Many previous studies on the subject of supply chain have consistently claimed that they need collaboration among the partners of supply chains in order to enhance supply chain performance. The purpose of research is to examine the causal linkages among relational characteristics, collaboration, performance in the logistics firm and this research focuses on two types collaboration(operational collaboration and strategic collaboration) as the mediation variable between relational characteristics and supply chain performance. To test the above research questions, we collected data from logistics firm(N=164). The proposed structural model was tested using the PLS(Partial Least Square) statistical program. The research results are as follows. Trust, and information sharing have positive influences on operational collaboration, and operational collaboration have also positive influences on supply chain performance. Duration and information sharing have positive influences on strategic collaboration. However, strategic collaboration has non-positive influences on supply chain performance. The effect of relational characteristics on supply chain performance is mediated by operational collaboration.

This study aimed to examine the impact of internal communication(IC) on collaborative performance(CP) and organizational effectiveness(OE), and the moderating effect of online communication tools. First, IE and RS, ISI, RS, and COMN had a significant impact on ISI, Perf, respectively. The all factors of CP affected JS and OC. Second, IE, COMN, and RS influenced OC through CC and Perf. Third, online cooperative tools for collaboration have been moderated between RS and ISI, CoW and CC, IE and Perf, Perf and JS, repectively- IE(Infromation Exchange), CoW(Collaboration Work), Communication(COMN), Relationship(RS), Information Sharing Intention(ISI), CC(Collaboration Culture), Perf(Performance), JS(job satisfactino), and OC(Organization Commiment). These results could provide one implication for the establishment and utilization of online communication collaboration tools that take into account internal communication components within the organization.

In this paper, we suggest a visual language supporting collaboration with functional attributes. The visual language is a set of visual sentences that consist of object icons and operators. The object icon is a user who participates in collaboration. And, the operator means interactive relations between users according to a point of collaborative time. The functional attributes that support various computing orders provide flexibility of interactive relations on collaboration. Also, using representation both synchronous and asynchronous relations in collaboration, the visual language supports efficiently collaboration than conventional visual languages. And, functional attributes of visual sentences are analyzed using $\lambda$ expressions.

In recent years, the importance of collaboration has been emphasized in the public sector as well as private companies. In a study for private enterprises, individual enterprises stressed the innovation through collaboration with other organization such as enterprise, university, and other agencies. Other companies and agencies have the technology they need, so that they share skill or knowledge, and they do to create more new developments. This implies a collaborative system can be a win-win collaboration with all partners. It also requires collaboration in the public sector. Because they have many problems that can not be solved at the level of individual institutions. However, public institutions lie ecologically unfavorable in a collaborative environment than the private sector. The organizational structure is hierarchical. In addition, relationships between collaboration partners not recognize horizontally. Of course, communication is not smooth. This study examines successful collaboration case in private sector and we want to draw implications for public organizations. Finally, we discussed ways to promote collaboration in the public sector.

In modern industrial society, the importance of inter enterprise collaboration is more emphasizing for the survival of companies and strengthening its competitiveness. The studies using IT systems effect on inter-enterprise collaboration are already taken several times. However, there is not much systematic research to evaluate the informatization level of B2B collaboration. In this paper, we examined the level of B2B collaboration and the use of IT systems for each business area in small and medium-sized collaborative enterprise which are classified into shipbuilding, automobile, and electronic industry. We verified that the level of collaboration between companies are significant to the level of IT use for each business area by regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the level of B2B collaboration and the use of IT systems for each business area are different.

IT 발전은 프로젝트를 수행함에 있어서 직접 대면하여 공동으로 작업을 진행하던 협업 방식을 웹 기반 툴을 활용한 온라인 협업 방식으로 변화시키고 있다. 따라서 다양한 온라인 협업 툴이 개발 및 상용화되고 있으며, 그 중 온라인 오피스로 불리는 Google Docs도 이에 해당한다. 사용자들은 Google Docs를 통해 온라인상에서 무료로 문서 작업을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다른 사용자들과 문서를 공유할 수 있으며, 해당 문서작업을 동시에 하는 것도 가능하다. 따라서 최근에는 기업뿐만 아니라 교육 기관에서도 협업이 필요한 과제 및 프로젝트를 진행할 때 Google Docs를 활용하고 있는 추세이다. 기존의 면대면 공동프로젝트 방식에 있어서도 성공적인 성과물을 만들어 내기 위해서 여러 중요한 요인들이 제시되어 왔다. 마찬가지로 온라인 협업 툴을 활용하여 창출할 프로젝트 성과물의 품질에도 여러 요인들이 영향을 미칠 것이다. 따라서 높은 품질의 프로젝트 성과물을 창출하기 위해 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인할 필요가 있다. 하지만 아직까지 온라인 협업 툴을 통한 성과 품질 혹은 결과물에 대한 사용자들의 만족에 대해 검증한 실증적 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 프로젝트 수행 주체의 개인적 특성, 프로젝트 멤버들간의 관계적인 특성, 협업 툴이 지니고 있는 시스템적 특성을 고려하여 프로젝트 성과물의 품질과 결과물에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있는 매커니즘에 대해 연구해보고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 점차적으로 중요시되고 있는 협업 툴의 발전 방향과 사용자들의 활용도 및 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Smart Home or intelligent home network control system has the need for home devices to cooperate for the purpose of providing the automated services to residents. The cooperation of home devices can be defined as the service for residents that it controls simultaneously two or more home devices with the same purpose about user's control request of specific home device. A object of home device cooperation are the function object of home device, it is well defined in each device model in AHAM(Association of Home Appliance Manufactures) nth(Connected Home Appliances). AMAM CHA is to promote new appliance services and features enabled through networking by describing generic appliance models, objects, and high-level messages, but does not consider the description and process of cooperation between objects of each device model. This paper defines the cooperation relationship that could be discovered in among home devices, and proposes the cooperation model that AHAM objects could process the cooperation relationship.

그리드 환경에서 어플리케이션 컨텐츠는 특정한 문제 해결을 위한 실질적인 작업이며, 그리드 자원에 분산 배포 되고 서로 연관되어 실행되기 때문에 협업 환경을 구성하는 것은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 그리고 대부분의 협업은 워크플로우를 통하여 구체화 되고, 그리드 환경에서 협업 처리를 위한 미들웨어로는 Globus toolkit이 대표적이다. 하지만 이 미들웨어는 그리드 환경 구축을 위한 기본 서비스들만을 제공하고, 협업을 할 수 있는 워크풀로우 생성, 작업 스케줄링, 어플리케이션 컨텐츠 관리 같은 부분은 적용 되지 않는다. 또한 Globus Toolkit은 대형화된 그리드 커뮤니티 구성에는 적합하나, 소규모 PC 기반에는 부적합하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PC 기반 그리드 환경에서 소규모 협업 처리에 효율적인 어플리케이션 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 어플리케이션 컨텐츠 배포, PC기반으로 구성된 자원관리등의 역할을 통해 효율적인 협업 환경을 지원한다. 또한 워크풀로우는 어플리케이션 컨탠츠 연관관계 사전을 만들어 협업에 필요한 어플리케이션 컨탠츠간의 정보 및 연관 관계를 표현한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Airline Partner Organization members ' perception of supply chain management characteristics on the satisfaction of the relationship and to verify the parameter effectiveness of collaboration. An empirical study was conducted through survey techniques to achieve the objectives of the study. Research has shown that the factors for building trust, immersion, and sharing of vision tables, other than information sharing, are significant prerequisites for collaboration. We have identified statistically significant effects of collaborative factor on relationship satisfaction factor. Additionally, it was confirmed that there was a parameter effect between supply chain management characteristics recognition and relationship satisfaction by testing the effectiveness of the collaboration.

최근의 비즈니스 환경은 고객, 공급자, 파트너 등 다수 기업과의 관계적 협업관계가 중시되는 수평적 통합환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 관계적 협업이 중시되는 비즈니스 환경에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서 기업은 급변하는 사용자와 시장 요구에 민첩하게 대응하고 적응해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 웹 서비스를 이용하여 다수의 협업관계를 가능하도록 동적 환경에서 배치와 재구성이 가능한 모델을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 필요한 서비스들을 의미적으로 발견하고 동적으로 재구성한다. 웹 서비스 발견 및 재구성 프토토타입을 통하여 본 모델의 유효성을 보인다.
