분산객체관리 시스템의 프로그래밍 환경을 논하기 위하여 여기서는 분산객체관리 시스템 개발에 위한 이론적인 고찰과, 지원도구의 기능 등을 살펴보기로 한다. 이를 위하여 CORBA 환경에서 정형적 방법과 객체지향의 접목기술, 분산객체개발 지원도구에 대한 특징 등을 알아보기로 한다.

Moving object tracking improves the efficiency and qualification for observation system, broadcasting system, video conference, etc. This paper propcses an improved Bayes decision method for detecting and tracking moving objects in active camera environment. The Bayes decision based tracking approach finds the region of moving objects by analyzing the image sequences statistically. The propcsed algorithm regenerates the probability density function to accord with moving objects and background for active camera. Experimental results show that the algorithm is accurate. reliable and noise resistant. The result is compared with those of the conventional methods.

This paper deals with the geometrical nonlinear analyses of post-buckled columns with variable cross-section. The objective columns having variable cross-section of the width, depth and square tapers are supported by both hinged ends. By using the Bernoulli-Euler beam theory, differential equations governing the elastica of post-buckled column and their boundary conditions are derived. The solution methods of these differential equations which have two unknown parameters are developed. As the numerical results, equilibrium paths, elasticas and stress resultants of the post-buckled columns are presented. Laboratory scaled experiments were conducted for validating the theories developed in this study.

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether strategic decision-making processes are related to decision effectiveness, using a longitudinal field study design. We studied 120 decisions to determine if procedural rationality and political behavior influence decision success, controlling for the goodwill of the environment and decision implementation. Our results indicate that decision-making processes are indeed related to decision success. Results are discussed in terms of the importance of strategic choice in environmental organizations. these studies often provided simple fragments of empirical tests without a well developed theoretical framework. This study attempts to fill this gap by examining policy adoption, specifically by investigating influences on policy decision making across 120 nations using multiple-regression analysis. The greater the number of international NGOs in which a national governmental participates, the more the nation is apt to adopt international environmental policies to see how real affect.

현재 우리나라에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 소비자들에게 실직적인 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 그러나 서비스를 구현하고 소비자들에게 제공할 때에 여러 가지 문제들이 발생할 수 있는데, 그 중 하나가 서비스 충돌 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 게임이론을 적용하여 여러 사용자 간의 서비스 충돌문제를 합리적으로 해결하는 방법을 제안한다.

퍼지 이론(fuzzy theory)은 정보의 애매성을 다루는 학문으로 과학에 주관성이 도입된 형태의 새로운 학문 분야이다. 인간의 사고를 수치화하고 이를 언어적으로 처리할 수 있는 퍼지 이론은 인공지능(artificial intelligence)의 한 분야로서, 1965년 Lofti Zadeh 교수에 의하여 창안되었다. 초기 기초 연구 중심의 단계에서 현재에는 첨단 전자공학의 발달과 함께 퍼지 제어기의 농업 및 산업 응용이 활발해지고 있으며, 퍼지 칩이나 퍼지 컴퓨터의 개발까지 연구가 진행되고 있다.(중략)

상대적으로 낮은 미세입자(주로 10$\mu$m이하) 제어효율은 기-고 싸이클론의 최대 약점으로 논의되어 왔다. 이전 연구에서 싸이클론의 유출가스에 포함되어 있는 미세분진 입자들을 2차적으로 분리하고 제거할 수 있는 Post Cyclone(PoC)이라는 장치를 개발하여 그 효용성을 입증하였고(Hoffmann,1996), Mita 등(Mita el. al., 1997)이 이론적 뒷받침을 위한 연구를 진행하여 이론적 모델을 제시하였다. 즉, PoC의 효율은 Reynolds 수와 Stokes 수의 함수로 표시될 수 있을 것으로 추정하였다. Granular Bed Filter에서의 미세입자 제거에 대한 연구, 특히 정전기력을 이용한 미세입자의 포집효율에 관한 연구는 수많은 연구자들에 의해 수행되어 왔으나, 이론식 내의 입자들의 관성, 유동장 그리고 입자에 작용하는 전기력의 복합성 때문에 직접적인 일반 해를 구하기가 어려운 것이 사실이다. 정전기력을 이용한 입자의 여과특성 및 효율에 대한 이론적 연구는 주로 외부 전기장을 주었을 경우와 포집체와 입자가 모두 대전되었을 경우를 중심으로 수행되어 왔다. (중략)
