Textile fashion industry is a core foundation industry, having the majority of companies with 10 or more workers, in Northern Gyeonggi Province. however the industry is mostly comprised of small unit-stream enterprises, orders are greatly reduced due to lately accelerated overseas expansion of medium/large-sized vendors and the growth-inhibiting vicious circle has being set in, as this situation causes the reduction of investment. For resolving the problems, this study proposes required political factors and concrete policy proposals by designing AHP research model(4 layers and 36 elements), based on grasp of the transitional aspect of industrial scale and business environment through analysis of various industrial statistics, preceding research such as related literature search and (industrial/academic/R&D/government) specialist opinion investigation, and then calculating relative importance and priority of each factor(element) within each layer. And for raising usefulness and availability of the research result by concretely suggesting the vision, strategies, core tasks and detailed projects in which the research model and deduced result are reflected.
It is well known that compensation satisfaction of employees is closely related to work attitude, job commitment, and employees'intentions to stay on the job. These known facts can also be applied to the professionals engaged in science & technology as well. Many studies have concluded that the Korea's losing competitiveness in the area of science & technology was mainly attributed to the distorted compensation system. In this vein, this paper identifies the potential determinants that affect the compensation satisfaction of S&T professionals, and to empirically examines the determinants influences on job commitment and intention to stay. This was done by acquiring data from S&T professionals currently being employed in firms, universities, and institutions. Consequently, for professionals engaged in science & technology, the compensation satisfaction was demonstrated to be largely influenced by job accomplishment, monetary compensation, and social compensation in order. In conclusion, to improve compensation system for S&T professionals, firstly, it is recommended to enhance job accomplishment by endowing more discretionary authority to conduct research. Secondly, the relatively lower-valued labor forces in S&T area will necessitate more economic support and compensation. Finally, the social compensation should be strengthened by not only ameliorating social status, but also improving labor liquidity and job security.

Recently, global economic recession has a significant influence on promoting launch of start-ups around the world. As is often the case, powerful and bright entrepreneurship is required so that the start-ups may be successful in their target markets. Despite the fact that numerous studies about impact of the entrepreneurship on start-ups exist in literature, there is no study attempting to recognize importance of social learning about entrepreneurship on individual creativity of those who have intentions to become entrepreneurs of start-ups. In this sense, this study proposes a new research model in which social learning about entrepreneurship is assumed to have an influence on individual creativity of start-ups candidates. For the sake of proving the proposed research model more rigorously, we include those constructs such as para-social interaction, imitation of role model, and internal motivation. We garnered 89 valid questionnaires from college students who were invited to the experiments designed for this study. Results proved that para-social interaction and imitation of role model affect internal motivation significantly, which in turn affects individual creativity positively. These results also provide theoretical directions revealing the embedding process of entrepreneurial capital among society.

Korea is a country having shortage of natural resources, but to overcome this issue and to nurture national competitiveness it is challenging for national-lead economic policy, citizen's dedicated efforts and technological innovation for achieving economic growth. Since the financial crisis, the government has boldly promoted policies to nurture venture companies to make structural adjustments for the sophistication of the industrial structure and job creation. Various policies for establishing the foundation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in which the process of start-up, growth, recovery and reinvest are virtually circulated are presented by the Business Incubators. Recently the Business Incubators neither present a direction differentiated from the vocation of Business Incubator, and nor the operating methods for leading the changing of Business Incubator environment, which threatening the role of Incubating and growing early startup companies. In order to explore the development change of the business incubator, in this research we analyzed the published papers from 1998 to 2016 of business incubator government polices, research methods, related research topics and other major variables. The analysis of the research trends of business incubator revealed the lack of depth case studies, diversity of research topics, and the study of certain limited variables. For the development of the business incubator, case studies of the institutions which carried out excellent incubator and research on the incubation system of the institutions, that are similar to the incubation center are required. This research suggest further research on the case studies of excellent business incubator and agencies, and the center director and manager, which is the center of human resources, and hopes for the revitalization of business incubator researches.

This study is to determine the key factors of internal situational characteristics, affecting the motivation and performance for overseas expansion of Korean venture business in global markets and to investigate the moderating effect of them on the relationship between entrepreneurship and overseas expansion. To meet the research purpose, by reviewing previous researches, we categorized internal factors into four situational factors of firm size with sales growth, firm age with main product's life cycle, overseas experience and organizational structure and into three entrepreneurship sub-categories of innovativeness, pro-activeness and risk-taking. As result of the statistical analysis of 289 small and medium-sized enterprises with Korean Venture Certificate, it is verified that the motivation for globalization has been influenced by firm size, entrepreneurship, and overseas experience. On the other hand, all factors excepting firm size have positive effects on globalization performance overseas. And, it also verified that there are positive moderating effects of internal situational factors on the relationship of entrepreneurship and the performance of globalization, wheres overseas experience only plays positive moderating effects on the relationship between entrepreneurship and the motivation of globalization. On the basis of these results, we discussed and suggested practical and political issues and implications in order to vitalize globalization of Korean SMEs in the conclusion.

As the innovation of computer and communication technology, IT has played a role of increasing the business efficiency and offering new business opportunities. Many organizations have tried to launch IT projects, and the investment scale has been getting bigger. However, a lot of IT projects have been failed because of the difficulties of project management. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to know how the roles of project governance affect the project performance and what role of the project governance will be affected to solve the problems which might be taken place while developing the project. As the results of this study, the roles of project governance - linking, coordination, control, strategic direction, support, societal embedding, highly affect the project performance. To solve the problems which might be occurred while implementing the project, the control and the societal embedding roles playa crucial role compared to the other roles of the project governance. In other words, the roles of project governance should be utilized for the success of IT project, and the control and the societal embedding of the project governance should be modified and complemented to solve the problems which might be occurred while developing the project.
Business Process Management (BPM) System is a software system to support an efficient execution, control and management of business processes. The system automates complex business processes and manages them effectively to raise productivity. Traditional commercial systems mainly focus on automating processes and do not have methods for enhancing process performances and task performer's efficiency. Therefore, there is room for enhancement of task performers' productivities and efficiency of business processes. In this paper, we propose a new method of executing business processes more efficiently in that a whole process is scheduled considering the degree of participants' workload. The method allows managing the largest constraints among constituent resources of the process. This method is based on the DBR (Drum-Buffer-Rope) in TOC (Theory of Constraints) concepts. We first consider the differences between business process models and DBR application models, and then develop the modified drum, buffer and rope. This leads us to develop BP-DBR (Business Process-DBR) that can control the proper size of task performers' work list and arrival rate of process instances. Use of BP-DBR improves the efficiency of the whole process as well as participants' working condition. We then carry out a set of simulation experiments and compare the effectiveness of our approach with that of the scheduling techniques used in existing systems.

As an important basic building block of the smart grid environment, smart meter provides real-time electricity consumption information to the utility. However, ensuring information security and privacy in the smart meter data aggregation process is a non-trivial task. Even though the secure data aggregation for the smart meter has been a lot of attention from both academic and industry researchers in recent years, most of these studies are not secure against internal attackers or cannot provide data integrity. Besides, their computation costs are not satisfactory because the bilinear pairing operation or the hash-to-point operation is performed at the smart meter system. Recently, blockchains or distributed ledgers are an emerging technology that has drawn considerable interest from energy supply firms, startups, technology developers, financial institutions, national governments and the academic community. In particular, blockchains are identified as having the potential to bring significant benefits and innovation for the electricity consumption network. This study suggests a distributed, privacy-preserving, and simple secure smart meter data aggregation system, backed up by Blockchain technology. Smart meter data are aggregated and verified by a hierarchical Merkle tree, in which the consensus protocol is supported by the practical Byzantine fault tolerance algorithm.
In this study design information was separately defined form general product information and thus factors reflected in product design ion the basis of values and roles were extracted. The following is a classification of 5 different types of design factors divided according to their disposition. ·Innovation factor - element which previously did not exist or element related with explicit reformation ·Open factor - active element which not only improves current performance but also induces new functions through understanding of usage situations and new possibilities. ·Anterior factor - element which prolongs and develops the early development requirements of products through C.I. and P.I. related elements and characteristics of previous models and design strategy. Self-evidence factor - element related with function visualization through product structure which may make possible the consolidation of shape and function. Rigid factor - element, based on the human factors engineering, related with the safety and efficiency of users. This classification was obtained by defining major characteristics of products considering the target consumer and market characteristics. In this classification factor structuring design process which efficiently deducted a differentiated final product by synthesizing factors of higher importance as dominant factors was proposed. With this kind of factor structuring process, product differentiation may be achieved by bestowing individual characteristics to each product by combining design dominant factors associated with the product for a specific purpose from the stages of product concept development. Moreover, this may be used as an approach to actively correspond to the various and specific demands of the comsumer.
