The function of Aids to Navigation(AtoN) must be sustainable. In order to provide sustainable services, it is necessary to prevent repeated AtoN accidents through accurate data analysis and to perform maintenance to maintain functions. What is needed for this is the AtoN status statistics service. AtoN Status Statistics Service is a service that extracts existing data in gml format and extracts and processes it in the period, type, and format desired by the manager.

온라인을 통해 각종 정보를 검색, 이용하는 온라인 DB서비스시장이 폭발적인 성장세를 구가하고 있다. 또 가입자 확대와 고기능 단말기 보급에 기댄 모바일 DB서비스가 새로운 DB서비스 시장의 견인차로 부상하며 DB시장 확대를 부추기고 있다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 데이터베이스 산업의 지속적인 성장과 육성지원을 위한 발판을 마련하기 위해 2004년 국내 데이터베이스산업 현황조사를 실시했다.이 결과를 토대로 데이터베이스산업을 위한 정책이나 기업의 사업계획수립에 필요한 기초통계자료에 도움이 되길 바란다.

With the changes in information production and transaction, the ratio of electronic resources in library collection is increasing. Statistical date on usage of electronic resources is an important indicator for library management and development of information service. This study analyzed current state of global standards of usage statistics, and definition and features on electronic resources. It also provides current states of usage statistics data on electronic resources applied by major vendors and publishers. Based on the results of the study, this study proposed the methods to apply statistical data on usage of electronic resources to library management and development of information service.

In this study, we have proposed the new statistical methods to convert the statistics based of workplace units into the statistics based of industrial units using the industrial survey data published by National Statistical Once in 2001. It could help to apprehend the weight of service sectors of korea small business in terms of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of interlibrary loan (ILL) services using data from its transection. While analyzing the ILL data, agenda to improve the quality of services was identified, and suggestions were made to address them. Three data sets including National Inter-Libary Loan data, National Library Statistics System data, and local inter-library loan system analysis data were collected and analyzed. The results indicate that the size of transaction in ILL is getting bigger. The local ILL, particularly, was expanded and actively used by people. Additionally, the type of library participating in ILL networks was diverse and the number of library was increasing. Finally, this study discussed the tool to measure the contribution of each library in ILL. The collection uniqueness and collaboration index of library as well as the ILL statistics should be considered in the process of the tool development.

일본에서 데이터베이스 서비스는 산업분류 중 '정보서비스 산업'의 한 분야로 구분되어 있다. 산업레벨을 신뢰할 수 있는 자료로서, 통상산업성의 지정통계인 '특정서비스산업 실태조사'가 있으며, 시장규모 등의 기초적인 항목에 관한 조사가 매년 실시되고 있다. 여기에서는 상기자료의 1996년도판 보고서와 같은 통상산업성의 '1995년도 데이터베이스 대장총람' 등을 기초로 일본 데이터베이스 서비스 시장에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

KMTNet에서는 프로젝트의 소개와 운영현황 등 파악하기 위해 웹서비스를 운영하고 있다. 홈페이지(http://kmtnet.kasi.re.kr; 국문, 영문)에는 최신 뉴스와 공지사항, 실시간 모니터링 영상 및 기상정보, 관측일정, 관측자료 공개, 활용성과 등을 게시 하였고, 관측 결과와 운영 정보 관리를 위해서 모니터링 홈페이지(kmtnet-monitor)를 제작하였다. KMTNet은 남반구 3개 관측소에 상주하는 현지 관측자에 의해 관측이 이루어지기 때문에, 국내 연구자가 남반구 관측소 현황을 파악할 수 있는 모니터링 시스템이 필수적이다. 웹서비스에 실시간 기상과 관측자료 전송속도를 함께 표시하여 관측 진행 여부를 확인할 수 있으며, 관측일지를 데이터베이스화하여 망원경/카메라/관측돔의 이상 유무, 관측 현황, 기상/시상 통계 등으로 활용하고 있다. 여기서는 지금까지 개발한 웹 서비스를 소개하고 앞으로 관측소 운영에 유용한 정보와 웹 서비스의 발전 방향에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

The author describes document delivery services and document usage patterns of domestic users based on usage statistical data about photocopying service of KINITI that the most important document delivery organization in Korea. And investigated ordering procedures of users, number of document processed and rejected in photocopying service, and delivery methods for users and so on. In FY 1996, number of document in photocopying service increased 2.4 percent in proportion to previous year.

'21년 전국 20개 해상교통관제센터의 선박통항량, 교신량, 관제정보 제공 등 VTS 운영실적 분석 및 사고현황, 원인 분석을 통한 관제서비스 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 해양사고 예방기능 강화를 위해 관제사 경험·직관에 의한 관제에서 빅데이터·인공지능(AI) 기반 첨단관제로의 전환, VTS 운영성과에 대한 공신력 확보 및 첨단관제 기술개발에 활용 등을 위한 VTS 통계관리체계 개산 방안에 대해서도 고찰해보았다.

Since April last year when "the disability discrimination act" became effective in Korea, public libraries in Korea have been obligated to provide library service to the disabled. But most of public libraries in Korea do not and are not ready to service them. After finding out the characteristics of Korean disabled people and investigating current state of services for them in the public libraries of Korea by analyzing related statistics and laws, suggestions for the enhancement of public library service for disabled people in Korea were proposed.
