A Study on the Relationship among Job Attitude, Personality and Demographic Characteristics based on the Types of Dual Commitment (이중몰입유형별 직무태도와 성격 및 인구통계학적 특성의 융복합적 관계성 연구)

  • This study attempted to verify the relationship among Job Attitude, Personality and Demographic Characteristics according to Dual Commitment Type. The groups were named 'very high dual commitment group(both highly committed to the organization and union)', 'normal dual commitment group(average level of commitment to both of them)', 'resisting dual commitment group(no commitment to both of them)', 'organization commitment group(only committed to organization)', 'union commitment group(only committed to union)'. This research was analyzed by 388 Hyundai and Kia motor company members and 'very high dual commitment group' and 'organizational commitment group' showed the highest Job Satisfaction and Job Involvement. Through group segmentations considering sub-concepts could contribute to design a strategy to increase the company's competitiveness in aspects of the direction to the HR policy.

  • In the present age, a vehicle works important part in our lives and economical domain that transport people, freights, and everything. And both of its number and value are increasing more and more. But user's convenience, control system could not be archived improvement than technological success. In this paper, we suggest some kinds of administrative agendas; simplifying executive processes, designing vehicle information system using by RFID which includes Ubiquitous skill and optical communication network. Especially, this paper suggests public vehicle control model which ran simplify every executive processes of vehicle's life in the newest method. There are many kinds of RFID applicative products about transportation. And a dual invest should be interrupted for economical purpose. So we also proposes some way for problems of these types.

Analysis of Multi-layered Thin Film Using ATR FT-IR and pyro-GC/MS (ATR FT-IR과 pyro-GC/MS를 이용한 다층박막필름의 분석)

  • The material constitution of multi-layered thin film coated on the PET base film was analyzed using ATR FT-IR and pyro GC/MS combination. The cross section of the film was acquired by cracking the film after dipping in liquid nitrogen and was observed using optical microscope. Total thickness of the coated film was $70{\mu}m$ and three layers were observed. Since each layers were too thin to analyze directly except the surface layer, analyzable area of each layers were exposed by using a proper solvent and were investigated using ATR FT-IR and pyro GC/MS. Results shows that three layers were commonly consisted of urethane-acrylate copolymers. Also, inorganic and/or metal inclusions detected by XPS and SEM-EDAX were exhibited by nano size $SiO_2$ particles in layer(1) and aluminum flakes in layer(2).

  • In modern society, CCTV, which is the eye of surveillance, is being used to collect image data in various ways in daily life. CCTV is used not only for security, surveillance, and crime prevention but also in many fields such as automobile and black box. In this paper, we have developed a STM32F407 ARM chip based camera system for various applications. In order to develop camera system, modeling of camera system based on 3D structure was carried out in SolidWorks environment. The PCB board design was developed to extract the PCB parts from the camera system modeling files into iges files, convert them from the Altium Designer tool into 3D and 2D boards, After designing the camera system circuit and PCB, we have been studying the implementation of the stable system by using TRM (Thermal Risk Management) tool to cope with the heat simulation generated on the board.

  • Modern society has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution beyond the information age. In other words, technology innovations such as life science, unmanned automobiles, drone, artificial intelligence, big data, robot technology, Internet of things, and nano-technology are leading the change of the world. In these technologies use and delivery of information is playing a key role, and the field of information security for the safe use of information has become an indispensable discipline. In this sense, it is necessary to standardize the curriculum of universities to foster security manpower to meet the needs of the era. In this paper, we develop and present a model to standardize the curriculum in the field of information security. Using this model, each educational institution will be able to select the necessary track or field to guide the students and cultivate information security manpower effectively.

A Research on the Influencing Factors on Value-Added Acquisition in the Global Value Chain in Developing Countries (글로벌 가치사슬에서의 부가가치 획득 영향요인 연구: 개발도상국가를 대상으로)

  • The global value chain, as a major feature of the contemporary global economic system, has been mainly led by developed countries. Whereas developing countries have taken the relatively low value-added activities and this made geographical imbalances in value distribution. This imbalance in value distribution, however, began to gradually alleviated. Related to this phenomenon, the purpose of this research is to analyze the factors affecting factors. Focused on the method of upgrading the industry in the global value chain, the impact on the acquisition of value-added in developing countries was analyzed among the various factors to achieve the research purpose. Panel analysis was conducted on all industries, food and tobacco industries, textile and clothing industries, computer and electornics industries, and automobile industries of the OECD Value-Added Trade Data (TiVA). As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that in all industries, value-added acquisition in developing countries was improved by increased total production, high value-added product production and participation in early stage. The analysis results by detailed industry showed slightly different patterns depending on the characteristics of each industry.

Life Cycle Assessment on the Reuse of Glass Bottles (유리병 재사용에 대한 전과정평가)

  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) has been studied on the reuse of glass bottles. The system boundary in this study encompassed from gate to gate such as production and transportation. A 360 mL volume of a glass bottle was selected as the functional unit. The environmental impact assessments was studied on 6 categories including abiotic resource depletion, acidification, eutrophication, global warming, ozone depletion, and photochemical oxidant creation. The results showed that the most significant impact categories were abiotic resource depletion (48.63%) and global warming (46.27%), and the rest categories revealed insignificant impacts. In the whole system, the chemicals used for the new bottle production revealed the major contribution to the environmental impacts (71.24%), followed by the use of electricity (16.74%) and transportation (11.8%). In addition, the environmental impact of sodium silicate to be put into the stage of the new bottle production was found to be 45.68%, causing severe influence on abiotic resource depletion and global warming.

  • In modern society the Lubricants is widely used everyday life such as transportation and industrial plant. This study aims to provide an overview of the distribution channel of Lubricant and it's history of development in Korea. For this purpose, this study explores the basic knowledge and it's characteristics of lubricant which is essential goods for all transportation including cars and for all industrial facilities to produce their own products. According to development of industry and economic grow, the distribution channel also expended and become more complicated. Especially as Lubricants has both characteristics of consumer products and industrial products, the distribution channel is also developed different ways. I will attempt to summarize the differences between each distribution channels including franchise network of automotive repair shop and issues on role and responsibility of manufacturer and distributor. And then I hope to suggest the improvement of distribution channel.

A Sentiment Analysis of Customer Reviews on the Connected Car using Text Mining: Focusing on the Comparison of UX Factors between Domestic-Overseas Brands (텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 커넥티드 카 고객 리뷰의 감성 분석: 국내-해외 브랜드간 UX 요인 비교를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare UX factors of connectivity systems of domestic and overseas car brands. Using a text mining analysis, UX factors of domestic and overseas brands were compared through positive-negative sentiment index. After collecting 120,000 reviews on Hyundai Motor Group (Hyundai, Kia, Genesis) and 190,000 on Tesla, BMW, and Mercedes, pre-processing was performed. Keywords were classified into 11 UX factors in 3 dimensions of the system connection, information, and service. For domestic brands, sentiment index for 'safety' was the highest. For overseas brands, 'entertainment' was the most positive UX factor.

  • This study explores the role of organizational culture, job characteristics, and work values and orientation in shaping the competitiveness of a multinational company (MNC) based in Korea. The purpose of the study was to examine the impact of these variables on the competitiveness attributes of the organizational culture profile through MR-QAP analysis. Data were collected from 161 employees in 15 different teams at a Korean automotive company headquartered in Seoul. The results of the study revealed the impact of network characteristics associated with competitive organizational culture on competitiveness. 'found to have a negative effect on competitiveness. Among the organizational culture profiles, social responsibility, supportiveness, innovation, and performance orientation have a significant positive effect on competitive organizational culture, while emphasis on rewards and stability have no significant effect. These findings provide practical implications for understanding the complex dynamics of organizational culture and promoting strategic approaches to enhance organizational competitiveness.
