금속선을 삽입한 Nitramine계 추진제의 연소특성

  • 로켓 모터 내에서 높은 충전률을 유지하면서 연소면적을 증대시켜 추력기체 생성량을 증대시키는 가장 효율적인 방법으로는 금속선, 필라맨트, strip, rod 등의 열전도체와 hollow fiber를 단면연소 그레인에 삽입시키는 방법이 있다. 이러한 연구는 1950년대 ARC의 Rumbel에 의해 PVC와 AP가 주성분인 혼합형 추진제를 대상으로 처음 시도되었으며, Kubota, Caveny, Gossant, King등에 의해 복기추진제와 혼합형 추진제를 대상으로 금속선의 종류, 직경, 형태, 수 및 기하학적 배열 등에 따른 실험적 이론적 연구가 이루어져 왔다.

3-D Finite element stress analysis in screw-type, cement-type, and combined-type implant fixed partial denture designs (임플란트 상부보철물의 유지형태에 따른 3차원 유한요소 응력분석)

  • Statement of problems: Stress analysis on implant components of the combined screw- and cement-retained implant prosthesis has not investigated yet. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the load distribution characteristics of implant prostheses with the different prosthodontic retention types, such as cement-type, screw-type and combined type by using 3-dimensional finite element analysis. Material and methods: A 3-dimensional finite element model was created in which two SS II implants (Osstem Co. Ltd.) were placed in the areas of the first premolar and the first molar in the mandible, and three-unit fixed partial dentures with four different retention types were fabricated on the two SS II implants. Model 1 was a cement-retained implant restoration made on two cement-retained type abutments (Comocta abutment; Osstem Co. Ltd.), and Model 2 was a screw-retained implant restoration made on the screw-retained type abutments (Octa abutment; Osstem Co. Ltd.). Model 3 was a combined type implant restoration made on the cement-retained type abutment (Comocta abutment) for the first molar and the screw-retained type abutment (Octa abutment) for the first premolar. Lastly, Model 4 was a combined type implant restoration made on the screw-retained type abutment (Octa abutment) for the first molar and the cement-retained type abutment (Comocta abutment) for the first premolar. Average masticatory force was applied on the central fossa in a vertical direction, and on the buccal cusp in a vertical and oblique direction for each model. Von-Mises stress patterns on alveolar bone, implant body, abutment, abutment screw, and prosthetic screw around implant prostheses were evaluated through 3-dimensional finite element analysis. Results: Model 2 showed the lowest von Mises stress. In all models, the von Mises stress distribution of cortical bone, cancellous bone and implant body showed the similar pattern. Regardless of loading conditions and type of abutment system, the stress of bone was concentrated on the cortical bone. The von-Mises stress on abutment, abutment screw, and prosthetic screw showed the lower values for the screw-retained type abutment than for the cement-retained type abutment regardless of the model type. There was little reciprocal effect of the abutment system between the molar and the premolar position. For all models, buccal cusp oblique loading caused the largest stress, followed by buccal cusp vertical loading and center vertical loading. Conclusion: Within the limitation of the FEA study, the combined type implant prosthesis did not demonstrate more stress around implant components than the cement type implant prosthesis. Under the assumption of ideal passive fit, the screw-type implant prosthesis showed the east stress around implant components.

  • Water emulsion technology has the problem of unstable combustion due to the rapid separation of water. To solve the problem, a hybrid mixing device was developed. The device attached on the burner was tested. As a result, the fuel consumption reduced to 12% in the similar condition of exhaust emissions and flame temperature, and 45.5%, 98.5% and 97.2% of NOx, CO, and smoke were reduced at the same inlet air and fuel flow rate.

A study on the Typology and Determinants for Changes in the Social Participation of Middle-aged and Older Population (중·고령자 사회참여 변화 유형화와 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study is aimed at offering a typology of changes in the social participation of middle-aged and older population and explore determinants for each type of such changes. The data employed for analysis are the 1st survey (2006) through the 6th version (2016) of the Korea Aging Research Panel Survey. Among the respondents of the panel survey, 1,327 males and 1,520 females with a total of 2,847 respondents were analyzed. As a result of applying the growth mixture modelling through the SPS 22.0 and M-plus 8.0 statistical programs, the changes in the social participation of middle-aged and older population have been classified into the 'high-decreasing', 'moderate-increasing' and 'low-stable' trajectory classes. Analysis of the determinants for each class shows that higher the education level, the more likely they are to belong to the high-decreasing and moderate-increasing classes than the low-stable class, and the more the population lives in urban areas, the more likely they are to belong to high-decreasing trajectory class than to low-stable class. Also, it was found that the probability of belonging to moderate-increasing trajectory class was higher than that of the low-stable class when there was no occupation. Through the results of these analyses, the implications of promoting social participation of middle-aged and older population were discussed.

  • In this study, self - healing solid capsules of crystal growth type which can be mixed directly with repair mortar were prepared, and the quality and crack healing performance of repair mortar with self - healing solid capsules were evaluated. The table flow and the air flow rate of the repair mortar material mixed with self-healing solid capsules were found to have no significant influence on table flow and air volume regardless of mixing ratio. Compressive strength tended to decrease with increasing capsule mixing ratio. As a result of evaluation of crack healing properties according to constant water head permeability test, initial water permeability decreased, and reaction products were generated over time and cracks were healed.

  • 본 발명은 약품 혼합조와 침전조 일체형 초고속침전 수처리 장치 및 이를 이용한 수처리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 일반적인 수처리 공정에서 필요한 각각의 다수의 단위 공정들을 단일 처리조 내에서 수행하게 함으로써 약품혼합, 응집반응, 침전, 슬러지 인출 및 처리수의 배수가 시간 간격을 두어 이루어지도록 하여 전체적인 유체의 체류시간이 줄여 최대 30분 이내의 초고속 수처리가 가능하도록 하는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 약품 혼합조, 반응조 및 침전조를 별도로 구성하지 않고 단일 처리조로 시설을 컴팩트화하여 시설비 및 소요 부지를 줄일 수 있도록 함과 아울러 처리수의 수질을 SS(Suspended Solids) 기준으로 1ppm 이하로 만족시킴으로써 후단의 여과공정이 불필요하여 시설비를 절감할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, pH 감지부에 별도의 pH 지시계 세척부를 설치하여 안정적으로 pH 감지가 이루어지도록 하여 약품 주입을 경제적이고 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 수처리에 따른 유지 및 관리 비용을 절감시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과를 갖는다.

Hybrid Polyline Simplification for GIS Vector Map Data Compression (GIS 벡터맵 데이터 압축을 위한 혼합형 폴리라인 단순화)

  • This paper presents a GIS vector map data compression scheme based on hybrid polyline simplification method and SEC(spatial energy compaction). The proposed method extracts all layers which contain polylines in the GIS vector map and compress all polylines in extracted layers by the hybrid polyline simplification and SEC based on MAE(minimum area error) for each segment in the line. The proposed simplification and SEC increase the compression ratio while preserving the shape quality. We analyze the visual aspects and compression efficiency between the original GIS vector map and the compressed map. From experimental results, we verify that our method has the higher compression efficiency and visual quality than conventional methods.

  • 현대우주항공(주)가 미국의 AlliedSignal사와 함께 국제 공동 개발중인 10MW급의 ASE120 엔진은 항공용 엔진을 산업용으로 개조한 개조형 엔진으로서 희박 예혼합 예기화(Lean Premix prevaporization) 방식의 연소기를 쓰고 있다. 이 연소기는 연소에 관여하는 공기량을 부하에 따라 가감하여 일정 공연비를 유지하는 air staging법을 사용하고 있으며 이로써 연소화염온도를 일정치로 조절하여 연소중 생성되는 유해가스의 양을 목표치 이하로 제어한다. 연소화염온도 설계치는 2912$^{\circ}$F이며 배기가스 발생량은 NOx, CO모두 궁극적으로 10ppmv 이하를 목표로 하고 있다. 이러한 건식 저 배기가스(Dry Low Emission) 연소기가 그 역할을 다하기 위하여는 양호한 혼합기를 확보하는 것이 선결 문제이다. 본 연구소에서는 두 개의 혼합기(mixing can)가 180$^{\circ}$ 간격으로 환형 연소기(annular type)에 접선 방향으로 설치되어 대칭을 이루고 있고 혼합기의 혼합성능을 측정하기 위하여 제작된 시험장치에는 하나의 혼합기만을 쓰고 있다.

  • This paper presents the design and the implemenration of a Mutiuser Multimedia Confernce System for synchronous groupwork.The infrastructure of this system is a hybrid srchiercture of centralized and replicated archietctures,that is to maintain sharde information cinsistently and to reduce the overhead of network traffic to the central part.The communication control of data for groupwerk managrment is centralized to the virtual node and the communication control of real data such as audio,video,text is replicated.In order ot provide a realtime audio and video processing,this system uses synamic queues and multithreads.

  • Considering special discrete distribution of exponential family as a sequence with respect to the points of support, the squence is unimodal in some sense. In this paper, we study under what condition the mixture of that discrete distribution with respect to a parameter is unimodal. We derive the maximal interval of the parameter in which each mixture of the discrete distribution such as Binomial and Poisson is always unimodal.
