본 연구는 환경친화적 음식문화를 개발하고 보급하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고, 음식물 쓰레기 감소를 통한 환경정책과 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 울산광역시에 거주하고 있는 주부와 조리사를 대상으로 하여 식단작성부터 식품구매, 조리 음식먹기 및 남은 음식물 처분에 이르기까지 음식소비의 전과정에서 음식물쓰레기를 감소시키기 위한 구체적 실천 전략인 환경 친화적 음식소비행동을 비교해 보았다. 이는 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 환경친화적 식품소비행동을 총체적으로 보면 조리사는 주부에 비하여 더 환경친화적으로 식품을 소비하고 있었다. 조리사는 먹는 사람의 의견을 고려하고, 제철 식품위주로 식단을 작성하고, 계획적으로 식품을 구매하고, 사온 식품을 바로 손질하고, 저울과 계량컵을 사용하여 정확한 양의 음식을 만들고, 가족 행상 음식을 뷔폐식으로 준비하고, 남은 음식을 필요한 사람에게 즉 시 준다는 면에서는 더 환경친화적이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 세부문항별로 볼 때 주부는 식품포장 단위가 큰 경우 이웃과 공동구매하고, 남은 음식은 1회 정도 먹을 분량씩 포장하면 냉동보관하고, 음식재료가 싸더라도 많이 사지 않는다는 면에서 조리사에 비하여 더 환경친화적이라고 할 수 있다. 먹는 사람의 수 보다 넉넉하게 식품 구입, 가능한 적은 포장단위로 구입, 채소를 다듬을 때 버리는 양이 많음, 각종 행상 음식을 먹고 남을 정도로 넉넉하게 준비, 야채 자투리, 배추 우거지, 파뿌리, 멸치머리, 북어머리, 닭뼈 등은 국물을 만드는데 이용, 국이나 찌개를 함께 준비, 국이나 찌재의 국물의 양은 넉넉하게 주문, 여러 가지의 반찬 준비, 덜어 먹는 상차림 준비, 외식할 때 남을 정도로 넉넉하게 주문, 외식할 때 남은 음식 싸옴, 냉장고에 보관하다 버리는 음식 및 재료가 많음, 음식은 부족하지않고 남을 정도 준비등은 조리사와 주부간에 의미 있는 차이가 보이지 않았다. 환경친화적 음식소비행동은 성별, 결혼여부 및 교육수준에 따라서는 의미 있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 남자와 미혼 은 모두 조리사이므로 주부를 제외한 조리사만을 선택하여 성별과 결혼여부에 따라 환경친화적 음식소비 행동의 차이를 알아보기 위한 결과 역시 차이를 보이지 않았다. 환경친화적 음식소비행동은 연령, 월평균소득 및 엥겔계수와 의미 있는 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 조리사와 주부는 음식을 소비하는 전 과정에서 가장 많이 관여하고 있는 집단이다. 그런데 조리사와주부 모두 전반적으로 환경친화적 음식소비행동의 수준이 높지 않음으로 합리적인 식생활문화를 생활화 할 수 있도록 교육과 홍보가 필요하다고 본다. 주부의 경우 유치원이나 어린이집, 초중고둥학교에서 하는 부모교육과 반상회의 홍보자료에 반상회의 홍보자료에 반드시환경친화적 음식소비행동에 관한 교육이 포함되어야 한다. 조리사의 경우 정기교육과정에 환경친화적 음식소비행동에 관한 홍보를 함께 함으로써 외식이나 단체급식에서 발행하는 음식물 쓰레기의 양을 줄 일 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, the current status of operation was analyzed with a view to analyze the areas in need of improvement and the status of portals of similar institutions. Based on which, a proposal was made to help improve the function of utilization as well as search the products of studies by and for the research institutes funded by the government having jurisdiction by applying the information service technology developing in line with the fourth industrial revolution for the purposes of aiding and fostering with efficiency toward achieving the goal of establishment for such institutes, while strengthening the utility of NKIS. First, in order to secure the membership, it is necessary to find the targets for policy information and promotion, and it is also necessary to increase the demand for policy information, such as by preparing the people friendly policy reports, infographics, and information delivery in an easy manner. Second, it is necessary to provide customized services in the manner which reinforces reports and policy data on the social issues and education topics, which are among the interests of the primary user base by considering the ratio of visiting occupations. Third, for the diversification and expansion of video data services, it is necessary to prepare alternatives, such as by setting regulations and encouraging the institutions of jurisdiction to upload the video data. Fourth, it will be necessary to improve the overall public relations service. It is also necessary to proceed with the NKIS' publicity webtoon serialization with the latest contents or abolish the current webtoon promotion, while it is necessary to derive the plans for the efficient implementation of the contest, further to the need to discuss the secondary publicity after the contest rather than halting after it.

As a number of new college students is dramatically decreasing, each college is trying to find various solutions for gathering many students and operating a school. In specialty, information such as entrance examination and matriculation status data is very important for a college to decide a direction of admission and public relations policy, and increase welfare of the school. Therefore, it is seriously needed for a school to introduce a matriculation management system that can do the effective analysis through various entrance examination and matriculation status data and decision factors of school. In this study, I developed a matriculation management system which can analyze information of applicants, successful candidates and registrants based on national framework data, and was able to analyze applicants, successful candidates, registrants by regional groups and the ratio of successful applicants against applicants and the change rate of applicants in the last 3 years. It is expected that the developed system can provide appropriate and rational information for public relations policy and operation to a college.

시공간을 초월한 홍보의 최적 도구인 인터넷은 모든 세대와 계층을 아우르는 보편적인 서비스로 사회적인 영향력이 점차 확대되고 있다. 글로벌 홍보가 필요한 대기업 종합상사 7곳, 중견기업의 회장 및 임원들의 기업 29곳, 월드클래스 300 기업 중 30곳 도합 66개 기업체의 영문홈페이지의 공지사항, 보도자료, 비디오 등을 대상으로 소스코드 분석하였다. 영문 홈페이지를 통하여 글로벌 기업의 홍보를 극대화시키기 위해서는 웹표준, 웹접근성 등의 문자적인 기준을 지켜야 하며, 의미적 기준도 지켜져야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 의미적인 기준에 초점을 두고, 글로벌 온라인 마케팅 영향을 확인할 수 있는 20개 분석요소를 선정하고, 대상기업의 홈페이지 기준현황을 세부적으로 분석한 후, 최적 홍보의 기초적인 전략에 대해서 검토하였다.

As keen marketing competition for increasing corporate image has been begun, the creative level of annual report design, which is deeply involved with investment, has became a fundamental measure of corporate value. Good commercial design has to have both practical and aesthetic aspect. For make more creative annual report project. it's worth to find world design trend in practical way. The point of study focuses and sorts on physical properties of out-put works by the view point of editorial design, and tries to find the possibility of common design style. It analyzes key message, pagination plan and feature pages of 2013 ARC awarded annual report works in interior design category. The visual image and typographic style study of awarded works will help planner and designer who develop annual report project, because this research data reduces their process. Then it's possible to have more opportunities to create project and supports background material for making a presentation for clients.

There are many investment budget drafts in the filed of a road traffic safety. The traffic safety budget is spitted into following three major areas: 1) traffic safety facility (Engineering), 2) traffic enforcement (Enforcement), and 3) traffic safety education & public relation (Education). The three area are known as so-called 3E policy. This study investigates the effect of the investment in the 3E policy on the reduction of traffic accidents analyzing the data annually collected from the 15 local governments during 1992 to 2007. The analysis employing the traffic accidents as the dependent variable reveals that the effect of the investment is higher if same amount of investment is made on areas of the traffic safety education and public relation than the area of facility improvement. The similar conclusions are resulted from the separate investigation of traffic accidents data by 6 different types. All the results consistently indicate that the current traffic safety investment being primarily made on traffic safety facility needs to shift to the areas of traffic safety education and public relation budget.

This study was attempted to compare and analyze college students' handwashing performance and attitude according to their handwashing education and promotion experience. The subjects of the study were 205 university students, and data were collected using a self-reported structured questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and independent t-test were conducted using SPSS 22.0 program, and the results of the study are as follows. Both the handwashing performance and attitude according to the handwashing education of college students were statistically significantly higher in the subjects who received the education. As a result of analyzing the handwashing performance and attitude according to the handwashing promotion of college students, there was a statistically significant difference in the handwashing attitude, but the handwashing performance was not significant. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to strengthen university students' handwashing education and promotion, and efforts to improve handwashing performance and attitude will be needed.
