친환경 건축물의 건설을 유도$.$촉진하여 건축 분야에서 발생되는 환경부하를 저감시키고 건축물의 환경 친화적인 시공과 사용을 권장하기 위한 친환경 건축물 인증제도가 2002년 12월부터 시행중이다. 본 제도는 우선 공동주택을 대상으로 시행한 후 주상복합, 업무용, 상업용, 리모델링 건축물가지 단계적으로 확대하는 계획을 가지고 있다. 현재 시행중인 인증제도에서 친환경 건축물 평가지침은 1년 동안의 시범적용기간을 거쳤으며, 적용상 문제점이 노출되어 개정 작업을 준비중에 있다.

Environment friendly architecture, which will reduce shortcomings of current architectural culture, can be achieved by using natural energy and environment friendly building materials together with their environmental architecture techniques. Particularly, even though the overall building system is perfect, it cannot be considered as comfortable architectural space if the materials are polluted, harmful to human bodies and producing wastes. Therefore, in order to build environment friendly architecture, the selection of the materials is very important and necessary from the planning stage with careful reviews and concern. This study tries to define what the environment friendly materials we, to investigate and to classify them, in order to provide some guidelines for selecting them at plans to build. For examples, the materials can be classified into natural materials, continuously usable materials, recycled materials from wastes, and less polluting materials mixed with natural materials. Finally, this study reviews the existing products in the market and proposes to develop new ones in the future. It will present the circulation of resources in the 21century through recycled and reused materials.

Through the courses of industrialization, speedy growth and pluralism. The problems about the environment- friendly structures have become very important problem. Especially, it is getting highly appear to the expectation about the environment friendly buildings in Kangwon-do where has greacefully clean environment. The guide line for Kangwon-do can be arranged to the following through the varity analysis, outside enviroment, color, construction materials, outside design etc the guide line for Kangwon-do can be arranged as to the followings. It appears to be suitable to country houses in kangwon-do that is made of timber or red-bricks with green half circled roof and give a sense of warmth and soft. but the coastal area village is appeared wave style roof with orange color and surrounded by natural building stones or a line- plastered wall making complicated.

태양열 이용은 대체에너지자원 가운데 가장 널리 분포되어 있고 기술력에 따라 얼마든지 사용할 수 있는 태양열에너지를 그 대상으로 하고 있기 때문에 자연친화적이며, 친환경적인 접근방식으로 기술 개발 및 이용보급 정책을 함께 추진해야 할 것이다. 건물에너지 절약 기술도 국가에너지수요의 $30{\%}$이상을 차지하는 광범위하고 다양한 건물에너지 수요를 효율화하고 절감하는데 그 목적이 있으므로 기존의 건물에너지 이용방식의 문제, 효율개선방안, 그리고 신기술개발 및 환경친화적 건축설계등 기술 개발과 건축관련 정책을 병행 추진해야 그 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 기술개발 계획 수립, 연구개발 수행, 기술 이전 및 상용화 그리고 실용화 보급정책 시행의 전과정에 걸쳐 상호 보완적이고 체계적인 운용으로 효율을 극대화하고 파급효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국가 에너지기술개발 10개년 계획의 목표와 틀 안에서 대체 에너지 기술 개발사업과 에너지 효율향상 기술개발 사업에 포함되어 있는 태양열 이용과 건물 에너지 절약기술에 관련된 프로그램들을 중심으로 효율적 운영방안 등을 검토하고자 한다. 또한 각각의 프로그램들이 가지는 특성과 연관성을 검토하여 추가 보완사항이나 정책대안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research was to develop and applicate In based teaching$\cdot$learning process plan for Environmentally friendly Housing. The 3 main stages of process were used: analyses, planning & development, and application & evaluation. Three teaching subjects were selected to teach Environmentally friendly housing in the analysis stage. The webhard learning environment was consisted of contents and various materials such as digital video, PPT, group activity, discussion, individual and group reporting forms, and questions. The number of 101 high school students participated for the application stage during september 22-27, 2003. Most of all students evaluated very positively the various aspects of contents as well as LT cooperative learning methods md the web based learning environment. They strongly expressed to practice the practical ways of Environmentally friendly housing learned in the class in the future. The results imply that the contents and In teaching learning plan developed in this study seem to be adequate to be included in the regular text.

부산.경남지역의 50개 지점에 설치된 AWS 기상관측망의 측정데이터를 이용하여, 기상대 및 기상관측소를 대표점으로 하는 11개의 기후존을 구분하고, 설정된 기후존별 대표도시의 기상특성을 파악할 수 있는 기후맵을 작성하는 방안을 소개하였다. 본 고에서 작성된 기후맵을 이용하면, 지역의 온도.습도.풍향.풍속.일사량.우량 등의 기상요소가 건축환경에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 파악할 수 있으며, 향후 지역의 특성을 살린 에너지 절약적 환경친화건축 개발의 기상자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As the environmental paradigm is the major issue today, the guideline of the ecological design in the interior architectural field is needed. One on the knowledge necessary to plan the ecological interior architecture as a designer is the spectification related factors for planning, which should be applied in materialistic matters. In this paper, the knowledge of materials and products needed to design interior space considering the ecological factors is studied. And, a guideline for the eco-design is investigated for the expression of the environmentally friendly perception.

This study is based on the Ecological Design Theories related with the Village and Architectural planning. The purpose of this study is to propose the Rural Village Design Method in consideration of Ecological Environment. To achieve this purpose, Normative Theory Study which means Logical Analysis of Ecological Theories in the new field of Ecological Village and Architecture Design, is done in accordance with the object of this study. This results derived of this study are as follows: 1. Six(6)-Environmentally Friendly Rural Village Planning Elements related with the purpose of this study, are clarified these are Land-use planning, Transfortation planning, Plants and Water, Living-thing Ecological System planning, Energy and resource planning, Village Culture and amenity planning, and Architectural Material planning. 2. The aim of this study on the Munich Olympic Park is to understand the characteristics and design techniques of the environmental design of G$\ddot{u}$nther Behnisch's architecture. This particular work is chosen because it represents a turning point in his architectural life in terms of his approach to environmental design. The goal of this paper is to research Behnisch's design techniques in order to realiz a way to apply nature-friendly design in contemporary-architecture. In Behnisch's architectural works, the organic design philosophies of Hugo H$\ddot{a}$ring and Hans Scharoun are clealy echoed. The site and natural surroundings are always important in his architecture. In terms of his environmentally-friendly approach, Behnisch's architecture can be defined as one which espresses a harmony between architecture and the naturale-surroundings. In terms of the structural aspect, Behnisch's architectural forms are not imposing, but rather waiting to be discovered naturally. In terms of spatial characteristics, Behnisch's spaces are based on organic characteristics and have a strong relationship between the outside and inside. In particular, the artificial architectural landscape in the Munich Olympic Park through cable-construction connects perfectly with nature.
