21세기는 문화의 세기라 하여 세계 각국이 자국문화의 확산과 세계시장 선점에 치열한 각축을 벌이고 있는 상황에서 건설문화의 주체성 확보는 그 어느 때보다 중요하다. 따라서 외국어(외래어)에 오염된 건설현장에서 우리말 사용이 확대된다면 선진 건설문화의 정착에 커다란 도움이 될수 있을 것이다. 본지는 건설단체총연합회가 건설현장에서의 우리말 사용을 정착시키기 위해 발간한「올바른 우리말 건설용어집」을 발췌, 연재할 계획이다. 이 용어집에 수록된 순화대상 용어는 건설현장에서 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 용어 가운데 우리말로 바꾸고 다듬어야 할 용어들을 대상으로 한글학회의 감수를 거쳐 확정된 것으로, 전 건설현장에 확대, 보급되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the problems related to the lack of research on rapidly changing digital information media and industry flow and to suggest solutions. In Korea what is needed is basic academic research on cartoon and animation field, and the development and systemization of teaching material. As a first step to achieve this goal, standardization of cartoon and animation related terminology and publication of a dictionary of terminology are underway. To reach agreements on terms, discover new terms, standardize terms and their interpretations, and publish a standardized dictionary, experts in the fields of cartoon and animation education, industry, and academia in North America, Europe, and Japan have been invited to work together. Through these efforts, a dictionary of terminology will be published, which will not only provide useful information but also solve problems related to the use of not standardized terms.

This study identified terminologies related to the proximity and frequency of disaster by social network analysis (SNA) and text mining, and then expressed the outcome into a mind map. The termdocument matrix of text mining was utilized for the terminology proximity analysis, and the SNA closeness centrality was calculated to organically express the relationship of the terminologies through a mind map. By analyzing terminology proximity and selecting disaster response-related terminologies, this study identified the closest field among all the disaster response fields to disaster response and the core terms in each disaster response field. This disaster response terminology analysis could be utilized in future core term-based terminology standardization, disaster-related knowledge accumulation and research, and application of various response scenario compositions, among others.

In the FTA environment, it is necessary to comply with the rules of origin in order to receive duty-free benefits. To do this, they have to precede the Harmonized System(HS) tariff classification of the goods and understand thoroughly the basic principles that constitute the tariff schedule of HS classification. For the correct classification, they should understand exactly the product name of "Heading" about the items, "Legal Note" in the relevant "Section" or "Chapter" as well as provisions of the commentary. Therefore, this paper proposes to develop a HS classification services based on the performance system of knowledge convergence of field terms commonly used in various industries. In result, our services can provide users the conveniences which users first selects one of seven decision elements of the classification and perform the classification easily and accurately.

This study was an exploratory study to identify the discomfort of using multicultural terms. The contents of the study included exploration of prior research, analysis of news articles, and in-depth interview with field experts. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, five multicultural terms such as 'multiculturalism', 'multicultural society', 'multicultural education', '다문화가족' and '다문화가정' were extracted from exploration of prior research. Second, as a result of news analysis, 'multiculturalism' mainly appeared in the early 2000s and has been rapidly decreasing since 2006, and 'multicultural society' and 'multicultural education' have been steadily written. In contrast, '다문화가족' and '다문화가정', which first appeared in 2003 and 2004, have exceeded 80% of multicultural news articles since 2009. Third, regarding multicultural terms, the study participants were well aware of '다문화가족' and '다문화가정', and little knew of 'multiculturalism'. In an interview conducted before learning multicultural terms, '다문화가족' and '다문화가정' were recognized as familiar but uncomfortable and distinguishing terms. And 'multiculturalism', 'multicultural society', and 'multicultural education' were recognized as abstract and unfamiliar terms. In an interview conducted after learning about multicultural terms, the study participants expressed confusion about the mixed use of multicultural terms with different meanings and recognized the need for clarification.

It is necessary to teach science terminology in order to solve the problems induced from the fact that students have low comprehension in science terminology. The purpose of this study was to investigate science teacher's perception of teaching science terminology. The questionnaires consisted of perception of science terminology, science terminology for teaching, teaching of science terminology, and teaching methods for science terminology. As a result, science teachers had difficulty with science terminology and were not familiar with them as well as students were. Despite having perceived the necessity of teaching science terminology because it serves as a great influence on students to study science, they didn't have enough knowledge of the teaching methods for science terminology, so that they felt difficulties in teaching science terminology. Finally, science teachers hope to display new science terminology with explanations on each page of the science textbooks.

재난관리현장 및 관련 학문 분야에서는 사건(incident), 사고(accident), 위험(risk), 위기(crisis), 재해(disaster), 재난(disaster)과 같은 유사성이 있는 전문용어들이 혼용되어 사용되고 있다. 전문용어의 경우 관련 학과 학생 및 종사자들은 그 내용과 의미를 정확하게 이해하고 있어야 하며, 이와 관련한 전문용어의 정의를 명확하게 나타내는 지침이 필요하다고 말할 수 있다. 「재난 및 안전관리 기본법」제 3조에서 재난에 대한 정의는 명시하고 있지만, 재난과 재해와의 차이점을 명확하게 알 수 없으며, 위험과 위기에 대한 차이점을 또한 파악하기 어려움에 있다. 이러한 이유로 관련 학과 대학생 및 관련 업종 종사자들이 재난에 사용되는 용어를 명확하게 구분하여 설명하지 못하고, 명확하게 구분하지 아니하고 사용하는 것이 아닌가라는 판단에 이르게 되었다. 용어의 혼용은 국민들에게 재난에 관한 의식의 혼란을 유발하고, 혼란스러움으로 인한 무관심이 발생, 그 무관심에 의해 재난에 관한 의식이 저하될 수도 있다고 생각하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난 의식의 하락으로 비롯되는 대응의 부적절함을 방지하기 위해 1) 관련 학과 학생 및 종사자들을 대상으로 전문용어의 이해도 조사, 2) 관련 용어의 정의를 조사 및 분석을 수행하였다.

현장경험교육이란 학교교육의 일부로써 학생을 재학 중에 전공관련 작업 환경에 직접 참여시켜 교양적 혹은 직업적으로 필요한 교육경험을 얻도록 계획된 프로그램으로 우리나라에서는 현장실습이라는 용어로 행해지고 있다. 식품영양학 전공과 관련된 학과인 경우 단체급식과목의 일환으로 영양사 현장 실습이라는 교육과정을 시행하고 있는 학교는 많으나 현장실습에 대한 교육효과나 학생들의 요구사항등을 구체적으로 파악한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제로 영양사 현장실습을 체험한 학생을 대상으로 현행 영양사 현장실습이 안고 있는 제반 문제점들을 파악하고 효과적인 실습 운영 방안을 모색하고자 설문조사를 시행하였다. 우리의 인쇄현장에서는 수년 전부터 '외래어 우리말 사용운동'이 전개되고 있음에도 가시적인 성과가 나타나지 않고 있다. 쉽고 친근한 우리말이 얼마든지 있는데도 습관적으로 외래어를 쓰고 있는 실정이다. 특히 일제의 강점기간을 거치면서 일본용어가 침투하였는데 그 잔재가 해방 반세기가 훨씬 넘었음에도 아직 우리의 인쇄현장에 많이 남아 있다. 이는 인쇄종주국의 위상에 걸맞지 않을 뿐만 아니라 선조들에게는 부끄러운 일이 아닐 수 없다.

군중눌림 사고 형태의 재난은 국내에서 경험과 연구가 미진한 재난의 형태이지만 세계적으로는 선진국이나 후진국을 가리지 않고 꾸준히 발생중이며, 2022년 10월 29일의 이태원 참사에서 보듯이 국가사회에 엄청난 파급력과 영향을 주는 재난이다. 따라서 군중눌림 사고를 이해하고 발전된 학술적 접근 방식을 통하여 최소한의 예방, 대비, 대응 수준에 이르러야 하나 국내에서는 그 연구가 미진하고 용어와 개념 정립도 되어 있지 않다. 군중눌림 사고는 그 본질 상 얼마 안 되는 짧은 골든 타임 내에 해결이 되지 않으면 대처 시간이 거의 없어 인명피해 대처가 매우 어렵다. 즉 질식으로 의식이 저하되는 피해자가 신고되어도 현장 도착 구급대원이 밀집된 군중을 뚫고 피해자에게 신속히 접근하기란 애무 어려워, 선진국들조차도 많은 인명피해를 내지만 뚜렷한 한 가지 해결책을 제시 못하고 있는 형편이다. 이러한 상황에서 군중압박 사고 관련 정립되지 않은 용어를 관련 개념과 같이 조사 정리하고, 과거 있었던 대표적 군중집회의 분류, 특성 등을 알아보며, 이를 기반으로 용어와 개념이 정리 및 표준화되는 기반이 되도록 하였다.
