Development and Application of a Path-Based Trip Assignment Model under Toll Imposition (통행료체계에서의 경로기반 통행배정모형 개발과 적용에 관한 연구)

  • 이용자의 경로선택 형태를 모사하는 통행배정모형 결과의 정확도는 교통계획에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 이용자의 경로선택 결정과정에서 가장 중요한 판단기준은 통행시간과 통행요금이다. 그런데 통행요금은 이용자의 경로거리에 따라 다양한 방식으로 부과되므로, 링크를 분석단위로 하는 기존의 통행배정모형은 현실적인 통행요금 반영이 힘들었고 또한 수요예측 결과를 이용한 다양한 분석에서 제약을 받아 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 경로교통량을 도출할 수 있는 경로기반 통행배정모형을 구축하였고, 또한 경로거리에 따라 결정되는 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 경로기반 배정모형에서는 GP(Gradient Projection) 알고리즘을 이용하였고, 계산상의 효율성 제고를 위해 K-최단경로 알고리즘 중 MPS(Minimal Path Search) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 개발된 배정 모형은 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로 통행배정 결과의 정밀도를 향상시켰을 뿐만 아니라 기존 배정모형에 비해 최적해로의 수렴속도도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 배정모형은 경로교통량이 도출되고 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로, 통행요금과 통행 거리 관계에 따른 목적함수의 규명과 그에 따른 효과척도를 계량화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 모형은 통행배정에서 실재상황을 보다 현실여건에 맞도록 규명할 수 있고, 기존의 제한적인 효과분석의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로 그 활용범위가 넓다. 또한 본 논문은 개발된 배정모형의 적용사례로서 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안을 제시하였다. 기존의 고속도로 통행요금 산정 방법은 이론적 근거가 미약했던 반면, 본 논문에서 개발된 배정모형과 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안은 고속도로 통행료 결정에 대한 과학적이고 합리적인 분석방법을 제공하였다.한 민감도 분석을 실시한 결과 대안1의 경우 교통량의 변화 및 화물통행의 시간가치의 증가시 사회적 편익이 오히려 감소하였고, 대안2와 3의 경우 사회적 편익이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 경부고속도로의 화물차량의 구성비에 따라 대안 1의 경우 오히려 화물차의 통행시간이 증가함에 그 원인이 있다 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 결론을 통하여 경부고속도로상의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. Increase of Solubility of Ginseng Radix by Extrusion Cooking (압출성형 공정에 의한 인삼의 수용성 성분 증대)

  • Extruded ginseng was manufactured using twin-screw extruder under 300 rpm screw speed, 21 kg/hr feed rate, $80-150^{\circ}C$ extrusion temperature, and by addition of water (12.1-30.6%). Extraction yield and contents of total carbohydrate and uronic acid in extruded ginseng at room temperature extraction (RT) increased with increasing extrusion temperature, whereas those of boiling temperature extracts (BT) were not affected by increasing extrusion temperature. Contents of nonstarch polysaccharide (NSP) in RT and BT extracts increased 340 and 142%, respectively, compared to that of raw ginseng. Main sugar compositions of NSP in RT and BT extracts were arabinose, galactose, and glucose. Extraction yields of total and crude saponins in extruded ginseng at optimize extrusion condition were higher than that of raw ginseng. In RT extracts, molecular weights of polysaccharides from raw were higher than that of extruded ginseng polymer, whereas in BT extracts molecular weights of polysaccharides from extruded ginseng were higher than those of raw ginseng polysaccharides.

A Study on the Extracting the Core Input and Output Variables in Korean Seaports by DEA and PCA Approach (DEA와 PCA에 의한 항만의 핵심 투입-산출변수의 추출방법)

  • The purpose of this paper is to show a way for extracting the core input and output variable in Korean seaports by using principal component analysis and DEA(data envelopment analysis). Two inputs(birthing capacity, and cargo handling capacity) and three outputs(export cargo handling amount, import cargo handling amount, and number of ship calls), and three cross sectional data(1995, 2000, and 2004) for 26 Korean seaports are considered for measuring the efficiencies of 21 DEA models. 21 models can be treated as variables and efficiencies as observations for extracting the core inputs and outputs variables by using principal component analysis. An empirical main result indicates that core input variable is cargo handling capacity, and core output is the number of ship calls. The Korean seaport authority can adopt the DEA and principal component analysis for deciding the development and investment to each seaport.

A Study on the New DEA Ranking Measurement for the Efficient Seaports based on Changing the Reference Set (참조집단의 변화를 통한 효율적인 항만의 순위측정방법:DEA 접근)

  • The purpose of this paper is to show a way for measuring the rankings of efficient seaports in Korea by using DEA(data envelopment analysis) and model suggested by Jahanshahloo et al(2006). Two inputs(birthing capacity, and cargo handling capacity) and three outputs(export cargo handling amount, import cargo handling amount, and number of ship calls), and one cross sectional data(2004) for 26 Korean seaports are considered for measuring the efficiencies. An empirical main result indicates that ranking order of efficient seaports are Okpo, Samcheok Ulsan, Daesan, Busan, Gohyun Ports. Samcheok Port is classified as the most strong efficient port among 16 general ports except 10 container ports. The Korean seaport authority can adopt the new measurement way introduced in this paper for measuring the exact ranking order of efficient seaports when it decides the development and investment to each efficient seaport.

  • The privatization and commercialization of airports has moved forward at the globa1 level. individual countries have begun to focus less on the public welfare aspect of airports, and to emphasize the need to uncover means of increasing their respective airports economic performance and profitability. Although there is a need for Korean airports to be managed in accordance with this global trend. In order to conduct an accurate comparison and analysis of the managerial performances of the fourteen airports, the WLU(Work Load Unit) a concept which integrates the two outputs of airports, namely, passengers and freight, was employed in this study. Furthermore, in order to overcome the limitations of conducting a financial comparison based solely on WLU, the DEA model was also employed to evaluate airport efficiency: moreover, the benchmarking method was used to establish the input-output goals.

Comparison of Environmental Efficiencies and Shadow Prices of Pollutants in Korean Cities (한국 도시의 환경효율성과 오염물 잠재가격 비교)

  • The purpose of this paper is to grasp levels of cost burden in pollution treatment by measuring efficiencies and shadow prices by pollutants in Korean cities. The efficiencies and shadow prices of pollutants will be compared for cities divided by Seoul metropolitan area and non-Seoul metropolitan area. Annual shadow prices of NOx, SOx, and PM10 emissions in the cities of Seoul metropolitan area are 0.846, 0.318, 0.816, respectively for 1999-2005. The annual shadow prices in the cities of Non-Seoul metropolitan area are 0.848, 0.272, and 0.789, respectively over the same periods. The shadow prices of SOx showed similar levels between two areas but those of NOx and PM10 of cities in Seoul metropolitan area were higher. NOx emission quantities of both areas have similar increasing patterns because the NOx has mainly increased with augmentation of transportation regardless of Seoul metropolitan and non-Seoul metropolitan areas. It seems that the reason the shadow prices of two pollutants for the cities of Seoul metropolitan area are higher, is because environmental regulation is stronger in the cities of Seoul metropolitan area, the cities of Seoul metropolitan relatively show higher quantities of pollution reduction under given desirable outputs, and generally have industrial sectors with small pollution emission. In the future we need to reduce pollutants in the various respects such as adjustment of overall industry structure, energy consumption pattern, and reviews of arrangement of living space for the cities located on the downward-sloping segment of production frontier.

Effects of chromium chloride addition on coloration and mechanical properties of 3Y-TZP (크롬염화물 첨가에 따른 지르코니아 색상 및 물리적 성질 변화에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of chromium chloride addition on coloration, mechanical property and microstructure of 3Y-TZP. Materials and methods: Chromium chloride was weighed as 0.06, 0.12, and 0.25 wt% and each measured amount was dissolved in alcohol. $ZrO_2$ powder was mixed with each of the individual slurry to prepare chromium doped zirconia specimen. The color, physical properties and microstructure were observed after the zirconia specimen were sintered at $1450^{\circ}C$. In order to evaluate the color, spectrophotometer was used to analyze the value of $L^*$, $C^*$, $a^*$ and $b^*$, after placing the specimen on a white plate, and measured according to the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) standard, Illuminant D65 and SCE system. The density was measured in the Archimedes method, while microstructures were evaluated by using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and XRD. Fracture toughness was calculated Vickers indentation method and indentation size was measured by using the optical microscope. The data were analyzed with 1-way ANOVA test (${\alpha}$ = 0.05). The Tukey multiple comparison test was used for post hocanalysis. Results: 1. Chromium chloride rendered zirconia a brownish color. While chromium chloride content was increased, the color of zirconia was changed from brownish to brownish-red. 2. Chromium chloride content was increased; density of the specimen was decreased. 3. More chromium chloride in the ratio showed increase size of grains. 4. But the addition of chromium chloride did not affect the crystal phase of zirconia, and all specimens showed tetragonal phase. 5. The chromium chloride in zirconia did not showed statistically significant difference in fracture toughness, but addition of 0.25 wt% showed a statistically significant difference (P<.05). Conclusion: Based on the above results, this study suggests that chromium chlorides can make colored zirconia while adding in a liquid form. The new colored zirconia showed a slight difference in color to that of the natural tooth, nevertheless this material can be used as an all ceramic core material.

증착방법을 달리한 $TiO_2$ 박막의 표면처리에 따른 저항변화 특성 연구

  • 정보화 기술이 급속히 발전함에 따라서 보다 많은 양의 data를 전송, 처리, 저장 하게 되면서 이를 처리 할 수 있는 대용량, 고속, 비휘발성의 차세대 메모리의 개발이 요구 되고 있다. 이 중 저항 변화 메모리(ReRAM)는 일반적으로 전이금속산화물을 이용한 MIM 구조로서 적당한 전기 신호를 가하면 저항이 높아서 전도되지 않는 상태(Off state)에서 저항이 낮아져 전도가 가능한 상태(On state)로 바뀌는 메모리 특성을 가진다. ReRAM은 비휘발성 메모리이며 종래의 비휘발성 기억소자인 Flash memory 보다 access time이 $10^5$배 이상 빠르며, 2~5V 이하의 낮은 전압에서 동작이 가능하다. 또한 구조가 간단하여 공정상의 결함을 현저히 줄일 수 있다는 점 등 많은 장점들이 있어서 Flash memory를 대체할 수 있는 유력한 후보로 여겨지고 있다. 저항 변화의 특징을 잘 나타내는 물질에는 $TiO_2$, $Al_2O_3$, $NiO_2$, $HfO_2$, $ZrO_2$등의 많은 전이금속산화물들이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Reactive DC-magnetron Sputtering 방법과 DC-magnetron sputter를 이용하여 Ti를 증착한 후 Oxidation 방법으로 각각 증착한 $TiO_2$박막을 사용하여 저항변화특성을 관찰하였다. $TiO_2$상부에 Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)를 이용하여 $HfO_2$ 박막을 증착하여 표면처리를 하고, 또한 $TiO_2$에 다른 전이 금속박막 층을 추가 증착하여 저항변화 특성에 접합한 조건을 찾는 연구를 진행하였다. 하부 전극과 상부 전극 물질로는 Si 100 wafer 위에 Pt 또는 TiN을 사용하였다. 저항변화 특성을 평가하기 위해 Agilent E5270B를 이용하여 current-voltage (I-V)를 측정하였다. X-ray Diffraction (XRD)를 이용하여 증착 된 전기금속 박막 물질의 결정성을 관찰했으며, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)을 이용하여 증착 된 샘플의 표면을 관찰했다. SEM과 TEM을 통해서는 sample의 미세구조를 확인 하였다.

The Numerical Study on Effect of the Droplet Sizes on Internal Mass Transfer in the Spray Type Scrubber (분무형 스크러버에 내에서 액적크기에 따른 물질전달에 관한 전산해석적 연구)

  • As regional air pollution gets worse by the sulfur oxides emitted from various types of vessels passing through the many countries, the International Maritime Organization establishes the emission control areas and regulates sulfur dioxide in those areas. In order to satisfy these regional regulations, the fuel selection method and the exhaust gas post-treatment device are applied to the ships. Due to the economic reasons, the post-treatment method of exhaust gas for reducing the amount of sulfur oxides discharged is mainly preferred. The scrubber which is dominantly used in the ships are the spray type system where the sprayed liquid drops used for capturing the soluble sulfur dioxides in the exhaust gas. The performance of the spray type system depends on the size distribution of the sprayed droplets. In order to evaluate this performance, we designed counterflow type scrubber and cyclone scrubber and evaluated the desulfurization efficiency and the amount of droplet evaporation according to the size of each droplet by using computational fluid dynamics. The Eulerian-Eulerian analysis method was used because the scrubber had a gas-liquid two-phase flow inside the scrubber. When the diameter of the droplet was $100{\mu}m$, $300{\mu}m$, $500{\mu}m$ and $700{\mu}m$. As a result, both of scrubbers showed high desulfurization efficiency and low evaporation amount at $500{\mu}m$ and $700{\mu}m$.
