도시는 어제와 오늘 또 내일이 공존하는 삶의 공간이다. 때문에 도시에는 고궁이나 옛 건축물이 있고, 화려하고 심플한 현대건축물도 있으며 미래지향적인 작품들도 있다. 이렇게 많은 요소와 함께 시간에 흐름을 한 공간에서 느낄 수 있는 곳이 바로 도시라고 할 수 있다. 그 동안 우리는 국가와 국가 간의 경쟁 속에서 살아왔다. 그러나 요즈음은 도시와 도시의 경쟁체계로 바뀌어가고 있다. 즉 한국에 경쟁상대는 대만이라든가 프랑스, 독일이라고 했다면 오늘날에는 서울과 동경이 경쟁 혹은 부산과 파리의 경쟁 등 좀 더 세부화 되어가고 있는 것이다. 서울만 하더라도 이제 디자인 서울이라는 강력한 설정을 가지고 경쟁력을 높이고 있으며 부산, 광주, 인천, 대구 등 모든 도시가 각각에 특성을 강조하고 있다. 이런 도시계획에 있어서 경쟁력의 중심에 도시야간경관과 조명에 대한 중요성이 새롭게 인식되어가고 있다. 이제 도시는 주간 시간대와 함께 야간 시간대에 중요성을 강조하고 있으며 도시에 생명력은 조명에 역할이 상당부분 차지하게 된 것 같다. 이런 시점에서 그러면 도시의 경관 또는 조명연출계획은 어떻게 구성, 혹은 구상되어야 하는지 알아보고 검토 하는 것이 경쟁력 있는 도시를 만드는데 큰 도움이 되지 않을까 생각된다.

In terms of the concept of space in urban planning and design, the modern city approaches from the perspective that all spaces are made up of different places based on identity. In this study, we analyzed disparate image by paying attention to the difference between the individual spaces that form the city. And the physical and behavioral factors that respond to the disparate spatial images are derived through legibility measurement. As a result, the urban space in Busan has disparate images such as closure, openness, dynamic + closure, dynamic + openness, quiet space. The following are the legibility factors that make each image stronger. The elements of closure are high-density and high-rise buildings, residence, work, openness appeared as a factor of water space, walking and viewing. Dynamic & Closure is the element of industrial activity, dynamic & openness is open space, water space, swimming element, quiet space image is green space, walking, stay factor.

도시경관에 있어서 이를 구성하는 시각적 요소로서의 도시시설물, 건축물 등의 주변 환경과의 조화는 도시의 정체성 및 이미지를 결정 짖는다. 현대 서울을 비롯한 국내 대부분의 도시는 난립된 간판과 도시시설물들이 주변 환경과 조화롭지 못하고 지역마다의 고유색이 사라지고 어느 도시나 비슷하게 획일화되어 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 도시들은 고유의 도시 정체성을 찾아보기 어렵게 되었으며, 세계적 수준에 못 미치는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점이 개선되기 위해서는 장기적인 도시경관디자인 개선이 시급하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서 국내 도시경관디자인 현황을 파악하고 문제점을 분석함으로써 추후 국내 도시경관의 체계적인 개선방안을 제시하는데 자료로 사용 가능케 한다.

자동차는 도시를 자연 전체에 흩어버려 놓는다. 아콜로지 하이퍼 빌딩에서는 인간척도를 중요하게 여긴다. 하이퍼 빌딩에서는 보행로로 움직인다. 하이퍼 빌딩 내에서 거리는 도보와 분으로 측정된다. 하이퍼 빌딩 안에서 자동차는 꼭 필요한 것이 아니다. 아콜로지에서 에너지는 일상적 현대 도시에서보다도 더욱 효율적으로 사용된다. 오염이란 비효율적인 사용이라기보다, 바로 낭비하고 있다는 뜻이다. 효율이 좋아지고 낭비가 줄어드는 것은 오염이 줄어든다는 것을 의미한다.

With the continuous expansion and updating of modern cities, the historical and cultural space of ancient city is under increasing impact from the expansion of modern cities. At present, the regeneration and protection of the ancient city has achieved remarkable results together with poor results. Based on this background, this paper has revealed the power operation behind the space production of three regenerated ancient cities with 'spatial practice', 'representation of space' and '"representation of space' as the framework to, and pointed out the influence of stake holders on space shaping and analysis on the construction of regeneration model. From the perspective of specific materials, society, power, and culture, this paper has analyzed the methods of regeneration construction of Wuzhen ancient city, and provided new methods and reference values for how to regenerate and protect ancient cities. Based on these studies and analysis of the regeneration issues in ancient cities and villages, other historical cultural areas, the paper has indicated that it is necessary to coordinate with the government to clarify the issue of property rights, as well as planners and managers, to activate the regional culture and integrate it with modern culture.

Changing drastically, the life in a modern city has forced citizens to gradually shorten their average period of settlement, which has weakened the identity of city habitation, thus causing serious crimes and damaging the security of city greatly. Haying a highly composite structure with not only macro, but micro characteristics, city is grasped as a very composite phenomenon shown in the social, economic and spatial constitution relationships, including the personal motives of criminals. Accordingly, this study puts stress on the necessity of any crime prediction program to predict the occurrence of crimes by analyzing the occurrence patterns of sharply increasing intra-city crimes of violence on a typical, time and spatial basis and clarifying their structural dynamic relationships in a both macro and micro manner. Moreover, the deduction of various factors closely related to crime occurrence will contribute to elucidating the occurrence structure of city crimes.

최근 도시농업의 중요성이 부각되면서 정책적 육성과 지원에 힘입어 다양한 형태의 도시농업 조성이 확대되고 있다. 현대 농업은 스마트팜 보급이 일반화되고 있지만, 대부분의 도시농업은 전통적인 작물재배 방법을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 도시농업의 다양한 유형을 고려한 도시형 스마트팜 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 도시형 스마트팜 시스템은 스마트팜 통합 컨트롤러와 스마트팜 서비스 플랫폼 서버로 구성되며, 스마트온실 표준 인터페이스 기반의 센서 및 구동기 연동과 IoT 서비스 플랫폼을 이용하여 도시농업의 유형에 따라 유동적으로 시스템을 구성 할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다.
