Comparative Study on TV Public Advertising Content in Korea and China (한국과 중국의 TV공익광고 내용 비교 연구)

  • This paper makes a comparative analysis of themes, appeals, and aims of TV public service advertisements through 927 advertisements from China and South Korea. The study found that there is an obvious difference between China and Korea TV public service advertisements : (1) China TV public service advertisements pay more attention to public morals, while advertisements of South Korea focus on national fusion ; (2) In the way of appeal, different from China's rational demands, South Korea is based on emotional appeals ; (3) The aim of Chinese public service advertisements is for public but South Korea's target is for individuals. Thus, although both China and South Korea are Asian countries, their TV public service advertisements are obvious different. So it is necessary to analyze different situations of the two countries when China and South Korea focus on the same theme of publicity.

  • 국내 소비시장의 일부분인 재래시장은 현대화와 정보화로 인해 소비자가 감소함에 따라 시설개선, 홍보이벤트 등 외형적인 부분에 중점적으로 변화가 일어나고 있다. 하지만, 소비자들의 편리성을 고려한 서비스에 대해서는 그 대책이 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 재래시장의 활성화를 위하여 이기종 센서 및 RFID 태그를 통해 재래시장의 실시간 정보를 얻고, 이를 소비자 및 판매자의 정보와 함께 규칙/사례기반추론 방식을 이용하여 다양한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 상황인식 기반의 u-CMIS(ubiquitous-Conventional Market Information System) 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 u-CMIS 모델은 소비자가 재래시장을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있도록 기존의 온라인 마켓과 모바일 온라인마켓을 통해 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 재래시장의 정보 및 맞춤형 서비스를 제공받을 수 있으며, 이를 통해 소비시간을 단축하거나 물품을 저렴하게 구입할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 대형유통 매장이나 소규모 매장에서 매장의 홍보 및, 상품정보, 행사, 기획상품 등을 고객에게 알리기 위하여 전용 그래픽 툴을 사용하여 프린트하여 전단지 형태로 배포하였다. 그러나 이러한 방식은 매가 변경, 또는 행사내용 적용시 바로 적용이 불가하고 수작업을 통하여 배포하는 단점을 가지고 있다. 그리고 미래형 매장을 구축함에 있어 스마트 선반이나, 전자가격표시장치, RF 카트와 같은 장치와의 호환성 및 고객중심의 매장구축에 있어 기존의 POP 시스템의 개선이 필요하다. 따라서 제안하는 RFID 통합형 e-POP 시스템은 가격, 상품정보 및 고객정보 및 미디어 컨텐츠를 디스플레이 하는 e-POP장치와 고객서비스를 위한 동선분석 및 선호도 측정을 위하여 RFID를 통합하여 지능형 매장 및 매대를 구축하기 위한 기반을 마련하여 기존의 POP시스템을 대체할 수 있는 시스템이다.

  • 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 운용되는 빅데이터 처리 프로그램에 ARM과 Intel의 하드웨어 보안이 어떠한 방식으로 적용되는지 비교 및 분석한다. 비교를 위하여 클라우드 서비스 모델을 제시하고, 실제 빅데이터 처리 알고리즘을 ARM과 Intel CPU를 갖춘 기기에서 작동시켜 수행 시간을 비교하였다. 연구 결과, ARMv7의 취약점인 하드웨어 암호화 모듈과 메모리 암호화의 부재를 도출하였고, 그 대안 방안으로서 FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)의 사용과 그 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

  • This paper aims to develop the One-In-One web solutions that can work in PC, tablet, notebook, and smart phone depending on the flow of the ICT times to promote the marketing of the technology. The characteristics of this web solutions can be used to a image viewer system of 3D array type for PC, tablet, notebook, and smart phone. It is implemented in the design of 3D display slide show type. And it is developed an image viewer system, which enables users to use by utilizing the links manner ICT base required by each channel of the image. This is the 3D photo viewer PR solution developed in the way that anyone can use easily without the knowledge of programming in various areas such as public relations, business, and education.

A Study on the Enriched Contents of OPACs of Public Libraries in Korea (공공도서관 온라인 목록의 보강된 콘텐츠에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the present state of the enriched contents of OPACs of public libraries in Korea. Examined are the OPACs of 125 public libraries which hold Jeon Du-hwan Hoegorok, and 260 public libraries which hold Banil Jongjokjuui retrieved from KOLIS-NET of the National Library of Korea from Sept. through Oct. 2019. The enriched contents of these controversial books are mostly provided by Naver, Daum, and Aladin Internet Bookstore, and their so-called summaries, reviews, etc. are actually only excerpts supplied by publishers. They are given only as a link to external sources or the whole or partial display in a bibliographic record. Since these enriched contents contain only publishers' promotional statements, but not any objective and professional review, they are not much useful for library users. Therefore, more active participation of librarians in creating or evaluating the enriched contents are proposed, especially for such controversial books.

Improving Security Awareness about Smishing through Experiment on the Optimistic Bias on Risk Perception (위험인식의 낙관적 편향 실험을 통한 스미싱 보안인식 개선)

  • Recently, various risks of smartphone hacking are emerging. Smishing crime techniques become more cunning and its damage has been increasing, thereby requiring effective ways of preventing and coping with smishing. Especially, it is emphasized the need for smartphone users' security awareness and training besides technological approach. This study investigates the effective method for providing news messages in order to improve the perception of risk from smishing. This research empirically examines that the degree of optimistic bias on risk perception can vary depending on news frame, topic type, and involvement regarding smishing. Based on the findings, it identifies the factors influencing risk perception and verifies effective ways of promoting individual security awareness on smishing. The results of this study provide implications that assist in educating, campaigning and promoting information security awareness for smart device users.

Development of Online Video Mash-up System based on Automatic Scene Elements Composition using Storyboard (스토리보드에 따라 장면요소를 자동 조합하는 주제모델링 기반 온라인 비디오 매쉬업 시스템 개발)

  • In this paper, we develop an online video mash-up system which use automatic scene elements composition scheme using a storyboard. There are two conventional online video production schemes. Video collage method is simple and easy, but it was difficult to reflect narrative or story. Another way is a template based method which usually select a template and it replaces resources such as photos or videos in the template. However, if the related templates do not exist, there are limitations that cannot create the desired output. In addition, the quality and atmosphere of the output is too dependent on the template. To solve these problems, we propose a video mash-up scheme using storyboard and we also implement a classification and recommendation scheme based on topic modeling.
