The purpose of this study is to confirm the degree of improvement in performance confidence and executive ability after conducting field adaptation education to dental hygiene students who start their first field practice. Thirty dental hygiene students were evaluated with performance confidence, indirect and direct evaluation of practical skill before and after the field adaptation education was conducted for 15 hours. Also field practice satisfaction was investigated after field practice. A paired t-test was conducted to compare performance confidence, indirect executive ability, and direct practical ability before and after education. Pearson's correlation was performed on the correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction. Linear regression analysis was performed to identify the influencing factors of field practice satisfaction. As a results, performance confidence, indirect and direct practical skills of after field adaptation program were increased than before that(p<0.05). The correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction showed that "education satisfaction" among the field adaptation education sub-regions correlated with "education content" and "support of field practice" among the field practice satisfaction sub-regions(p<0.05). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and management various adaptation education in the future as it increases the adaptability of the first field practice and increases the satisfaction of field practice.

The purpose of this study is to compare the intention to stay, field adaptation, and educational demands between the new nurses and reemployment nurses. This research was done to create a base for a program that will improve field adaptation, and to prevent dropping out or moving. The followings are the results; There was a significant difference in the intention to stay of the 48 new nurses and 48 reemployment nurses (t = -2.10, p = .038), but there was no significant difference in field adaptation between the two groups (t = -1.48, p = .142 ). Finally, the subjects responded with the topics they would most like to learn about emergency patient care. Through the above results, this study provide basic data for developing a program that can enhance the intention to stay in hospital.

창원대학교 스마트융합 메카트로닉스 인력양성 사업단의 교육 목표는 1) 창조적 교육과정을 통한 지역거점 특성화, 2) 세계적인 수준의 경쟁력을 갖춘 기술 인력 양성, 3) 분석력, 창의력, 적응력 및 설계능력을 갖춘 능동적 기술인력 양성, 4) 시대의 환경변화를 선도하는 진취적 기술인력 양성, 5) 인재공급 및 취업률향상으로 정하였다. 이를 달성하기 위한 교육전략은 1) Major전문성(메카트로닉스심화, 공통실험교육 강화), 2) Global국제적감각(팀기반능력, 근접학문이해능력), 3) Creative지속성장 (Capstone Design, 현장적응교육)으로 정하였다. 따라서 메카트로닉스공통융합심화트랙 교육과정으로 기계, 전기전자제어, 신소재분야의 공통트랙으로 이론 30학점, 실험 6학점(16과목, 36학점)을 신설하여 운영하였다. 수강지도를 통한 교차이수권장 학생들의 자율선택기반을 조성하고, 현장적응교육, 캡스톤 디자인 2과목 7학점을 수강하도록 하였다. 학생의 본인주도 학습권을 인정하여 2학년 진학 시 학생본인직접 100% 자기 전공 선택 기회 제공하는 구조조정을 실하고, 타 전공 관련정보 상호교류, 학문간 통합교육, 조직의 유연성확보가 가능하도록 하였다. 교과목(정규/비정규)개편을 통해 개선된 현장 실무 형 내실화 교육의 실시하여 취업률을 향상시켰다. 따라서 창원대학교 신소재공학부는 기계, 전기전자에 관련된 기본소양을 의무적으로 학습하기 때문에 메카트로닉스 분야에서 필요한 신소재공학도를 육성하는 기반을 마련하였다.

우리나라 공과대학의 학생들은 열악한 환경에서 공부하고 있으며 졸업자 대상 설문조사에서 59%가 현장성이 결여된 이론중심의 교육을 실시하고 있다고 지적하고 있다. 이에 우리의 공학교육은 산업체 적응기간을 단축시키고 신기술 조류를 파악하여 시대 변화에 적응력이 강한 공학인을 양성토록 하고, 특히 현장위주의 교육과정을 도입하고 분야별로 다양한 단계의 산학협동 협의체를 구성하여 실속있는 공학교육을 실현시켜야 하겠다.

본 논문에서는 전문대학 교육역량강화사업의 일환으로 수행된 교수의 산업체현장연수가 수업에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 최근 활발하게 전개되고 있는 산학협력활동 중에 교수의 산업체현장에서의 재교육 차원의 연수는 학생들의 취업, 현장실습, 교수의 연구활동, 기술지도 등 지역대학의 내실을 기하고 경쟁력 기반구축과 밀접한 연관성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 지속적인 교수 산업체현장연수를 통해 전문대학 학생의 수업 만족도 및 현장적응능력을 향상시켜 현장중심교육으로 접근함을 알 수 있었다.

첨단이론과 현장실무능력을 겸비한 새로운 실천적 공학기술교육의 중심대학으로 특성화된 한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대)의 교수 현장연구학기제에 관하여 기술하였다. 경쟁력을 갖춘 실천공학 기술인력을 양성하기 위해 교수들이 현장연구와 경험을 통하여 실용적인 교수기법을 개발함으로써 현장 적응능력이 있는 고급기술인력을 양성, 보급할 수 있도록 교수 현장연구학기제를 도입하여 실시하고 있다. 교수 현장연구학기제의 운영방안에 대하여 고찰하고 앞으로의 개선방안을 논의한다.

This study was attemted to grasp the factors affecting the caring efficacy of senior nursing students. Data were collected from 173 nursing students at J university in G-do. Analysis was done using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression with IBM SPSS WIN/25.0. Caring efficacy was positively correlated with clinical learning environment (r=.42, p<.001), field practice adaptation (r=.53, p<.001), nursing professionalism (r=.42, p<.001), and negatively correlated to clinical practice powerlessness (r=-.46, p<.001). The most influential factor on the subjects' caring efficacy was field practice adaptation (β=.330, p<.001), followed by nursing professionalism (β=.188, p=.005), clinical learning environment (β=.176, p=.015), introvert (β=-.146, p=.018), and extrovert (β=.134, p=.035). The explanatory power was 41.8%. Therefore, systematic nursing programs that can enhance caring efficacy are needed. Also, the following data can be utilized as basic data to help develop caring efficacy programs.

적응하기에 너무나 빠른 속도로 정보의 물결이 굽이치는 현실에서, 초등교육 현장은 지, 덕, 체를 겸비한 조화로운 인간 교육, 즉 참된 인간 교육의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 교육 자체의 본질과 목적에 비추어 조화로운 인간을 육성하기 위한 기초교육이 어떤 모습을 띠어야 할 것인가에 대한 문제의식에서 Pestalozzi의 기본 사상, 초등교육의 원리, 수학교육학의 체계를 고찰해 봄으로써 우리의 초등수학교육에 시사하는 바를 찾고자 한다.

This study was conducted to identify the impact on department adaptation of field practice adaptation, college adaptation, and awareness of death of nursing students, as well as to establish basic data for adaptation of the major, adaptation to field practice, and measures to raise awareness of death. The subjects of this study were 252 Junior and Senior nursing students living in C, J city. Data were collected after approval from the IRB of C University on April 30, 2018 and analyzed by the mean values, percentages, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression using IBM SPSS 21.0. The subjects' field practice adaptation was 3.58, college adaptation was 3.33, awareness of death was 3.15 and department adaptation was 3.38. There were significant correlations between department adaptation and field practice adaptation (r=0.56, p<0.001), negative of death (r=-0.15, p=0.016), respect for life (r=0.33, p<0.001) of nursing students, field practice adaptation and college adaptation (r=0.48, p<0.001) and respect for life (r=0.16, p=0.009) of nursing students and between college adaptation and respect for life (r=0.32, p<0.001) of nursing students. The factors that have effect on the department adaptation of the subjects; As a factor influencing the department adaptation, department adaptation, field practice adaptation, and respect for life were explained by 67.5% (F=171.67, p<0.001). Therefore, a positive attitude toward death and a curriculum related to change in perception must be provided to undergraduates to change the attitude toward death. It is also suggested that research regarding nursing department adaptation effects be conducted after implementing the program to improve respect for life.

Cooperative education, a new paradigm of education, is a educational method of combining classroom-based education with practical work experience. To obtain appropriate learning experience during the work period, industrial mentors who provide beneficial advice and instruct students, are needed. Industrial mentors, basically, performs various roles in helping students to make the experiential learning efficiently, and the scope of their role is broad. In this paper, we classified the role of industrial mentors, proposed appropriate operating models and described the detail of their responsibilities.
