One of the most important things in channel of distribution is the management of intrachannel conflict. In this study, I tried to find out the major sources of conflict among distribution channel members of petroleum industry and home electronic industry which have two types of distribution channels - sales branch and agency, and also investigate how the level of conflict influence the business performance. The results of the study showed that the imbalance of power, nonfulfillment of roles by manufacturers, nonfulfillment of roles by dealer, divergence in perceptions, intrachannel communication noise have positive relation but role clarity has negative relation with conflict. The results indicate that the more power manufacturer exerts upon dealer, the less manufacturer and dealer practice their roles, and the more communications noise there is, there will be more conflict between channel members. I also analyzed the relationship between conflict and business performance and the result came out as expected, the more conflict there is the less business performance. Little difference was found in sales branch and agency on that aspect.

Effect of color is to the human in modern society, has become an important element from the mental psychological aspects. Color is to heal the dry emotion directed the feelings and emotions that occur in the message visually the human mind, the environment plays a role that will enhance the value of life in accordance with the color that has been expressed. In this study, the metal jewelry on the sides to eliminate monotonous color expression of the metal using a Ottchil and Porcelaine 150 paint by applying the method of representing, it shows changes in various colors. Chapter and comparative analysis to produce a metal piece of Ottchil and Porcelaine 150 paint. It was derived as a result of the defect. Advantage is a method in combination of this, in comparison with the general method of metal color expression, were able to variously express color effect, since the role of the surface coating, to prevent the vessels discoloration the variable problems can give complemented on. The disadvantage is, Ottchil appears Ottchil up phenomenon by constitution, Porcelaine 150 paint, when used in the dishes in the chemical composition, can be harmful to health. To apply to work in the this reference, trying to contribute to the practicality of implementation and artistry.

Continuity and discontinuity is a relative concept, and there are various categories of the continuity and discontinuity in our circumference. Generally, characteristics of postmodernism including between the difference and the variety have being regarded as a discontinuity. Concept of the continuity includes between the quantitative continuity and the qualitative continuity qualitative continuity has organic characteristic, which encourages creating something permanently through the flowing of the time. Therefore, this thesis has studied like this complex social condition and various relationships expressed in modern fashion focusing on permanently creative movements and behaviors equal to the 'continuance' theory of Herni Bergson and 'continuity' theory of Jill Deleuze. This thesis classifies characteristics of the qualitative continuity into spatiotemporal and spatial continuity, and subdivides into 3 sets: perceptual continuity, spatial continuity, transferring continuity of physical experience, immaterial informational continuity, and fluid continuity with environment. Continuous viewpoint, which accepts the existing elements and allows them to flow liberally, should be present more appropriative thinking direction in explaining the complex situation expressed in the modern fashion, rather than discontinuous viewpoints focused on the only changing moment.

This study is to investigate on the influence of mental health and job satisfaction on perceived job stress of financial companies. The subjects of research were total 132 working at the financial company in T and J city Gangwon Province from September 20 to October 15, 2012. The survey instrument used was 43-item scale for evaluating financial worker KOSS and 18-item scale for mental health, 12-item scale for job satisfaction. Data was analyzed by using SPSS Win17.0 program, ANOVA, t-test, pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis. In a comparison of factors of Job stress and mental health demonstrated positive correlation and showed significantly. Job satisfaction demonstrated negative correlation and showed significantly. Also, for the financial workers solve the Job stress and support positive significant in there's job satisfaction, it need to nursing intercession to supply more better service and financial environment.

Some difference was found between sales branch and agency on that aspect. Managerial implications and limitations of the study were also discussed.

The goal of this study was to evaluate the relationship between metabolic syndrome risk factors and health promotion behavior in general hospital nurses. Data were conducted using a structured questionnaire survey with 450 registered nurses in a general hospital in Gyeonggido. Data were collected from October 6 to October 31, 2014. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0. version. The overall prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 8.0% for nurses at a general hospital. The mean score of Health promotion lifestyle profile was 2.53( range: 1.22~3.44). The high prevalence risk groups for metabolic syndrome was between 26 and 30 yr of age, ICU nurses and drinking one or two times/1wk. The study indicates that hospital administrators should focus on job circumstances of nurses(especially nurses classified as high prevalence risk for metabolic syndrome) for improvement and prevention of MS prevalence risk.

In the process of identifying the earth's crust structures to accurately locate the seismic epicenter, man-made earthquakes need to be generated. Such a large-scale ground vibration can be generated by a deep borehole blasting, but it can also accompany some environmental impacts on the surroundings. In this respect, a borehole test blasting was carried out to determine the maximum charge weight that could be used without affecting the various structures around the blast site. Total 400kg of gelatine-type dynamites was used in the test blast. As a result, a prediction equation for ground vibrations was derived from the measured data. With the allowable level of 3.0 mm/s for residential structures, the maximum charge weight was determined to be 677kg if military structures near the site were considered. But if the military structures were not considered, it was found that up to 2100kg of explosives could be used without affecting old houses in the nearby village.

This study examined the effects of teacher job stress and emotional intelligence on the turnover intent and job satisfaction. To this end, an early childhood teacher survey of 220 people using SPSS 9.0 data processing, analysis, and the independent variables were used to predict the dependent variable. Simple regression analysis and regression analysis of a follow-up examination were then performed. In the first study, the early childhood teachers' turnover intention due to job stress and job satisfaction revealed job stress to be a significant factor. The children's lack of leadership and administrative support work overload factors contributed to causes of stress. The turnover intention appeared to affect the mind. Second, early childhood teachers job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intention were affected by attempts to mediate the influence of job stress. Therefore, mediation plays a significant role. These results show that infant teacher duties affect the turnover intention and job satisfaction.

Nowadays IT service users meet various new IT services and are considering a switch into a new IT service. IT service providers are also developing the strategies to retain and expand their customer base. Studies on switching intention have been one of the most interesting topics in the on-line and off-line markets. In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the IT service switching intention. Our research model includes the relationship between 'switching intention' and 'habit', 'alternative attractiveness', 'present service satisfaction'. In addition, we try to find the effect that 'habit' and 'alternative attractiveness' give to 'switching intention' through 'present service satisfaction'. Finally, the moderating effects of 'switching cost' are examined. This empirical paper proves that 'habit' and 'present service satisfaction' give effects to 'switching intention', and 'alternative attractiveness' give the indirect effects to 'switching intention'. In addition, 'switching cost' has the moderating effects between 'switching intention' and 'habit'.

This research was performed to analyze quantitatively how spiritual stress affects some ERPs on human through sight stimulus after the settlement of visual and auditory integration environment in three dimension space. We measured ERPs in the normal state and spiritual stress sessions separately. The subjects were 10 normal men and women and vital signs was recorded from Fpl, Fz, Cz, Pz, O1, O2's scalps. The experiment was done in isolated room where electro-magnetic effect do not affect. The result showed that P300's amplitude was a little higher under stress session and latent period in this resulted in longer time. We recorded through voltage variation the activity of brain which is in charge of human's perception. cognition, process of action and evaluated the effect of spiritual stress. We expected that the result of this research can be used to evaluate the malfunction of brain.
