This paper attempts to explore the impact of technological regulation on technological innovation and performance of Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) by analysing a survey data of 286 Korean SMEs. The 3-step mediated regression analysis results reveal that the perceived regulatory burden is negatively associated with SMEs' R&D investment and innovation of product and process. Moreover, the level of regulatory burden may affect the objective and subjective performance of SMEs. The results suggest that regulatory policies for reducing regulatory burden need to be designed and implemented in order to enhance technological innovation and performance of SMEs.

The Korean government has made it a major national task to contribute to the revitalization of the creative economy, such as creating new industries and jobs, by encouraging the private opening and utilization of public data. The Korean government is promoting public data quality improvement through activities such as conducting public data quality management level evaluation for high-quality public data retention. However, there is a difference in diagnosis results depending on the understanding and data expertise of users of the public data quality diagnosis tool. Therefore, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the diagnosis results. This paper proposes a public data quality management level evaluation domain rule mapping model applicable to validation diagnosis among the data quality diagnosis standards. This increases the stability and accuracy of public data quality diagnosis.

The purpose of this study was to compare the conceptual and algorithmic problem solving ability on Boyle's law and Charles's law according to cognitive levels and characteristics of students in middle school 1st grade students. For this study, questionnaire items of conceptual and algorithmic problem solving ability were developed. and the problem solving ability according to cognitive levels and characteristics of students was compared. The long-term memory effect in conceptual and algorithmic problem solving ability according to cognitive levels was investigated, and problem solving process were analyzed by questionnaire items. In the results of this study, conceptual problem solving ability was higher than algorithmic problem solving ability in all cognitive levels. There was statistically significant difference in concrete operational period and transitional period students. In comparison of the long-term memory effect in conceptual and algorithmic problem solving ability, formal operational period students had the long-term memory effect. There was no statistically significant difference in the conceptual and algorithmic problem solving ability according to private education among the characteristics of students. But there was statistically significant difference in the problem solving ability according to experiences of the scientific activities and hopes to related scientific careers. From results of analysis of problem solving process, it is known that the students had a tendency to just remember macroscopic phenomena and to solve the problems without understanding the concepts. Therefore, teaching and learning strategy is necessary to replace unscientific concepts by the scientific concepts through identifying students's unscientific concepts in advance.

Previous researches have introduced various ways to analyze the impact of standardization on innovation while the works are not only small in number but based on interview or case study. This paper addresses the impact of standardization activities within South Korean industries on technological innovation applying an empirical analysis of standardization activities and technological innovation. Drawing on Korean Industrial Standards Classification from panel data of 2003 to 2012, we employed corresponding data of each industrial classification: Number of standards, Accumulated number of standards, Number of patents applied in Korea, Sales, Operational profit, Intangible asset, and R&D invest. In the first model, we run panel data models employing the number of patents applied in Korea as an independent variable, and the number of standards, accumulated number of standards, sales, and operational profit as dependent variables to observe industrial impacts upon the relationship between standards and patents, along with time lagged consideration. The result shows that number of standards are revealed to have a negative influence on patent applications in the year of research, and no significant effect appears for the next two years while positive effect shows up on the third year. Meanwhie, accumulated number of standards turned out to have positive effects on patent applications in Korea. This implies it takes time for innovation subjects to embrace newly established standards while having a significant amount of positive effect on technological innovation in the long term. In the second model, we use canonical correlation analysis to find industrial-wide characteristics. The result of this model is equivalent to the result of panel data analysis except in a few industries, where some industry specific characteristics appear. The implications of our results present that Korean policy makers have to take account of industrial effects on standardization to promote technological innovation.

현대의 항공테러는 단순한 항공기 납치뿐만 아니라 항공기의 공중 폭파, 항공기에 대한 미사일 공격, 공항과 승객에 대한 공격, 그리고 항공 외부 시설에 대한 공격 등 실로 다양한 형태로 자행되고 있다. 항공 교통에서의 불법 방해행위를 사전에 방지하기 위해서는 출발지의 보안 검색이 무엇보다도 중요하며, 이를 위해서 사전 예방적 선제적 항공보안관리 체계 전환, 출입부터 탑승까지 전 과정을 프로세스화한 점검활동 강화, 국제권고기준 항공보안장비 보유와 첨단화 등 미래 변화에 대한 능동적 대처뿐만 아니라 정확한 보안검색과 고객편의의 융합을 통해 세계 최고 공항으로 지향하며, 행동탐지기법의 도입을 통해 일상적이고 포괄적인 보안검색 운영의 약점을 보완하여 항공보안 강화의 토대를 마련해야 하고, 불법 방해행위의 억지를 위해 2015년부터 새롭게 실시하는 국제민간항공기구 상시 모니터링 제도의 항공보안 평가(USAP-CMA) 방식을 적극 검토하여 국정원 공항공사 항공사 등 관련기관 정보 공유, 지속적인 모니터링 및 국내 국제민간항공기구(ICAO) 인증 항공 보안평가관 등과 철저히 대비한 세부 대응 계획을 수립하고 항공보안 전문가 육성을 강구하여야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 IMF의 어려운 경제환경하에서 과거와는 달리 기업이 생존 및 번영을 위해서는 어떤 신제품개발 전략을 세우고 그 전략은 기업의 신제품 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위한 연구 질문으로 기업은 신제품개발을 위한 상이한 경영전략을 사용하는가 ? 그리고 신제품개발 전략은 신제품개발 성과에 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 신제품개발 전략유형 즉 신제품 특성, 시장특성, 기술특성 그리고 프로그램 특성의 4가지 유형에 의해 실증분석을 한 결과 균형전략, 다각화전략 그리고 시너지추구 전략군 등 3가지 유형으로 집단화할 수 있었다. 균형전략군은 기술지향성과 마케팅지향성을 동시에 보유하고 있는 전략군이고, 다각화전략군은 새로운 고객의 욕구충족을 위해 새로운 유통경로와 촉진활동을 촉진하는 전략군이며 마지막으로 시너지추구 전략군은 상대적으로 낮은 R&D비용을 지출하고 위험성이 낮고 기술수준이 낮은 신제품을 개발하는 전략유형이다. 그리고 신제품전략 유형에 따라서 신제품개발 성과에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것은 제품특성(3.4524)이고 그 다음으로 시장특성(3.4470), 기술특성(3.4270) 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 위의 분석 결과들은 IMF시대의 불확실한 경영환경에 대처하면서 기업의 생존 및 번영을 책임지고 있는 신제품개발 담당자들에게 경영적 함의를 제시할 것이다.

최근의 정보보호 환경에서는 자신의 관리 도메인 내로 침입하게 되는 공격을 어떻게 잘 탐지 할 것인가와 탐지된 공격을 어떻게 효율적으로 차단하여 자신의 도메인을 잘 보호할 것인가에 초점이 맞추어 있다. 따라서 탐지된 침입의 공격자에 대한 대응도 자신의 도메인 경계에서 해당 트래픽을 차단하는 수동적인 방법 이외에는 별다른 방법이 없는 상태이고, 이 경우 자신의 도메인에서 파악한 침입자정보를 바탕으로 자신의 도메인 입구에서만 해당 트래픽을 차단함으로써 침입자는 자유로이 인터넷을 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다른 공격 기술이나 공격 루트를 이용한 제2, 제3의 공격이 이루어 질수 있다. 반면 인터넷을 이용한 경제 활동 및 그 액수가 점차 증가함에 따라 사이버 공격으로 입게 되는 피해는 점차 기업의 생존을 위협하는 수준에 도달하고 있다. 따라서 해킹에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 기술이 요구된다고 할 수 있으며, 능동적인 해킹 방어를 위한 가장 기본적인 기술로 해커의 실제 위치를 추적하는 역추적 기술을 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 현재까지 제안된 역추적 기술들은 인터넷이 보유한 다양성을 극복하지 못하여 현재의 인터넷 환경에 적용하는데 어려움이 따른다. 이에 본 논문에서는 해킹으로 판단되는 침입에 대하여 라우터의 구조적 변경 없이 효율적으로 역추적 하기 위해서 ICMP 역추적 메시지(ICMP Traceback Message)를 이용한 ICMP 기반의 역추적 시스템을 설계한다.

Many changes lie ahead for Korea both domestically and internationally including opening of Busan New Port, more active Gwangyang Port as well as rapid growth of Shanghai Port and enhanced services and productivity at Shenzen Port. Compared to newer ports, Busan Port possesses old equipment and facilities. Therefore, in order for Busan Port to maintain its service level and remain competitive and productive, it needs to undergo remodeling to enhance productivity. Such remodeling activities should be implemented on a continual basis by developing and applying new technologies such as those for gate system, berth system, yard system, and IT system Therefore, this study is conducted the introduction. of remodeling concept, the status of Busan Port, and the technical review of remodeling.

Recently, Our average life span of korean people is extended and fast-growing an elderly population caused by Being Improved our living conditions and medical science level. Our another problems which being faced by an aging population are that marked psychological and social changes of the aged. The psychological changes of the aged is related to how they make their living and it strong influences on their successful aging process. For health of the aged, there is an urgent need of recreation which can be social activities to void decline their own process of thinking and the executive ability to adapt for controlling health. Therefore, thepurpose of this recreation Courseware program is to help the alienated minorities to achieve the optimal health and best quality of life based on the knowledge of the social-activities and to understand the korean traditional culture plays. Finally, This study could contribute it as a baseline model for the empirical study and to develop further recreation program for the elderly social activities and sufficient for needs of understanding our traditional culture plays.
