The purpose of this study was to examine the size system of women's suits on the market in China and the levels of satisfaction on the fit experienced by Chinese customers, and thereby to look into the problems relating to the fit of Chinese women's suits. The findings were as follows: 1. The size fur women's suits currently on sale in China was indicated by the number by all manufacturers. The size of the largest production was in the order of 165-88A, 160-84A, and 170-92A for jackets; 160-68A, 165-72A, and 170-76A far pants and skirt. 2. The survey on the recognition of the size for ready-made suits showed the response rate of $91.1\%$ for jackets, $58.7\%$ for pants, and $56.3\%$ for skirts, indicating the higher recognition level in the measure for jackets in comparison with pants. 3. The survey on the satisfaction with the fitness for each item of women's suits(jackets, pants, and skirts) showed the satisfaction levels of $3.05\~3.63$ for all items, above the ordinary figures. Of the three items, the satisfaction level of pants was lowest. 4. The survey on the repair frequency for each item of suits showed $53.2\%$ for jackets, $52.5\%$ for pants, and $30.4\%$ for skirts, that of the skirts being lower than those of the other items.

오늘날 항공기사고는 우리나라뿐만 아니라 세계도처에서 때때로 발생되고 있다. 특히 항공기에 대한 갑작스러운 테로 공격 또는 일반 항공사고에 기인된 항공기의 추락 및 물건의 낙하로 인하여 지상에 있는 제3자에게 손해를 입히는 경우가 간혹 발생되고 있다. 이와 같은 항공사건에 있어 가해자(항공기 운항자)는 피해자(지상 제3자 등)에 대하여 불법행위책임을 부담하게 되는데 이러한 사건들을 해결하기 위하여 1952년의 개정로마조약과 1978년의 몬트리올의정서 등이 있음으로 본 논문에서는 이들 조약의 성립경위 및 주요내용과 개정이유 등을 간략하게 설명하였다. 특히 2001년 9월 11일에 뉴욕에서 발생된 이른바 항공기 납치에 의한 동시다발 테러 사건의 피해는 4대의 항공기에 탑승한 승객 및 승무원 266명이 전원 사망하였고 워싱턴에 있는 미국 방성청사에서의 사망 및 실종이 125명, 세계무역센터에서의 사망 및 실종이 약5,000여명에 달하는 막대한 피해가 발생되었다. 9/11참사사건은 지상에 있는 제3자의 인적 및 물적 손해가 거액에 달하였음으로 이에 따라 영국의 로이드보험 등 세계보험업계가 크게 손실을 입게 되어 항공보험을 기피하는 현상이 생겨나 법적인 문제점이 제기되었다. 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)에서는 9/11사태 이후 이와 같은 테로 사건의 법적대응책과 자구책을 마련하기 위하여 약 8년간의 심의 끝에 항공기에 대한 테로 공격(불법방해 행위)과 1952년 개정로마조약의 현대화(일반위험) 등 새로운 2개 조약을 2009년 5월 2일에 성립시켜 공표하였다. 상기 새로운 2개의 조약 중 첫째 조약은 항공기의 불법방해 행위에 기인된 제3자에 대한 손해 배상에 관한 조약(Convention on Compensation for Damage to Third Parties, Resulting from Acts of Unlawful Interference Involving Aircraft: 일명 불법방해조약이라고 호칭함: Unlawful Interference Convention)이고 둘째 조약은 항공기에 기인된 제3자에 대한 손해배상에 관한조약 (Convention on Compensation for Damage Caused by Aircraft to Third Parties: 일명 일반위험 조약이라고 호칭함: General Risk Convention) 이다. 본 논문에서는 이 새로운 2개 조약에 대한 ICAO가 주관한 성립경위와 주요 내용 및 필자의 논평을 제시하였고 이들 조약에 대하여 한국의 조속한 비준을 촉구하는 바이다.

This study aims to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of Korean and English closed captions for Netflix's "Squid Game" and to present implications based on the findings. To achieve this, the closed captioning guidelines of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, DCMP, and the Korea Communications Commission were identified and analyzed. The analysis of the subtitle of the entire "Squid Game" series reveals that, while Korean closed captions accurately present slangs and titles, they present non-existent information in speaker identification. In English closed captions, speaker identification guidelines are well followed, but omissions of slangs and title mistranslations are observed. In terms of completeness, both Korean and English closed captions are found to omit certain audio parts. To address these issues, the study suggests strengthening the QA process, establishing a system to communicate original text problems during translation, and utilizing general English subtitles.

The purpose of this study is to provide for the basic data useful to the knitwear size standards for the effective production. For this purpose, knit promotions that product knitwear for 20 age $\sim$ 30 middle age women were sampled to survey their condition of the size designation and basic product size of knitwear, and their directors were surveyed through direct interviews. Data is processed by a computer(SPSS) and analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and mode. The results of this study are as follows. 1. Size designation and bodysize of knitwear are not standardized. 2. Knit promotions that don't mark bodysize on the size designation label are not a few. 3. Cardigan's sizes except for a few part are equal to round/pola T-shirt's sizes or are large more than those.

과거의 내가, 현재의 내가 마주하는 곳, 그건 아마도 가수 최백호가 부르는 노래 세계일 것이다. 하지만 그의 노래는 한곳에 머무르고 있지만은 않다. 세월이 흘러도 변함없이 많은 사람이 그의 노래를 찾아 듣는 이유 또한, 바로 그의 노래가 깊은 페이소스를 전제로 하면서도 희망으로 와 닿기 때문이다. 그의 인생도 마찬가지. 최근 그는 젊은 뮤지션들과의 협연으로 다양한 음악적 시도 및 활동을 펼쳐오고 있는 가운데 그림과 영화 작품 활동 또한 꾸준히 해오고 있다. 3년 전부터는 한국음악발전소 소장도 맡아 음악 활동이 어려운 인디밴드들의 공연을 주선해 주는 등의 활동도 해오고 있다. 한마디로 종합 아티스트 맨이라는 호칭을 좀 더 어울리는 가수 최백호다. 가수라는 본업에서 이처럼 여러 갈래의 행보를 보이는 그가 앞으로 보여줄 인생은 과연 어떤 모습일지, 그를 다시 만난 길위에서 함께 스케치해보자.

조용필은 대한민국 가요계의 살아있는 역사, 전설, 가왕, 국민가수 등의 여러 호칭으로 불려지고 있으며 한국의 대중음악을 크게 발전시킨 인물로 평가 되고 있다. 그는 수많은 곡들을 직접 작사 작곡하였으며, 다른 작곡가에게 받은 곡일지라도 밴드 '위대한 탄생'과 함께 편곡 과정을 거쳐 앨범 프로듀싱까지 하였다. 대한민국 가요계에 싱어송라이터 라는 개념을 확립시키는데 지대한 영향을 미친 인물이다. 2011년 현재도 콘서트등의 공연 활동을 통해 각종 진귀한 기록들을 낳고 있으며 한국의 콘서트 문화를 정착시킨 인물로도 평가받고 있다. 이 논문에서는 조용필의 1집부터 18집까지 주요 곡들에 나타난 위대한탄생의 연주에 나타난 리듬편곡의 기법과 그 특성에 대해 알아보도록 하겠다.

조용필은 가수로서 대한민국 가요계의 살아있는 역사, 전설, 가왕, 국민가수 등의 여러 호칭으로 불리며 한국의 대중음악을 크게 발전시킨 인물로 평가 되고 있다. 그의 음악적 능력은 가수로서 뿐만이 아니라 1980년대에 우리 대중음악사에서 가장 뛰어난 작곡가이자 편곡가이기도 했다. 그로 인해 우리 대중음악의 음악적인 스펙트럼을 확장시키고 이후 우리 대중음악의 편곡에 지대한 영향을 미친 인물이다. 본 논문은 조용필의 음악적인 색채가 본격적으로 구축된 것으로 평가받는 3집과 4집의 음악에 나타난 그의 편곡 테크닉을 중심으로 분석해 보고, 아울러 우리 대중음악에 끼친 영향에 대해 알아보는 논문이다.

In order to understand the spatial forms of stream, this study aimed to typify stream microtopography through the collection of common names of topography determined by fishermen and to describe stream landscapes by using these typology. The seventeen stream microtopography names were sorted out and divided into three types : the streamside space which includes Kaeul-jari, Hapsu-mori, Cholpyok-jidae, Kyekok-jidae and Korpuri, stream plate which includes Youl, Mulgol, So and Ungdongi, and streambed materials which includes Ampan-jidae, Pawi-jidae, Dolpat-jidae, Chagal-jidae, Chanchgal-jidae, Moraetop, Kamtang-padak and Suchodae. The spatial characteristics of stream microtopography landscape were described according to the comparison of landform, the support of fishing, accessibility, viewpoint and eye-catching degree. The tipification of stream microtopography and their symbolization will offer a rich vocabulary to describe diverse spatial forms of stream.

일본의 농림수산성은 ${\ulcorner}$농업용 폐플라스틱${\lrcorner}$으로 호칭하고 있다. 연간배출량은 약 16 만톤에 이르고 있고, 이의 처리내용은 재생 38%, 매립 32%, 소각 11%, 등이다. 재생처리단계는 민간사업자가 기본으로, 처리내용은 일반적으로 PVC가 바닥재로써 쓰이고 PE가 서멀(연료)로써 쓰인다. 그러나 최근에 와서 비닐에 혼합되어 있는 이물질을 완전제거해 일정량의 버진과 배합함으로써 비닐을 반영구적으로 순환해 사용할 수 있는 기술이 개발되어 졌다. 이 싸이클시스템은 21 세기의 절약형사회에 적합한 것으로, 버진제품보다 저가에 공급되어 농업경영의 안정화에도 기여하고 있다. 한번 사용한 농업용 생산자재를 회수해 다시 생산자재로서 활용, 끝없이 순환한다는 개념이 뒷받침하는 이 기술은 향후 환경과 자원의 문제해결이라는 주목할 만한 가치가 있다.

In order to improve the adhesion test methods for fire hose, 7 kinds of standards (KOFEIS, UL, FM, NFPA, BS, Chinese standard, JIS, JFEII standard) in 5 countries (Korea, USA, UK, China, Japan) were compared and adhesion tests were conducted by using the samples choosed randomly from the product produced in Korea. It was concluded that the sample size, the rate of seperation of a strip of the lining from the janet and standard judgment should be more differed and divided in accordance with the fire hose number in adhesion test to get the high Quality of fire hose.
