This study proposes a method of generating steel house shop drawing in an automated design method, reducing construction manpower and period. With one hour fire-resistant approval code, reflecting work ability and efficiency, steel-framed house market is expected to extend from one or two story house to multi-purpose facilities up to four story height. More models have been constructed in this system than the first appearance of fire-resistant approval in Korea in 1997 Also, cost estimation of components such as frame walls, roof trusses and floors is obtained with shop drawings. Also, the lack of suppliers of steel framed house shop drawing and unstandardized drawing method get constructors have difficulty in understanding its design. In steel framed house industry, shop drawings are essential part in building and constructing framework and they have major effects on construction deadlines and expenses. By exploring method of shop drawing automation, this study aims to optimize work flow with a standardized drawing method. The proposed system can be applied to manufacturing automation in domestic industry of factory-built panelizing method in the near future.

대규모적이며 복잡한 공공시설사업의 이행은 재정, 계획, 설계 기타 거대한 상호 연계 Pro-ject의 건설을 통합하기 위한 정선된 절차와 규정이 필요하다고 하겠다. 요즈음 우리 나라의 건설산업기본법에 "건설사업관리(CM)"라는 새로운 건설계약 업종이 대두되면서 실질적인 건설산업현장에서 관리기법의 정의와 다양성을 살펴 볼 필요성이 요구되는 차제에 세계 제7차 "Civil and Building공학의 컴퓨터화"란 주제로 1997년 8월 19~22일 Sheraton Walker Hill 호텔에서 열렀다. 이 대회에서 상기 인천국제공항 건설에 참여한 Parsons Overseas Company의 PE인 Steven B Cornell이 발표한 인천국제공항건설의 Program Management 운영을 간추려 소개한다. 이 Program Management 설명에서 Pro-gram Management(PmMt), Project Mana gement(PM), Construction Management(CM) 등의 정의과 차별성의 파악 및 p. M. 0(Program Management Oversight)의 기능과 역할을 파악할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다. 파악할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

Due to its commercial, ceremonial function, the hotel design has a tendency to be higher and larger, and its form being varied. But this tendency is not desirable in respect of architectural fire-safety. The higher its height and the larger its mass becomes, relatively the damage expectation becomes. Moreover, in case of fire, it is expected that many serious problems break out, because the users of a hotel, unlike those of office building or housing, are majority of unspecified people and they have no information about that building. Therefore, this study dealt with fire-safety problem in hotel design and tried to find out countermeasures of fire-safety and successful escafe against fire.

일본인쇄기재단체협의회(회장 고모리 요시하루)는 해외 인쇄전문미디어를 대상으로 한 IGAS2011전시회 미디어컨퍼런스를 지난 7월 28~29일 이틀간에 걸쳐 도쿄 미나토구에 위치한 도쿄 프린스호텔 11층 회의실 수에히로에서 개최했다. 이번 컨퍼런스에는 한국을 비롯, 중국, 대만, 홍콩, 호주, 인도 필리핀 등의 인쇄전문기자가 참석했으며 개회식에서 일본인쇄기재단체협의회 교지 히구치 부회장은 인사말을 통해 "지난 3월 11일 발생한 비극적인 동일본 대지진의 여파로 적지 않은 인쇄업계도 피해를 있었으며 IGAS를 치를 빅사이트전시장이 위치한 도쿄 지역도 전력부족에 따른 계획정전 및 전력사용 절감이 실행되고 있지만, IGAS2011을 차질 없이 진행할 수 있도록 대응을 철저히 하고 있는 만큼 해외출전사들은 아무런 염려없이 많은 출전을 해줄 것"을 당부했다.

제10차 아카시아 총회가 인도의 수도 뉴델리 소재의 그랜드 인터콘티넨탈 호텔 크리스탈 볼룸에서 2002년 12월 5일부터 7일까지 개최 되었다. 총회전 12월 3일, 4일 이틀간 아카시아 이사회와 교육위원회가 같은 장소에서 개최되었으며 총회 기간 중에는 학생 잼보리가 12월 4일부터 7일까지 동시에 진행되었다. 아카시아 이사회에는 이정근, 오근석 위원이 참가를 하였고, 총회에는 필자 1인, 학생 잼보리에는 최기현, 강혁진 두 사람이 참가 하였다. 아카시아 회원국은 총 2001년 네팔이 새로 가입하여 총 17개국으로 구성되어 있다. 금번 총회에서는 준비가 급하게 진행된 관계로 참여를 하지 못한 국가도 있으나 많은 현지 건축가들과 함께 성황리에 총회를 마쳤다. 개막식 행사는 비그얀 바완 회의장에서 인도 정부 도시계획, 빈곤 퇴치부 장관을 비롯하여 새로 아카시아 회장 임기를 맞은 홍콩의 배리 윌, 그리고 이번 회의를 주관하는 발비르 베르마 인도 건축사협회 회장 등이 참석한 가운데 행사를 성공리에 마쳤다. 금번 총회의 주제는 '인간 중심의 건축'(People Centric Architecture)으로 현대문명의 발달로 인하여 발생하는 비 인간적 건축에 대한 재고와 우리가 사는 건조환경에 대한 지속적 개선과 유지에 대한 아시아 건축사들의 생각이 담긴 프로젝트들이 발표되었다. 12월 5일, 6일, 7일 3일간 치루어진 행사는 다음과 같다.

국내외 주방생활용품의 진흥과 소비자 권익보호및 주방생활용품 산업의 건전한 발전에 기여하기 위해 설립된 (사)한국주방생활용품진흥협회는 지난 달11일 프라자 호텔에서 (주)락앤락, 동양케미컬(주), (주)라이프양행 등을 비롯한 52개 관련 업체 대표이사와 학계, 유관기관 등 국내 주방생활용품 진흥관련 민관 단체들이 참석한 가운데 사업설명회를 갖고 본격적으로 회원상호간의 기술정보 공유, 제도개선을 위한 정책 개발, 공동 마케팅, 주방생활용품산업 전문인력 양성 등 회원사들에게 실질적으로 도움이 될 수 있는 일들을 중점적으로 추진할 것을 공표했다.지난 달 월간포장계는 현 하나코비(주) 회장인(사)한국주방생활용품진흥협회 김준일 초대 회장을만나 협회 현황 및 앞으로의 계획을 들어보았다.

열병합발전시스템은 엔진 또는 가스터빈구동의 열병합발전설비이며, 전력과 열을 동시에 이용함으로써 높은 총합열효율이 기대되는 열원시스템이다. 그 경제성은 전력과 열의 수요가 년간을 통해서 안정하게 존재할 것이 필요조건으로 된다. 본보는 일년간의 운전기록을 사용하여 현재 가동하고 있는 시스템의 특성, 전력수요와 열부하의 실태를 분석하여 개략적으로 설명하는 것이다. 해석에 사용된 자료는 시간단위의 계획치, 적산치이며, 데이터입력후의 인산, 통계, 도표 작성등은 전부 전산기시스템으로써 처리하였다.

This paper presents a scheduling technique that reflects various constraints in remodeling project of inhabited condition. The remodeling project of inhabited condition is required more detailed planning and control due to claims by noise, vibration, dust, smells, limited lift capacity, and limited temporary stock area. Because of the constraints, complexity in scheduling is increased and earlier completion is required to reduce the possibility of safety and environment accidents. Especially, in case of inhabited condition, the scheduling should be linked day-time/night-time/weekend work. This paper proposes a structured scheduling technique to incorporate those constraints in remodeling of inhabited condition. This scheduling technique considers not only remodeling process but also dismantling, newly-construction, and residents movement. Process expression method using MS-Project also presented to keep connectivity with existing scheduling system.

Recently, modular construction method has been widely applied to projects with repetitive processes including dormitory, the residential facility, and the hotel construction due to reduced labor input and shortened construction schedule. Generally, about 40% of total on-site construction cost excluding unit installation cost, is put on exterior finishing work, and thus management of finishing work is deemed important in maintaining the targeted schedule and cost. Since limited equipment is shared so that subsequent activities are not affected while carrying out on-site installation and finishing work, lifting plan becomes more important for modular projects with greater portion of finishing work load. In this regard, tower crane operation plan may take the form of a single cycle or multiple cycles in which equipment efficiency can be affected. However, difficulties exist in evaluating alternatives to tower crane operation plans supporting unit installation and finishing work. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the alternative of tower crane operation method according to the cyclic period setting in modular building site to determine the effect on T/C uptime and process by parameterizing lifting time for unit and exterior finishing material, lift cycle for unit and exterior finishing material and time required for finishing work. Accordingly, this study develops a simulation model that can increase the tower crane efficiency by controlling the work speed. An academic contribution of this study is to suggest a resource leveling method applying the concept of lifting cycle, and further is expected to be managerially used as a basis for an alternative evaluation of equipment plan.

This study was carried out to investigate how the basic plan of the Saemangeum development project that has been developed by the government since 1991 has been changed and to present a new development strategy by analyzing the future value and tourism resource value of Saemangeum development. The research methodology is based on the in - depth analysis methodology of the time series research materials and press releases published by the Saemangeum Development Administration, which oversees the development of Saemangeum. The government announced a plan to significantly reduce agricultural land and increase the proportion of non-agricultural land to 70% in order to create a multifunctional complex. After that, the government revised the basic plan of Saemangeum in 2014 and changed the plan to tailor the investment demand in order to cultivate investment demand, and introduced the special economic cooperation system for global economic cooperation. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of Saemangeum development to date and to evaluate the value of Saemangeum development as a tourism resource, centered on the Master Plan of the Saemangeum Development Project changed by the government. Based on the results of this analysis, I would like to present the vision of Saemangeum tourism development considering Saemangeum 's environment and characteristics of the surrounding scenery by referring to trends and similar cases of international tourism.
