In the 4th industrial revolution, Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, Internet of Things (IoT) are already around us, making our society hyper-connected and blurring the lines between the digital and biological spheres. We witness drastic changes not only in the food industry, but also in economy, society and our life as a whole. Technologies bring industrial reorganization and greater changes at the system level and the food industry is not exceptional. Human demand for foods continues to grow and the very nature of the food industry remains unchanged, but its production, distribution and marketing face unprecedent innovations. Passing through the global pandemic, the food industry has been evolved into 'contact-free', as the safety become our top priority. Amid the gradual shift to technology-oriented society, the smarter food safety management skills and tools are being adopted in many countries exerting greater efforts to enhance traceability and to upgrade AI-powered safety management system.

대량생산화, 대량수송화, 대량저장화, 고속화, 에너지 절약화 등 변천하는 시대의 흐름에 따른 혁신적인 요구에 호응하기 위한 구조물 및 기기의 대형화나 고성능화에 대한 문제나 새로운 환 경의 적응 문제 등에 봉착하게 되었다. 따라서 새로운 기술이 개발되어 상기의 요구에 호응하는 특수한 고강도강, 내식재료, 고인성 저온재료를 개발하여 적용시켜 왔지만 새로운 기술, 새로운 조건에 미흡한 경험과 새로운 지식의 결여 등으로 인하여 파괴는 끊이지 않았으니 이에 새로운 문제점을 잉태하였으며, 오랫동안 반성을 함께 하는 시련을 겪지 않을 수 없었다. 따라서 주어진 각 조건과 문제점에 따른 새로운 방법론이 대두되고 각 분야의 지식 축적과 발전에 의하여 각 각의 문제를 해결해 왔다. 이와 같은 끓임없는 노력으로 파괴의 사고건수는 나날이 감소되었 지만 전체 파괴 중 피로파괴는 줄지 않고 문헌에 따라 60~90%로 분석되어지고 있다. 피로파 괴는 "돌연의 파괴"이므로 각종 파괴 중에서 특별히 경계의 대상이 되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 과거의 특이할 만한 파괴의 예를 들어 파괴역학의 발달과 더불어 확장. 적용되어 온 최근의 파 괴에 관한 흐름을 알아 보겠다.름을 알아 보겠다.

본 연구는 LPG 충전소 등에서 운용하는 저장탱크에 대하여 퓨방법을 통하여, 기존의 지상형과 지하형의 장점과 단점을 비교 판정하여 혁신시공법으로 고객만족을 실현시키기 위함이다. 자동차 연료로서 LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas)의 사용은 대기오염을 줄이는데 효과적으로 사용이 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 하지만 가스사용이 늘어나면서 폭발과 화재에 의한 인명피해가 해마다 발생하고 있으며, 특히 대규모 저장시설에서의 가스사고는 사회적으로 심각한 문제를 야기하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 LPG를 대량으로 취급 저장하는 시설에서 운용하는 저장탱크의 설치방법을 개선하기 위하여 아이디어 판단기법중 하나인 퓨(Pugh) 방법으로 판단하면 기존의 지상형과 지하매몰형, 지하격납형에서 안전성과 토지이용률이 우수한 지하격납저장탱크가 가장 효과적임을 알 수 있다.

Fire station is a response agency of disaster management. Its various field experience and materials could build up to database to support fire prevention and fire fighting, but it has not been worked out efficiently. To overcome this inefficiency, National Emergency Management Agency(NEMA) has made total improvement in "National Fire Investigation Data Classification System" mainly done by its Fire Investigation and Analysis Team. This study reviews existing fire investigation and data accumulation and analysis process so that it could be used as a basic data for "National Fire Investigation Data Classification System" operation.

South Korea has experienced various social problems during rapid economic development, and now attempts to address them through social economy and advanced technologies. This approach, however, requires comprehensive research on not only phenomenal issues but also their fundamental causes and regional/cultural contexts as Design Thinking Process does. This study aims to draw implications for applying Design Thinking Process into the entire process of solving social problems, from field research, idea refinement, and solution design. Limitations of Design Thinking-based social problem solving are also drawn through comparative analysis on various cases. In conclusion, the process of refining ideas and developing product/service can be utilized by social enterprises, ventures, NGOs, etc. as a guideline in addressing social problems.

지난해 연말 행정자치부는 사회 각 분야에서 창의적 사고와 발상으로 일하는 방식 등을 혁신하고 부가가치를 창출하여 국가경쟁력 강화에 크게 기여하고 있는 93명을 2004년도 신지식으로 선정하여 인증서를 수여하였다. 이날, 수상을 하게된 신지식인 중에는 정보화 시대의 소외계층으로 선락하고 있는 시각장애인을 위하여, 문자정보로만 제공되던 인터넷도서관에 문자를 음성으로 동시에 합성하고 마우스 없이 자판으로만 웹서핑이 가능한 시스템을 개발하여 시각장애인들에게 정보화교육에 대한 동기부여와 삶의 질 향상에 기여한 송경태 전라북도시각장애인도서관 관장이 대통령 표창을 수상하였다.

2016년 다보스포럼에서 클라우드 슈밥이 언급한 '제4차 산업혁명'은 우리의 삶을 획기적으로 바꾸고 있으며, 그 정점에 자율주행자동차가 이 시대의 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 우리나라에서 자율주행자동차가 성공적으로 도입 및 정착되기까지는 아직 극복해야 할 과제들이 많이 있다. 특히 '인간' 중심의 법제도를 '인공지능'이 포함된 법제도로 패러다임을 변화해야 할 것이다. 자율주행자동차 시대의 안정적 운용을 위해서는 사람중심의 입법체계에 대한 획기적인 변화가 필요하다. 즉, 자율주행자동차를 운행하는 운행주체가 누구인지(무엇인지)와 일반도로에서 일반 자동차와 운행이 가능한지 여부, 교통사고 발생 시 민형사상 책임 문제, 자율주행자동차 관련 보험 문제, 개인정보수집과 이용에 관한 문제, 제3자에 의한 오남용 문제 등을 종합적이고 포괄적으로 검토해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 도로교통 관련 국내 법률, 해외 법제 현황, 자율주행자동차 관련 법적 쟁점 등을 검토하여 입법론적 관점에서 자율주행자동차 운행 시 발생하는 제반 법적 문제 해결을 위한 별도의 법안 신설을 제안하며 그 법안에 대한 내용을 제시하였다.

Since the late 20th century, due to the globalization of markets and the rapid developments of information and communication technologies, the world has entered into the age of fierce competition. With their abundant low-cost labor, former communist countries such as China, Russia and East Europe and former low-developed countries such as India and Brazil have received foreign investments from major industrial companies. Thus, there are no other alternatives remained for Korea and OECD countries other than moving the industrial economies to the knowledge based innovation systems. In the knowledge based innovation systems, economic developments and employments of regions and nations depend solely on companies situated in their territories. In this article, after reviewing the current state of technological based innovation small firms in korea, we provide a theoretical framework to promote the level of technology based innovation and entrepreneurship. The theoretical framework for analysis and policy suggestions is based on the Schumpeter's value system model that consist of supply factors, demand factors, and supporting institutions. In order to create more innovative small businesses, we insist on the followings. First, more R&D and innovation activities related with promising new technologies should be performed. Second, more R&D funds for technological innovation small companies should be provided from governments. Third, more M&A transactions and technology transactions should be marketed freely and competitively. Fourth, more business incubating services and venture capital services should be provided. Fifth, entrepreneurship and innovation culture should be popular and institutionized among people.
