쇼핑객 밀집도 수준과 지각된 혼잡이 쇼핑시간에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 점포내에 쇼핑객이 밀집해 있는 정도와 쇼핑객이 지각하는 혼잡함이 쇼핑시간에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 연구의 구체적인 목적으로 첫째, 밀집 상태와 혼잡함의 개념을 구분하여 각 점포유형에 따라서 혼잡함이 다르게 지각됨을 규명한다. 둘째, 밀집상태와 혼잡함에 대한 지각이 쇼핑 시간에 미치는 영향이 점포유형과 쇼핑객들의 쇼핑 가치관에 따라서 달라지게 됨을 밝힌다. 연구 결과 점포 유형에 따라 동일한 수준의 밀집 상태에서 쇼핑객이 지각하는 혼잡함의 수준이 달라짐을 알 수 있었다. 또 지각된 혼잡과 쇼핑시간과의 직접적인 상관관계는 입증하지 못하였지만, 점포유형과 쇼핑가치관에 따라 밀집도가 쇼핑시간에 미치는 영향이 다름을 밝힐 수 있었다.

A Study on The Impact of Perceived Crowding on Emotional Response and Revisit Intention (공항 이용객의 혼잡지각이 감정적 반응과 재방문의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The object of this study is finding out the relational effect of perceived crowding of international airport on emotional response and revisit intention. The data of this study was collected by questionnaire and based on Incheon international airport visitors. A total 260 validity sample was analyzed a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation coefficient analysis from SPSS 21, a hypothesis through out confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling from AMOS 7.0. As a result of this study, visitors' human perceived crowding of international airport and positive emotional response showed a significant effects on revisit intention.

  • The study which it sees probably is the tourist' from the tourist resort, a emotional response and the change of stay hour and the follows in crowding perceived degree and it examines it does. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, carried out literature study of a related field and set up a study model. We used one method. The first method was directly distributing questionnaires to tourist' by use of one researcher who has been trained in tourist site, in order to confirm hypothesis established according to a theoretical background. And as the site of study, chose Mureung Valley which are located in the East Sea region which is one of the largest domestic vacation destinations. Through these methods, we were able to obtain participation of 450 people from across the country. Using 408 responses(42 responses removed). we derived statistics by means of Win SPSS Version 10.0 statistics program package. The analysis results ara as follows: First, Perceived Crowding affects tourists' Emotional Response and the Stay hour change. Specially, perceived Crowding is from in the Emotional Response factor it is joyful with there is relationship of excitation relationship effect. Second, There is relationship of effect even to sentimental reaction and stay hour change. This also is from in the Emotional Response factor it is joyful with there is relationship of excitation relationship effect. Finally, we discuss the results of analysis and suggest research limitation and future and future study.

The Influence of Shop Crowdedness in Dining Franchise Liquor Shops upon the Perceived Values and Intent to Revisit (외식 프랜차이즈 주류 매장의 점포 혼잡성이 이용자의 지각된 가치와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the crowdedness of dining franchise liquor shops on the perceived values and revisit intention. For this purpose, 361 customers who had visited dining franchise liquor shops located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do areas were surveyed, and data was analyzed using AMOS 23.0 and SPSS 23.0 statistics programs. The analyses yielded the following findings. First, a higher level of crowdedness in the shop turned out to lower the perceived value of users. Second, a higher level of perceived value resulted in a higher level of revisit intent. Third, the analysis on the mediating effect of the perceived value showed that, in the relationship between the human crowdedness and revisit intention, both practical and hedonic values had mediating effects. However, in the relationship between the spatial crowdedness and the intent of revisit, the practical value had a mediating effect, while hedonic value did not exhibit such an effect. This study is meaningful in that it is presented as a theoretical establishment and an empirical study on dining franchise liquor shops.

  • Conceptualization of store image have been suggested in the past by many marketing scholars. The dominant perspective about store image is treated as the results of a multi-attribute model. Store image is expressed as a function of the salient attributes of a particular store that are evaluated. Though, there is a little confusions about what elements compose the store image, most scholars agree that merchandise, service, atmosphere, physical facilities, comfort, and location are generally accepted elements as store image. A considerable researches support that shopping can provide both hedonic and utilitarian value. Hedonic shopping value reflects the value received from fantasy and emotive aspects of shopping experience, while utilitarian shopping value reflects the acquisition of products. These two types of shopping value can affect shopping satisfaction. This study examines the relationships among stores images(store atmosphere, salespeople services, facilities, product assortment, and store location), shopping values(utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value), and shopping satisfaction based on discount stores (E-Mart, Home plus, and Lotte Mart). The author hypothesized that five store image components affect shopping values, and these shopping values affect shopping satisfaction. The author focused on the roles of perceived retail crowding between these relationships. Specifically, the author hypothesized that perceived retailing crowding moderated the relationship between shopping values and shopping satisfaction. The author also hypothesized the direct effect of perceived retail crowding on shopping satisfaction. Data analysis results indicate that among five store images salespeople services, and store location affect utilitarian shopping value.     . The author analyzed the relationship between perceived retail crowding and shopping satisfaction using WarpPLS 3.0 which can analyze the non-linear relationship. Result indicates that perceived retail crowding affects directly shopping satisfaction and there is a non-linear relationship between them. Among five store image components, store atmosphere and salespeople services affect directly shopping satisfaction.     • This paper investigates how In-store crowding influences behavioral intention with mediating consumer emotion within store. We performed covariance structural analysis based on 486 subjects on family restaurants. The results showed that perceived In-store crowding negatively influences positive-customer emotion and positively influences negative-customer emotion. In addition, In-store crowding on intention to behavior channeled through consumer emotion. Finally, we discuss the results of analysis and suggest research limitation and future study.

    • This study was conducted to determine and compare the perceived number of users (PNU) and evaluative standards for each type of visitors to "Healing Field" of Jangseong Pyunbaek Healing Forest (JPHF). Data were collected from 158 samples selected by convenient sampling method from the users of "Healing Field" in JPHF during September 2017. Visitors to "Healing Field" consisted of 49.3% for recreation (VR), 15.3% for healing (VH), and 35.3% for both recreation and healing (VRH). Respondents' average PNU was 23.8 (median: 20.0), and the range of average PNU by visitor type was 21.1-27.8 (median: 20.0). Respondents' PNU showed low correlations with perceived crowding (PC) (r=0.23) and perceived interference of healing experience (PIHE) (r=0.20). There were no differences in the optimal number of users (ONU) of "Healing Field" among the types of visitors. The overall average ONU was 28.9(median: 25.0), and the range of average ONU by types of visitors was 25.4-31.4 (median: 25.0-27.5). The overall maximum acceptable number of users (MANU) was 38.1, and MANU for VR, VH, and VRH was 36.9, 32.0, and 38.0, respectively. Respondents' mean PC was 2.73 (SD: 3.26, 9-point scale) while mean PIHE was 3.26 (SD: 1.77, 9-point scale). The VRH group showed a higher PC and PIHE than the VR group. The group with greater PNU than ONU showed higher PC and PIHE than the other groups. Based on the results, this paper presented some managerial implications, discussed the limitations of the study, and suggested the further studies.

    • Purpose: In the post-COVID-19, many consumers still feel uncomfortable with crowding in closed spaces. This study investigates how non-crowding affects consumer satisfaction and restaurant visit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 350 people aged 20 and above. A total of 347 respondents, excluding 3 unfaithful respondents, were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 program. Result: Both spatial and human crowding have significant effects on satisfaction. On the other hand, neither spatial nor human crowding directly affected dine-out intention significantly. In addition, spatial crowding was found to have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention, but human crowding did not have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention. It was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on both dine-out intention and in-store dining intension. Conclusions: This study has expanded the range of consumer behavioral intentions by applying a non-crowded environment (S) to the SOR theory. Also, Consumer behavioral intention was expanded by dividing visit intention into a dine-out and in-store dining intention. Therefore, we propose measures to minimize human crowding by introducing a system such as adjustment of store operating hours, reservation system, store opening time alarm system, and reduction of cooking time.

    • The primary concerns of recreation plan are to provide visitors with quality of recreational experience and to protect of recreation resources. The quality of recreational experience is often defined in terms of social carrying capacity. The carrying capacity is revealed as perceived crowding. In this respects, measuring perceived crowding is useful tool of social carrying capacity determination. This study is to test the structural equation model that includes variables affecting perceived crowding. Through an on-site questionnaire survey, 467 visitors on Naejangsan national park were collected. The results of the study are follows. The encounter level on facility area is higher evaluated as crowding factor than other area in the park. It can be concluded that visitor perceived crowding when facility area situates high density use level rather than other areas expose high density use level. In the path analysis, the input variables(attitude, experience, encounter level) on the structural equation model affect significantly on perceived crowding. Especially, the attitude on the park management polocy is the most affecting factor on perceived crowding.
