This research attempts to identify how members of an online community collaboratively engaged with particular social information behaviors and accomplished a defined collective action. While responding to the Sewol Ferry tragedy, MissyUSA members quickly communicated and mobilized a collective action, a full-page ad campaign in The New York Times. As a follow up study, this secondary analysis quantitatively analyzes the primary data from a previous study to explore potential relationships or underlying factors among the various identified information behaviors. In this study, nineteen of the previously identified information behaviors were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, yielding a total of eight factors. The two major factors of shared representation/collective identification and mobilizing resources verified the findings of the previous study and are in line with the findings typical of political science. The three factors of collaborative decision-making, reaction to tension, and brainstorming were factors that maximized communication and mobilization online, without any face-to-face communication or physical organization. Three emergent factors of outburst of dissent, boycott, and planning explained how members used negative emotions of anger, referential information for boycott, and incubated next collective actions. Through exploratory factor analysis, this study verifies and expands on the findings of the previous study by identifying several emergent factors that relate to the collaborative information behaviors of an online community engaged in a collective action.

최근 모바일 디바이스의 기능이 다양해지면서 현대인에게 없어서는 안 될 필수품이 되었다. 모바일 디바이스의 사용영역이 널어지면서 늘어나는 개인 정보의 활용에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스에서 사용자의 행동 패턴 분석 및 요약을 위한 지능형 에이전트를 제안한다 사용자의 다양한 행동 및 상태 패턴 분석을 위해 협력적 모듈 베이지안 네트워크를 사용한다. 협력적 모들 베이지안 네트워크는 비슷한 유형의 패턴끼리 모듈로 설계해 상호 협력적으로 작동하여 사용자의 특이성을 추론한다. 사용자에 기억에 남을 만한 특이성를 선택하기 위해 Noisy-OR gate를 적응하여 계산한 특이성간의 연결 강도와 특이성의 우선순위를 바탕으로 사용자의 하루 동안의 행동을 요약하여 구성한다. 추론을 위한 프로토타입을 작성하고 시나리오를 바탕으로 제안한 방법의 유용성을 보인다.

As the effective use and strong protection of an organization's information resources are recognized as a condition for the growth of an organization, they are increasing technological and policy investments in IS(information security). However, information exposure can occur from external invasions such as hacking and incidents related to misuse and abuse by insiders. This study proposes a mechanism that considers the organizational environment and individual characteristics from the viewpoint of promoting employees' IS participation activities. In other words, the study presents the complex effects of organizational environmental factors (ethical leadership, IS collaborative communication) and personal factors (person-organization fit) on organization trust and IS voice behavior. We surveyed office workers who asked for IS-related business activities and tested hypotheses using 422 samples. As a result, ethical leadership influenced organization trust through collaborative communication, and organization trust strengthened IS voice behavior by having an interaction effect with person-organization fit. This study suggests direction for establishing an organizational environment for promoting IS-related activities by office workers, so it provides practical implications for organizations with goals related to internal information exposure control.

The purpose of this study is to explain the teacher librarians' intentions to implement collaborative instruction in school libraries by applying theory of planned behavior. Independent variables that affect the intention to implement were set as attitudes, subjective norms, teacher efficacy, and perceived controllability. A questionnaire survey of 218 teacher librarians was conducted. As a result of the study, there was a difference in teacher librarian's intention to implement collaborative instruction in school library according to the age, the size of school and previous experience. Attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived controllability affected the intention to implement collaborative instruction. Teacher efficacy did not affect teacher librarian's intention to implement collaborative instruction in school library. The results of the study were interpreted as a mixed method by using open-ended questions. Based on the results, implication was proposed to expand collaborative instruction in school library.

본 논문에서는 교사-부모간의 원활한 정보 공유를 통해 ADHD학생의 학교 적응과 학업 수행을 도울 수 있는 교사-부모간의 ADHD학생 행동 관찰 공유시스템의 프로토타입을 제안해보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 통해 ADHD학생이 통합교육을 효율적으로 받기 위해 전제되어야 할 것이 교사와 부모의 협력인 점과 현재 교육현장에서 교사 부모 협력의 실질적 방안의 요구됨을 확인했다. 선행 연구 자료를 통해 도출한 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 설계전략을 기반으로 스토리보드를 작성하고 교사측면과 부모측면, 그리고 공유측면 시스템 기능으로 분류하여 프로토타입을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 실제 ADHD학생 행동관찰 공유시스템의 개발과 개발된 시스템이 교육 현장에서 어느 정도의 효용성과 이용성을 갖게 될지 검증하는 실증적 후속 연구가 필요하다고 제언한다.

다양한 실세계 응용 분야들에서 공동의 목표를 위해 여러 에이전트들이 상호 유기적으로 협력할 수 있는 행동 정책을 배우는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이러한 다중 에이전트 강화 학습(MARL) 환경에서 기존의 연구들은 대부분 중앙-집중형 훈련과 분산형 실행(CTDE) 방식을 사실상 표준 프레임워크로 채택해왔다. 하지만 이러한 다중 에이전트 강화 학습 방식은 훈련 시간 동안에는 경험하지 못한 새로운 환경 변화가 실전 상황에서 끊임없이 발생할 수 있는 동적 환경에서는 효과적으로 대처하기 어렵다. 이러한 동적 환경에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 새로운 다중 에이전트 강화 학습 체계인 C-COMA를 제안한다. C-COMA는 에이전트들의 훈련 시간과 실행 시간을 따로 나누지 않고, 처음부터 실전 상황을 가정하고 지속적으로 에이전트들의 협력적 행동 정책을 학습해나가는 지속 학습 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 실시간 전략게임인 StarcraftII를 토대로 동적 미니게임을 구현하고 이 환경을 이용한 다양한 실험들을 수행함으로써, 제안 모델인 C-COMA의 효과와 우수성을 입증한다.

공정 데이터를 실시간으로 수집할 수 있는 스마트 팩토리의 장점을 활용하여, 일반적인 기계 학습 대신 강화 학습을 사용한다면 미리 요구되는 훈련 데이터 없이 행동 제어를 할 수 있다. 하지만, 현실 세계에서는 물리적 마모, 시간적 문제 등으로 인해 수천만 번 이상의 반복 학습이 불가능하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이터를 활용해 스마트 팩토리 분야에서 복잡한 환경 중 하나인 이송 설비에 초점을 둔 그리드 분류 시스템을 개발하고 협력적 다중 에이전트 기반의 강화 학습을 설계하여 효율적인 행동 제어가 가능함을 입증한다.

남북은 분단 이후 70년을 각자의 정치체제를 구축하며 공존을 하고 있다. 그 과정에서 7.4 남북공동성명에서 남북은 처음으로 마주 앉았고 2000년 6.15 남북공동선언에서 남북연합이라는 통일의 방식이 나오기도 했다. 하지만 북한의 핵개발과 무력행동으로 여전히 남북은 정치적 협력은 불가능할 수준이지만 비정치적 분야에서는 알게 모르게 협력을 하고 있다. 그 협력 가운데 비정치면서 서로 관심을 가질 수 있는 부분은 환경범죄, 마약범죄와 같은 형사사법 분야다. 남북은 서로를 국가로 인정하지 않고 있기에 형사사법공조조약과 같은 형태로는 형사사법공조가 불가하기에 남북이 형사사법 분야에서 공조할 수 있는 부분을 찾아 보고자 한다.

This study was to present a model of cooperative reading practice and verify reading effectiveness on youth. For this purpose, 68 reading clubs were established in 61 districts and 8 high schools. The research groups were classified as the poor reading group, the good reading group, and the mixed-skill reading group. The cooperative reading groups were carried out for four months. We developed a questionnaire on Reading effectiveness conducted it pre- and post-test, and analyzed the results through the SPSS statistical program. We found that there was a positive change in the reading effectiveness of youth and overall-the highest effectiveness was found in the poor reading group. In addition, there was a positive change in the reading behavior of youth. The change of reading effectiveness was found to affect reading behavior.

Customer participation behavior(CPB) and customer citizenship behavior(CCB) which are customers' active functions and roles implemented in service encounter contribute to the service quality. Thanks to these ideas, many researches focus on the influences of these two customers' behaviors on relational outcomes, additionally. However, when examining the characteristics of CPB and CCB, it is notable that CPB and CCB are positively influenced by relationships between customers and firms, adversely. In other words, it is necessary to find that commercial friendship representing a deep relationship can address these two customers' behaviors, as well as may influence relational outcomes. As results, intimate friendship between a customer and an encounter provider has a positive influence on CPB and CCB, expectedly. These findings show that customers having prior contacts can play active roles in a service encounter. Additionally, it is identified that CPB and CCB have positive influences on the relational outcomes such as customer cooperations. Consequently, CPB and CCB are likely to be on the loop of a relational circulation.
