현대사회에서 정보 전달의 중요성이 강조되면서 부호이론에 대한 연구가 빠른 속도로 진척되었다. 따라서 잡음이 있는 통신로를 통하여 정보를 전송하고자 할 때 발생하는 오류를 정정하는 오류정정부호 장치가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 특별한 행렬을 이용하여 보내고자 하는 정보를 단일 오류정정 부호로 부호화, 복호화하고, 또 부호화과정에서 검사어를 압축하는 방법을 고안한 것이다.

콘텐츠 제작의 특성상, 타인의 저작물을 이용해야만 하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 기술이 급격히 발전하는 현대사회에서 저작권법에 모든 상황을 예측하여 예외조항 등에 명시하기에는 무리기 있다. 나아가 경우에 따라서 원저작자의 허락을 받지 못하는 경우가 분명히 존재할 것인데, 이러한 경우에까지 권리자의 권리보호를 이유로 그 저작물의 사용을 금지하는 것은 문화산업의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 작용할 것이 자명하다. 이러한 경우를 대비하여 만든 공정이용 제도는 문화산업 발전에 크게 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

용인시민안전체험관은 코로나19로 인한 대면교육 중단과 이에 따른 안전교육 공백을 최소화 하고자 다양한 비대면 소방안전교육을 진행해왔다. 신종 감염병이 나날이 늘어가는 현대사회에서 각종재난 발생 위험에 따른 대처능력 향상을 위한 수요가 증가됨에 따라 안전교육 역시 알맞은 방안을 구상하여 효과적인 학습기회를 제공할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

최근 들어, 현대사회는 예측이 불가능한 다양한 위험성들이 존재하여 글로벌 의존도가 높은 항만물류산업의 위험부담이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항만산업의 안전성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 과거부터 현재까지 국내 항만 안전성에 영향을 미친 이슈들을 시계열적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내를 대표하는 부산항의 항만 안전성과 관련된 뉴스 기사 텍스트 데이터를 활용하여 LDA 토픽모델링 분석을 진행하여 부산항 항만안전 주요 이슈들의 동향을 살펴보고자 하였다.

This study attempts to look at the role that modern Christianity should play on an educational level in order to effectively prepare for the future society in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. In the coming era, various areas of human life, including human labor, are expected to be replaced by AI robots. As new alternatives, the ability to empathize effectively and educate creatively to help develop personality qualities are proposed in a rapidly changing world of uncertainty. Modern Christianity, however, has the responsibility to help solve the problems facing this era in the public as a member of the community beyond the boundaries of the church. The purpose of this study is to examine what education the modern Christianity can present to the world as a public discourse and how that should be done. This study suggests the following points on the proper education for which Christianity will participate in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. First, it is necessary to emphasize a sense of belonging through a sense of community. Second, serious considerations and preparations for education that develops creativity are needed. Third, it is necessary to establish an educational direction that encompasses the entire generation. Fourth, practical education through digital utilization should be implemented in the local community. Finally, Christianity in the era of the fourth Industrial Revolution needs to be more integrated. As the Christian community recognizes that the agenda of the community is its task, it will be able to create a co-existing and symbiotic society.

The aim of this study is to analyze the process of the struggle and bargaining for the change of the employment position of the irregular (in-house subcontracted) workers being at work in the Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) plants into the status of the regular employee of the company, and evaluate the results and limitation of the irregular workers' movement. Since the unionization of irregular workers in 2003, they have carried on the struggle against and the bargaining with the HMC, over the past 10 years and more, making claims for abolishing 'illegal temporary agency work' and for converting their positions into the regular ones. The HMC have gradually altered a confrontational stance against the workers' claim at the early stage, into the bargaining relationship with irregular workers' union. Eventually, the collective agreement on the 'special hiring' of about six thousands irregular workers by the HMC was reached in 2016. We attempt to analyze in depth the overall process by dividing three phases of the movement, according to the criteria of the relationship between the alliance and conflict system, and the cycle of protests of irregular workers. Furthermore, we try to trace the long and winding path of the movement, focusing on the cooperation/conflict relationship within the movement's alliance system, the confrontation/bargaining relationship between the movement and the conflict system, and the critical roles played by mediators (or third parties) between two systems. In the conclusion of the paper, we evaluate the results and limitation of the irregular workers' movement upon the basis of the following points; the convergence of the workers' demands into the prime goal of 'becoming HMC's regular employee,' the breakaway of regular workers' union from the movement's alliance system, and a virtual extinction of irregular workers' union after the final labor-management agreement of 2016.

Giving behavior promotes social solidarity and lessens social deprivations by voluntary practices to make better communities. Despite the increasing trend of giving in terms of participation and amount in Korean society, the giving culture has deeply rooted in charitable emotion based on compassion, still far from social solidarity. This paper attempts to identify giving behavior by investigating its characteristics and changes in its motives from the compassion-based social welfare to social responsibility and community solidarity, centering around 'Yellow envelope campaign' started in 2014 to support the living expenses and cost of litigation for the fired workers of Ssangyong Motors. By employing questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, it analyzes the horizontal relationships, reciprocal responsibility, social capital, and pursuit for conflict solution. Even though the campaign didn't change our society as a whole, but it cast the social questions on the birth of social empathy and solidarity.

The purpose of this study is to examine the concept and definition of fake news focusing on misinformation/false information and is to examine the ways in which our society can respond to the distortion of social reality and damage to democracy caused by information distortion such as fake news. To do this, the concept of fake news was examined based on the level of facticity and intention to device, and our social environment in which fake news was created and spread was examined from the perspective of datafication. In this environment, the library community, which plays a pivotal role in human access to and use of information, argued that it should strive to establish and provide universal literacy education in order to realize the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 agenda. The core of universal literacy education is to understand the society by investigating and analyzing data communication types according to the degree of datafication and the political, economic, social, and cultural background of society. For this reason, it was concluded that universal literacy should be implemented flexibly according to the degree of datafiation and users of each society.
