본 연구는 효율적 재난대응체계 구축을 위한 네트워크체계를 구축하고자 일본과 한국의 재난 대응 사례를 비교 분석하였다. 일본의 경우 중앙정부와 지방자치단체 및 민간NGO간 상호 네트워크에 의해서 협력적으로 재난에 대응하고 있으나, 한국의 경우 각 부문간 네트워크 협력체계 구축이 미약하여 더 많은 재난피해를 불러일으키고 있었다. 따라서 한국은 재난 대응을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서 국가재난대응 통합 네트워크 체계를 마련하고, 민간협력체계 확립과 함께 민간NGO가 자율적으로 참여할 수 있는 시스템의 마련이 시급히 요구된다.

Focusing on Gyeonggi Library, which is preparing Metaverse services using resident participatory budgets, we deduced the role of Metaverse suitable for metropolitan representative libraries, conducting a preliminary study and analyzing various informational resources. Subsequently, we presented a collaborative content construction and service model primarily centered around the metropolitan representative library. We conducted a survey targeting on-site librarians from metropolitan representative libraries, as well as various libraries across Gyeonggi Province and the entire nation. Through this survey, we extracted insights into the Metaverse role, content possibilities, and considerations for seamless cooperation within the scope of the metropolitan representative library. Based on the opinions of surveyed librarians, it was evident that the role of the metropolitan representative library's Metaverse should function as a tool for continuous utilization of library resources and serve as a space for the entire local community. Approximately three-fourths of the respondents expressed willingness to participate in collaborative content development. However, concerns were raised about human resource limitations, budget constraints, and excessive workloads as potential obstacles to participation. This highlighted the need for systematic support from the metropolitan representative library to address these concerns.

This study was conducted to establish collaborative governance for North Korean Refugees' settlement support service. Three major actors were identified. At the central government level, there is no control center to coordinate various functions. This study suggested three roles for central government in collborative governance, which are policy planning based on public value, allocating financial resources to implementing organizations, and program evaluation for securing public accountability. The rloes of local government are establishing communication channels between implementing participants, maintenancing good relations, and coordination. Finally, the role of private actors is developing high quality service programs, connecting local resources for settlement service.

The purpose of study is to promote the development of contents industry by analysing the causal relationship between R&D collaboration and firms' performance. In study, we use the number of intellectual property and total sales as proxy variables of performance. we use the degrees of collaboration experience, firms' interaction and degree of collaboration as proxy variables of independent variables. The results of study are as follows. First, collaboration experience and firms' interaction are positively influence on technological performance. Second, collaboration experience is positively correlated to economic performance. Finally, firms' R&D collaboration revealed higher performance than R&D collaboration of firm and R&D institution This study emphases on the importances of R&D collaboration for developing new technology and improving economic performance.

In order to realize the new diplomatic development for the establishment of 'Asia Fate Community', Xi Jinping has adopted a "One Road, One Belt" policy. Based on five core philosophies, One Road, One Belt with neighboring countries has been established to full-sided cooperation and mutual benefit relations. In this paper, I would like to suggest some suggestions on how to use China's One Road, One Belt policy and Korea's Eurasian Initiative in Development strategy of tourism contents. First, The bridge role of Korean companies should lead to the development of tourism contents. Second, the promotion of tourism contents development for Chinese individual tourists should lead to another tourism contents. Third, we need to find ways to win joint orders with local companies in China so that they can lead to tourism contents. Fourth, seeking active use of workers and international students living in Korea. Fifth, the development of tourism contents based on cooperative relationship with North Korea.

According to the rise of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the need for innovation networks through cooperation between participants is increasing to respond to rapidly changing technologies and corporate environments. Especially, cooperation is essential to solve and innovate problems faced SMEs lacking human and material resources. We conducted a study to revitalize the regional cooperation network by analyzing the current status and problems of the existing SME support network. As a result, We derived a strategy to create a foundation for a regional cooperation network through reorganization of existing cooperation networks, the establishment of customized policies for SMEs, and linkage of support projects. And we derived a strategy for establishing a specialized network for regional innovation as a result of research through Establishing a network for regional bases, strategies for fostering companies by growth stage, and utilizing local data. We expect that it will help establish a policy to support SMEs by preparing an organic cooperation system between local businesses and local networks.

e-Learning has been expected as a new educational method and paradigm in knowledge information society. However e-Learning industry has not been in tremendous development on the contrary to people's expectations. Up to present time, collaborative learning is one of the learning approaches that promote active participation and engagement in learning. Learners can set up common goal, accomplish collaborative activity to solve the problem, and achieve individual and group goals while group work. In this paper, we present collaborative e-Learning environment to improve interactions among learners and identify the roles of collaborative learning agent to promote learner's learning activity.

본 연구는 지역사회의 노인 가운데 지역사회에서 홀로 살아가는 남성 저소득노인의 일상생활경험을 토대로 복지욕구를 파악하기 위한 양적 질적 통합연구로서, 65세 이상의 연구 대상자의 삶에 대한 경험분석을 통하여 남성노인의 삶과 욕구충족을 위한 복지정책과 서비스 방안을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 질적 자료 분석을 위한 연구방법으로는 중심주제 분석을 활용, 남성노인들의 생애사를 종단 분석하였으며, 남성독거노인의 경험은 다양한 개인의 특성을 반영한 인생이 담겨있었다. 따라서, 실질적인 남성독거노인의 사회적 관계망 확대, 남성노인 지원정책의 로드맵 재조정, 사회적 연결감을 위한 조직적 지역 네트워크 구축, 고령친화 커뮤니티인프라 구축방안을 국가와 민간이 협력적이고 융복합적인 대책으로서 강구해야 할 것이다.

In modern society, the amount of information has been significantly increased according to the development of Internet and IT convergence technology and that leads to develop information obtaining and searching technologies from lots of data. Although the system integration for medicare has been largely established and that accumulates large amounts of information, there is a lack of providing and supporting information for nursing activities using such established database. In particular, the judgement for the intervention of pains depends on the experience of individual nurses and that leads to make subjective decisions in usual. In this paper, a pain nursing supporting method that uses the existing medical data and performs collaborative filtering is proposed. The proposed collaborative filtering is a method that extracts some items, which represent a high relativeness level, based on similar preferences. A preference estimation method using a user based collaborative filtering method calculates user similarities through Pearson correlation coefficients in which a neighbor selection method is used based on the user preference.

With the development of next IT convergence technology and the construction of infrastructure for personalized healthcare services, the importance of services based on user's preference is being spotlighted. Healthcare service have been progressed as treatment and management for specific diseases and dietary nutrition managements to customers according to the increase in chronic patients. In this paper, we proposed the personalized dietary nutrition contents recommendation using the hybrid filtering for managing health. The proposed method uses the hybrid filtering through combining the collaborative filtering and the image filtering in order to reinforce the special trend that recommendation provides similar contents. We developed the Web application for this purpose, and experimented with it to verify the logical validity and effectiveness. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the quality of services will be improved the healthcare by recommending the dietary nutrition contents. This evaluation found that the difference of satisfaction by service was statistically meaningful and showed high satisfaction.
