The pile foundations have been chosen more frequently as the comprehensive development of the country progressed, especially where the ground conditions are not suitable for the construction and the dimension and the length of the piles utilized becomes larger and longer. The purpose of this study suggests the improvement method of construction management for PHC pile in an apartment house. To do This, We analyzed about current process and provided improved Process with IDEF method. And, The objectives of this research is to propose the means to solve the current problems and management factors from the results of the investigation.

This paper aims to review the regulations in the field of science and technology administration, especially the legal regulations in the management of public technologies. For this purpose, after reviewing the legal system and contents of regulation, analyze and estimate the adequacy and validity of them. So that, in this paper it is layed emphasis on that whether the regulation system is proper in point of legalism or theory of regulation law, and the regulations are appropriate when comparing with that of foreign countries, and the improvement is necessary in operating regulation system itself.

Kamii는 피아제의 발생론적 인식론이란 이론을 모태로 수학을 지도해야 학습자가 수학을 이해를 바탕으로 학습할 수 있다는 믿음을 지니고 있다. 본고에서는 Kamii가 이런 신념을 갖고 실시한 수업을 녹화한 비디오 자료에 나타나는 특징을 분석하였다. 첫 번째 특징은, 교사가 가르쳐야 할 지식을 직접적으로 지도하지 않는 대신에 학습자가 스스로 지식을 구성할 수 있도록 매개자의 역할을 한다는 점이다. 두번째, 기저지식으로서 학습자의 비형식적 지식을 학습자가 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 허용하는 분위기이다. 세 번째, 두 번째와 관련되어서 학습자의 사고과정은 성인이나 학문적 체계에서 운용되고 있는 사고 흐름과는 다르다는 것을 인정해 준다. 네 번째, 교사의 역할이 가르쳐야 할 지식을 가르치는데(전수하는데) 있는 것이 아니라 학습자들이 생성해 낸 여물지 않은 아이디어들을 익힐 수 있도록 환경을 조성하는데 있다. 다섯 번째, 학습자마다 기저지식이 다르기 때문에 동일한 학습주제라 할지라도 이해의 폭과 깊이가 다르다. 따라서, 전체학급을 대상으로 하는 수업 중이라 할지라도 개별적 학습을 염두에 두어야 한다. 학생들의 수학적 이해력이 저하된다는 염려의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이는 학생들이 이해를 바탕으로 한 수업을 받아 보지 못하기 때문이며, 이런 원인은 아마도 교사 자신이 이해를 바탕으로 한 수업 경험이 간접적으로든 직접적으로든 없기 때문일 것이다. Kamii가 실시한 수업이 학생 스스로 수학을 학습할 수 있다는 구성주의 원리를 적용한 성공적인 사례이며, 이와 같은 방향으로의 교수법의 변화가 있기를 기대한다.

This study lets you know how semantic network programs called mind tools have an effect on students' learning achievements and learning motives regarded students' cognitive levels. It helps improve the education in the real situation of the classroom. It shows that the class applied by mind tools regarded transitional students' cognitive levels and motive strategies increases students' biologies-learning achievements because it improves students' concentration and confidence efficiently connected with new knowledge by using visual effects. Also, it shows that transitional students' semantic network learning is superior to students' in formal operation stage and it is effective in forming learning contents in the structural organization with students' knowledge.

지난해 건설기술관리법 시행령 이 개정됨에 따라 지난 3월 1일부터 특급건설기술자는 기술사만 가능하고 학· 경력기술자는 초급까지만 인정되는 등 건설기술자 경력제도가 대폭 개선되었다. 이에 따라 건설교통부는 개정된 경력신고 제도를 건설기술자가 제대로 이해하지 못해 불이익을 받는 일이 없도록 하기 위하여“건설기술자 경력관리 이렇게 하시면 됩니다”홍보책자를 발간했다. 이 홍보 책자는 이제 막 입문하는 초급기술자부터 특급기술자에 이르기까지 전체 57만여명의 건설기술자 누구 나 쉽게 경력관리가 가능하도록 건설기술자의 경력신고 절차, 교육훈련, 각종 통계자료 및 주요 유권해석 등을 알기 쉽게 매뉴얼 형식으로 정리하였다. 이 책자에 따르면 건설기술자가 개정 전의 규정에 의한 기술등급을 받기 위하여 반드시 숙지해야 할 사항으로 는 오는 8월 31일까지 자신의 학력·자격·경력 등을 한국건설기술인협회 등 경력관리수탁기관에 신고하여야 하고 내년 2월 29일까지 1주의 전문교육을 이수하여야 한다. 또한 건설기술자가 근무처 경력신고시 종전의 국민연금 등 4대 보험 자료 원본을 제출하던 것을 해당 공단 홈 페이지 출력물로 대체가 가능, 경력신고가 훨씬 간편해졌다. 참고로 건설기술자의 경력관리 자료는 설계 등 용역업자의 사업수행능력(PQ) 평가시 수행경력 확인, 건설관련 업체 등록시 기술능력 확인, 건설기술자 현장배치시 적정여부 확인 등에 활용되고 있다. 본지는 건교부가 발간한“건설기술자 경력관리 이렇게 하시면 됩니다”홍보책자를 3회에 걸쳐 게재한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine three bird-watching science museums near the Yellow-sea area. The bird-watching science museum is similar to conventional science museum in terms of exhibiting objects, but in detail the bird-watching science museum is specialized in bird-watching and study it's ecology. So the sight should be near the place where the bird can be seen easily and the building should be built in ecological way. Now establishing museum in local area as a community development is pretty popular in Korea. as tourism purpose. But the main purpose of bird-watching museum should be educational and cultural way and next tourism. So in this study I tried to pick designing point of architecture and exhibition of bird-watching museum.

A stereo vision analysis was performed for motion and depth control of unmanned vehicles. In stereo vision, the depth information in three-dimensional coordinates can be obtained by triangulation after identifying points between the stereo image. However, there are always triangulation errors due to several reasons. Such errors in the vision triangulation can be alleviated by careful arrangement of the camera position and orientation. In this paper, an approach to the determination of the optimal position and orientation of camera is presented for unmanned vehicles.

Superhero movies are an important part of the Hollywood film industry. The Superman series is the most important of them, bringing high box office receipts and profits of surrounding goods to the Hollywood film industry. The Superman series of live-action movies is an adaptation and secondary creation of superhero comics. With the development of the times, the narrative content, narrative form and aesthetic design of the Superman series have changed with the times. The film "Superman: The Body of Steel" is the latest in the series, and it is also the re-launch of the Superman series of movies after seven years. The film has innovated and subverted the story and aesthetic design of the previous film.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the characteristics of the current Victorian-style interior by reviewing the basic Victorian-style house in the past. this research was analyzed various prior studies and literatures, and found the following results: First, the Victorian-style house and interior space showed various historical trends and adopted every style from Gothic to rococo, and sometimes more than one style influenced a single place. Its formality was applied depending on the function and standard of each room. Second, the interior had many decorative things with free, irregular or other patterns, influenced by Romanticism and Naturalism. The several environmental factors such as air pollution and hygienic matter were also related with its trend. the dramatic changes in the kitchen and sanitary facilities were appeared based on the technical development, and affluent design styles were also used. All these reflected the characteristics of the Victorian age. In conclusion, the characteristics of Victorian-style were influenced by many factors including: (a) the trend of Romanticism and Naturalism, (b) consideration of family convenience based on the technical development, (c) the Socio-Environmental factors like air pollution and the social norm, and (d) reflection of the individual value in accordance with frequent contacts with foreign cultures. In this respect, it is necessary to reevaluate the Victorian-style after paying due regard to such factors.
