본 연구에서는 발주자 입장에서 PMI(Project Management Institute)에서 정의하고 있는 프로젝트 범위관리 활동을 범위의 기획 및 정의, 범위의 검증, 범위의 통제 3가지로 구분하고, 프로젝트의 성과를 프로젝트 과정에 대한 성과와 제품에 대한 성과 2가지로 구분하여, 각각의 범위관리 활동들이 각각의 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대한 실증연구를 진행 하였다. 이와 동시에 프로젝트의 규모, 공급자 유형, 경험여부와 같은 프로젝트 특성이 범위관리 활동과 프로젝트 성과 사이의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구도 병행하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 발주자 입장에서 범위관리 각각의 활동이 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증 연구를 함으로서 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 발주자들로 하여금 프로젝트에 있어 범위관리의 각각의 활동들에 대한 중요도를 인식시켜 프로젝트 범위관리 활동에 대한 적극적인 참여와 관심을 고취시키는데 그 의의가 있다.

놀이나 게임을 좋아하는 어린이들의 특성과 활동이 왕성한 초등학교 학생들의 발달 단계에 비추어 볼때, 놀이를 통한 수학학습은 효과적이고 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있으며 어렵고 딱딱한 과목에서 조금이라도 해방될 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 초등수학에 관한 구체적이고 실험적인 연구를 통하여 놀이 활동을 체계적이고 계획적으로 정리한 Skemp는 초등수학교육과 관련하여 활동 위주의 수업을 많이 하길 권하고 있다. Skemp 놀이 활동은 자투리 시간을 이용하여 학습을 보조하거나 재미로 해보는 종류의 놀이가 아니라 초등학교 교육과정의 전 요소를 학습할 수 있도록 체계적이고 의도적으로 짜여진 놀이 활동으로 모든 수학적 주제를 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Skemp놀이 활동학습을 초등학교 5 ${\cdot}$ 6학년 특별보충반 아동들에게 적용하여 연산능력의 신장과 정의적 영역에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다.

This study intended to analyze what factors affect fundraising effectiveness in nonprofit social service organizations. Focusing on organizational characteristics only, current studies did not address the importance of organizational capacity leading to organizational effectiveness. Based on the assumption of the relation between organizational capacity and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations, this study added factors indicating organizational capacity to the current model. After collecting data from 147 staffs involving in fundraising activities of nonprofit social service organizations, this study used a hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that organizational capacity had a significant impact on the variance of fundraising effectiveness. Despite the limitations of the purposive sampling method, this study has implications to provide practical guideline for nonprofit managers and to develop a theoretical framework with a new perspective on organizational capacity.

Competing risk analysis is widely applied to analyze a failure time with more than two causes. This paper discusses the application of a competing risk model to a economic activity state of workers with occupational injuries. In particular, main interest is to estimate the distribution of restarting time two kinds of economic activities, (i) returning to original working place and (ii) finding a new job. In this paper, we applied a cumulative incidence function to evaluate their patterns under several individual factors and working place's factor. Furthermore, a subdistributional regression model is applied to estimate the effect of these factors on the returning time. According to result, worker with higher education, younger age and longer working period had a higher chance to return an original working place while one with more severe injuries and skilled laborer had longer returning time to an original working place.

This study is a second analysis of the 7th Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families. And, it is a descriptive survey research for comparing parental and health characteristics of 2 groups of workers and non-workers. For this, it has used crossover analysis and logistic regression analysis with the subjects of mothers of preschoolers - of 697 females in total, aged between 19 and 64. Based on the result of the logistic regression analysis, we have discovered a few factors inducing the females to participate in more economic activities. The factors are as follows : baby sitters available, the more number of child care centers, the more helps of baby sitting from the females' parents and in-law parents and physical activities less than 3 times a week. In contrast, however, the more preschoolers they have, the less likely they are to take an active part in the economy. Against the backdrop, the government should develop social service systems to encourage various child care services and to foster 'child raising mothers-friendly' environments not only in families but in workplaces. All this is to improve the health characteristics of preschoolers' mothers in a more healthy way' and to strike a balance between work and family.

Recently, it has been observed that social workers in Korea face diverse difficulties in designing social work programs. These difficulties require researchers to conduct a study on the contextual features of the difficulties. This study is to analyze the characteristics of the social work program proposals on the basis of program components. Research method used in the study is content analysis. Two researchers developed the analytic tool based on literature review and a pilot test, and analyzed 73 proposals submitted to a private welfare foundation from nationwide social work agencies in 2005 and 2006. As a result, although each program was designed in a proposal according to standardized form, there were creative diversities in designing social work programs. In addition, there were confusions in the three areas: conceptual and logical confusion, research and analytical confusion, and concrete and procedural confusion. Finally the researchers suggested several tasks and recommendations for the areas of research, education, and practice to solve these confusions in Korea.

This paper studies the activities characteristics of the elderly aged 60-75 years old who can take care of themselves in the community public space, and puts forward the design principles of the community public space in the aging society. Using the methodology of experience design, through naturalistic observation, questionnaires, interviews and shadowing, the spatial and temporal characteristics of daily activities of the elderly are analyzed. In the community public space, the behavior of the elderly is essentially a social activity to get more attention and communication. This determines the needs, time, frequency and duration of activities of the elderly in community public space. In the community public space, the behavior of the elderly has the characteristics of long-term and regularity, and its behavior changes slightly with the space, the objective factors that affect the elderly are gender, age and climate. The subjective factors are lifestyle, family members and income level.

Landslides triggered by rainfall produce severe effects on the serviceability and stability of railway. Since small amount of soil mass slipped on the rail can cause derailment which will induce great danger on people and trains, slope stability problem is one of the major concerns on the operation of railway In this study we investigated the characteristics of rainfall driven landslide near railway. A total of 23 sites were visited. Four different types of slope failure were classified based upon the morphology of the slipped slope triggered by rainfall. From the analysis dimensions of slopes (height, length and slope) do not show particular correlation with the types of landslides. In addition, morphological and geological features of slope influence the occurrence of different types of landslides.

In this study, we investigated students' behavioral characteristics in the process of and their responses to scientific creativity activities developed based on the three steps of learning model (Park, Park, & Lee, 2008) and scientific creativity model (Park, 2004). Students' responses were obtained by questionnaire, effectiveness of learning materials was explored by comparing students activities before and after the second step, 'Guide', and various characteristic behaviors were obtained through video-recording of their activities. As results, students answered that even though the activities were a little difficult, the activities were nonetheless interesting to them, and they wanted to do the activities more completely, and wanted them in future courses. It was also found that the second step activity was helpful in improving students' divergent thinking. Finally, from the findings about various students' behavioral characteristics, some practical recommendations for more effective teaching of scientific creativity were suggested.

태풍은 단시간동안 인류활동에 막대한 영향력을 미치는 저기압 시스템 중 하나로 인류에 중요한 수자원을 공급하여 물 부족 현상을 해소하거나, 열대해역에 축적된 과잉 에너지를 수송하여 에너지 균형을 유지하고, 해양 및 대기 정화로 인한 생태계를 활성화하는 긍정적인 면과 육지에 상륙함에 따라 심한 강풍과 폭우를 동반하여 인적 경제적 피해를 주는 부정적인 면을 동시에 지니고 있는 중요한 대기현상이다(Lee, 2006; Wang, 2010; Xu, 2013; Delphine et al., 2013). 2002년 루사, 2003년 매미, 2012년 볼라벤, 2013년 하이옌 그리고 2016년 차바와 같이 세력이 강한 태풍으로 인해 동아시아 지역은 매년 막대한 인명 및 재산피해가 야기되고 있는 실정임에 따라, 태풍으로 인한 재해를 최소화하고 태풍이 가지는 긍정적인 혜택을 적극 활용하기 위해서는 태풍의 활동 및 호우 예측 및 경향성에 대해 보다 정량적인 연구가 필요하다(Oh et al., 2011; Kim and Jain, 2011; Li and Zhou, 2012; Son et al., 2013). 따라서, 본 연구에서는 Son et al.(2014)이 제시한 태풍의 경로 및 규모를 고려한 태풍 추출기법을 적용하여 한반도에 영향을 미친 태풍 및 태풍강우를 추출하였으며, 이를 과거 1977-1994년(Period 1)과 1995-2012년(Period 2) 두 기간으로 분류하였다. 또한, 태풍의 최대풍속을 기준으로 3단계(35-64kt, 65-94kt, 95kt이상)로 구분하여 과거 시기별 태풍 활동(최대풍속, 최소중심기압, 발생빈도, 발생지점, 전향점, 경로) 특성을 분석하고, 과거 시기별 태풍강우(시간 최대 태풍강우량, 총 태풍 강우량)의 변화 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후, 태풍과 관련하여 수질개선 및 수자원확보 등과 같은 태풍 활용방안과 태풍 피해저감을 위한 치수대책 수립 등에 대한 기초자료로 활용가능하며, 기후변화로 인해 야기될 수 있는 태풍의 활동 및 강우 특성 변화를 파악하는 데 이용가능 할 것으로 판단된다.
