Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth. However the supply and training system have some limitations. Educational and training systems for civil body and security guards are in the basic level and private organizations trained the professional work force. University level training started recently. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be trained professionally. For it the role of professional training organizations is emphasized. The purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. ${\cdot}$ Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What kind of training has to be provided for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What tare the qualifications of the trainers? ${\cdot}$ What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? ${\cdot}$ Is there any differences in the job placement among the trainees of private organizations and universities? In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

A participating civilian in the policing is become very important issue and strongly encouraged since variety and intelligent crimes have occurred. Moreover, necessity of invigorates of Problem-Oriented Policing has been emphasized in Korea because the effects of the Problem-Oriented Policing in the Case-Oriented Policing had been proved. Lastly, practical use of the Third Party Policing (TPP) is a main purpose to deal with spreading of the Gated community, which controls the outside. To utilizing the Third Party Policing in Korea, several solutions are suggested such as making the manual of operation process, organizing task force team for TPP (the Third Party Policing), changing the sense of civilian and police organization and realistic way to motivating.

It is a very important objective of mathematical education to lead students to apply mathematics to the problem situations and to solve the problems. Assuming that mathematical modeling is appropriate for such mathematical education objectives, we must emphasize mathematical modeling learning. In this research, we focused what mathematical concepts are learned and what reasoning are applied and used through mathematical modeling. In the process of mathematical modeling, the students used several types of reasoning; deduction, induction and abduction. Although we cannot generalize a fact by a single case study, deduction has been used to confirm whether their model is correct to the real situation and to find solutions by leading mathematical conclusion and induction to experimentally verify whether their model is correct. And abduction has been used to abstract a mathematical model from a real model, to provide interpretation to existing a practical ground for mathematical results, and elicit new mathematical model by modifying a present model.

In this study, the teaching material has been developed based on Polya's Problem Solving Techniques for preparing Korea Information Olympiad qualification and studying principle of computer. the basis of discrete mathematics and data structures were selected as the content of textbooks for students to learn computer programming principles. After the developed textbooks were applied to elementary school students of Science Gifted Education Center of J University, the result of study proves that textbook helps improve problem-solving ability using the testing tool restructured sample questions from previous test. We need guidebook and training course for teachers and realistic conditions for teaching the principles of computer.

한국의 수산업은 "200해리 경제수역" 시대에 접어 들면서 연근해어업의 체제정비와 자원의 관리 및 어장 생산성 제고를 위한 노력을 경주해 나가지 않으면 안될 전환기에 있다.이러한 추세에 따라서 우선 기존 연안어장 및 연안 어업의 재편성 문제에 못지 않게 중요한것은 종래 어장의 확대.개발이라는 거의 일방적 자세로 추진된 근해어장및 근해 어업에 대한 재정비라는 문제이며 본 논문은 이러한 문제의 중요성을 인식하여 현재허가어업으로 되어 있는 근해어업과 그 대상어종및 어장에서의 어업간 조정문제를 분석하고자 시작되었다.한국의 거의 대부분의 어업이 다종의 어종을 대상으로 하고 있으며 또한 동일 어종을 동일어장에서 다수의 어업이 경쟁적으로 어획함으로써 나타나는 어업상호간의 마찰과 이로인한 경제적 비효율성은 현 시점에 있어 어업 합리화 및 어장의 합리적 관리를 위해 극복하지 않으면 안 될 중요한 과제라고 생각되어 현재 우리나라의 이업관리 실태와 허가 어업의 어업별 어종별 어획실태. 연근해어업의 문제점을 살펴보고 그중 최근의 선망어업과 대형 기선저인망어업 및 트를이업과의 취지 분쟁과 같이 현실적으로 문제점이 부각되고 있는 동일 어종에 대한 어업간의 겨압관계 심화의 원인을 분석하고 그 대책을 강구해 보고자 하였다.그러나 본 논문에서는 본인의 능력부족과 제한된 시간으로 보다 구체적이고 게얄된 분석을 하지 못하고 그 개관만을 나열하는 정도에 그친다는 점이 유감이나 차후 본 연구를 기초로 부족된 점을 보완할 예정이다 부족된 점을 보완할 예정이다

일원분류 모형에서 표준 F-검정을 하기 위해서는 오차항에 대한 등분산성을 가정한다. 그러나 실제로 이러한 가정은 지켜지기 힘들며, 이에 더불어 관찰치가 각 집단별로 일정하지 않고 불균형한 경우에는 F-검정의 유의수준이 지정된 값을 만족시키지 못하며, 따라서 검정력에 관한 분석은 의미가 없게 된다. 본 연구에서는 등분산성이 지켜지지 않고, 자료가 불균형한 경우, 현실적인 상황에서 일반적으로 사용되는 F-검정의 유의수준 유지라는 문제가 어 떤 변화를 겪게 되는지를 확인하고, 더 나아가 유의수준을 유지하기 위해서는 어떤 식의 조정이 가능한지를 살펴보았다.

중요한 정보를 저장하고 있는 서버 및 개인용 컴퓨터를 위협하는 바이러스가 현실적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 범용 바이러스 탐지기법을 위해 주성분 분석(PCA)을 사용하여 휴리스틱 접근으로 바이러스 탐지 능력을 높일 수 있는 명령어 집합을 찾았고, PCA의 결과좌표 분포에 따라 정상파일인 경우 90%의 분류, 바이러스파일에 대하여 85%의 분류 능력을 확인하였다.

산업전반에서 전산화와 자동화의 추세가 점차로 가속화되고 있는 이 시점에서 건축설계를 전문으로 하는 업체에서의 COMPUTER의 응용과 실무에서의 적용은 이제는 전혀 새롭다거나 놀랄만한 일로 보여지지 않는 시기가 도래하였다고 보여지며, 현재는 누가 얼마나 현실적인 사용에 바탕을 둔 응용 및 개발전략으로 생산성의 향상과 업무의 효율화를 꾀하고 있는가 하는 것이 중요한 문제로 부각되어지고 있다. 주지하는 바와 같이 건축설계를 전문으로 하는 업체에서의 전산조직은 CAD와 구조계산, 견적을 그 주축으로 하고 있으며, 가장 많은 투자와 개발이 이루어지고 있는 분야이기도 하다. 따라서 본 회사의 전산조지과 그 운용에 관한 논의는 위의 각 분야별로 사용장비 및 인원구성, 현재의 이용현황, 향후 투자 및 개발계획 등을 간략하게 소개하는 것으로 대신하겠다.

최근 시스템 환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 기존 시스템의 유지보수와 재사용에 관련된 여러 가지 문제점이 발견되었다. 객체지향개념은 우리에게 재사용과 유지보수를 용이하게 해 줄 것으로 생각되었지만 기대만큼의 효과는 거두지 못하고 있다. 이러한 현실적인 문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 클래스들을 관련성을 이용해 패키지로 분류하는 클러스터링 기법들이 연구되었다. 대부분이 소프트웨어의 품질을 평가하기 위한 매트릭스를 기반으로 한 것이었지만, 실제 현장에서 개발자들의 경험에 의한 클러스터링 기법과는 많은 차이가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 메트릭스를 이용한 Composition 방법과 개발자들의 경험을 이용한 Partition 방법을 혼합하여 정량화된 수치를 제공하며 개발자들의 경험을 충족시키는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.
