This study focused on the study of the moderating effects of absorptive capacity(AC) of venture firms on the technological innovation performance(TIP). For this purpose, this study analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurship(ENT), innovation competence(INC), external cooperation(EXO) and AC affecting the performance of technological innovation activities in venture companies in the area of Busan. As a result of analysis, the AC showed a role of moderating processes, in which ENT have affected the INC, and ENT, INC, and EXO have affected the TIP. Secondly, several relationships which have positively influenced or mediated, have been presented. ENT has positively influenced INC, EXO, & TIC. INC have done so EXC & TIP. EXC have done so TIP. Each of INC and EXC has been positively mediating the relationship between ENT & TIP.

본 연구는 Kingdon의 다중흐름모형(MSF: Multiple Stream Framework)을 통하여 정부연구개발예산 중 미래성장동력 부문에 대한 예산결정 과정을 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 대통령 의지로 의제가 발기된 정책의제 국가전략프로젝트이며 비합리적 의사결정에 대한 견제수단으로 활용되는 예비타당성조사가 예산의 결정단계로 이어지는 일련의 과정을 살펴보았다. 연구의의는 3개 흐름에서 행해지는 비합리적 의사결정 케이스를 확인하고, 정부 R&D 사업의 예산결정과정에서 온-오프 스위치 역할을 하고 있는 게이트 키퍼(gate keeper)인 사업 평가자(PM), 구체적 사업계획안을 만드는 부처의 사업기획자, 그리고 자문역할을 하는 전문가집단을 정책혁신가로 바라볼 수 있다는 의의를 발견했다. 공공부문의 정책혁신가는 사업을 기획한 부처와 같이 자기(부처)이익을 추구하지는 않지만 공공가치를 추구하는 독립적인 위치에 있었고, 어느 일면에는 과학기술분야의 성장과 발전을 바라고 있었다. 다시 말해, 연구는 정책혁신가라는 존재가 특정한 개인 또는 집단일 뿐만 아니라 2개 집단 이상의 복수의 정책혁신가가 있을 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. 특히, 예비타당성조사에서 PM이 흐름 간의 중개를 상향적 직접적으로 수행하지 않지만, 하향적으로 사업기획자 등 주체들 간 의견을 조정하고 합의를 이끌어 내는 모습은 중요 활동을 하고 있음이 확인되었다. 연구는 정책혁신가의 새로운 형태를 발견하였지만, 정책결정의 전 주기가 아닌 정부예산 이후 국회예산이라는 특정 시기를 대상으로 하였는데, 분석 과정에서 예산과 시간의 제약으로 사업기획을 담당했던 부처 및 기재부공무원, 해당기술 분야 연구자, 국회 관계자 등 관련 주체들의 견해를 고루 담아내지 못한 아쉬움이 있다. 향후 다양한 참여자들의 의견을 수렴할 수 있다면 정책 결정 과정에 정책혁신가의 다층적(Multiple) 존재 여부와 특성을 면밀히 들여다 볼 수 있을 것이다.

This paper is to categorize the innovation patterns of advanced materials technologies Many existing taxonomies of innovation pattern consider the whole of industries and the system sector rather than a specific sector. On the basis of the interactions between materials sector and user sectors, this paper suggests four innovation patterns, push-type material innovation, needs-type materials innovation, push-type process innovation and needs-type process innovation. This categorization of innovation pattern not only provides a new approach to the analysis of materials technology innovation processes but also has many useful implications for policymaking. Suggestions for policymakers of the materials technology are presented.

경영혁신 작업에 대한 연구는 대부분 기술적인 측면과 전략적인 측면이 강조되어 왔고 혁신적인 업무처리 과정에 효율적으로 적응하기 위한 기업의 환경에 대해서는 종종 무 시되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 경영혁신 작업에 영향을 주고 있는 조직·관리적인 요인을 바탕 으로 기존 연구된 한국 및 미국의 핵심 성공요인을 비교 기술한다. 또한, 한국 및 미국기업 경영혁신 작업의 성과를 비교한다. 분석에 사용한 성과 요인들은 업무처리 시간의 단축, 업 무처리 비용의 감소, 직원들이 기술력이나 업무처리 능력의 향상, 양질의 생산처리, 직원들 삶의 질 향상, 고객 만족도 향상 및 요구변화에 대한 적응력 등이다. T-test를 이용하여 분 석한 결과, 모든 작업성과에 대해 미국기업이 한국 기업보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 한국 기업의 경영혁신 과정은 불필요한 업무들을 과감히 폐기한 후 창의적인 업무처리 과정 의 재설계가 필요하다고 판단된다.

This study analyzed the effect of workplace innovation on business performance and labor condition improvement. The study results showed that work process standardization and quality control positively affected business performance. Also, downsizing, reducing individual subcontract, expanding non-core business outsourcing positively affected both business performance and labor condition improvement. In addition, labor union's participation moderated the effect of work process innovation on business performance. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of workplace innovation comprehensively and extending the scope of study to personal employee dimension.

This study notes the impact of technical newness and design newness of new product to adoption process. The author aims to identify how to trigger intention of usage on new products, and test technical newness and design newness of determinants of perceived innovativeness and perceived curiosity and do such constructs that influence intention of usage of consumers as a result of consumer's perception. The main findings are that technical newness and design newness positively influence perceived curiosity, and perceived innovativeness that positively influence intention of usage on the basis of the hypotheses.

This study gave attention to the people who has resistance of the social media that tens to be the use as innovations. Therefore, this study examined the determinant factors of psychological resistance of the social media such as Twitter focused on students as none-users of social media. Total of 268 none-users participated in this study. The results were as follows. First, relative advantage influenced negatively on innovation resistance. Second, perceived complexity influenced significantly not on innovation resistance. Third, perceived risk influenced positively on innovation resistance. Therefore, social media related to social relationship should improve relative advantage, the other way, decrease perceived risk such as defamation and personal attack.

This paper explores the interaction between innovation intermediaries and firms' absorptive capacities and performance from the perspectives of regional innovation system and innovation cluster. This paper is an empirical study for drawing two research questions by examining firms in Daedeok Innopolis. First, does the relationship between firms and innovation intermediaries have a significant effect on the absorptive capacity and performance of the firm? Second, does absorptive capacity mediate the relationship between innovation intermediaries and performance of the firm? According to our analysis, innovation intermediaries have a positive effect on firms' absorptive capacity, as well as innovation and business performance of firms. Also the absorptive capacity plays a significant mediator role in this intermediation process. This paper implies that the firms could expand opportunities and build competitive advantage by fully understanding the innovation process and the interaction between innovation intermediaries and firms in this innovation process.

기업의 기술혁신체제는 크게 기술전략의 수립 및 실행과정과 연구개발시스템의 설계 및 관리 과정으로 나눌 수 있다. 이러한 과정을 통해 기업이 기술 혁신체제를 확보한다는 것은 곧 변화하는 시장에서 지속적인 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 가장 중요한 요인으로 작용하게 된다. 본 논문은 국내 정보통신업체의 기술혁신체제실태 조사결과를 이용하여, 경영전략과 기술전략과의 연계체제에 관한 실증분석을 실시하였다.
