This study seeks into an education goal and an achievement level based on investigating relationships between NCS communication abilities and communication educations for petty officer major students. Also, the study looks deep into approriate Integrated document training materials. A goal of the petty officer's communication education, which is supposed to achieve more than the average standard is improving abilities to understand documents and create documents related to the real petty officer's life. The goal of this communication study is designed with considering the petty officers' ability factors and the detailed weekly achievement goals based on characteristics of petty officers. the proper way to reach the goal of the Integrated document training materials is constructed as three step process; Presenting subject - group activity - handing in final activity report. Also, the education is designed to write evaluation forms continuously for students to keep eyes on their achievement levels. As the importance of NCS is emphasized these days, the Integrated document training materials present the ways how this education is needed to go on, and this shows ways to improve students' document writing abilities. For the last, the study mentions a proposal for further tasks on this field.

SW 기업들이 SW 프로세스 개선(Software Process Improvement; SPI)을 개선하기 위해 많은 관심과 노력을 투입해 왔음에도 불구하고, 이런 SW 프로세스 개선 활동이 품질, 비용, 납기준수에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 구체적인 자료들이 부족한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 SW 프로세스 개선활동들에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히기 위해 국내 SW 개발 조직의 프로젝트 관리자를 대상으로 SW 프로세스의 공학수준과 DICE 수준관련 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 기반으로 SW 프로세스 개선 모델이 제시하고 있는 가정사항인 SW 프로세스 능력수준이 높으면 프로젝트 성과가 좋은지와 조직변화의 성공요인을 제시하는 DICE 수준에 따라 납기 성과의 변화를 살펴보았다. 분석결과 SW공학수준과 DICE 수준이 높을수록 납기가 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다.

The goal of cyber teaching is to reduce the cost of private lessons, dissipate the educational disparity amongst regions, make classes apt to the given level of every group of students, make up for systematic defects of the public education, and ultimately strengthen its role. This study intends to analyze the capabilities of cyber teachers and clarify their qualifications, as the whole new e-Learning system is about to take root. In this study, the activities of cyber teachers are analyzed and some standards of applicability of cyber teachers, or the so-called ISSCT, are presented. Firstly, the activities are divided into teaching, counselling, process management, development of professionality. Based upon these four activities, nine tasks have been formed and the structure of 22 sub-tasks has been completed. This is the way the standards of applicability of cyber teachers are established in consideration with their activities. Secondly, the standards of information capability of cyber teachers have 53 elements in total, and the aforementioned ISSCT are presented in relation to the ISST, based upon the standards of information capability of cyber teachers.

The study aimed to figure factors affecting employment needs of people with mental disabilities as the employment needs may differ according to income and occupational ability among people with mental disabilities who are classified economically inactive population. Study subjects included 298 economically inactive populations among registered people with mental disability. And the data from 2008-2010 Panel Data of Employment of Person with Disability were analyzed with logistic regression analysis. The result of the study is as follows. It has been found that interested in vocational education of mentally disabled when the graduated from junior high school, the types of intellectual disability, hope education participation rate was high. And then, Mental disabilities with employment needs, male, head of household, when the graduated from junior high school, when ability to increase physical activity and mental disabilities type of autism spectrum disorder when employment desires were. Based on these results, to increase the economic participation of people with mental disabilities, provide vocational rehabilitation services that reflect the needs of people with mental disabilities and employer-driven professional activity is proposed.

방산업체에 대한 해킹사고 및 방산기밀 유출을 예방하기 위한 보안활동은 방산업체뿐만 아니라 국가안보 차원에서도 매우 중요한 문제다. 반면, 방산업체 대상 보안지원활동은 조직 전체가 아닌 시설 및 정보시스템 중심으로 수행되고 있어 조직 전체적인 정보보호수준을 제고하고 사이버위협에 대한 대응능력을 확충하는데는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 방산업체의 보안수준을 근본적으로 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 대내 외에서 널리 활용되고 있는 ISMS 인증제도를 분석하고 이를 토대로 민간 ISMS에 기반한 방산업체 ISMS 적용방안을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에서 정규 수업과 연계하여 학습자들의 수준별 맞춤형 학습 활동을 별도로 진행할 경우, 학습자들의 학습 수준을 평가하여 수준별 팀 구성을 하게 되는데 학습 수준을 평가하기 위해 프로그래밍 작성 능력과 같은 학습실력 이외에 학습 의욕이나 도전 정신 등 다른 요소들을 함께 반영하여 팀 구성을 하게 되면 어떤 학습 효과를 거둘 수 있는지에 대해 연구해보고자 한다.

It is necessary that the old should have the physical and social ability to perform their daily life. This study is to grasp their degree of disability and problems and suggest their solutions. It surveyed the 87 old people over 65 years old from September 1st until September 30th, in 1997. The findings are as follows. 1) The activities of daily living(ADL) to find their degree of physical disability shows that their average performance ability is 75.9% of all the action while 24.1% of all the old people needs the others' help. As they get older and older, the aged drop off in their physical ability, which is related to a statistical sense (p<0.001). 2) The social disability shows that the aged have their great difference from 9.2% to 85.1% in their instrumental activities of daily living(IADL), intellectual ability and social role. 3) A simple analysis shows that the activities of daily living are, in a statistical sense, related to age(p<0.001), the use of elder's hall(p<0.001), the understanding degree of health(p<0.01) and so forth. 4) A simple analysis shows that the instrumental activities of daily living are, in a statistical sense, related to age(p<0.001), the degree of education(p<0.05), the life of leisure(p<0.001), the understanding degree of health and so forth. 5) A multivariate logistic regression analysis shows that the disability of daily living is related to age, the visit of elder's hall, the period of solitary living, instrumental activities of daily living is age and the visit of elder's hall, and social role is the visit of elder's hall and the decree of education, while intellectual activity has no related variables in a statistical sense.

21세기 정보화 시대에는 알고 있는 지식의 대부분이 짧은 생성 주기를 가지게 되어, 다양한 변화의 시대가 될 것으로 예상하며 우리는 이것을 체험하고 있다. 열린수업에 대한 연구가 끝나기도 전에 수준별수업, 이번에는 멀티미디어 수업, 올해는 수행평가와 체험수업 등으로 다양한 변화를 권장받고 있다. 그리고 변화는 더욱 가속될 것이며, 또 다른 새로운 이름의 학습모형이 계속해서 나올 것이지만 그래도 일관된 방향성을 찾는다면, 가르친다는 것이 '지식의 전달'에 근거한 권위적인 모델로부터 '배움의 자극'을 제공하는 학생중심의 수업으로, 개별적인 학습활동과 더불어 소집단 공동학습활동을 중시하여, 발표${\cdot}$토의 활동과 관찰, 조사 등의 자기주도적인 학습능력과 협력 학습능력을 배양하는 쪽으로 바뀌어 가는 것이다. 다음의 예는 구서여자중학교 중심 MathPower 교과연구회에서 수행하고 있는 수학적 힘을 기르는 몇 가지 방법으로, 수학적 개념을 가르치는데 가장 적절한 예는 아닐 수도 있지만, ${\cdot}$ 학습수준을 고려한 교양으로서의 수학. ${\cdot}$ 협동적으로 사고하고 문제를 해결하는 의사소통 수단으로서의 수학. ${\cdot}$ 창의성과 인재에 중점을 둔 수학. 교육으로, 다양한 학습자료의 제작 및 활용으로 교실이 다른 사람과 협동적으로 사고하며, 수학적인 아이디어를 나누는 장소가 되어, 가슴이 따뜻하며, 재기발랄한 아이들이 IQ와 EQ, 그리고 창의력을 두루 맛볼 수 있었으면 하는 바램으로 정리한 것입니다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Asynchronous development of young gifted children by parents' perception. Total 3 groups of 145 subjects from age 30 months to 6 years 10 months old young gifted children's parents participated. The major findings were as follows: (1) The mean developmental characteristics was at a high average level. The developmental subscales tended to be high. The level of verbal understanding/expression tended to be high. It reared as followed; intellectual capacity, emotional maturity, visual-motor coordination, morality, self-behavior control, emotion control, physical development, social development, peer relationship, leadership ability. (2) There were significant differences between intellectual capacity, verbal understanding /expression and physical, social development, self-behavior control, emotion control. There were significant differences between physical development, self-behavior control and emotion control as children got lower. There were significant differences between verbal understanding/expression and visual-motor coordination as children got older. There were significant differences between social development, peer relationship and self-behavior control, emotion control as children got older. Also, there were significant differences between leadership ability and self-behavior control, emotion control as children got older. There were significant differences between morality and self-behavior control as children got older. These findings suggested that young gifted children were in the special needs because of the developmental differences.

This study was inteded to include online social relations and ability use information and communication devices to analyze the elderly's participation in volunteer activities and provide basic data to identify the elderly's participation in volunteer activities. The statistical data of the 2017 National survey of Senior Citizen, only 10,073 people aged 65 or older were sampled out of 10,299 people. The participation rate of volunteering was frequently analyzed, and the difference in participation in volunteer according to the factors was Chi-square analysis and One-way variance analysis. A polynomial regression analysis was conducted to identify the effect factors of participation in volunteering. As a results. 3.9% of older adults are volunteering and 11.5% are experienced in the past. Participation in volunteer activity differed significantly depending on age, education level, economic level, subjective health, body function, ability use information and communication devices, social networks, frequency of face-to-face contact and frequency of non face contact. In the regression analysis, utilization of communication and device, social networking, face to face contact frequency were show to be the effect factors. In order to promote elderly's participation in volunteer activities, consideration of related resources reported in prior studies, social relations, frequency of face-to-face contact and ability to use information and communication devices is considered important.
