된 비용을 적정하게 보전해 주지 못하는 원가계산 방식 등이 국내 방산부분의 소프트웨어 산업 활성화를 저해하는 1차적인 요인으로 지적할 수 있고, 더불어서 표준화된 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스를 구축하여 시행하려는 업체의 기술적인 노력이 부족했었던 점도 방산부분의 소프트웨어 산업이 활성화되지 못한 주요 원인에 포함된다고 할 수 있다.

경기개발연구원이 'ESCO 사업 활성화 방안'에 관한 연구용역을 추진했다. 이번 연구용역은 ESCO 사업에 관한 인식조사에 대한 설문을 실시하고 경기도의 ESCO 활성화 방안을 제시해 현재의 ESCO 산업을 돌아보는 계기가 되었다. 경기도는 인구 증가 및 개발 압력이 높고 전국에서 에너지 비중이 높은 도시이자, 에너지 절약 투자에 대한 잠재적 수요가 높은 지역이다. 이번 연구는 ESCO에 장애가 되는 요인을 살펴보고 경기도 에너지 효율 향상을 위한 ESCO사업 활성화 방안과 지자체의 역할을 알아보는 시간이 되었다. 이번 연구를 주도한 경기개발연구원의 환경정책 연구부 연구위원인 고재경 박사에게 이번 연구의 성과와 ESCO의 나아갈 방향에 대해 심도있는 얘기를 들어보았다.

초고속 인터넷망의 보급으로 멀티미디어 환경에서의 디지털 콘텐츠 생산 및 유통은 시간적, 공간적 제약을 뛰어 넘어 다방면으로 활성화되고 있다. 네트워크 구조에서의 파일전송기술에 의해 디지털 콘텐츠는 인터넷 공간에서 역학적인 사회적 관계을 맺은 사용자에 의해 공유되고 있으며, 공급과 수요의 증가로 불법 콘텐츠 시장이 육성되어 저작권에 대한 법적인 이슈가 날로 첨예화 되고 있다. 본 연구는 네트워크 환경에서 사회적 연결망을 기반으로 한 사용자의 콘텐츠 공유 행위에 대한 심리적 요인를 분석함으로써, 사용자간의 관계 조명 및 상호작용과 콘텐츠 공유의 동기부여요인 대해 논의해 보고자 한다. 이를 위한 첫번째로 현재 인터넷 시장의 디지털 콘텐츠 공유현황 분석이 선행되었고, 두번째로 가상공간에서의 커뮤니케이션은 사회적 관계형성이란 관점에서 사용자간의 공유 행위를 정리하였으며, 마지막으로 공유 행위자의 심리적 욕구를 아브라함 매슬로우(Abraham H. Maslow) 욕구단계설을 근간으로 하여 재조명하였다. 이는 네트워크 구조에서의 콘텐츠 생산에 활성화를 위하여 다각적인 측면으로 접근하였으며, 향후 정법화된 디지털 콘텐츠 시장 조성을 위한 가이드로 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the current state of e-commerce for corporations in the steel industry and to analyze the factors that led failure in active use of e-commerce. Data from 51 companies are col looted. Factors that affect the e-commerce adoption and use of were analyzed. The influence of e-commerce utilization on corporate performance was also examined. It was found that several factors known to influence e-commerce use in the steel industry such as transact ion methods, preferences, and the level of information-orientation, did not actually have a significant impact. Rather items such as the maturity of e-commerce experience and perceptual compatibility between product characteristics and e-commerce turned out to have a significant influence on the utilization levels of e-commerce. The level of e-commerce utilization in system had a significant impact on each of the three performance dimensions : internal performance, external performance and financial performance.
