In this paper, we describe H. Hopf's life and works from the historical point of view. We have a very brief mention of history and results prior to Hopf. He raised the question of the topological implications of the sign of curvature. We discuss his contributions in the field of Riemannian geometry.

Some of Chekhov's short stories strongly depicted 'women' physical desire and the sins of the flesh. Chekhov created his own eroticism in life as it is through the stories. While the Chekhovian eroticism naturally emphasized on 'sensual issue' between men and women, it is not limited to the erotic expressions only. In the stories, Chekhov is saying about the fundamental causes that why women must cheat on their men, so that he focused on their mental conflicts between corporalities and morality. Finally, women' infidelity and deviance make them cause misfortunes more than ever. This studies were conducted to obtain the basic information for the influencial plant age and cultural altitude in change of hop cone yield in Hoeongseong, Korea. The fresh cone yields per 10a were increased by the increase of plant age showing 181.0 kg in 1-year-old, 516.0 kg in 2-year-old, 670.0 kg in 3-year-old, 726.4 kg in 4-year-old and 761.0 kg in 5-year-old. The productivity of fresh cone at each plant age was significantly different from 1 age to 3 age but the productivity over 4-year-old hop plant was not significantly different. In the average hop cone yields, yearly variation was significant, but the yields among the altitudes studied were not significantly different.

이 논문에서는 다항식 서로소 인수로 표시되는 위너-호프 제어기의 계산상의 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 상태공간 변수 공식이 개발되었다. 위너-호프 인수 행렬을 이용하여 주어진 다항식 서로소 인수로부터 안정 유리행렬의 서로소 인수를 구하였으며 이 결과를 이용하여 위너-호프 제어기의 공식을 유리행렬의 서로소 인수로 표현한 후 이를 이용하여 상태공간 계수를 구하였다.

본 논문에서는 호프변환을 이용한 실시간 수신호 인식시스템에서 대상영역 분할의 오차와 추출된 특징의 위치 변화등의 영향을 개선하는 방법론을 제안한다. 원형호프변환을 기반으로 생성한 특징정보로부터 CNN(Convolution Neural Network) 모델의 계층적 구조를 통하여 단계적으로 일련의 특징지도가 추출된다. CNN 모델에서 샘플링 계층의 연결구조는 특징의 위치 변화에 강인한 추출기능을 지원하며, 상위계층에서 보다 함축적인 특징지도를 생성하게 된다. 원형 호프 변환은 손의 형태학적 주요 포인트를 효과적으로 추출할 수 있게 하고 또한 입력 영상의 회전으로 인한 제약을 극복할 수 있게 한다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 이론을 TV 원격 제어를 위한 수신호 인터페이스 시스템을 대상으로 적용함으로써 그 유용성을 고찰한다.

1903년에 설립된 오스트리아 빈공방은 총체개념을 가진 호프만(Josef Hoffman)을 중심으로 1910년경부터 직물파트를 설립하여 왕성한 활동을 하였다. 빈공방 직물디자인을 3단계로 나누어 그 조형성과 영향관계를 살펴보면 1기는 1903년부터 1910년까지로 핵심인물인 모저와 호프만은 세세션과 맥킨토시의 기하차적인 성향과 일본미술의 양식과 모티브에 영향을 받아 자연형태를 기하학적으로 양식화하여 간결한 문양디자인을 하였다. (중략)
