Although the patient's problem with access to health information has been improved due to rapidly developing information technologies, such as the internet, some patients still do not have enough ability to understand, interpret, and analyze the health information. Given this view on the patient's asymmetric information problem, if a doctor provides sufficient effort to help patients understand and interpret medical information, the efficiency of patient's medical care use could be improved. This paper shows firstly that the patient's inefficient use of medical care originates from his information problems, such as the misperception of the effectiveness of medical care and secondly suggests that if the doctor makes sufficient effort to correct patient's information problems, the inefficiency can be ameliorated. This paper also suggests the manipulation of a doctor's payment method can lead a doctor to provide optimal level of efforts which can in turn lead patients to use the optimal level of medical care. With an optimal level of effort, a doctor can more easily achieve a patient's compliance with the newly recommended amount of medical care.

Due to the development of information and communication technology as health care service is popular variety utilizing bioinformatics patient information services are being provided to the patient. In particular, the healthcare utilizing bioinformatics information, and change in a variety of healthcare trends. However, healthcare services using bioinformatics information of the patient and the complexity of the disease, new diseases (SARS, AIDS, etc .) due to the emergence of increasing health care costs and health promotion services provided to patients may not be smooth. In this paper, we propose a model for low-cost health services and medical care of patients bioinformatics fast access to information. The proposed model can be so big a bioinformatics data formation by the patient's patient information anytime / anywhere providing medical services in the home or the nearest hospital for their own disease management. In particular, the proposed model of health care services is characterized improve work efficiency, reducing the burden on hospitals by passing a medical illness to easily analyze patient information.

사회가 고령화, 초핵가족화 및 재난취약계층이 늘어나면서 요구호자에 대한 고품질 맞춤형서비스가 필요하게 되었고, 급성진환, 심뇌혈관 고위험 환자 및 자살 등 예방가능 사망률이 선진국에 비해 높음에 따라 신속하고 전문적인 구조 구급서비스가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 응급환자가 발생하였을 때 병원 도착 전 환자의 정보를 이용하여 응급처치가 가능하도록 하고, 응급의료기관에서는 환자 진료준비를 사전에 할 수 갖출 수 있도록 하여 응급환자 진료의 효율성을 극대화하였다. 또한 사회적 인지도가 높은 119번호를 이용한 다양한 복합 응급신고 접수 시 유관기관과 통합적 대응체계를 구축하는 효율적 응급의료서비스 고도화 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 응급 환자가 발생하여 가까운 병원이나 대형 병원에 도착하기 전에 환자의 정보를 이용하여 응급처치가 가능하도록 한다. 그리고 응급 의료 기관에서는 환자 진료 준비를 사전에 갖출 수 있도록 하여 응급 환자 진료의 효율성을 높였다. 우리가 흔히 연락을 쉽게 할 수 있는 119번호를 이용하여 다양한 복합 응급 신고를 접수하고 있고, 유관기관과 통합적 대응 체계를 구축하는 효율적 응급의료서비스 새로운 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 수년간 전산망을 통한 의료정보의 이용이 학술적인 데이터베이스의 이용에서부터 인터넷을 통한 정보의 교환까지 급속도로 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 보다 신속하고 정확하며 다양한 의료정보에 대한 욕구는 일반인들뿐만 아니라 환자와 의료진 모두에게 증대되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 갑상선 질환은 지속적인 치료를 필요로 할 분만 아니라 환자가 질환을 이해하고 자기 관리를 위한 과학적인 정보의 필요성이 절실한 분야이다. 또한, 갑상선 질환을 전공하는 의료진에게도 이에 관한 의료정보 제공의 필요성은 절실하다. 의료정보에 대한 데이터베이스 구축 작업은 궁극적으로 의료서비스의 질적 향상과 질병관리의 효율화를 통한 국가 자원 낭비의 방지효과를 목적으로 하는데, 갑상선 질환 환자의 진료 및 교육지원을 위한 공공 데이터베이스 개발은 이를 구현하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 갑상선 환자의 진료 및 교육 지원을 위해, 기존의 갑상선 환자 진료 기록에 대한 데이터베이스의 구축과 이를 인터넷을 통해 서비스 해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 윈도우 NT 상에서 Access를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 윈도우 CGI 방식에 기반한 CGI 프로그램을 개발하여 인터넷과 연동 하였다.

Due to a change of food culture, many patients suffering from various diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, stroke, cancer. However, it takes a long time in the hospital for many patients due to the administration before the patient care process. In this paper, we propose a m-Healthcare service model that patients can receive medical services without the inconvenience offers by reducing the administrative hospital treatment that can automatically recognize through the hospital installed RFID readers when the patient patients with various diseases are foreign to the hospital. In particular, the proposed model improves the operational efficiency of the existing healthcare system by shortening the treatment time for medical personnel to help patients in emergency situations can determine automatically the patient's status does not give the disease type and condition of the patient to health care personnel. Test results, service latency, efficiency, etc. patient satisfaction, and evaluate the existing health care system model results, the proposed method was improved service delay existing techniques average 16.5% efficiency was higher 27% of patients service satisfaction was improved by 22.4% on average.

The study was performed to measure structural relationship among service value, brand image, and royalty of patients in regional public hospitals in Korea. Based on the analysis, the study aims to establish strategic direction of the regional public hospitals. Through a review of related literatures, measurement variables were identified, and a path model was developed for the study. Five regional public hospitals were chosen, and questionnaire has been collected from 387 outpatients and 358 inpatients. The study found that service value has a positive direct effect on brand image, and brand image has a positive direct effect on loyalty. Based on the findings, it is desirable for the regional public hospitals should mange the issues with lower level of perception and those with bigger effect, and establish low pricing strategy with improving the quality of service they provide.

This study was conducted to provide with baseline data with the purpose of increasing the values of medical services. Self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 236 patients at a dental clinic follow-up visit in dentist clinic Gyeongnam area from June 2013 to August 2013. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS. The motivation visiting the dental clinic is that the first one is introduction from the family and friends, the second is accessibility, the third is conspicuity and the last one is awareness of the dentist. The main variables in the process of treatment are service system, kindness, satisfaction of service, efficient of re-call system. The relief of discomfort at revisit show the highest score in the process of implant treatment and intention of revisit hereafter do in the prostheses process. In the correlation between main variables, service system and relief of discomfort at revisit (r=0.440, p<0.001), kindness and satisfaction of medical service (r=0.675, p<0.001), revisit hereafter and satisfaction of service (r=0.387, p<0.001) and efficiency of re-call system and revisit showed the highest correlation. The influence on satisfaction of dental service show meaningful level in kindness (p<0.001) and efficiency of re-call system (p<0.05). The intention of revisit is affected meaningfully by relief of uncomfort (p<0.05), service system (p<0.05), kindness (p<0.01) and efficiency of re-call system (p<0.01). In summary, the personal network of patients is most important variable at intention for revisit of dental clinic. As satisfaction of kindness and efficiency of re-call system is higher, satisfaction of medical service and intention for revisit are shown higher. Therefore further research for improvement of satisfaction for medical service and of intention of revisit at the dental clinic should be carried out.

다양한 분야에서 무선 인터넷 서비스의 가능성이 거론되고 있는 요즘, 무선 인터넷을 통한 의료 정보 서비스 또한 관심을 모으고 있다. 모바일 기기를 이용한 의료정보 시스템은 기존 Desktop PC가 가지는 이동성의 제한이라는 단점을 극복하여 이동이 빈번한 의료 정보 사용자에게 정보 이용의 편의성과 신속성을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 무선인터넷을 기반으로 하는 모바일 기기는 지속적인 하드웨어의 발전에도 불구하고 정보 처리의 효율성, 무선 네트워크의 불안전성, 보안등의 문제가 지적되고 있다. 의료 정보는 환자의 지극히 개인적인 정보를 취급하는 것으로 환자, 관계 의료진 이외의 사람에게 노출되는 것은 위험스러운 일이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 의료 정보가 진료의 편의성과 신속성, 업무의 효율성을 위하여 모바일 시스템으로 진화하는 경우, 무선 인터넷의 특성에 의한 보안 위협에 노출되게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 원격 의료 정보 시스템을 구현하는 경우 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협에 대처할 수 있는 모바일 인증 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 모바일 원격 의료 정보 시스템의 환자 정보 보호를 위한 적절한 대안이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, various medical services are provided with the advance of IT. However, there is a problem that a third party would exploit medical information when the information is sent and received through wired or wireless connection. In this paper, a patient information management scheme using group index information for the third party not to illegally exploit a patient's medical information without his consent is proposed. This proposed scheme creates index information in each hierarchical level to be used with access information so that not only medical staff can have access to patient's medical information hierarchically but also it can manage access level in groups. The scheme aims to enable the medical staff to minimize the time spent to analyze the type of disease and to prescribe for it so that they can improve patients' satisfaction. Plus, the scheme aims to improve work efficiency by minimizing the medical staff's workload according to the authority to access patients' medical information.
