  • 이동 에이전트 기반 워크플로우 시스템에서 워크플로우는 프록시 에이전트라는 이동 에이전트에 의해 수행되며 워크플로우를 구성하는 각 작업들은 서브 에이전트라는 여러 이동 에이전트들에게 위임된다. 워크플로우의 수행을 위해서는 프록시 에이전트와 서브 에이전트간 상호협력이 필요하며 이를 위해 에이전트간 통신 기반구조가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트간 통신 방법으로서 동기적 통신과 비동기적 통신을 위한 기반구조를 설계한다.

  • Collaborative filtering which is used explicit method in a existing recommedation system, can not only reflect exact attributes of item but also still has the problem of sparsity and scalability, though it has been practically used to improve these defects. This paper proposes the personalized recommendation system using RFM method and k-means clustering in u-commerce which is required by real time accessablity and agility. In this paper, using a implicit method which is is not used complicated query processing of the request and the response for rating, it is necessary for us to keep the analysis of RFM method and k-means clustering to be able to reflect attributes of the item in order to find the items with high purchasablity. The proposed makes the task of clustering to apply the variable of featured vector for the customer's information and calculating of the preference by each item category based on purchase history data, is able to recommend the items with efficiency. To estimate the performance, the proposed system is compared with existing system. As a result, it can be improved and evaluated according to the criteria of logicality through the experiment with dataset, collected in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.

  • Grid-computing on networked computers is increasingly applied to the variety of large-scale computation problem. Several software systems are developed for providing the application programmers with computers available. However, these systems are not web-based systems, lacks a collaborative environment or do not supply the real-time visualization facility. Web technology is become the general technology on the development of network application, in particular, because the interface can be made platform independent. In this paper, we propose the web-based framework for executing the parallel SPMD application written MPI. Also, a web-based collaborative environment is development with a real-time visualization technology.

  • 현대글로비스는 현대자동차 그룹 계열 종합물류유통기업으로 첨단 정보시스템과 선진 물류기술을 활용해 국내 국제물류, 해상운송, 물류컨설팅 등의 업무를 수행하는 전문업체이다. 또한 최근에는 물류는 물론 유통, 자원개발 및 자원순환을 활용한 친환경 경영 인프라를 구축해나가고 있다. 이번에 소개되는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 현대글로비스의 핵심 사업이라 할 수 있는 해외공장 자동차 조립생산용 부품(KD: KNOCK DOWN) 공급사업을 전문으로 하는 사업장이다. 2004년 11월 현대자동차 아산공장 인근 인주지방산업단지 내에 준공된 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 임직원 50명과 협력사 인원 300명 등 총 350영의 인력을 갖추고 KD사업의 본산지로 자리매김해 나가고 있다. 실제로 이곳 센터는 발주에서 포장, 운송은 물론 현지에서의 내륙운송 및 보관 등 KD물류에 대한 종합서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이처럼 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 자동차조립생산용 부품을 국내외 협력사로부터 조달해 전 세계로 운송 판매하고 있는 만큼 근로자의 안전보건이 기업경영의 초석이 되고 있다. 여기에 더해 세계 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 부품 물류산업을 선도하는 기업인만큼 이곳의 안전관리는 전국 안전인들의 남다른 관심을 받고 있다. 근로자의 안전보건을 밑바탕으로 글로벌 물류기업으로 비상하고 있는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터 찾아가봤다.

Analysis of partial offloading effects according to network load (네트워크 부하에 따른 부분 오프로딩 효과 분석)

  • This paper proposes a partial offloading system for minimizing application service processing latency in an FEC (Fog/Edge Computing) environment, and it analyzes the offloading effect of the proposed system against local-only and edge-server-only processing based on network load. A partial offloading algorithm based on reconstruction linearization of multi-branch structures is included in the proposed system, as is an optimal collaboration algorithm between mobile devices and edge servers [1,2]. The experiment was conducted by applying layer scheduling to a logical CNN model with a DAG topology. When compared to local or edge-only executions, experimental results show that the proposed system always provides efficient task processing strategies and processing latency.

  • Recently software complexity will continue to increase dramatically in the coming decades because of the dynamic and distributed nature of both data and applications. Not only must software systems assist in coordinating tasks among humans, they must also help mannage cooperation among distributed programs. Software agent may properly respond to these requirements. This paper investigates the adaptive characteristics found in adaptive tutoring agents. To funcion effectively throughout the range of situations presented by such a dynamic and extremely-distributed information entities, an agent must be highly adaptive. Adaptivity exists in several key aspects of agent's behavior to its dynamic situation. My goal is to show the various aspects of internal adaptivity that could be applied to build comprehensive agents that function effectively in tutoring agent system.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented the general-purpose document repository manager for the ebXML-based e-business framework that support the rapid translation of various types of documents and provide the flexibility corresponding to the framework changes. Also, we automated the manually-processed e-business document translation process by designing the adaptor module for the interoperability of legacy systems. In the regards, our designed general purpose document manager makes it possible to integrate the existing e-commerce systems that are operated on the heterogeneous frameworks, and can be used on global e-business solution.

  • Many reliable group communication algorithms were presented to satisfy predetermined message ordering properties in small or medium-scale distributed systems. However, the previous algorithms with their strong reliability properties may be unappropriate for large-scale systems. To address this issue, some epidemic-style group communication algorithms were proposed for considerably improving scalability while guaranteeing the reasonably weaker reliability property than the existing ones. The algorithms are all designed for ensuring the atomic order message delivery property. But, some distributed applications such as multimedia systems and collaborative work, may require only the weaker message ordering property, i.e., causal order delivery. This paper proposes an efficient epidemic-style group communication algorithm ensuring causal order delivery to provide the indigenous scalability of the epidemic-style approach.

  • The Bauhaus movement can be said to be the by-product of forming work pursued through the method of constituents even under endless discord between the so-called modern ages and anti-modern ages rather than to say that it was progressed consistently on the assumption of a design. Accordingly, all instruments of Bauhaus education which contributed to form the source of the modern ages realized educational value related to the actual problem at the point of time when the student evercomes all internal and production can be managed most effectively under one system was originated inevitably. The most exential point of the work of Bauhaus workshop is the fact that all products show homogeneity as time passes, which is appeared as the result of the spirit of consciously developed community based on cooperation between various characters and personalities. Also, the homogeneity does not exist in formative detailed aspect appeared externally but in the basis of effort having produced things simply and faithfully, and on the other hand, in accordance with essential rule. Therefore, the original form of Bauhaus products can be said not to be fashionable but the crystal of work process at the workshop through much thought and contemplation in view of endowed form following art, technology and economy.

Rollback Dependency Detection and Management with Data Consistency in Collaborative Transactional Workflows (협력 트랜잭셔널 워크플로우에서 데이터 일관성을 고려한 철회 종속성 감지 및 관리)

  • Abstract Workflow is not appropriately applied to coordinated execution of applications(steps) that comprise business process such as a collaborative series of tasks because of the lacks of network infra, standard of information exchange and data consistency management with conflict mode of shared data. Particularly we have not mentioned the problem which can be occurred by shared data with conflict mode. In this paper, to handle data consistency in the process of rollback for failure handling or recovery policy, we have classified rollback dependency into three types such as implicit rollback dependency in a transactional workflow, implicit rollback dependency in collaborative transactional workflows and explicit rollback dependency in collaborative transactional workflows. Also, we have proposed the rollback dependency compiler that determines above three types of rollback dependency. A workflow designer specifies the workflow schema and the resources accessed by the steps from a global database of resources. The rollback dependency compiler generates the enhanced workflow schema with the rollback dependency specification. The run-time system interprets this specification and executes the rollback policy with data consistency if failure of steps is occurred. After all, this paper can offer better correctness and performance than state-of-the-art WFMSs.
