This study examined the effect of the industrial nursing practical education program applying online collaborative learning on perceived motivation, problem-solving ability, and communication ability of nursing students in COVID-19 period. The study was carried out according a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The study subjects were 35 nursing college students from K City. Data collection was from October 19 to November 12, 2020. Collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 22.0 with the 𝑥² test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test. The experimental group had significantly different perceived motivation, and problem-solving ability in comparison to the control group. This suggests that the industrial nursing practical education program applying online collaborative learning in the COVID-19 period can be applied as a way to increase nursing students' perceived motivation, and problem-solving ability.

In this research, we conducted an empirical study on the influence of social capital on cooperative governance for the Gwangju city social economy. The results of the study are as follows. First, the social capital factor commonly affecting cooperative governance is trust. Secondly, we were able to learn that there was a difference in the results of the hierarchical regression analysis to grasp the magnitude of the relative influence of detailed elements of social capital by cooperative governance factors in order. Network(4.843) exerted the most influence in Common Decision-making, followed by Trust(3.855). Trust(3.130) exerted the most influence on Management of Governance, followed by Network(2.936). Network(2.647) exerted the most influence on Cowork System, followed by Trust(2.244). Finally, Network(4.153) exerted the most influence on Partnership Building, followed by Trust(2.244). In particular, 'Participation' was an important factor in 'Co-work System'.

Patient's trust in their physician is crucial for relationship between patients and their doctors, treatment outcomes such as satisfaction and adherence or revisits. The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning of trusting the doctor in the doctor - patient relationship and to examine it through the multidimensional measurement tools. Using the convenience sampling method, 328 respondents in their 20s or older who had visited the hospital within 6 months were used as the analysis data. As a result of the research, it is difficult to define the meaning of the patient's trust in the doctor, but it can be summarized as having at least four meanings. First, the doctor should listen carefully to the patient's story and show communication behaviors expressing interest and forming an atmosphere of dialogue. Second, the patient's health should be considered first to understand the patient and empathize with the patient. Third, it should be honest in the examination and procedures related to the treatment as well as the technical ability. Finally, we should try to cooperate with patients.

This study was conducted to establish collaborative governance for North Korean Refugees' settlement support service. Three major actors were identified. At the central government level, there is no control center to coordinate various functions. This study suggested three roles for central government in collborative governance, which are policy planning based on public value, allocating financial resources to implementing organizations, and program evaluation for securing public accountability. The rloes of local government are establishing communication channels between implementing participants, maintenancing good relations, and coordination. Finally, the role of private actors is developing high quality service programs, connecting local resources for settlement service.

The purpose of this research is to study how efficiently corporate public-private partnerships in disaster management is. The research method involved interviewing fifteen experts in disaster management, who were questioned about assisting disaster-stricken areas in accordance with public-private partnerships. These experts offered the following suggestions for improving disaster management methodology. First, to overcome the lack systematic management in the public-private partnerships for disaster relief to expand and strengthen the role of civil organizations. Second, disaster managers and private organizations should have active communication along secure channels so that private organizations can take advantage of the talents that public and private entities own. Third, for civilian experts to share their information, which should be actively utilized to support disaster management in local government. Fourth, education and training for public-private partnerships should be made on an ongoing basis. Fifth, effective disaster management and recognition of public-private cooperation should be strengthened. Finally, private sector support should be made. This study was applied to the Delphi method and that improvements can be made to a variety of populations, such as questionnaires. The results of this study will contribute to the policy options for establishing public-private partnerships in disaster management.

동적 공급사슬망은 복잡하고 다양한 이해관계를 가진 기업들로 구성되어 있다. 다수의 구매자로부터 주문 의뢰가 동시다발적으로 발생하므로 하위 구성원들은 경쟁적 관계에 놓이게 된다. 그러므로 최적의 공급사슬구성을 위해서는 수평적 경쟁 관계를 고려하여 구성주체들간의 협력관계를 통해 이를 해결하여야 한다. 지금까지의 스케줄링 문제에서는 상위의 구성원이 하위 구성원들을 일방적으로 선택하는 의사결정이 이루어졌으나 본 문제에서는 구성원간의 협력관계에서 에이전트를 통한 다자간 협상을 통해 공급사슬 전체의 최적화를 구성하는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 협상방법론은 단일기계에서 상이한 납기일, 조기생산(earliness), 지연생산(tardiness)을 동시에 고려하였으며 전체 공급사슬의 평균절대편차(Mean Absolute Deviation)의 최소화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 협상방법론의 효과성을 증명하기 위해 분지한계법(Branch & Bound)과 비교하고, 알고리즘 구현을 통해 구매자 협상방법론의 최적화 여부를 실험을 통해 증명하였다.

Doctors and patients for the purpose of healing and treatment of disease through the contract will make a relationship. Doctors perform the medical practice for the state and illness of patient. Given that the patient did not cooperate in the doctor's medical practice, it is difficult to achieve the goal of disease healing. If the patient don't cooperate the medical care, and it is linked with a doctor's medical malpractice, patient's violation of obligation in medical cooperation is considered with negligence on the part of patients. However, this negligence should be limited to obvious cases that the patient's behavior is unreasonable although the doctor provides medical information to patients and induced the patient's response. Also, patient's violation of obligation in medical cooperation must result in adjusting the indemnification via a setoff of fault except the cases having causal relationship between doctor's fault and malpractice.

본 연구는 멀티미디어 세션에 참여한 참여자간의 효율적인 의사소통과 상호협력 환경의 향상을 위하여 다양한 형태로 응용의 변화를 주는 세션 초기 프로토콜(SIP: Session Initiation Protocol)에서의 오류 관리기의 설계에 대한 연구이다. 제안하고자 하는 오류 관리기를 이용하면 멀티미디어 응용개발 환경에서의 오류 발생 시에 객체를 동적으로 생성 및 제거함으로써 자신의 컴퓨터 시스템 상황에 맞는 세션 초기 프로토콜에서의 세션을 진행할 수 있고, 유동적인 네트워크 트래픽에서도 진행 중인 세션 초기 프로토콜에서의 세션을 유지시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 오류가 발생된 응용을 제외한 객체만의 조합으로 다양한 형태의 세션 초기 프로토콜에서의 세션을 만들 수 있다.

Communication skills are emphasized as one of the key competencies of the people who are living in the fourth industrial revolution era. However, it is widely believed that traditional education systems focused on individual learning do not provide sufficient communication opportunities. This paper proposes a method to activate communication using mobile app. In this study, app was developed and used by college students for two days, and then analyzed the communication-related effects through questionnaires. The results showed that both fun and communication were effective. Based on the experimental results, it is expected that the proposed app in this paper will contribute to activation of communication among people, increase of interest among members, and improvement of cooperative thinking ability.

In France, there are many forms of organizations based on the intercommunal solidarity for city development and management. The purpose of the collaboration among Communes is to achieve high quality and well-equipped service-delivery system through co-operation of public services needed grand finances : water supply and sewage system and waste disposal system etc. The cooperation among French Communes and its effects, even though these were owing to the existing French local administration system, continued throughout regional co-management and social co-development process. This study suggested some characteristics and implications of the collaborative-style French new-town development and management organizations focused on the EPA, SAN and CA. First, the role of developmental corporation like EPA and its collaborative structure of decision-making are meaningful, because in these ways many related Communes could share a goal of new town development. Second, the way of new town corporation (SAN) is important in the sense of enabling the Communes to collaborate with each others while maintaining autonomy, so those are not simply state-directed objects, which was very difficult in the former French local administration system. Finally, transforming to CA (Communautes d'agglomeration:city community), EPA as an intercommunal corporation is possible to extend its purpose to the domain of regional planning including new town and periphery areas and change its position to a subject which can practice Commune's sustainable development according to stages of city's development and maturity. The most important implication of this study on urban development in Korea is that administrative consultative council or association among local governments and related authorities need to be established and effectively operate because multi-stakeholders could share a goal of urban development and management through that.
