High-quality customized services demand was growing due to the increase of aging, extremely nuclear family, disaster vulnerable of society. Ambulance service is required of fast and professional rescue and emergency service because of preventable death rate such as acute diseases, cerebral and cardiovascular diseases, suicides, etc. was higher than in developed countries. First aid will be available using patients information when emergency occurs, before arriving at the hospital. And emergency department is equipped with that patient care can be prepared in advance, increase the efficiency of emergency care. We received a variety of complex emergency call using high social awareness of 119 number and propose an efficient emergency medical service advancement strategy building an integrated response system with relevant organization.

New system solves scheduling problem in medical services. The existing scheduling system by FCFS is for a hospital but new system expresses the condition of a hospital and the profit of separate system's parties by the automated negotiation. This system expresses user preference time as a priority number and is designed that the schedule is changed according to the priority number with a negotiation strategy for a patient. And a hospital makes a schedule according to the policy. The system supports customer satisfaction in medical services by considering not only equipment efficiency but also the patent waiting time unlike the existing system considering the idle time for a equipment.

Implementation of patient feedback is considered as a critical part of effective and efficient management. This study is a retrospective survey after to ensure the medical convergence analysis of contents on customer dissatisfaction using medical services. The data were collected from dissatisfaction 319 case at a affiliated hospital. The result indicate that a repeat visit than the initial visit, outpatients were more dissatisfied than the inpatients. The type of dissatisfaction were more dissatisfied of the in communication and explanation of medical service, nursing service and procedure of administrative services. In the classification of disease the percentages of dissatisfaction in the digestive system and neoplasm were high in both groups(p<0.05). Based on the study to improve the quality of medical service. Prevent the recurrence of dissatisfaction and to establish a customer-oriented business strategy. Characterized by dissatisfaction factors and contents of each patient and should be structured to specific disease types of services through continuous medical convergence research.

In this paper, in order to ensure safe use by third parties in the health care environment, classify the attributes of patient information and patient privacy protection technique using hierarchical multi-property rights proposed to classify information according to the role of patient hospital officials The. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there are differences in medical expenses according to medical security type in the use of medical services with high disease burden such as coronary intervention. Methods: Chi-square test and covariance analysis(ANCOVA) were conducted to identify the differences in the characteristics and costs according to medical security type of 1,904 patients who underwent coronary intervention in a university hospital from 2011 to 2012. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to determine whether the cost affects medical expenses. Results: In the medical aid group, the proportion of women, those without a job, those without a spouse, and those who received hemodialysis was high, length of stay was high, patients using the emergency room and those who died was high. The medical aid patients were significantly higher in the non-benefit medical expenses, optional medical expenses, physician and admission, meals, medications and injections. National health insurance patients were significantly higher in procedure. The medical security type was found to be significant as a variable affecting the medical expenses. Conclusions: Provision of medical expenses should be managed in advance by providing prevention and education services for the vulnerable, and care services in the region should be provided to suppress the occurrence of medical expenses due to the increase in the number of days spent. In addition, it is necessary to support medical expenses to prevent unsatisfactory medical services from occurring for non-benefit and optional care.

Recently, the RFID technology is combined with a u-healthcare services is an emerging trend in the field of medical services. u-healthcare service, as covering the field of personal health information beyond the level of simple health screening and treatment of life are closely related. Considering security, invasion of privacy, as well as life may be threatened even if your personal health information to be exposed or exploited illegally u-Healthcare services certification is essential. In 2012, Jeong proposed J-L patient authentication protocol that Initialization process, and patients using RFID technology separates the certification process. Jeong, such as the claim that the proposed protocol for reuse attacks, spoofing attacks, prevent information disclosure and traceability fire safety, but raises issues of security and operations efficiency. Therefore, in this paper, Jeong, such as the security of the proposed protocol and to prove the computational efficiency issues, and to enhance the safety and efficiency of RFID technology based on practical u-Healthcare services authentication protocol is proposed.

일반 사용자가 현재 접할 수 있는 무선인터넷은 SMS를 활용한 문자 형식의 정보제공이 대부분이고 유선의 인터넷과 같이 멀티미디어 서비스 그리고 실시간 전송속도, 사용자 환경, 거기에 보안 서비스까지 유선의 인터넷 서비스와는 비교가 되지 않게 그 이용환경이 열악한 상황이다. 오늘날 원격 환경의 진료시스템이 개발되고 있는데, 이들 시스템은 미래의 원격진료 즉. 병원에 직접가지 않고 집에서 바로 혈압, 심박수 등을 검사 받을 수 있는 시스템 개발의 기본이 되고 있다. 그리고 정보통신의 발전으로 모바일 PC 즉, 개인 휴대용 단말기(PDA:Personal Digital Assistants)가 의료분야에서 PC를 대체하여 이동성, 편리성을 제공하는 전자 차트를 선보이고 있다. 그러나 PDA는 작은 몸체로 이동성 및 편리성 등이 PC보다 뛰어나지만 해상도가 큰 이미지, 높은 처리 속도를 요구하는 작업등을 처리하기에는 효율성이 낮은 문제점이 있다. 또한 정보를 공유 할 수 있는 데이터를 무선 환경으로 처리해야 하기 때문에 환자와 관련된 의료 영상 즉, MRI 사진이나 X-ray 사진 등을 의료 환경에 이용하는 데는 보안의 문제점을 가지고 있다 따라서 본 논문에서는 매우 빠르게 발전하고 있는 진단과 치료기술을 이러한 의료를 필요로 하는 사람들에게 제공하는 접근성의 보장 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 무선 환경의 의료 인증시스템을 제안 하고자 한다.

In this paper, we designed efficient reception system using service robot based on the RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and HL7(Health Level 7) Protocol. The proposed system offer a paramedic the medical information of the patient, and the patients can receive on a much simpler scale than previously through stable and quick information exchange by RFID and HL7. In addition, We considered environment of medical treatment and designed and implemented standard HL7 message structure. This system was implemented service robots to reception of medical treatment. Furthermore, we have plan to develop bio-sensor which can measure blood pressure, body temperature, etc and interface with robot system by HL7.
