  • 이 논문은 독일어의 겹자음회피현상을 설명함에 있어 어휘음운론에서의 분석이 보이는 문제들을 지적하고, 이 문제들이 제약에 바탕을 둔 이론에서는 어떻게 해결될 수 있는가를 보인다. 제약들간의 상호작용에서 특히 중요한 역할을 하는 것이 단일형태실현제약 (Uniform Exponence)으로서, 이 제약을 통해 독일어 동사의 현재시제, 단수, 2인칭 형태와 3인칭형태에서 나타나는 겹자음회피현상이 동사의 어형변화표 (Verbparadigma)와 밀접한 관련이 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 규칙들을 통해 2인칭과 3인칭의 올바른 형태를 각각 개별적으로 찾아내는 어휘음운론의 분석과는 근본적으로 다르다. 왜냐하면 어휘음운론의 분석에 따를 때, 예를 들어 3인칭 동사 arbeitet에서 Schwa 모음의 삽입은 겹자음회피를 위해 일어난다고 설명되지만 겹자음이 없음에도 불구하고 Schwa 모음이 마찬가지로 삽입되는 2인칭동사 arbeitest는 설명되지 않기 때문이다. 이런 분석에서는 2인칭 형태와 3인칭 형태가 서로 아무런 관련 없이 각기 따로 존재하게된다. 이에 반해 단일형태제약은 이 두개의 형태를 동시에 비교하므로, 동사 굴절형태에서 마치 불필요한 것으로 보이는 모음삽입이나 자음탈락의 원인에 대해 이론적인 근거를 제시할 수 있다. 즉 2인칭 형태와 3인칭 형태는 보다 상위의 제약들이 막지 않는 한 서로 최대한 비슷한 형태를 가지려고 한다. 이 논문은 겹자음 회피를 위한 수단으로서 모음삽입이나 자음탈락은 오로지 이를 통해 동사의 어형변화표가 좋아질 때만 가능하다는 것을 보여줌으로써 규칙이론이 포착하지 못하고 있는 중요한 일반화를 제시하고 있다. 단일형태 실현제약의 중요성은 접두사 in- 과 un- 이 어간과 결합할 때 보이는 대조를 통해서도 확인된다. 여기서도 어휘음운론의 다층어휘부 구조에 의한 설명이 갖는 문제점이 제약들간의 상호작용을 통해 해결될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.VII-1 및 VII-2공의 3600 m 하부층은 건성 가스 생성 단계에까지 도달한 것으로 나타났다. JDZ VII-1, VII-2 시추공의 3500 m 하위 구간의 올리고세 퇴적층에서 유기물 함량 및 수소 지수가 급격히 감소하는 것은 매몰 심도가 깊어지면서 유기물이 열 분해되어 이미 탄화수소를 생성한 것으로 해석된다. JDZ VII-1 및 VII-2 시추공의 가스징후 및 길소나이트 (gilsonite)는 탄화수소가 생성되어 이동한 흔적을 시사한다.을 해석할 수 있음을 보여주는 것으로 평가된다. 다만 PLAYMAKER2가 보다 신뢰할 만한 퇴적환경 해석을 위한 전문가 시스템으로 구축되기 위해서는 향후 많은 퇴적학 전문가들이 추가로 참여하여 기존 규칙들을 재검증하고 새로운 규칙들을 첨가함으로써 보디 세련된 지식베이스를 개발하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.이며 세 개의 산소가 이루는 평면에서 $1.68{\AA}$ 소다라이트내로 이동하여 위치한다. 32개의 $Tl^{+}$ 이온은 결정학적 자리 II에 존재하고 있으며 산소와의 결합거리를 $2.70(1){\AA}$을 유지하면서 큰 동공속으로 $1.48{\AA}$ 이동하여 위치한다. 약 18개의 $Tl^+$ 이온은 결정학적 자리III에, 또 다른 10개의 $Tl^+$ 이온은 결정학적 자리III'에 존재하고 골조 산소와 각각 $2.86(2){\AA},\;2.96(4){\AA}$의 결합거리를 이룬다.

Prediction of Sucrose Hydrolysis Rate using Equivalent Time at A Reference Temperature under Regular Temperature Fluctuations (규칙적인 온도변화에서 표준온도 상당시간을 이용한 Sucrose 가수분해속도의 예측)

  • A simple approximate model using equivalent time at a reference temperature ($t_{eq}$) was derived to predict quality changes caused by temperature fluctuations. The validity and effectiveness of this model have been assessed with experimental data of sucrose hydrolysis. Kinetic parameters of sucrose hydrolysis were estimated by one step method using equivalent time at a reference temperature with linearly increasing temperature profile. Sucrose hydrolysis was a first order reaction, and the activation energy was 25.84 kcal/mol. The extent of sucrose hydrolysis of liquid model system under accelerated test with sinusoidal temperature fluctuations were determined. The proposed model yielded accurate prediction with the correlation coefficient in the range of $0.92{\sim}0.99$.

Warm Water Circulation and its Origin by Sea Level Fluctuation and Bottom Topography (해수면변화와 해저지형에 의한 난류수의 순환과 그 기원)

  • The analysis of long- period sea level variations with tidal record data around Korea, Japan, and Russia shows that about half of the variations are due to atmospheric influences. The sea level variation by water movements is the largest in the coasts along the Tsushima Current, and becomes smaller in the distant areas. It suggests that the sea level varications are related with the Tsushima Current. The effect of sea level variations to ocean circulation has been studied with a numerical model allowing barotropic sea level fluctuations, like the result with GCM (Semtner) model by Pang et al.(1993), the present model also shows that waters basically flow along isobaths over the last China Sea after geostyophic adjustment around Taiwan. However, barotropic sea level fluctuation makes the basic circulation in the Yellow Sea, which waters flow into the central Yellow Sea and out along the west coast of the Korean Peninsula. Besides this, barotropic sea level fluctuation makes long period waves over the shelf area as the Kuroshio varies. By the waves, the basic circulation in the Yellow Sea is disturbed, so that the flow pattern of oppositely flowing into the Yellow Sea along the west roast of the Korean Peninsula appears. In the Yellow Sea circulation, it seems that northwest winds strengthen the basic circulat ion In winter, and southeast winds strengthen the disturbed circulation in summer. Another point appeared by the long period wave is that the Tsushima Current possibly originates in different areas. There have been two opposing argues on the area in which the Tsushima Current originates the southwest sea of Kyushu Island and the adjacent sea of Taiwan. Through this study, we found that both of them seem to be important areas for the origin of the Tsushima Current, and one of them is possibly strengthened by long period waves. The long period waves given by the variation of the Kuroshio Current in the adjacent sea of Taiwan propagate to the Korea Strait as forced waves. The wave continuously propagates to the last Sea through the eastern channel, but reflects in the western channel due to bottom topography. The reflected waves propagate southwestward along the last China Sea as free waves and determine the sea level variations with forced waves.

  • In this paper, we investigated SAR(Specific Absorption Rate) value variation by the position and size of the loop-type ground located in a test mobile handset. We carried out simulations on SAR value with loop-type grounds in rear case of a mobile handset, and obtained results showed that different positions and sizes of loop-type grounds had different SAR values. Among investigated positions and sizes of loop-type grounds, the small size case-C showed the best performance; i.e., it showed a decrease efficiency of 8.70 %. And in this case, it showed the highest induced electric-field distribution in the loop-type ground. In the simulation, the folding angle was set to $160^{\circ}$.

A Study on Flow Characteristics according to Meandering Low Flow Channel Shape in the Compound Cross Section Typed Straight Channel (복단면인 직선수로 내 사행 저수로의 형태에 따른 흐름특성 연구)

  • In order to examine flow characteristics according to the shape of the meandering low flow channel in the compound cross section typed straight channel, we assumed the representative channel type in Korea and confirmed the validity of the 3D numerical simulation by carrying out the hydraulic model. Based on this study, numerical simulations were also conducted on other types of river channel. As a result of the numerical model test (using the velocity value measured by the water depth observation from the hydraulic model test), it was confirmed that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results. As a result of analyzing the flow field according to the changes in the shape of the low flow channel, it was confirmed that the secondary flow examined in the previous studies occurred. Also, it was confirmed that the maximum flow velocity point moves according to the expansion cross sectional area of flow in high flow plain. Ultimately, it is thought that it is necessary to understand the position of the water impingement (which is an important factor in river design) and the extent of the impact because the change of the channel width affects the flow.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 'Three-File' 방식에 의한 근관형성시 근관의 형태변화 및 전이정도를 분석하고 이를 기존의 근관형성방법과 비교하고자 하는 것이다. 만곡된 근관을 가진 투명한 레진블럭 상에서 'Three-File' 방식, crown-down방식 및 스테인레스강 화일에 의한 수동방식으로 근관형성을 시행하고 이를 똑같은 위치가 재현가능한 고정틀에 위치시킨 후 사진의 이중노출 기법을 이용하여 근관형성 전후의 근관의 형태변화 및 전이정도를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 스테인레스강 화일의 경우 근관확대가 가장 컸고 근관의 전이정도도 심하였으며, 형성된 근관이 taper하지 못하고 불규칙한 형태를 보였다. 2. Profile로 crown-down방식에 의해 형성한 경우 taper한 근관형태를 보였고, 근관의 전이 정도도 스테인레스강 화일의 경우보다 작았다(p<0.01). 3. Profile로 'Three-File'방식에 의해 형성한 경우 taper한 근관형태를 보였고 근관의 전이정도도 스테인레스강 화일의 경우보다 유의하게 작았으나(p<0.01), crown-down방식에 의해 형성한 경우와 유의할 만한 차이는 없었다(p>0.01).

  • The morphological and cultural characteristics of alkalophilic Coryneform bacteria TU-19 were investigated at various pHs. This bacterium showed normal growth pattern at $pH\;9.0{\sim}10.0$, but the cell growth was completely inhibited at extreme pH (12.0 or more). Interestingly, at pH 8.0 the morphology of the bacterial cells seems to form convoluted filaments during the exponential growth phase while at pH 10.0, the optimal pH for the growth of this organism, the bacteria grew with variable paired or single forms, and straight rods during growth stages. Growing in alkaline media $(pH\;9.0{\sim}11.0)$, it adjusted the pH of the culture media to around pH 8.5 by itself.

Morphological Review of Red Blood Cells After X-ray Irradiation (방사선 조사 후 적혈구의 형태적 고찰)

  • This study attempted to concider the morphological change of red blood cells after whole body irradiation. Blood samples used red blood cells of white mice and mouse after irradiation. Transmission electron microscope observation results, Anisocytosis was observed in red blood cells 20 days after 5 Gy irradiation. Triangle and tetrapod were observed for small red blood cell types. Poikilocytosis, sickle-shaped Drepanocyte, and Acantocyte were observed in general-sized red blood cells. Schizocyte was observed in red blood cells 20 days after 7 Gy irradiation. Scanning electron microscope observation results, Dacryocyte was observed with microcytes. It was also confirmed that red blood cells were get tangled with each other. In addition, polygonal shapes and half-moon shapes were also observed. In conclusion, it is judged that the modified form of pathological study is more important than the numerical change in the study of red blood cells by radiation exposure. In conclusion, it was confirmed that modified morphological studies are more important than numerical changes in the study of red blood cells by radiation exposure.

  • Purpose : Cyber-Knife tumor tracking system, based on the correlation relationship between the position of a tumor which moves in response to the real time respiratory cycle signal and respiration was obtained by the LED marker attached to the outside of the patient, the location of the tumor to predict in advance, the movement of the tumor in synchronization with the therapeutic device to track real-time tumor, is a system for treating. The purpose of this study, in the cyber knife tumor tracking radiation therapy, trying to evaluate the accuracy of tumor tracking radiation therapy system due to the change in the form of unpredictable sudden breathing due to cough and sleep. Materials and Methods : Breathing Log files that were used in the study, based on the Respiratory gating radiotherapy and Cyber-knife tracking radiosurgery breathing Log files of patients who received herein, measured using the Log files in the form of a Sinusoidal pattern and Sudden change pattern. it has been reconstituted as possible. Enter the reconstructed respiratory Log file cyber knife dynamic chest Phantom, so that it is possible to implement a motion due to respiration, add manufacturing the driving apparatus of the existing dynamic chest Phantom, Phantom the form of respiration we have developed a program that can be applied to. Movement of the phantom inside the target (Ball cube target) was driven by the displacement of three sizes of according to the size of the respiratory vertical (Superior-Inferior) direction to the 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm. Insert crosses two EBT3 films in phantom inside the target in response to changes in the target movement, the End-to-End (E2E) test provided in Cyber-Knife manufacturer depending on the form of the breathing five times each. It was determined by carrying. Accuracy of tumor tracking system is indicated by the target error by analyzing the inserted film, additional E2E test is analyzed by measuring the correlation error while being advanced. Results : If the target error is a sine curve breathing form, the size of the target of the movement is in response to the 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, respectively, of the average $1.14{\pm}0.13mm$, $1.05{\pm}0.20mm$, with $2.37{\pm}0.17mm$, suddenly for it is variations in breathing, respective average $1.87{\pm}0.19mm$, $2.15{\pm}0.21mm$, and analyzed with $2.44{\pm}0.26mm$. If the correlation error can be defined by the length of the displacement vector in the target track is a sinusoidal breathing mode, the size of the target of the movement in response to 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, respective average $0.84{\pm}0.01mm$, $0.70{\pm}0.13mm$, with $1.63{\pm}0.10mm$, if it is a variant of sudden breathing respective average $0.97{\pm}0.06mm$, $1.44{\pm}0.11mm$, and analyzed with $1.98{\pm}0.10mm$.   • 일반적으로 방조제, 방파제, 돌제 또는 호안 등의 연안구조물 축조시 다양한 형태의 수리환경변화로 인하여 주변 퇴적환경의 크고 작은 변화가 필연적으로 수반된다. 따라서, 연안구조물 축조시 그에 따른 퇴적환경변화를 예측하는 것이 필수적이지만, 예측에 앞서 축조전의 퇴적환경을 파악하는 것이 선결과제이다. 그러나, 축조전 자연상태의 퇴적작용을 파악하기 위해서는 장기간의 관측 및 분석이 필요하며, 특히 조석과 파랑의 영향을 동시에 받는 해역의 경우에는 그 관측에 더 많은 주의를 요한다. (중략)
