본 논문은 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 소비자 인식의 변화에 따라 최근 대두되고 있는 웰니스 서비스에 관한 연구이다. 현재 많은 소비자들이 여러 가지의 홈 헬스케어 개인건강기기를 통해 자신의 건강을 관리하고 있지만 제조사 별 고유의 소프트웨어와 통신 프로토콜을 내장되어있어 개인건강기기마다 각기 다른 방식의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이처럼 현재 제공되고 있는 헬스케어 서비스를 보다 효율적으로 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 개인건강기기와 서비스 제공 시스템간의 표준화된 인터페이스를 지원하기 위해서는 통합 게이트웨이 솔루션이 필요하다. 특히, 각 시스템 구성요소 간에 IEEE11073 PHD(Pelsonal Health Devices), HL7(Health Level Seven) 등의 표준을 통하여 건강정보 데이터 센싱, 취합 및 전송, 분석 및 피드백이 표준적인 방법으로 운용되어야한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 TV 환경에서 ISO/IEEE11073 표준을 준용하여 다양한 통신 인터페이스를 통한 개인건강기기의 연결성을 지원하는 통합 게이트웨이 솔루션 및 헬스케어, 건강관리와 관련된 서비스를 위한 건강정보 모니터링 앱을 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 최근 스마트 헬스케어가 보건의료서비스에 특화시켜 환자와 의사가 직 간접적으로 진료를 할 수 있게끔 하는 스마트폰 환경에서의 원격진료 서비스가 부각됨에 따라 유무선 통신 인프라를 기반으로 노인, 만성질환자, 회복중인 환자나 수술 후 환자 그리고 일반인 등이 일상생활을 하면서 불편하거나, 거추장스럽지 않게 신체 정보를 측정하고 건강상태의 변화에 대한 전문가의 진단을 즉각적으로 제공하기 위해 Bluetooth HDP(Health Device Profile)을 통해 IEEE11073 PHD 표준 기반의 홈 헬스케어 의료기기 연결성을 보장하며, HL7 CDA 기반의 정보 전달 구조로 의료진뿐만 아니라 다양한 스마트 앱 어플리케이션 간의 융합을 가능하게 하는 스마트 헬스케어 솔루션을 설계하고자 한다.

뷰티테크시장에서 출시하는 제품 중 영상처리기술을 반영한 다양한 뷰티디바이스가 증가하는 추세이다. 특히 스마트패키징의 경우 주목할 만한 이슈로 뷰티디바이스와 연계된 사용성 및 편리성을 갖춘 애플리케이션 개발이 중요해지고 있으며 사용자가 맞춤형 피부진단 관리 방법에 대한 뷰티정보, 분석리포트, 피부케어샵, 화장품 등을 추천받을 수 있는 뷰티솔루션이 설계되어야 한다. 본 연구는 뷰티케어시장의 전문서비스 영역과 경계를 대중화하여 사용자가 맞춤형 피부진단 관리를 할 수 있는 애플리케이션 설계에 주안점을 둔다. 이를 위해 피부진단 관리 데이터 수집방법의 변수를 정의하고 사용자에게 제안, 모니터링, 뷰티 홈케어 정보, 전문서비스와의 연계방안 등 맞춤형솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 비즈니스플랫폼모델을 제안하고자 한다.

There are cases where the mobility impaired have difficulty moving from the moment they leave the house. If guardians also do not have time to entrust their families, who are socially disadvantaged, to a shelter, the guardian has no choice but to check directly in order to know the location of the guardian. The AI home care solution was designed to relieve the anxiety and labor of caregivers and to provide convenience for protection facility officials and users. If more facilities distribute and use services free of charge to non-profit foundations and protective facilities, the concern of guardians will be reduced, and the burden of facility officials who have to manage facility users will be reduced. In this paper, we provide emergency notification services to guardians in the event of an emergency as well as location and status alarms for guardians, which are all data related to movement, in consideration of the mobility vulnerable. Furthermore, it is necessary to provide a service function that recommends the optimal route using a navigation function to ease the convenience and burden of facility officials. It is necessary to alleviate anxiety by providing necessary information to the guardian, such as the location of the shuttle used by the mobile weak and the time of getting on and off. In addition, while providing services for free, the goal is to improve the quality of service for facility managers and the quality of service for the mobility weak.

Due to the regular usage of face masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, many people developed skin issues. As a result, interest in skin care which can be performed independently at home has increased. The purpose of this study is to design a customized home beauty care device to respond to these market trends. In order to do so, the double diamond model was applied in the design thinking process, and the design development process proceeded in the order of discovery, definition, development, and delivery. This study is meaningful in that it focused on the user-centered design development approach by fusing design thinking processes rather than styling-oriented design processes, and suggested new possibilities for design development using information based on the data measured.

다양한 IoT 장비를 모니터링 하고 제어할 수 있는 gateway system을 설계하고 구현할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 효율적으로 스마트홈을 구축하기 위한 방안 및 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 현재의 스마트 홈 케어솔루션은 공기질 측정, 온/습도 측정, 동작 감지, 음성제어 장치 등 다양한 IoT 장치들을 사용하지만 사용자에 따라 필요성이 떨어지는 기능들이 존재한다는 단점이 존재한다. 이러한 이슈를 해결하면서 편리한 스마트홈을 구축할 수 있도록 plug and play 기술을 이용해 집안에서 사용하는 다양한 IoT 기능들을 사용자가 직접 선택할 수 있는 gateway system으르 제시하고자 한다. 저비용 고효율의 효율적 시스템을 구성할 수 있는 IoT 센서와 아두이노 및 라떼판다를 활용해 다양한 IoT 장비들을 모니터링하고 분석하여 쾌적하고 경제적인 스마트홈을 구축할 수 있는 방향을 제시할 수 있었다.

스마트 홈 시스템은 앞으로도 계속 기술의 발전과 수요가 증가하는 블루오션 시장이다. IT 시장의 주목을 받는 아이템을 다룬 만큼 이 작품이 높은 발전 가치와 시장성을 보유하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 스마트 홈 시스템 구축을 통해 개인에게 최적화 된 라이프 스타일을 구축하고, 더 나아가 개인에게 맞는 환경을 설정하여 맞춤 라이프 연계 서비스를 제공한다. 더 나아가 주목받는 이슈인 인공지능 기술을 사용하여 스마트 기기들에 대한 지능형 제어 및 효율적인 관리가 가능하도록 한다. 게이트웨이 서버에 에어컨, 공기청정기 등 우리 실생활과 밀접한 기기들에 연결함으로써 기존의 기기들에 비해 중요한 기기들을 더 높은 빈도로 관리할 수 있다. 이 프로젝트는 스마트 홈의 기본이 되는 통합 제어시스템과 이를 위한 IoT 허브 시스템의 하드웨어를 모두 개발한 프로젝트로써 게이트웨이 서버로 대표 되는 하드웨어를 통해 스마트 기기의 상태를 모니터링 하다가, 특정 센서값을 받으면 액션을 취해줌으로써 스마트기기를 제어할 수 있다. 그리고 이들과 관련하여 IoT 기반의 다양한 기기들을 표준화 제어하기 위한 제어 시스템을 구축하고 이를 위한 소프트웨어도 함께 개발했다.

In this paper, we propose a methodology to deal with the IOT system gradually as the use of effective systems such as electronic devices, healthcare, smart cars, smart home, remote meter reading and telemedicine closely related to our real life in the IOT system An IOT integrated account solution is needed as a way to address these needs as the demand grows for the need to identify and manage how users access and use the system for what period of time and at what point in time. We propose the communication algorithms for endpoint system, IOT system management rights policy, user information, and how to apply them to IOT system smart car and smart home on each object internet.

Home healthcare system has lot of things to do for the integration with medical instruments in the sense of standardization. We will design and implement mobile healthcare system based on smart gateway thru adaptation of ISO/IEEE 11073, and HL7 standard. And also we are willing to research heart rate monitor, pulse-oxygen meter and ECG monitor in order to develop mobile healthcare system for medical appliance. We studied the connection of standard medical devices, i.e, continua health alliance under the Android 4.x Bluetooth HDP(Health Device Profile) environments. We also tried to implement healthcare system which can support diagnosis for healthcare provider and user based on HL7 standard.
