최근의 사회 경제적 현상에 비추어 우리나라 젊은이들은 취업에 많은 고민을 하고 있으며 이의 극복을 위해 많은 시간과 노력을 할애하고 있다. 우리나라는 경제규모가 세계 10위권대 임에도 불구하고 취업시장은 매우 어려운 상황이어서 돌파구가 있어야 하는 상황이다. 지금의 세계경제는 4차 산업시대로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화의 중심은 세계적 대기업이 아닌 IT기반의 플랫폼 사업의 개인 창업가들이며, 이 개인 창업가들이 엄청난 속도로 성장하여 지금의 글로벌기업을 이끌고 있다. 최근 창업에 관한 인식변화와 함께 관심을 갖고 실제로 창업에 도전하는 현상이 늘어나고 있으며, 이의 성공여부가 본인은 물론 우리나라의 경제를 활성화 시킬 수 있는 원동력이 된다고 생각한다. 본 연구를 통해 생애전반에 걸쳐 교육과 취업이나 창업의 많은 사회적 경험활동이 사업가적 도전성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 한다. 실질적인 성과를 낼 수 있는 경험자들이 창업에 도전성에 어떤 영향을 주고 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 사회적 경험활동이 기업가적 도전성에 어떤 영향을 미치는 알아보는 연구로 개인적 특성, 사회적 경험, 창업실패에 대한 인식이 사업가적 도전성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하고, 사회적 지지가 사업가적 도전성에 조절효과가 있는지 검증하고자 한다. 창업이 국가의 경제성장이나 개인의 취업 및 경제활동 욕구를 충족시키는 요소라면 사업가적 도전성을 개개인의 사회적 경험에 앞서 학교 교육과정에서부터 체득될 수 있는 환경을 조성해서 창업에 도전성이 더욱 더 성장될 수 있도록 성장과정에서 교육적 사회적 책무를 가지고 환경조성을 한다면 사회적 경제적 비용을 줄일 수 있을 뿐 아니라 건정한 사회를 만들 수 있다고 생각한다.

Humans are influenced by economic factors, physical environment factors, social and environmental factors, influenced by the media. In particular, the occurrence of the crime for fear of crime due to the human activities of the area has reduced. Fear of crime inflienced by direct victim of a crime, disorder of the surrounding environment, and indirect victims of crime. Therefore, in order to reduce their fears about crime in the private security through crime prevention and. About the factors affecting their fears about crime in the actual selection of the private security and private security activities in order to solve these problems through crime prevention, through this study will be described. In this study, we randomly select the survey was in August 2011, as detached house in Seoul and Daegu. As a result, the fear of crime fears about crime were influenced directly or indirectly by factors of private security selection.

The current study was based on a survey of 429 middle school students (202 male and 227 female students) who lived in Ansan City. Most students (74%) had an experience in horticultural activities during or after elementary school years (male 43%, female 41%). Middle school students answered that they most frequently learned about growing up vegetables and plants among horticultural activities (male 73%, female 79%) and they thought horticultural activities are very important for education purpose such as environmental education. The most preferred horticultural activities program was utilizing vegetables and plants of which students generally had no experiences. That male students (46%) answered that the most interested aspect of horticultural activities in growth process of vegetables and plants while female answered (36%) the importance of plant life. However the most unfavorite aspect of horticultural activities was the time-consuming as a 58%, and then boring (33%).

This study was conducted to explore the meaning and essence of college students' short-term overseas volunteer work experiences. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with fourteen college students who participated in short-term overseas volunteer work from May 5, 2020 to August 30, 2020. Data were analyzed using the phenomenological method of Colaizzi(1978), and as a result of data analysis, ten subjects and five categories were derived. The five categories are: having expectations for overseas volunteer work, accepting and approaching different environments, feeling embarrassed by unexpected situations, being aware of the limits of activities, and looking at the world from a broader perspective. In this study, college students encounter a new world through overseas volunteer work, accept and adapt to a different environment, and are provided an opportunity to have a broader perspective needed in the global era.

신계륜 국회 환경노동위원회 위원장은 자타가 공인하는 환경노동 전문가로 꼽힌다. 이는 그의 지난 활동들을 들여다보면 쉽게 파악할 수 있다. 신 위원장은 1980년대부터 10여 년간 산업현장을 직접 누비며 노동 인권 운동에 앞장서 왔다. 이후 그는 1992년 14대 국회에서 입성한 후 환경노동위원회에 몸을 담으면서 근로자들의 안전을 위한 활동을 시작했다. 또 16대 국회에서는 현장중심의 의정활동을 본격적으로 펼쳐 나갔다. 당시 환노위 법안심사소위원장 재임시절에 노동계와 재계의 합의를 이끌어 내면서 주5일 근무제를 도입시킨 것이 대표적이 예라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 19대 국회에서는 그동안의 환경노동 관련 경험을 인정받아 전반기 환경노동위원회 위원장에 선임됐다. 이처럼 그는 환경노동 분야에서 잔뼈가 굵은 전문가 중에 전문가라고 할 수 있다. 그만큼 신 위원장의 의정활동에는 많은 이들의 시선이 집중되는 것이다. 이에 신계륜 환노위 위원장을 만나 앞으로의 계획과 우리나라 산업안전문화에 대해 여러 이야기를 나눠봤다.

As tourists travel to other regions, they encounter numerous facts that conflict with their views. At that time, we change our view of coping with life. In this respect, tourism is a new way of learning. As a new learning method, tourism experience research is a new approach. In this study, the relationship between experience and learning experienced in tourist destinations was analyzed by applying the activity theory. The analysis units applied in the activity theory were set as subjects, goals, communities, roles, methods and rules, outcomes, and relevance to local communities. Based on this, in-depth interviews were conducted with commentators and guides who had a great influence on the tourism experience to analyze the learning process of tourists. As a result of the analysis, the experiences of tourists during the tour were interactive in various forms within the unit as well as the unit of the activity system of the commentator and guide. This interaction induces changes in the tourism experience activity system, enabling tourists to learn. The content is that the value of learning increases as the role of guide and commentator increases, that the social and cultural dimension of tourism experience is included in the learning effect, and the contradictions that arise from interactions within or between activity systems. The fact that they find the solution process themselves, and that tourism activity is not an isolated unit, but exists at the intersection of hierarchies and networks, is affected by the activities and environments of others.

조직적 침체를 겪고 있는 특수고용노조들과 관련하여 초기조직화 후 노조활동경험에 대해서는 연구가 이루어지지 않은 상황에서 이 글은 특수고용노조운동으로서 가장 두드러진 활동을 전개해온 화물연대의 노조활동경험을 사례분석하여 특수고용노조 나아가 비정규노조의 활동에 있어서 고려해야 할 '노조운동의 동학'은 무엇인가를 탐색하였다. 연구자료로서 노조의 문서자료와 관련 연구결과자료 등을 이용하였다. 먼저 화물연대의 동학의 배경을 이루는 화물연대 5년의 전개과정을 환경, 전략, 요구, 조직, 투쟁, 교섭의 측면에서 그리고 성과와 한계를 개괄적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 화물연대의 전개과정에서 볼 수 있는 특수고용노조운동의 특수한 동학을 특수고용노조운동에 함의를 갖고 있다고 보이는 것에 초점을 맞추어 재정리하는 방식으로 추출하였다. 특수고용노조운동의 동학으로서 노동자성 불인정의 악영향, 노동자집단의식 형성의 어려움, 조직확대의 어려움, 조직의 동맥경화 가능성, 간부의 취약성, 대상, 공간 및 수준의 복잡성으로 인한 어려움, 높은 내외이질성으로 인한 어려움을 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 동학을 고려하여 초기조직화 이후 특수고용노조들이 집중해야 할 활동방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Considering the change of educational environments and strategies for the future, this research attempted to develop project learning that uses various smart technologies, and integrates formal education within a school with informal learning experiences outside of the school. For effective learning, the processes of the project learning, instructional activities for each process and supporting materials were specified and developed as a learning package. The project learning program and the instructional package were applied to 18 fifth graders in an elementary school located in Seoul. The results of the pilot test were collected with observations, interviews, and assessment of learning processes and products. And then the results were analyzed in regard of 'the whole processes of project activities', 'learning materials and tools', and 'informal learning experiences'. Based on the results, some suggestions were provided for implementing the smart project learning for integrative learning experiences.

2021년 하계방학 동안 농어촌연구원 국제융합수리시험센터에서 현장실습을 하며 경험했던 것, 배운 점, 느낀 점을 후기로 작성하였다. 이번 현장실습동안 진행한 활동들은 크게 수리실험 교육 및 장비조작 실습, 세미나발표 참관, 문헌조사, 안전교육 4가지로 구분된다. 현장실습을 하면서 느낀 점은 수리실험은 다양한 분야에서 활용된다는 것이었다. 수리실험을 통해 산사태를 예측하여 방재계획을 수립하고, 어도를 구축하여 생태계 보호에 기여할 수 있으며, 파력발전을 통해 에너지를 생산할 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었다. 이 때 다양한 환경문제가 발생할 수도 있는 데 향후 환경 계통에 취업을 했을 시 본 현장실습을 통해 얻은 경험이 매우 유용하게 활용 될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.
