최근 건설현장에서는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 전 산업에서 건설업 재해율은약 50%로 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 중대재해처벌법 시행(22년 1월 27일)과 4차산업 발달에 따른 IOT기반 안전관리 등 안전규제와 안전관리기술이 현장에 적용되고 있지만 건설현장 안전관리의 접점에 있는 실무자 및 근로자가 실효성 있게 안전관리활동을 하고 실질적으로 안전행동을 강화시키는 안전사고 예방적 안전관리가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 시행되고 있는 안전보건활동, 안전교육, 안전행동강화, 안전성과와의 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 제시하고 관계 분석하였다. 건설현장 실무자 및 근로자의 설문조사 데이터를 구조방정식에 적용하여 관계를 분석한 예측결과, 분석결과에 의해 검증된 가설이 시사하는 부분을 해석하고, 가설검증을 기반으로 외생변수로부터 안전행동강화에 도달하는 경로를 탐색하고 주요 논점을 논의한다.

본 연구는 컴퓨터 교육의 기본방향에 부합하지 못하는 학교 현장에 문제의식을 갖고, 초등학교 4학년을 대상으로 문제 분석 능력과 논리적 사고력에 긍정적인 역할을 할 수 있는 플래시 프로그래밍 교육을 실시하였다. 플래시 프로그래밍 교육을 통한 아동의 논리적 사고력과의 상관관계를 연구함으로써, 지식정보사회에서 반드시 필요한 프로그래밍 교육이 각급 학교에 적합한 수준별 모형으로 정착될 수 있는 방향을 모색 해보고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for information literacy instruction far a university library. It surveyed and analyzed Information Literacy Competency Standards and four Information Problem-Solving Process Models. Through the investigation, this study found out the crucial six elements of information literacy instruction. It includes 1) Information need; 2) Information source; 3) Information seeking; 4) Information evaluation; 5) Information use; and 6) Information ethics. Based on the analysis of the information literacy tutorial of 3 university libraries in the States and Australia, special concerns were paid on investigating the contents of instruction programs. This study proposed the model of information literacy instruction of the university library as a result. It consists of eight steps such as 1) Guide of library facility; 2) Information ecology-the flow of academic information; 3) Information needs-Define the topic; 4) Determine the information sources; 5) Plan the search strategy; 6) Search information; 7) Evaluate Information; and 8) style manual. It is suggested to develop and to improve the information literacy instruction programs in university libraries.

이 연구는 독서토론수업이 교육환경에서 실제 당면하고 있는 문제를 파악하고, 학습자가 독서 정보바탕의 토론활동을 하는 독서토론 모형을 개발하여 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자와 현장 전문가의 협력을 통해 현실적 문제를 해결하는 설계기반 연구를 활용하여 논제 구축형 독서토론수업 모형을 개발하였다. 연구의 대상은 초등학교 4학년이었으며, 모형의 완성을 위해 16차시의 수업을 진행하고 양적 연구와 질적 연구, 전문가 검토를 반복하는 형성적 순환을 실시하였다.

Currently, education is being conducted through face-to-face classes and instructional design using blended learning, an integrated online and offline model that utilizes online characteristics. As the paradigm of education has changed from face-to-face classes to non-face-to-face classes since COVID-19, teaching methods to respond to changes are required in the educational field. In this paper, as a instructional design model using online, we proposed a instructional design model that conducts online classes in non-real time and then conducts online face-to-face classes using virtual classrooms in real time. In addition, a teaching strategy that can apply the online face-to-face teaching design model using the proposed virtual class room to software classes was presented. The proposed instructional design model will be able to prepare for a paradigm shift in education with a teaching design that can accommodate the characteristics of face-to-face education online.

최근 학교 현장에서는 전통적인 교수 학습 방법을 탈피한 정보통신기술을 활용한 교수 학습 방법은 거스를 수 없는 정보화 사회의 새로운 교수 학습 모형으로 보편화되어 가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현실 여건을 개선하고 교육과정이 요구하는 목표 달성을 위하여 학생들의 인터넷 사용의 대부분을 차지하는 커뮤니티 활동을 미니홈페이지라는 공간을 통해 교사와 학생 사이에 학습과 대화의 장으로 활용하기 위해 ICT 활용 교육 커뮤니티를 구축하였다. 이를 활용하여 학생들이 학습에 대한 관심과 흥미를 유발하고 시간과 장소에 구애를 받지 않으며 학생 자신이 주도적으로 학습 과제를 해결하는 학습과정으로 교수 학습 방법의 개선을 통하여 학생의 자기주도적 학습 능력이 신장되도록 ICT 활용 교육을 활성화하여 ICT 활용 교육이 우리 학교 현장에 튼튼히 뿌리를 내리는 데에 기여하고자 HTML학습을 위한 홈페이지를 블로그툴을 이용하여 구현하였다.

본 연구는 과학기술연합대학원대학교(UST)를 중심으로 한 과학기술계의 새로운 대학원모델을 평가하는 기법에 주안점을 두고 있다. UST와 일본의 SOKENDAI(The Graduate University for Advanced Studios)를 비교함으로써 새로운 대학원모델의 필요성을 말하고 있다. UST는 커리큘럼과 도제식 수업, 맞춤형 교육체계, 현장 중심형 인력양성체계들이 아직 높은 수준에 도달하지 못한 반면 교육목적과 비전이 상당 수준 만족스럽다는 결과를 얻고 있는 조사를 바탕으로 한 UST의 평가에 관해 다루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학평가체계의 네 가지 유형과 함께 토론회와 모든 평가에 부합되는 고급 평론을 통하여 UST에 방법론적으로 적용할 수 있는 평가방식을 제안한다. UST를 위한 새로운 평가방식은 대학원평가를 위한 특수성과 보편성으로 서로 동일하다. UST는 다 학제적이며 신생 융합기술분야에서 현장중심형인 리더십을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 교육체계를 가지고 있으며 동시에 세계적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 두 요소는 특수성이 더욱 강조된 5:5, 6:4의 비율을 보이고 있다. 앞으로 후속적인 보완연구가 추가되면 더욱 활용성이 높아질 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to derive education programs for safety training class, create unit spaces and present components and methods of utilizing the spaces for the development of facilities models closely related to various policy, operation plan and facility construction projects promoted by related institutions such as the Ministry of Education, schools, architects and companies. This study is divided into five steps. First, we reviewed the literature related basic directions for safety education and facility plan, second, field survey included both field conditions such as spatial size and facility configuration and analysis of operating conditions like hours of operation and personnel. Base on literature review and field survey, it were used to analyze strengths and weaknesses of existing safety training classes, and five facility models was developed based on the Delphi method and expert participatory design. The result show that the facility models (drafts) of safety training class were developed as follows: (1)the facility model for traffic safety(pedestrian safety, vehicle safety, subway safety) (2)the facility model for first aid(emergency rescue, how to report) (3)the facility model for disaster safety(fire evacuation safety, life earthquake safety) (4)the facility model for elevator safety(elevator safety, escalator safety) (5)the facility model for drugs and violence safety (smoking drinking, sexual harassment safety, food safety) The safety training class can be composed by combining or separating each module according to affordable space size of each school.

In recent years, the need of the education for the Internet ethics is emphasized as the number of offenses committed by juveniles is increasing. So many researches on the methodologies about educating the Internet ethics have been being performed But, those are not competent to make young people inspire the sense of ethics in the cyber-space because they get trained by the cramming system of education with a textbook in their schools. In this paper, we developed a web-based learning model and an learning system including various multimedia materials that induce the learners for ethics to study actively. And then we applied our system to school education for the Internet ethics, and verified the effectiveness of our learning model and system.

This paper presents the process of developing, applying and increasingly updating curriculums to reinforce education in IT field through cooperation of industry and academy by the invention of government. In particular, the curriculums are developed and refined in order to satisfy both industry as users and academy as suppliers, using a spiral model, which was originally proposed for software development by Boehm. The result and the assessment are described where the developed curriculums have been applied at the universities in a national-wide base through a project by government. The basic principles of this model are general enough to be applied to curriculum development in various areas of college education.
