Recently emotional labor is an essential situation for hospital employees in relation to surface and deep acting as the core of emotional labor strategies. This study empirically examines the relation between hospital employees' emotional intelligence and emotional labor strategies in the context of emotional labor. For empirical experiments, we conducted a questionnaire survey targeting hospital employees, and we employed the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. Major findings are as follows. Hospital employees' emotional intelligence including self emotion appraisal, others' emotion appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion, have a significantly positive effect on hospital employees' deep acting. And hospital employees' deep acting has a significantly positive effect on hospital employees' organizational attachment, knowledge sharing intentions, and innovative activities.

정부는 더불어 잘사는 경제, 성장의 과실이 국민 모두에게 골고루 돌아가는 경제를 국정과제로 제시하면서 역동적인 벤처창업 생태계를 만들기 위해 창의적인 벤처기업과 혁신적 창업자 육성을 중점 추진하고 있다. 정부의 다양한 노력에 힘입어 벤처투자금액 및 기술창업기업이 지속적으로 증가하는 등 벤처창업 생태계가 지속적으로 개선되고 있으나 COVID-19 이후 성장률이 급격히 낮아지고 청년층의 실업률이 급등하는 등 우리 경제는 저성장 국면이 장기화되고 있는 상황이다. 경제의 성장 활력을 증진시켜 부가 가치를 높이기 위해서 벤처창업기업의 혁신과 성장을 통한 일자리 창출이 당면과제로 부각되고 있고 특히 4차 산업혁명 환경에서 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 혁신형기업의 중요성이 더욱 높아지고 있는 상황에서 우리 경제의 당면 과제인 성장잠재력 회복과 일자리 창출을 위해서는 기술 기반 중심의 벤처창업의 활성화가 가장 효과적인 방안으로 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 벤처창업기업의 혁신과 성장을 위한 정부의 다양한 육성시책을 고찰하고 기술 기반 벤처창업기업의 생존과 성장, 및 일자리에 미치는 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 벤처투자금액이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서도 민간 금융기관 입장에서 벤처창업기업이 여전히 고(高)위험-저(低)수익 대상으로 여기고 있는 벤처투자시장의 구조적 문제점을 해결하기 위한 정책 대안을 제시하였다.

다른 프로세스와의 경쟁력확보를 위해서는 막소재의 혁신적인 성능향상이 수반되어야 한다. 그러므로 막소재의 물성에 대한 고찰이 필요한데, 이는 고분자재료의 고유한 성질에 \ulcorner랴 분리막의 성능이 좌우되기 때문이다. 막재료로서의 고분자의 성질은 매우 여러 가지가 있지만 본 고에서는 막분리성능에 크게 관련되는 고분자의 물성 및 종류에 대해 논하겠다.

동북아 물류중심국가로의 발전을 위한 다양한 방안과 연구성과물 등이 각계 단체 및 연구기관에서 매일 쏟아지고 있다. 수없이 쏟아지는 다양한 방안 중 과연 어떤 것이 정부가 추진하는 동북아 물류중심국가로 발전을 위한 대안이자 해법인가? 동북아 물류중심국가로 가는 해법은 한마디로 $\lceil$물류혁신!!$\rfloor$이라고 할 수 있다. 물류혁신의 선도자이자 안내자인 (사)한국물류협회는 최근 동북아 물류중심국가로의 도약을 위한 비전을 제시할 한국물류혁신대회의 조직위원회를 구성하고 출범시켰다. 올해로 11번째를 맞이하는 한국물류혁신대회는 10월 15일부터 18일까지 개최되며 물류산업의 발전을 위한 견인차로서 그 역할을 충실히 이행할 것으로 기대된다. 조직위원회의 출범에 맞춰 물류인의 축제인 이 대회를 지면으로 간략하게 소개하고자 한다.

산업이 고도화되고 기술발전이 가속화되고 있지만, 생산현장에서의 사고와 재해는 아직까지도 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 이는 시스템의 대규모화, 복잡화, 다양화 등에 따라 나타나는 불안전한 상태(unsafe condition)와 근로자의 안전불감증, 낮은 학습효과, 안전문화 비활성화 등을 포함하는 불안전한 행동(unsafe behavior)에 기인한다. 최근 4차 산업혁명이 대두되면서, 인간과 기계 시스템 사이의 상호작용이 활발해지고, 데이터 가용성과 알고리즘 우수성이 확보되면서, 산업현장에서도 시스템과 공정안전을 위해 최신 기술을 활용하려는 시도가 시작되고 있다. 궁극적으로는, 품질 관리, 고장분석, 작업환경관리, 보건관리 등 생산관리의 다양한 범위에 새로운 산업안전혁신을 가져올 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷, 드론, 인공지능 등 4차 산업혁명 시대의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 결합의 사례를 통해 안전한 생산현장은 물론 신뢰성할 수 있는 공공 및 사회를 위한 지능형 시스템 구축의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 신차개발 과정에서 공급업체의 조기참여 프로그램을 통한 자동차용 강판 제조업체의 기술혁신에 대해 고려하기로 한다. 먼저, 치열한 경쟁 하에 놓인 자동차용 강판 공급업체의 생존전략으로 자동차업체와의 기술적 파트너십의 중요성과 함께 시장을 둘러싼 대내외 경영환경을 분석하고자 한다. 자동차산업의 신차개발 프로세스 단계별 기술적 목표를 명확히 제시하고 차체의 수명사이클에 근거한 최적 소재를 선정하기 위한 조기참여 활동의 필요성을 강조하고자 한다. 또한 자동차용 강판 공급업체의 최적 기술전략 수립 및 방향을 설정하기 위해 자동차용 소재시장에서의 철강재 위상을 제고하고, 핵심 기술목표를 도출하고자 한다. 마지막으로 자동차용 강판 제조업체의 핵심 기술로 고성형성, 고강도강판 및 내식성이 우수한 도금강판에 대해 공급업체의 조기 참여를 통한 기술혁신 과정을 살펴보고자 한다.

In this study, to figure out the demands for learning, a survey was conducted on learning organization agents participating in learning organization project supported by public fund, through measuring their awareness level of the role and tasks drawn from the precedent study. This questionnaire was developed with four roles and twenty competencies drawn from the precedent study. After conducting the survey on over 200 small and medium corporations participated in learning organization project, the data was analyzed about the role and competency from 123 answer sheets collected. The results were as following First, the awareness of role importance was higher(4.36) than present level(3.73), and was important in order of innovator, operator, spreader, promoter. Second, in competitive importance of learning organization agents, the role of spreader was high, that of promoter was low. Third, in awareness level of learning organization agents, the demand level was generally high(4.1), but acquired level was generally low, so there was a wide gap between the demand level and acquired level. Forth, From the analysis result of those data about work competency of learning organization agents, learning organization promoter and learning leader, KMS operator ability and outcome were come out to be necessary, and next administrative ability about organization changes were come out to be necessary.

Innovation has become a key distinct feature of modern industrial society. It is generally recognized that new knowledge and technology are one of the most important sources of innovation. However, because of their limited resources, firms can not pursue all the promising new knowledge and technology that have possibilities to be developed into critical innovation. In this article, using the stakeholder theory, we try to establish a new conceptual model that can be used for understanding knowledge creation and innovation in society. In a society, there exist diverse socio-economic groups that have conflicting values and interests. Our stakeholder theory perspective on innovation claims that innovation can occur only when new solutions can satisfy their idiosyncratic stakeholders' values and interests better than current existing solutions. From the viewpoint of stakeholder innovation theory, there could be three different types of innovation: value improvement innovation, non -traditional value Innovation, and innovation for non-traditional stakeholders.

This study analyzes actor networks in regional innovation processes with a focus on actors' activities and finds the determinants of the networks, thereby aiming to provide information useful for regional innovation policy makers. To this end, the study conducted a social network analysis of the national R&D projects data and identified the activities of innovation actors. Finding out the network determinants was QAP analysis. The study suggests three main findings as follows. First, a meaningful difference exists in characteristics of innovation activity by region. Second, the network of innovation actors meaningfully differs from region to region. The centrality of the network was found to be high in universities and businesses in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and in public research institutes in Daejeon. There are regions where all the networks of innovative actors are composed of one component, while some regions are not yet established with the network. Finally, although the networks of innovation actors are influenced by the geographical proximity and the size of the R&D fund, it is notable that the previous continuous relationship forms a strong research network.

This paper provides an empirical evidence that the entry of a technology supplier depends on the markets for technology. In particular, using the chemical industry dataset, we test the hypothesis that the number of specialized engineering firms (SEFs) depends on the number of licensors in the market. Moreover, the number of plant investment, which is a market demand shifter is positively related with the entry of the SEFs, while the effect of the GDP pre capita does not have a significant effect on the entry of the SEFs.
