  • Yingchuang yicao(${\ll}$螢窗異草${\gg}$) is a collection of short stories in Classical Chinese, whose style was much affected by Liaozhai zhiyi(${\ll}$聊齋志異${\gg}$). It consists of 3 chapters, 12 juan, and 138 stories. This work was written by a scholar with the pen name of Hao gezi(浩歌子) in the reign period of Qianlong in the Qing dynasty, and has drawn relatively little attention among the scholars thus far; it was not until 1980's that scholars figured out that the author Hao gezi was Yin Qinglan, the sixth son of the renowned Qing scholar Yin Jishan. Yingchaung yicao had circulated as a manuscript for more than one hundred years until it was printed by Shenbao guan(申報館) in Shanghai in the reign period of Guangxu 2-3 (1876-1877). This edition is currently collected at The Kyujanggan(奎章閣) Institute of National Seoul University. At present, no known study of its introduction to and circulation in premodern Korea is available. However, given that the late $Chos{\ddot{o}}n$ period saw high interest in Chinese narratives, it is speculated that this work was imported to Korea soon after its first publication in China. Later, two publishing houses in Shanghai also published illustrated editions of the work. Given that the Shenbao guan version is the first printed edition of Yingchuang yicao, the copy collected at Kyujanggak Institute should be regarded highly for its academic values.

  • 본 논문에서는 원격 탐사 영상 정합에서 정확도는 유지하면서 특징점 매칭 (Matching) 복잡도를 줄이기 위해 입력 영상을 전처리하는 구조물 검출 네트워크를 이용한 원격 탐사 영상 정합 방법을 제안한다. 영상 정합의 기존 방법은 입력 영상에서 특징점을 추출하고 설명자 (Descriptor)를 생성한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 입력 영상에서 특징점 매칭에 영향을 미치는 구조물만 추출하여 새로운 영상을 만들어 특징점을 추출한다. 추출된 특징점은 필터링 (Filtering)을 거쳐 원본 영상에 매핑 (Mapping)되어 설명자를 생성하여 특징점 매칭 속도를 향상시킨다. 또한 구조물 검출 네트워크에서 학습 영상과 시험 영상의 특성의 차이로 생기는 성능 저하 문제를 개선하기 위해 히스토그램 매핑 기법을 이용한다. 아리랑 3 호가 획득한 원격 탐사 영상에 대한 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법은 정확도를 유지하면서 계산 시간을 SURF 보다 87.5%, SIFT 보다 92.6% 감소시킬 수 있다.

  • 이동통신망의 발전으로 인해 한정적인 주파수 자원을 효율적으로 사용하여 폭증하는 가입자를 수용하기 위해 셀의 반경은 점점 작아지고 있다. 가입자에게 신규호의 실패보다 더 민감한 핸드오프호가 자주 발생함에 따라 핸드오프호 처리의 중요성이 증대되었다. 따라서, 셀마다 핸드오프호를 위한 예약 채널을 두어 어느 정도 신규호의 블록킹율의 증가를 감수하더라도, 핸드오프호의 강제종료율을 낮추는 방법이 제안되었다. 이러한 예약 채널 할당 기법에서는 예약 채널을 몇 개로 할 것인가가 중요한 문제가 된다. 왜냐하면 예약 채널 수를 과다하게 설정하면 핸드오프가 빈번하지 않은 셀에서는 채널의 낭비를 초래하고, 적게 설정하면 핸드오프가 빈번한 셀은 핸드오프 강제종료율이 높아지게 되기 때문이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 신경망 모델 중 다층 퍼셉트론을 이용하여 셀에서 요구되는 최적의 예약율을 구하여 셀의 환경이 변할 때마다 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 모의 실험을 통해 이동통신 시스템에서의 핸드오프 예약율을 주기적으로 최적화 시킴으로써 핸드오프가 자주 발생하는 셀에서는 핸드오프 강제종료율을 낮추고, 핸드오프가 빈번하지 않은 셀은 채널의 손실을 막아 시스템의 전체적인 효율이 향상됨을 보인다.

  • In this paper, we have proposed and evaluated the performance of the routiong protocols servicing the mobile and fixed subscribers in a large e scale circuit switched telecommunication network, connected by gateways. The large scale network consists of several subnetworks, and a subnetwork is composed of $M{\times}N$ nodes in grid topology. When a call for mobile subscriber occurs, the current routing protocols search the whole large scale network to find a mobile subscriber. Therefore, it causes many redundant packets and long call setup delay. So, we have proposed a new routing protocol, in which the destination subscriber is first searched at the subnetwork where the call is proposed protocol is better than that of the current protocol.

  • The aim of this study is to examine the difference of features between poor group and non-poor group. And, it is examined whether there are man and woman's differences. The investigation targeted the person who were using 'Regional self-support center'. They were classified into poor and non-poor group depending on the participation pattern of the self-support programs. Using logistic regression technique, I analyzed the effects of a series of independent variables on the dependent variable of whether or not person is in poor group and then compared the analysis results. The findings and policy implications are as follows. First, it was found that the health condition of women has a significant effect on the likelihood of poverty. Therefore, it is necessary to support appropriate medical service and improvement of health condition to them. Second, the business career of women was one of the factors affecting. Whether the business career is or not, it is necessary to do different support. Third, like what has been known until now, care giving was found to be a heavy burden for woman.

  • During the past 5 years, domestic VoIP service has grown rapidly absorbing more than 8 million subscribers. More recently, the increase of enterprise or institutional subscribers become more dominant than individual subscribers. Supporting emergency services such as 119 in these scaled up VoIP services is very essential. In current domestic VoIP networks, the VoIP terminal's location information which are provided to the PSAP with the arriving emergency call depends on the information which are entered at the subscription time or updated by the subscribers when the terminal is moved to other place. This manual provision of location information which requires the user's intervention can result in serious failure in saving people in emergency situations, in case that users are negligent in entering the information or users enter the wrong information. In this paper, we propose an enhanced mechanism in which the terminal's location information is automatically offered by the network for emergency services in ethernet-based enterprise VoIP networks.

Triple Junction GAGET2-ID2 Solar Cell Degradation by Solar Proton Events (태양 양성자 이벤트에 의한 삼중 접합 GAGET2-ID2 태양전지 열화)

  • In nearly all space environments, the solar cell degradation is dominated by protons[1]. Even through a GEO orbit lines in the electron radiation belts, the protons emitted from any solar event will still dominate the degradation[1]. Since COMS launch on June 26 2010, the proton events with the fluence of more than approximately 30 times the average level of perennial observations were observed between January 23 - 29 2012 and March 07 - 14 2012[16]. This paper studies the solar cell degradation by solar proton events in January and March 2012 for the open circuit voltage(Voc) of a witness cell and the short circuit current(Isc) of a section connected to a shunt switch. To evaluate the performance of solar cell, the flight data of voltage and current are corrected to the temperature, the Earth-Sun distance and the Sun angle and then compare with the solar cell characteristics at BOL. The Voc voltage dropped about 23.6mV compare after the March 2012 proton events to before the January 2012 proton events. The Voc voltage dropped less than 1% at BOL, which is 2575mV. The Isc current decreased negligible, as expected, in the March 2012 proton events.

  • Mugunghwa Satellite N0.1 is fired after operation was 13 years. The establishment of communication satellites, as well as Internet service backbone network the country, including satellite broadcasting services to provide multimedia services to general users and contribute to have a big role. High-speed Internet Access Network was expanded and satellite Internet subscribers Access Network rapidly decreasing, but it also a difficult situation, satellite communications network is still important as a component is located. Launched the first communication satellite to be launched and operated several commercial communications satellite, but satellite communications services and the pace of the system is in place. In this paper VSAT, satellite communications service to provide a service based on the status and problems of the status of operating system and will present alternative policies to solve.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of common competency, managerial competency, and job competency, which are perceived management consultants' competencies, on organizational performance and management characteristics of these managers. The hypothesis 2 shows that the influence of the management consultant capacity and the management performance on the Hypothesis 1 and the moderating effect of the hypothesis 2 management characteristics are as follows. First, common competence, management competence, and job competence, which are H1 management consultant capacities, have been shown to have a positive (+) influence on financial performance and non - financial performance. Second, the characteristics of manager in H2 were partially shown by the common competence between management consultant capacity and management performance. Therefore, in order to establish a corporate sustainability management system and implement it strategically, a consulting firm should select a consultant with excellent management consultant capability and execute management consulting. In addition, management consultants were required to have diverse learning, experience and management plans to improve their qualitative performance. Despite the fact that managerial characteristics represent partial regulatory roles, they actively play a central role in the survival and development of corporations, requiring active publicity so that the organizational characteristics of managers can be understood.

An Analysis of CSM orbit for Conjunction Assessment of Space Debris (우주파편 충돌분석을 위한 CSM 궤도데이터 분석)

  • Since plenty of spacecrafts were launched in space after 1957, the number of space debris has been increased. According to the JSpOC, the number of space debris which diameter is bigger than 10 cm are more than 22,000. Recently there were two critical events. Which one is that China shot down their satellite using missile and the other is that two satellite, Iridium and Cosmos 2251, collied. Space environment in low-earth orbit has been severe. JSpOC analyzes the collision risk between 15,000 space debris and all operation satellites and then they send CSM to the satellite operator to utilize its orbital information if collision risk might be occurred. This paper analyzes the CSM orbit data by comparing with KOMPSAT-2 precise orbit data and shows conjunction assessment results.
