국제적인 환경 규제 문제($CO_2$, SF$_{6}$(육불화황), PFC (과불화화합물) 등)가 새로운 무역장벽으로 등장하여 우리나라 주요 산업 부문에 미치는 영향이 점차 현실로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 환경 규제에 적절한 대처를 하기 위해 에너지 소비 증가와 이에 따르는 에너지 소비 패턴 및 인식에 대한 새로운 접근 방법이 요구되고 있다. 그동안 전력기기의 고효율화, 에너지 효율 향상과 수요관리 강화, 미활용 에너지원의 이용률 제고, 집단에너지 보급 확대 등 하드웨어적인 기술개발에 중점을 두고 추진되었으나, 앞으로는 전원설비, 전력전송 설비, 부하설비 등의 최적 설계기술을 통한 에너지절약 기술개발과 같은 소프트웨어적인 기술 개발이 요청되고 있다. This study identified factors that have an influence on career preparation behavior in undergraduate students majoring in public health in technical colleges with the aim to provide basic data for the development of an employment counselling program which can have a positive influence on career preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 556 college students studying public health in technical colleges in J $province^1$, J $province^2$, and G metropolitan city and they were randomly selected and sampled in convenience. The period of the survey was from September 7 to 9, 2015 and the survey was made with the use of a self-essay type questionnaire. 510 copies of the survey collected were analysed with the use of SPSS 14.0 for Windows. As a result it is shown that career barriers perceived by students studying public health in technical colleges had a negative effect on career preparation behavior. Therefore, organized and practical career counselling should be provided and career education programs should be developed to encourage subjects to have positive career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is suggested that practical career counselling and career education program should be developed to lead students studying public health to positive career preparatory activity, and research to verify its effect should be conducted.

담배자판기는 되는데 주류자판기는 왜 안 되나? 담배자판기의 경우 성인인증장치를 도입해 부분적인 로케이션이기는 하지만 합법화되어 있음에 비해 주류자판기는 여전히 설치 자체를 규제한 채 철옹성의 장벽을 구축하고 있다. 이러한 현실에서 산업계는 성인인증장치를 도입한 주류자판기는 이제 규제가 완화되어야 한다는 목소리가 높이고 있다. 주력기종인 음료자판기는 극도의 시장불황에 시달리고, 이를 대신할 마땅한 사업아이템을 찾기 힘든 현실에서 주류자판기로 시각이 집중되는 것은 어찌 보면 자연스러운 일이다. 성인인증 주류자판기 시장은 규제만 완화된다면 산업계의 숨통을 틔어 줄 유망아이템이라는 점에서 결코 포기할 수 없는 영역이다. 산업계는 성인인증 주류자판기의 규제완화의 명분을 강화하고, 적극적인 산업계 자율대책을 제시하며 규제완화에 총력을 기울여야 한다. 협회에서는 산업계의 규제완화에 대한 열망을 반영해 최근 재정경제부 소비세제과를 대상으로 하는 건의 작업을 진행했다. 성인인증장치 도입을 통해 청소년 보호, 탈세방지 등 과거 주류자판기가 가질 수 있었던 위해요인을 극소화하는 산업계 자율대책을 바탕으로, 건전하게 주류자판기가 유통될 수 있게 해달라는 게 건의안의 골자이다. 이 건의안은 앞으로 적극적으로 검토가 될 예정이지만, 여전히 관련부처에서는 주류자판기에 대한 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있다는 점이 넘어야 할 벽이다. 재정경제부 소비세제과는 성인인증장치를 도입해 청소년 보호를 하는 측면은 높게 평가하지만, 과연 주류 유통기기로서 주류자판기가 필요한 것인 가에 대한 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있다. 또한 주류정책 자체가 유통을 억제하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다는 점, 또 탈세 방지 등 세원관리에 대한 문제점을 들어 주류자판기 자체를 부정적으로 보고 있다. 이 모든 벽들을 극복하고 규제완화의 길을 가는 것은 쉽지가 않다. 하지만 시대가 변하고, 관련 기술은 첨단화되고 있는 데 규제가 만사인 정책으로 주류자판기를 보는 시각을 곤란하다. 산업계가 얼마든지 위해요인을 해결하겠다는 자세를 보이는 마당에 이를 묵살하는 행정만능주의적 자세는 결코 올바른 행정이라 할 수 없다. 오랜 시간이 걸려도 산업계는 강력한 의지를 가지고 성인인증 주류자판기의 생존권을 확보해야 한다. 협회에서는 재경부 이외에도 국세청, 규제개혁위원회 등을 통한 규제완화 작업을 지속적으로 진행해 나갈 계획이다. 금호 정책초점에서는 성인전용 주류자판기 규제완화에 대한 뜨거운 열망을 담아, 협회에서 재정경제부 소비세과에 건의했던 건의안의 세부내용을 게재했다.

National long-term care insurance started in July, 2008. We try to make up for weak points and develop a long-term care insurance system. Especially, it is important to upgrade the rating model of the category of need for long-term care continually. We improve the rating model using the data after enforcement of the system to reflect the rapidly changing long-term care marketplace. A decision tree model was adpoted to upgrade the rating model that makes it easy to compare with the current system. This model is based on the first assumption that, a person with worse functional conditions needs more long-term care services than others. Second, the volume of long-term care services are de ned as a service time. This study was conducted to reflect the changing circumstances. Rating models have to be continually improved to reflect changing circumstances, like the infrastructure of the system or the characteristics of the insurance beneficiary.

In this paper, we identify the factors that hinder the application of quantum computing technology to solve meaningful real-world problems, and suggest related research trends and directions. To this end, we summarize the basic knowledge of quantum mechanics from the perspective of computer science, which is necessary to understand the difficulties in applying quantum computing technology, and analyze the currently commercialized quantum computers and quantum programming layers from the literature. Through an analysis of the current status and utilization of cloud-based commercial quantum computing services, we identify four factors that currently hinder the practical application of quantum computing: high barriers to entry for quantum computer programming, constraints on noisy intermediate-scale quantum computers, a still-growing open source ecosystem, and difficulties in simulating realistic problem sizes, and suggest trends and directions for related research. In doing so, it is expected to contribute to laying the groundwork for practical applications of quantum computing technology.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the experiences of male nurses working in PACU. Methods: A phenomenological method was used in this study. Data were collected by individual in-depth interviews with six participants. Colaizzi's phenomenology has been adapted as a research method in this qualitative study. Results: 4 categories, 9 theme clusters, and 21 themes were identified. The 4 categories derived from the data as follows: 'Beginning my career in nursing ','Facing difficult reality', 'Striving to survive', 'Full adjustment in the workplace' Conclusion: These results could help to expand understanding the role of male nurses working in the PACU. In additions, the results could help basic data for men to develop effective strategies and educational programs.

This study aims to discuss the spatial issues of disaster recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake. Focused on tsunami-damaged regions, this study examines how major regional development issues have been dealt with. In the case study areas, the following ideal spatial methodologies have been suggested for tsunami recovery: building a compact city, intensifying fishing villages, and making a sustainable city. However, as the spatial restructuring have encountered practical barriers, reconstruction has been delayed, and the regional decline have been accelerating. To prevent regional decline which is inevitable after a disaster, this paper suggests that the area of disaster studies should be expanded to long-term recovery process beyond emergency response.

현재 우리 사회의 큰 관심사 중에 하나는 FTA 관세 장벽 철폐에 따른 부분이다. 또한 이로 인해 가장 큰 타격을 받는 부분은 산업 분야보다는 농업분야가 가장 클 것이란 사실은 우리가 당면한 현실이다. FTA 문제는 어제오늘의 문제가 아니라 오랜 시간동안 등장해온 문제이지만 우리에게는 이 문제에 대한 정부의 대책은 미흡하기만 하다. 이런 주위의 여건에서 정보화와 자동화 관리 시스템은 우리나라 농업분야에서 빠질수 없는 부분이 되어가고 있다. 농업 분야에서 세계화에 발맞추어가기 위해 추진 중인 여러 사업 중에는 농민들의 자발적인 참여로 인하여 추진중인 여러 사업들이 존재하고 이를 위한 자동화 관리 모델들의 발달 또한 추진중에 있다. 과수부분에 서의 사업을 예를 들면 썬키스트, 델몬트, 제스프리 등과 같은 세계화 브랜드의 육성이라는 전제하에 한국과수농협연합회가 '썬플러스 (Sunplus)'라는 사업을 추진 중에 있다. 현재의 사업은 참여 농가의 자발적인 의사에 따라 행해지고 있지만 구체적인 브랜드 관리 지침과 선별기준이 명확하게 갖추어져 있기 때문에 이행 여부에 관한 규제 문제 또한 문제가 되며, 장기적으로는 농가의 확대와 더불어 효율적이고 체계적인 농업 기술 정보의 수집과 향후 농업지도에 필요한 생산성 증대를 위한 농업정보의 DB 시스템 도입의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농업 과수 부분에서의 무인 측정 시스템의 설치와 이를 이용한 환경 정보 수집을 위해 연구를 하고자 한다.

최근 자전거의 활용범위가 출퇴근뿐만 아니라, 친환경 헬스케어 부각으로 자전거 타는 것에 많이 이용되고 있는 실정이다. 근래 몇 년 사이에 정부에서도 자전거 전용도로를 도시외각뿐만 아니라 자전거로 출퇴근 이용자들을 위해 안전하게 운행할 수 있도록 자전거 전용도로를 전국에 확대설치 하여 자전거 보급을 확대 하고 있다. 하지만 현재 국내에 많이 보급되어 있는 자전거는 대부분이 외국에서 반제품이 수입되어 국내에서 완제품으로 조림하여 판매되는 제품들이 주를 이루고 있으며, 자전거 부품 중에도 최근 외국에서 개발이 진행되고 있는 전자변속기 또한 외국의 기술들이 도입되어 제품들이 출시되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 외국의 기술적 우위로 인하여 한국의 자전거 산업발전에 어려움이 많은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 리니어모터를 이용하여 디지털 전동 변속기를 개발 하여, 변속의 신속성, 정확성을 확보하면서, 동시에 외국의 기술적 장벽을 넘고자 한다. 현행 자전거 뒤 변속기의 정확한 변위위치 확보하기 위하여 자전거 핸들에 장착되어 있는 변속레버를 디지털화 하여, 변속을 제어하게 되면 뒤쪽에 설치되어 있는 리니어모터를 위치 제어함으로써 가이드 샤프트 피치에 의하여 변속위치가 정밀하게 제어 할 수 있는 전동 변속기 제어시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

The problem of semantic interoperability in science and technology information is frequently raised. Well-established classification scheme will be used as a tool to interchange information between different databases without semantic inconsistency. However, there is still a practical barrier due to different classification schemes each database adopts. Accordingly, it is urgent to harmonize or reconcile those classifications with each other. This paper aims to solve semantic inconsistencies occurred when interchanging information between databases having different classification schemes, the Standard National Sci-Tech Classification and the Standard KISTI Classification. For the purpose a conceptual analysis of science and technology are performed and five consistency/inconsistency types are analyzed based on some examples.
