본 논문에서는 유아들의 환경 교육 효과를 증대하기 위하여 집중력이 약한 유아들의 특성을 고려하여 3D MAX를 이용한 3D 애니메이션을 설계 구현하였다. 본 애니메이션을 이용하여 수질오염의 원인과 환경을 보호해야 하는 이유를 알아보고 유아들의 환경보전에 대한 인식과 태도를 형성하여 환경보호를 행동으로 실천 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

Landfarming and a microbial agent were used to treat dilsel-contaminated soil. The microbial agent was applied to the contaminated soil in a concentration of 5$\times$102 cfu/soil(g) and the total amount of microbial agent, 210 l , was sprinkled on the soil four times for 24 days during 50 day-remediation period. The remediation goal, lower than 800mg/kg of TPH, was achieved from 5,707mg/kg of TPH within 50 days. The total number and activity of indigenous microorganisms were increased by 100 times after the microbial agent, Bioil-D, was applied to the contaminated soil.

The purpose of this study is to analyze community members' perception due to impacts on use and development of Dulegil in Bukhansan National Park. The study was conducted by questionnaire survey sent to community members of the vicinity of Dulegil. Average score of positive impact on the local community was 3.2. Positive impacts mentioned by community members were 'heightened pride in their community with increased community image' and 'improvement of landscape and natural environment.' Improved residents' awareness of landscape and natural environment indicated that Dulegil almost accomplished intended goal of preservation of ecosystem. However, actual effects on ecosystem preservation and local economy were not perceptible yet. Score of negative impact was 2.8 on average. 'Traffic congestion' and 'increase in noise level' were considered the most serious among the negative impacts. Environmental pollution and destruction of vegetation in the lowland were deemed relatively bad. Regarding resident awareness of community, those in their 50s and older were quite satisfied with the community. However, young people showed lower level of satisfaction. In order to satisfy all ages, infrastructure and programs for the youth should be in place. To minimize negative awareness of impacts of Dulegil, visitor's attitude should be changed, and education and training on the value and mind set of horizontal hiking are required.

This study investigated laundry behavior. laundry awareness. clothing behavior for environment preservation of university students living at dormitory and relationship among the students' backgrounds. above three aspects. The survey data were collected from the students at Korea National University of Education located in Chung-Buk on November, 2003. The results showed that the laundry awareness of university students living at dormitory was relatively high, but the students' actual laundry behavior was unscientific and according to customs leading to waste of various resources and water pollution. The students' clothing behavior for environment preservation occurred very rarely. Female students and the students had laundry education were superior to laundry awareness and laundry behavior. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop and enforce laundry education program which is not just providing knowledge of laundry but improving power of practical application to real life situation for university students who might be one of family members in immediate future.

생산품에 대한 국제적 환경기준은 강화되고, 친환경소비를 실천하는 소비자의 요구도 커졌다. 온실가스 감축은 거를 수 없는 시대적 흐름이다. 우리나라를 비롯한 많은 국가들이 배출권거래제 도입에 적극적인 이유는 여러 가지 긍정적 효과에 기인한다. 배출권거래제는 기존 온실가스 목표관리제에 비해 국가 온실가스 감축비용이 44-68% 수준으로 절감된다고 한다. 또한 기업의 신재생에너지, 에너지 고효율 기술 등 저탄소 분야에 대한 투자와 기술개발을 유인하고, 저탄소 경제구조로의 전환과 경제성장에도 기여한다고 한다. 배출권거래제의 성공적 시행을 위한 중요한 과제는 정부의 면밀한 준비와 할당 대상업체 등 산업계의 적극적 협조다.

The purpose of this research is to verify the effect of a 3-year-old's green growth education knowledge of environmental conservation and eco-friendly attitude. This study conducted a survey of 2 classes of 3-years-old children (totaling 45 children) located in Gyeonggi Province Shiheung. The experimental group consisted of 23 children while the comparison group was comprised of 22 children. Experimental treatment period was 5 primarily by the classroom teacher in the experimental group and 12 sessions going green growth program was compared to a group, the basic curriculum was operate as usual. The results of this research are summarized as follows. First, the result of the experimental group, which participated in green growth and did not participate in the control group, show that the early childhood of the experimental group has been improved about knowledge of environmental conservation and showed a statistically significant difference. Second, the result of the experimental group which participated in green growth show that the attitude of the experimental group improved an infant's environment-friendly conscience.

By preservation of vegetation landscape in urban park, the uniqueness and attractiveness of a city can be created and maintained. In this study, the CAD simulation of Dwangju Park was implemented, and it was proved that CAD simulation can be used to preserve the vegetation landscape and to regulate the building construction. But, when simulated short range vegetation landscape, such as the position, height and forms of trees, vegetation structure, dtc., are can be important factors. And, the method of suveying and presenting trees in CAD for efficient simulation are need to be sutdied futher.

한국원자력연구소와 삼양제넥스연구소는 최근 제지$\cdot$섬유 및 식품 공업 등에 널리 사용되고 있는 공업용 전분을 방사선을 이용하여 새롭게 생산하는 방법을 세계최초로 개발하였다. 본 기술의 내용은 전분에 산화 보조제 첨가와 방사선 조사를 병행하여 점도 안정성이 우수하고 경제성이 높은 고점도에서 중점도 및 저점도까지의 필요에 따라 요구되는 변성 전분을 건식으로 제조하는 기술로서, 변성 전분의 생산성 향상 및 생산비 절감 효과와 함께 환경 공해 없이 변성 전분을 생산할 수 있어 국내 전분 공업에서 크게 이용될 것으로 전망된다. 또한 방사선 조사로 오염 유기체에 의한 손실을 방지하여 $10\~20\%$ 정도의 간접 증산 효과와 전분 추출 시간 단축에 따라 가공 에너지 절감, 그리고 환경 규제 물질인 아황산 용액의 농도를 감소시켜 작업자의 건강 보호와 환경 보전에도 크게 이바지할 수 있으며, 전분 추출률 증대에 따른 수입 절감 효과도 크게 기대된다.

버려지는 폐품을 자원으로 재활용하기 위한 노력이 활발하게 전개되고 있다. 특히 다양한 재질로 생산되는 포장재 회수 재활용은 환경을 지키고, 재활용 산업 육성이라는 두 마리 토끼를 잡는 효과를 올리고 있다. 그 핵심에는 한국포장재재활용사업공제조합(이하 공제조합)이 포장재 생산자와 재활용사업자 사이에서 가교 역할을 하며 자원순환 사회 구축을 위한 국가적 과제의 선도적 역할을 하고 있다. 공제조합은 공익법인으로 재출범된 지만 1년이 되었다. 올해 초 공제조합 수장으로 선임된 김진석 이사장을 만나 사업방향과 포부를 들어보았다.

온실가스 감축목표의 달성을 위한 정책은 에너지 가격구조의 개선을 통해 국가 경제의 탄소 집약도를 낮추고 에너지 효율을 제고하는 방향으로 추진되어야 할 것이다. 우리나라는 대규모 배출권에 대하여 배출권 거래제를 시행하고 있으므로, 이를 보완하는 차원에서 배출권 거래제의 적용을 받지 않는 배출원에 대하여 탄소세를 부과하는 정책을 추진할 필요가 있다. 온실가스 감축을 위한 규제(탄소세, 배출권 거래제 등)는 기존세제 구조의 왜곡을 해소하거나 교역조건 개선 효과가 클 경우 경제성장에도 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다.
