  • 대부분의 기업은 경영전략을 결정하는데 고객의 소리(VOC:Voice of Customer)를 매우 중요한 정보로 사용하고 있기 때문에 기업들은 다양한 방법으로 고객과의 관계증진을 위해 VOC 데이터를 이용하고 있다. 그러나 수집된 내부VOC 데이터에서 많은 정성적인 데이터를 포함하고 있으므로 분석하는 데는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 소셜 빅 데이터를 분석하는데 사용하고 있는 시스템을 이용하여 다른 업종에 비해 고객이 다양하고 서비스가 매우 중요한 여행사 내부 VOC를 분석한다. 적용 사례로서 국내 대표적인 여행사에 직접 적용하여 분석한 결과를 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 빅 데이터 분석 도구를 다른 서비스업종의 내부 VOC의 정성적인 데이터를 분석하는데 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다고 사료된다.

A Study on the Effect of Mers on the Management Performance of Tourism Industry (메르스가 관광산업의 경영성과에 미친 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study is focused on finding out how Mers affects tourism industry. To achieve the study purpose we analyzed the differences of management performance of hotels, travel agencies and airlines before and after Mers occurrence. As the result of analysis, there were significant differences in the variables of profit margin ratio before income taxes and operating profit ratio as a profit index before and after Mers occurrence in the hotel firms. And in case of travel agencies, there were significant differences in the variables of debt to equity ratio and borrowings dependence ratio as a stability index before and after Mers occurrence. Lastly there were significant differences in the variables of operating profit ratio as a profit index and total assets turnover ratio as an activity index before and after Mers occurrence in the airlines. Therefore the managers should find an way to reduce the negative image of plague through the effective marketing strategy.

CRM Efforts, Different Paths to Loyalty: Members and Non-members in the Hotel Industry (CRM 활동이 충성도에 미치는 영향: 호텔 산업에서 회원과 비회원 고객 비교)

  • Since it is essential to have good relationships with customers for their loyalty, the importance of CRM has been increasing. While CRM attempts to satisfy different segments of customers with different strategies, there are not many studies conducted to examine the effect of CRM efforts on those different customers. This study explored to examine how those different customers respond to the CRM efforts depending on their memberships in the hotel industry. As results of the study, it was found that for all customers without and with membership, the effect of maintaining stage of CRM process was significant. However, for customers without membership, the maintaining stage of CRM process have positive effect on both satisfaction and commitment while for customers with membership, its effect was significant only on commitment.

  • 발리는 '신들의 섬', '세계의 아침', '지상의 마지막 낙원' 등의 이름을 갖고 있는 세계적으로 유명한 관광지이다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 세계적으로 유명한 여행목적지인 발리 관광을 통해 한국인은 동남아에 대해 어떤 인상을 갖게 되는가를 연구하고자했다. 최근 한국과 동남아 사이에 인간의 이동이 빈번해짐에 따라 문화교류 및 교차가 발생할 것을 전제로 하여 '한국 속 동남아현상'의 원인과 경로, 결과 등을 연구하는 배경 가운데, 특히 초국가적 단기이동으로서 관광을 통해 문화교류 및 교차에 대한 이해를 높이고자 한 것이다. 우선 관광목적지로 유인하는 요인에는 사회적, 지리적, 생태환경적, 문화적, 심리적 등등 다양한 요인들이 있고, 이러한 유인요인들을 매력적인 관광상품으로 개발하여 세계인들을 더 많이 유치하는 데는 관광정책에 달려있다. 무엇보다 민주화 이후 발리관광정책은 천해의 자연 및 지리조건은 물론 발리가 보유하고 있는 독특한 힌두문화, 그리고 발리를 신, 인간, 자연의 조화와 그 속에서의 평화를 체험할 수 있는 공간으로서 그 목적을 갖고 있다. 이러한 관광전략을 '지속가능한 그리고 공동체에 기초한 발전' 전략이라고 볼 수 있다. 설문지 경험분석을 통해 한국인이 발리에 도착하기 전까지 발리를 관광지로 선택하는데 영향을 준 미디어는 TV 드라마가 제일 크고, 인터넷, 여행정보지 그리고 지인 등의 순으로 나타나고, 한국인이 발리를 관광지로 선택하는 가장 큰 요인은 뜨거운 태양과 해변, 아름다운 자연환경임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 발리에 도착하여 발리에 대한 매력으로 느끼는 요소는 첫째가 역시 자연환경에서 주는 만족도가 제일 높고, 흥미로운 특징으로 볼 수 있는 것은 두 번째 요소가 편리한 숙박시설 즉, 잘 갖춰진 호텔에 대한 만족도가 2순위, 쇼핑이 3순위 그리고 다양한 문화와 예술이 4순위이다. 그리고 마지막으로 발리에 대한 이미지도 역시 자연환경에 대한 이미지가 가장 많은 영향을 차지하고 있고, 평화로움 그리고 신비로움 등이 발리에 대한 이미지로 자리잡고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 결국 초국가적 단기이동으로 한국인 발리행 관광을 통해 동남아적 자연환경과 문화에 대한 체험은 갖게 되지만, 단기이동의 한계로서 문화교류와 교차가 실질적으로 발생하는 것은 아니라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 발리는 초국가적 문화의 장으로서 한국인을 포함하여 세계인과 함께 문화교류 및 교차의 장으로서 기능하고 있다고 볼 수 있다.

  • This study validates if this relationship results in differences of significance levels between first time and repeat visitors and analyzes if there exist any differences in the spatial characteristics of tourist attractions using Social Network Analysis(SNA) for the spacial attributes of movement network Focusing on Hwaseong city, South Korea. It is important for balanced development between tour sites in Hwaseong by enhancing the value of tourism resources and applying the concept of hub-and-spoke tourism development. Based on the analyzing the centrality of tourist movement networks, degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality all did not show much variation for 20 tourist attractions versus the top five. That is, the attractions that both first time and repeat visitors visit are concentrated in well-known, famous places. The authors hope that this study, which defines practical interactions among attractions based movement, will be used as practical data for developing tourist retention marketing strategies.

  • The purpose of the study is to identify the flexibility of marketing effects which applies of practical service guarantee strategy over hotel service and methodological effects of practical service guarantee. And the detailed purposes were: first of all, how service guarantee strategy identified by previous theoretical researches influences on a service reliability and service value practically; second, how service reliability and service value influence on customer loyalty; third, how service guarantee influences on customer loyalty directly. According to the results, 5 hypotheses were selected from 5 research hypothesis proposed in this study. The concrete contents were; First, the study inspected how service guarantee strategy influences on service reliability and service value practically. The result was that service guarantee exerted positive influence on service reliability and service value. Second, the study inspected how service reliability and service value influence on customer loyalty. The result service reliability and service value exerted positive influence on customer loyalty. Third, the study inspected how service guarantee strategy influences on customer loyalty. The result service guarantee exerted positive influence on customer loyalty.

The Effect of Retro Restaurant Servicescape on Customer Satisfaction - Focused on Moderating Role of the SNS Trust- (레트로 식당의 서비스스케이프가 만족도에 미치는 영향 -SNS 신뢰 조절효과 중심-)

  • Recently, as retro restaurants began to appear nationwide, including Seoul, consumers are aware of the importance and use them according to the important factors of Servicescape and the use of SNS. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Retro Restaurant's Servicescape and Customer Satisfaction, and the effect of SNS Trust in their relationship. Convenience sampling was used for customers with experience of using Retro Restaurant, which was recently created mainly in Seoul. The survey period lasted about one month from July 1, 2020, and the final 289 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of analysis, among the Servicescape factors of Hypothesis 1, attractiveness (β=.442, p<.001) and human service (β=.516, p<.001) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the moderating effect of Servicescape and SNS Trust of Retro Restaurant in Hypothesis 2, attractiveness⁎SNS trust had a significant positive (+) influence. Accessibility⁎SNS trust had a significant negative (-) influence. Lastly, in the fierce food service industry environment, it aims to achieve a competitive advantage in the food service market through a differentiated servicescape such as Retro Restaurant. Through the SNS marketing strategy, the loyalty and re-visiting of customers visiting the restaurant is checked, and it is intended to be provided as useful data for establishing a customer-oriented marketing strategy.

  • This study is about the marketing mix of convention destination, aims to examine convention destination image and loyalty. In order to study the marketing mix more scientifically, this paper select those indexes which can promote the destination image but also can guide the access loyalty of exhibition participants. In addition, in order to understand the influence of marketing mix of convention destination which includes products, place, price, promotion, people, on destination image and loyalty, this research analyses the beneficial effect among variables. Based on previous research, the marketing mix of convention destination export products, place, price, promotion, people, convention image exports Cognitive images and Emotional images. The results show that, assuming that the beneficial effect of convention marketing mix on cognitive images was established partly, the beneficial effect of convention marketing mix on emotional images was established partly, the beneficial effect of marketing mix of convention destination on loyalty was established partly, the beneficial effect of cognitive images of convention destination on loyalty was established, he beneficial effect of emotional images of convention destination on loyalty was established. Based on the results of the study, a comprehensive strategic management on arketing mix of convention destination, played a profound impact on forming the image of the participants and enlivening the convention destination.

A Study on the Effects of Downsizing Kitchen Employees in Hotels on Job Attitude - Focusing on the Individual Behavior Types(DISC) of Kitchen Employees in the Hotels in the Seoul and Daejeon Regions - (호텔 조리사의 인력 다운사이징(Downsizing)이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 서울.대전지역 내 호텔 조리사의 개인별 행동유형(DISC)을 중심으로 -)

  • This research was to examine the effects of downsizing kitchen employees in a hotel on their job efficiency and to verify differences in the individuals' behavior characteristics according to DISC behavior types in this causal relationship. Through SPSS 17.0 program, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted on 200 samples secured for an empirical research. Two factors for the downsizing items and two factors for the items related to job attitude were extracted. Hypothesis 1 was that the downsizing within a hotel has significant negative (-) effects on job attitude. As a result of the verification, it was found that downsizing had significantly negative effects on the job attitude of cooking employees as factors for organizational commitment in employment circumstances (${\beta}$=-.256), and employment anxiety (${\beta}$=-.258), and as factors for job satisfaction in employment circumstances (${\beta}$=-.319), and employment anxiety (${\beta}$=-.174). Hypothesis 2 was that the downsizing according to DISC behavior types has significant negative (-) effects on job attitude. As a result of the verification, it was found that in the organizational commitment factors, the dominance type (D) was more influenced by employment anxiety (${\beta}$=-.435) than by any other types, and the conscientiousness type (C) was not influenced by organizational commitment. In the job satisfaction factors, the steadiness type (S) was more influenced by the changes in employment circumstances (${\beta}$=-.414) than by other types, and the dominance type (D) was not influenced. Based on the results of this research, it can be said that hotel's downsizing strategies influence job attitude such as organizational commitment and job satisfaction of cooking employees, and that there are differences in the influences according to the individuals' behavior types of kitchen employees.

  • Although Companies are forming cooperation and networks with various companies such as technology and R&D, but it is urgently necessary to secure multiple competencies of companies that can effectively adapt. This study investigated the effects of corporate strategic orientation, technological innovation capability, and organizational capability on corporate performance targeting SMEs located in the Daegu area. The survey was conducted from September 1 to November 30, 2021 for employees of Daegu companies, and a total of 183 cases were used for the final analysis. Looking at the results of the analysis, as a result of multiple regression analysis on Daegu companies, it was found that the strategic orientation, technological innovation capability, and organizational capability of managers, all independent variables, had a significant positive (+) effect on corporate performance. It can be seen that efforts should be made to improve education and R&D according to various competency bases and innovations because of the large impact on the manager's mind, the company's core technical competency, and the company's organizational performance. This study aimed to understand the importance of corporate strategic orientation, technological innovation capability, and organizational capability on corporate performance targeting relevant SMEs that can have a significant impact on national and regional economies.
