신배전정보시스템은 국가적 차원에서 수행 중인 지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System, GIS)을 기반으로 계획, 설계, 공사관리, 설비운영의 단계로 순환하는 배전업무의 특성에 따라 순시, 점검, 측정 등 현장업무에 정보체계 표준화를 이룩하고 이를 근거로 수집된 정보의 종합분석을 통해 경제적이고 합리적인 투자와 보수계획 수립이 가능하게끔 지원하는 종합시스템이다. 또한, 배전기동보수업무는 배전선로의 순시점검과 설비의 개 보수, 각종 측정과 점검, 사고와 고장 처리, 설비와 부하관리 등을 포함하는 중요한 업무중의 하나이다. 그러므로, 이런 업무를 종합배전시스템에 연계함으로써 종합배전시스템의 장점을 기동보수시스템에서 충분히 활용하고, 또한 기동보수시스템의 핵심자료를 종합배전시스템과 연계함으로써 배전정보를 체계적이고 종합적으로 활용하는 것이 가능하다. 이를 통해 업무생산성이 향상되고 사용자 운영의 편의성이 증대되기를 기대한다.

증기발생기(SG : Steam Generator)는 다수의 세관으로 구성되어 원자로에서 발생한 열을 이용하여 발전기 터빈을 구동시키는 원동력인 증기를 생성해 주는 기능을 하는 원자력발전소의 핵심 설비이다. 증기발생기 세관의 건전성을 확보하기 위해 매주기 계획예방정비, 즉 가동중 검사마다 정기적인 와전류 검사를 수행하고, 검사결과에 따라 전열관 보수 등과 같은 제반 조치를 취하고 있다. 현재 검사데이터 DB 구축은 일부 발전소에 개발되어 운영 중에 있고, 세관 DB와는 별도로 통계정보만을 관리하는 증기발생기 성능관리시스템이 운영되고 있으며, 또한 각 발전소마다 수질을 계측하여 수화학 성분을 감시하는 수질관리시스템이 운용되고 있다. 이러한 이원화된 DB 및 시스템을 통합하고 연계하여 전 원전의 증기발생기를 종합적으로 관리 할 수 있는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현장에 보관되어 있는 모든 세관 검사데이터를 취득하여 대용량 데이터베이스를 설계 및 구축하고 이기종의 분산된 수질관리시스템 DB를 연계하여, 증기발생기의 설계/제작부터 검사결과 Mapping, 추이 분석을 통한 수명 평가에 이르는 전 과정을 통합 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 그 구현방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the damage status of wood sleepers on concrete track of urban transit at different locations and to analyze the causes of damages. In addition, the turnout maintenance history during the service period of about 24 years was analyzed in conjunction with the train passing tonnage and that was to compare the current repair history. The most frequent damage components were rail, tie plate, spike and wooden sleeper. And, the damage caused by the defect of the rail fastening system such as spike and tie plate according to the deformation of the wooden sleeper was analyzed as the main type of damage. As a result, the damage of track components of turnout system was on the increase because they are directly affected by the train passing tonnage. The supplementary points of the check sheet for current turnout maintenance were derived and the improvement proposal was suggested based on the research results.

In the past, there were problems in managing construction due to the lack of effective communication and sharing information between a constructor and an owner during construction works. To solve those problems, several major construction companies made great efforts to get a higher productivity through the systematic management, cumulating construction know-how. As a result of the endeavor, some of those companies developed the foundation of PMIS(Project Management Information System). However, it is thought that PMIS on the construction site was not effectively used in performing construction. Therefore, through the case of contractor's management system which is being used in 1-4 out field construction site in Incheon International Airport Rail of P construction company, this paper deals with the development of system supporting to the practical work of construction site and it'll provide to be the foundation of making effective PMIS.

In this study, the survey targeting 180 in-service hair dressers from beauty salons located in Seoul was carried out in order to determine the connection between the practical tasks(scalp, shampoo, cut, blow dry, roll setting, blow dry, coloring) of national hairdresser licensing examination and the practical field. The utilization level of 7 practical subjects tasks was average except for hair coloring which showed a high support of spread and spread-skill tasks. Also, the utilization level of two subjects including haircut and coloring gave a positive influence on the practical skill (p<0.05). Therefore, practical application of haircut which is one of the most important subjects for in-service hair dressers and high quality education for customer satisfaction are necessary and it is necessary to check other subjects which have no influence on the practical field again.

This qualitative research investigated how to improve preservice and in-service teacher education programs through in-depth interviews with 10 exemplary science teachers. Data from interviews were used to analyze how the teachers perceived current situations of teacher education and what they suggested as an improvement plan. In terms of preservice teacher education, exemplary teachers argued that teacher education programs should (1) ensure the teacher education program's identity and goals, (2) provide preservice teachers with practical knowledge by translating theory into practice, and (3) secure faculty members who majored in science education. In light of in-service education, the teachers contended that (1) teachers should acknowledge the continuing processes of their own professional development, (2) the content and method of in-service training should incorporate teachers' practical needs in the classroom, and (3) the teaching community should implement a clinical supervision to improve their classroom practices. The central role of teacher (re)education in a successful classroom reform is also discussed.

This research tries to study the effect that the welfare field training the course selection. Because of being the important place where the welfare field training trains the expert, the knowledge, value, and practical lodging tries to be identify instructed. In this aspect, we try to analyze about the extend of satisfaction of the actual training, that is the extent of desiring the link including the class of school subject extend of satisfaction of the department of social welfare engine, and etc. and factor about the actual training of the department of social welfare, because the welfare field training the technique is connected directly with the route. First, the individual characteristic of the social welfare and trainees is grasped. Second, the relationship of the social welfare and factor and course selection is investigated. Third, the social welfare and university (circle) lives look into whether the social welfare field training has an effect on the course selection or not.

국토해양부에서는 전국 도로표지의 효율적인 관리를 위해 국내 300여개 도로표지 관리기관에서 도로표지업무에 활용할 수 있도록 2001년 웹 기반의 도로표지전산관리시스템을 구축하였고, 2003년 도로표지종합관리센터를 설립하여 지속적으로 운영해오고 있다. 이는 네트워크 기반의 도로망도 상에서 전국 도로표지를 연계하여 관리할 수 있어 도로표지의 안내 연결성 확보 등 국내 도로표지 관리업무에 많은 부분 기여해 왔다. 최근 들어서는 모바일 환경이 구축되면서 인터넷이 연결된 사무공간 외에 현장에서도 시스템을 활용하고자 하는 요구가 증가하게 되었다. 따라서 도로표지종합관리센터에서는 도로표지전산관리시스템 이용자들의 편의를 증진하기 위하여 현장지원을 위한 도로표지 모바일 어플리케이션을 개발하였다. 모바일 어플리케이션은 스마트폰, 스마트패드 등 3G/4G/Wi-Fi 등 무선통신이 가능한 다양한 모바일 스마트 기기를 활용하여 도로표지전산관리시스템의 기능을 현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 현장이라는 공간 특성을 반영하여 쉽고 간단하게 기능을 구현하였다는 데 특징이 있다. 이를 통해 도로표지 담당자들은 언제 어디서든 도로표지 정보의 조회가 가능하고, 현장조사 시 표지 사진과 관련 정보를 수집하여 현장에서 즉시 도로표지전산관리시스템에 표지정보를 입력하거나 수정 할 수 있다. 현재는 모바일 어플리케이션 버전 1.0이 개발된 상태이며, 향후 다양하고 반복적인 사용자 활용 패턴을 면밀히 분석하여 보다 사용하기 쉽게 도로표지전산관리시스템 기능을 사무공간에서와 같이 모바일 어플리케이션도 사용할 수 있도록 지속적으로 개선해 나가고자 한다.

태양광발전설비 설치수요는 기후변화협약과 교토의정서를 비준하고 온실가스를 지속적으로 저감하고자 정부를 중심으로 적극 추진하고 있으며, 정책적인 지원책으로 2011년까지 1차에너지 소비량의 5%를 신 재생에너지로 보급하고자 발전차액지원제도를 도입하였다. 제1차 국가에너지 기본계획을 수립하면서 향후 2030년까지 신재생 에너지의 비중을 현행 2.4%에서 11%까지 확대하였으며, 최근 지원제도의 변경에 따라 금년 2009년 말까지 계통에 연계시키고자 많은 태양광 발전소를 시설하였다. 본 논문에서는 태양광발전설비에 대한 적기적안전성 평가기법 및 현장에서 안전성을 확보방안을 알아 보았다. 현장에서 전기설비기술기준상의 문제점을 검토하였으며, 전기안전성 평가기법을 제안하고자 한다.

일선현장에서 사용되는 웹기반독서교육시스템은 웹의 다양한 장점을 토대로 학습자들의 흥미와 상호작용을 이끌기 위해 주력하였다. 그러나 실제로 학교 현장에서 독서활동이 주로 종이책을 중심으로 온라인 상에서 이루어졌기 때문에 웹기반독서교육시스템은 아동들의 독서활동과 직접적으로 관련시키기가 어려워 주로 독후활동 중심으로 활용되어왔다. 또한 온라인 독서를 할 수 있는 전자도서는 그 자체가 특정 포맷을 토대로 별도의 다운로드를 통해 책을 읽도록 되어 있어 독서 활동으로만 끝나는 경우가 많아 독후활동이 제대로 되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 독서 교육 시스템을 전자도서와 연계하여 아동이 컴퓨터로 책을 읽음과 동시에 독후활동도 병행할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
