The purpose of this study is to present segmentation strategies by analyzing SMEs' perceptions of SME support program. That's why we used the research report of the NST(National Research Council of Science & Technology), which is advanced cooperation way between GRIs and SMEs based on market demand. As a result of this study, it was found that there is a difference in the demand for the SME support program depending on the type of cooperation and the cooperation experience with GRIs. This implies that a differentiated support strategy is required for the establishment of successful partnership between GRIs and SMEs. The result of this study suggests the direction of open collaborative ecosystem formation in the future based on the support strategies of each cluster. And it is expected to help SMEs improve the competitiveness and efficiency of support through effective customization support do.

Currently co-work programs between industries and engineering schools play an important role for mutual interests, win-win strategy. Industries can develop new technologies through the human resources and facilities in school and schools are able to have research achievements by applying their own theoretical abilities to real field of industries's projects. However most co-work programs between industries and engineering schools mainly focus on programs such as research projects with graduate research lab, on-site training for job and training program for field engineers. And more it is difficult for schools to make co-work programs targeted engineering education for undergraduate school students because of many constraints such as planing program, budget and indifference of companies. Therefore this paper introduces LG Electronics Display Idea Competition hosted by LG Display Division in Kumi, S. Korea and present what benefits to both school and company made through this program and unique model of co-work program for engineering education between school and company in country.

This paper strives to shed a light on current academic resource sharing initiatives, and seeks the measure for the cooperative information resource management. It first attempts to draw outcomes and suggestions on the basis of issues and implications identified through the analyses in the aspects of management, service, and infrastructure of academic resource sharing in other countries. For this job, research methods such as interviews and on/offline literature review are employed. Specific projects to be analyzed via literature and web site review, although not detailed in nature, are National Technical Information Service(NTIS) and The National Science Digital Library(NSDL) in the United States, Intute of United Kingdom, and Australian Research Repositories Online to the World(ARROW) of Australia. Next, the paper discusses such an issue as the orientation of national level academic resource sharing initiatives based on the comparison of characteristics of current academic resource sharing project. For this, a thorough comparison on background, outlines and characteristics of the projects and analysis on the specifics of each project were conducted as well.

지난 3월 9일부터 11일까지 태국 방콕 더 웨스틴 호텔에서 한-태국 에너지효율 컨퍼런스가 성황리에 개최되었다. 이 행사는 에너지효율 분야에서 양국 공공기관, 기업간 협력 채널을 구축하고 협력사업을 촉진하기 위하여 마련된 행사로 한국과 태국의 정부관계자 및 업계 관계자들이 모여 양국의 에너지절약정책, 에너지진단 및 ESCO산업과 LED산업, 에너지라벨링 프로그램 등 관련내용을 교차 발표하는 형식으로 이루어졌다.

2006년 5월 22일부터 일주일간 중동지역 5개국 9명의 정부ㆍ산업계 인사가 대한석유협회초청으로 한국을 방함하여, 산업자원부 방문ㆍ관련기업 미팅ㆍ에너지 등 주요산업시설 방문의 일정을 소화하였다. 금번 방한은 산유국 주요인사 초청프로그램으로서, 한ㆍ산유국 국제교류 협력사업의 세부사업으로 시행된 것으로서, 에너지 산업 역사상 최초라는 의미이외에도 최근 중동지역의 중요성이 부각되는 상황에서, 향후 중동지역과의 실질적ㆍ장기적 협력채널 구축에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

한국광학기기협회(회장 박상진)에서는 2011년도 사업추진방향을 정밀광학산업 기술기반 확충 및 국제 교류 협력 사업 강화, 회원사에 대한 지속적인 경쟁력 제고 등으로 정하고 적극적인 사업을 펼쳐나갈 계획이다. 주요 사업으로 국내외 전시사업, 한일협력사업, 정밀광학기술 전문인력 양성사업 등을 추진해 나가고 있다. 올해에도 국내 업체들의 제품의 우수성을 전 세계에 빌리 알리고 수출 촉진을 위해 해외 유력 전시회를 발굴하여 공동전시사업을 활발히 전개해 나가는 한편, 더욱 알찬 내용으로 일본 광기술 지도 및 언수 프로그램을 운영해 나갈 계획이다.

The aim of this study was to develop a evaluation indicator to collaborative energy saving projects with NGO. We set the indicator based on expert advice, and refer to the preceding case study. The indicator has been set for the purpose of analyzing in planning, execution, performance phase to projects. In planning phase these consist of indicator such as project selection and rating, projects goals and concrete plans, etc; and systematic way of projects promotion, projects management and follow-up, and participation on selected contents, etc in execution phase; and achieve their goals, participant satisfaction, etc in performance phase.

본 연구는 두만강 유역국가(북한, 중국, 러시아) 및 인접국가(한국, 몽골, 일본) 간의 협력과정과 현안을 1991년부터 현재까지 광역두만강개발계획(Greater Tumen Initiative: GTI)을 통해 검토함으로써 동아시아에서 지역개발계획을 통한 공동의 이익창출과 공유가능성을 짚어보고 정책적 시사점을 찾고자 한다. 분석이론으로 이익공유(Benefit Sharing)이론을 적용하여 국제하천에서 한 유역국가가 독단적인 계획과 사업을 통하여 얻는 이익보다 모든 유역국가의 참여를 바탕으로 추진하는 지역개발을 통한 이익이 더 크다는 점을 확인하고자 한다. 두만강 유역은 1991년 UNDP 주도 하에 두만강지역개발프로그램(Tumen River Area Development Program: TRADP)을 시작으로 지역개발협력이 진행되어 2005년 광역두만강개발계획으로 발전되었으나 2009년 북한의 GTI 탈퇴, 리더쉽 부재, 재원부족 등으로 현재 답보 상태에 빠져있는 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 프로그램 진행 과정 속에서 회원국 간의 공통 관심사항을 도출하고 직간접적으로 동아시아 평화안보 구축에 도움을 주었으며 교통, 물류, 에너지, 관광 및 환경 관련 사업을 추진하여 동아시아 공동 지역개발의 단초를 마련하는 성과를 거두었다. 아직 풀어가야 할 숙제가 많지만 GTI는 2014년 이후 본격으로 추진하고 있는 국제기구로의 전환을 통해 새로운 전기를 마련하고자 노력하고 있다. 또한 GTI는 북한 핵무기 개발과 미사일 발사 등으로 경직되어있는 동북아 상황을 완화하고 현 정부의 신북방정책의 발전을 위한 교두보 역할을 할 수 있을 것이며 역내 국가 간 협력을 지속적으로 추진할 수 있는 밑바탕이 될 수 있을 것이다.

There is a growing interest in Co-operative education as an important way of university-industry collaborations for improving employment competitiveness, recruiting talented human resource, and promoting university-industry collaborations. In this study, we recognize that the paradigm of professional practice have to be changed from internship to Co-operative education. This paper examines the characteristics of Co-operative education in a regional public university through a case study of Central Washington University(CWU), USA. The results of the study and policy implications are as follows. First, the professional practice program of CWU is centered upon Co-operative education and has a high local and regional connectivity in terms of location of institutions that students work for professional practices. Second, the professional practice program of CWU has a high connectivity between majors and jobs, and is characterized by an active participation of students majoring in humanities, social sciences, arts and education. Third, the qualifications of Co-operative education are strict, but programs of Co-operative education are flexibly operated according to the characteristics of departments and colleges. We emphasize that universities in Korea need to focus upon the employment connectivity, the major connectivity, the local and regional connectivity, Therefore, when attempting to introduce Co-operative education. In addition, the management and governance of Co-operative education should be flexible.
