This study aims to clarify the impact of environmental issues on sustainable environmental management performance through the establishment of internal and external networks and environmental management activities. As a result of analyzing 163 final collected data of companies, social environmental issues did not have a significant effect on the internal sharing system, but they had a significant positive effect on both regulatory response and cooperation network establishment. In addition, the regulatory response to the environment has a significant effect on both the internal sharing system, cooperation network establishment, and environmental management activities. Lastly, environmental management activities have a significant impact on sustainable environmental management performance, indicating that environmental issues are leading to environmental management activities and performance by promoting sustainable growth of companies.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 집약적인 현대와 미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 컴퓨터 교육의 목표를 계산적 사고 및 이를 바탕으로 한 협력적 문제 해결 능력의 향상으로 보고 이를 실현하기 위한 컴퓨터 교육의 전망과 과제를 제시하였다. 계산적 사고 향상을 위한 컴퓨터 교육은 컴퓨터과학을 전공하는 학습자 뿐 아니라 모든 학습자를 대상으로 이루어져야 하며 이를 위해 초 중등학교 컴퓨터 교육과정의 체계적인 개선 및 계산적 사고를 바탕으로 한 간학문적 융합 학습 활동의 설계 및 평가 전략의 개발이 요구된다. 또한 여학생, 특수교육대상 학생과 같은 정보 소외 계층 학습자들의 컴퓨터과학에 대한 관심과 참여를 조장하고 협력적 문제 해결 활동을 지원하기 위한 학습 환경을 제시하여야 한다. 따라서 이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 접근으로 예술과 컴퓨터과학의 융합 교육 활동인 E-Textiles 프로젝트의 특성과 연구 동향, 국내 적용 방안을 제시하였다.

한 러 국제협력 시대 - 냉전의 철벽이 무너지고 사회주의 종주국이었던, 구소련이 개방주의를 천명한지 어언 10여년이 흘러간 오늘, 나는 홀연히 서서 그 동안 시장경제를 부르짖으며 개방화에 박차를 가해 경제대국의 꿈을 이뤄보려고 13억 인구가 뒤엉켜 붙은 밀가루 반죽 같은 중국대륙을 거쳐, 러시아 및 CIS 국가사회를 드나들며 오로지 자신만이 인정하는 소위 학술문화교류협력활동이라는 유명무실한 명분 앞에서 조용히 자신을 돌이켜보는 소중한 시간으로, 시베리아방문탐사 활동에 참여해 서로를 믿고 돕는 마음으로 국익을 위해 활동하는 우리 조사단원들과 함께 웃으며 지내던, 그 날들을 회고해 보는 틈새를 만끽해보고자 과감히 붓을 들어 키보드를 때리면서 조용히 변화하는 운율의 감상에 젖어보며, 한 러 문화협력 강화시대의 문을 열어 한국동굴학회가 추구하는 "동북-중앙아시아지역 동굴과학정보망 구축"의 국제화사업이 성공적으로 추진되기를 희망하며, 한국동굴학회의 발전을 기원합니다.

The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors related to the performance of industry-university cooperation and determine methods for improving activation of industry-university cooperation. The data was collected by questionnaire survey mailed to the participating researcher and university professors which executed the university-industry cooperation projects. We determined cronbach Alpha Coefficient, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. According to multiple regression analysis, reflect of mutual needs and local industry construction have statistically significant relationships with general satisfaction of university. Knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation, activeness of industry-university cooperation activity, Local economy scale and local industry construction have statistically significant relationships with general satisfaction of industry. In relation continuity, activeness of industry-university cooperation activity and information exchange have statistically significant relationships with relation continuity of university. Knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation and activeness of industry-university cooperation activity have statistically significant relationships with relation continuity of industry. In outcome utilization, knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation, research establishment and apparatus have statistically significant relationships with outcome utlization of university. In conclusion, capability factors, cooperative factors, political factors and external environment factors affected industry-universiry cooperation. Knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation will be able to upgrade on general satisfaction, relation continuity and outcome utilization.

Some spread-effects and their dynamics accruing to regional community from the new location of large firms would be an interesting theme in economic geography On the assumption that all firms not only should. have cooperative relations with their regional communities but also try to realize such cooperations in case of locating their facilities, some rationale for their philanthropic activities will be discussed in this paper. The focus of this paper is on the community contributions or philanthropy which are executed as the non-profit motivated activities of firms. Why and how should firms respond to the growing requirements of their communities, and what type of philanthropic activities could be good for their social behavioral contexts are the questions to be solved in this study. It is possible to get some guidelines of a firm's philanthropy through the comparisons on the practices in the three largest firm.5: Kodak. Dupont, and POSCO.

In this study, the multiplicity of synchronous online class discussion activity is explored at conceptual level. From the cultural-historical activity theory (CHAT), each utterance may be considered as a product of the activity system. Alderfer's ERG theory is employed as another theoretical framework for the study. Based on the subject's existence, relationship, growth needs, their class discussion activities constitute four different dimensions: physical/biological, cultural/institutional, social/relational, and cooperative knowledge construction. It is inherent in individual activities and has a different arrangement according to their interests and situations, and at the same time acts as a factor of cooperation and competition among the participants. Through this, collective discussion activities represent complex and dynamic development patterns.

The importance of universities' knowledge to industrial innovation have widely pervaded the academia as well as policy communities. During the last three decades, a series of policy measures vitalizing the knowledge-transfer activities of academics have been implemented both in industrialized and industrializing countries. However, The concerns on the industry's influences on the academia have been raised by a group of researchers such as 'Economics of science'. Against this background, this paper addresses the issues related to the relationship between the academic research and knowledge-transfer activities. Particularly, based on the 16 years' panel data of Korean academics' patent and paper outputs, the effect of patenting activities on publishing activities is investigated. Moreover, the specific context of Korean academic system as well as general characteristics of academics are considered in the analysis and discussion. According to the results, not just the publishing and patenting outputs but their productivities have been dramatically increased during the last 16 years. The main finding is that the patenting activities have a consistent positive effect on the publishing activities of the academics in the estimations of panel models. Based on these results and the discussions, some policy recommendations for university-industry collaboration are suggested.

한 중 일 표준협력에 관한 공동성명을 통해 나라는 국제표준의 공동개발과 제안을 위해 주요 관심분야에 대한 공통표준화를 연구하고, 정보와 전문가 교류, 동북아 지역의 국제표준화 및 공통표준화 촉진을 위해 동북아 표준협력포럼을 활성화하며, 무역 촉진을 위해 표준과 적합성 평가의 기여도 향상 방안을 공동으로 연구한다는 데 합의했다. 이러한 동북아 표준협력포럼에 거는 기대는 매우 크다. 공동선언에서 제시된 바와 같이 공통표준 제정을 토대로 지역적 표준협력을 넘어 세계화에 효과적인 대응을 도모할 수 있기 때문이다.

The purpose of this study is to research the importance of public-private partnerships in disaster management. This study was evaluated by experts specializing in the improvement of public-private partnerships for disaster management. The following items are needed to encourage corporate social contribution activities in the disaster security industry. The researchers first propose a solution by means of ensuring cooperation between government and business networks. Second, we propose for those entities to discover new means to support private companies' participation in social contribution activities. The researchers' third solution is to be utilized to secure funding for induction and to support public-private partnerships to participate in the social contribution activities of private companies. Our fourth solution is promoting a sustainable plan for raising public awareness of corporate social contribution. Finally, the social contribution of the participating companies enhance brand recognition and as well as incentives. This study may contribute to the current operating system to support relevant policies and measures to encourage the participation of enterprises in the field of disaster security. Future research will be to study (such as through questionnaires) ways to participate in disaster management companies in accordance with environmental changes.
