  • Smart City for establishing mutual communication for next-generation digital signage technology attracting attention in the tele screen service is being spread. In recent years, the state of the surrounding circumstances of the user-to-user information such as situation-based, bi-directional communication by collecting and analyzing the possible interactive tele-screen services. This study suggests the value of smart city services platform, standardization trends, domestic, and international marketability analysis information. Tele-screen service technology is able to be a high-level administrative services, and further domestic e-government technology can be spread all over the world.

Secured Authentication Scheme and Charging & Discharging System Operation for Electric Vehicles (정보보호를 고려한 전기자동차 충방전 시스템의 인증과 운영에 관한 연구)

  • With increase of electric vehicle in the road, the number of charging/discharging infrastructure for electric vehicle in public space is also increased rapidly. To charge or discharge the electric vehicle the user of electric vehicle and service provider should verify the each other's identity to minimize security vulnerability. This paper proposes mutual authentication scheme between electric vehicle and charging/discharging service provider with help of hash function and Message Authentication Code(MAC). Also efficient operating scheme for charging/discharging service system is proposed. The analysis shows that the system has robustness against security vulnerability. Also this system can keep the sensitive personal information of service user safely.

  • 본 연구에서는 언택트 시대에 여행 트렌드가 된 차박을 위한 모바일 앱 'GO차박'을 설계하고 구현하였다. 코로나 19로 인해 언택트 문화가 새로운 트렌드로 자리 잡게 되면서 '차박'에 대한 관심이 급격하게 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라 차박에 대한 정보를 찾는 수요자와 정보는 증가하였으나 방대한 정보에 대한 용이한 접근을 제공하고 증가하는 수요자를 만족시킬 수 있는 어플리케이션은 미흡하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 많은 차박 수요자들에게 쉽게 접근하여 차박에 대한 정보를 종합적이고 간편하게 찾아볼 수 있고 서로 정보 공유도 할 수 있는 모바일 앱을 제공하고자 'GO차박'을 개발하게 되었다. 방대한 정보를 다루기 때문에 깔끔한 UI를 구성하였고 Firebase와 NaverSearch API, Naver Map API, OpenWeatherAPI를 사용하여 정보의 정확도를 높이고자 하였다. 본문에서는 차박 앱에 대한 주요 기능들을 설명하고 결론에서는 'GO차박'의 기대 효과와 향후 확장 방향에 대해 제시하고 있다.

  • Seochon('West Village') is located in the west side of Gyeongbokgung(Gyeongbok Royal Palace) inside the old city wall of Seoul. Seochon has beautiful scenic view surrounding Mt. Inwang and has been known as the representative historical and cultural landscape region in Korea that historical and cultural resources are rich. But when the figure of Seochon which has repeated the changes with the ones of the times is considered, values of beauty of natural landscape that Seochon had and its own placeness have not been gradually recognized as it has been swept away in logic of the development on the strength of economics. This study tries to examine the original form of landscape on Seochon which can be the standard of landscape change, the causes and process of its change and possibility to conserve and restore it to recognize potential value about historical culture of Seochon landscape and conserve and protect it. For this, this study compared and analyzed literature including poems and Yusangi, paintings and names of the scenery of the seasons as the landscape texts with the current status. The study result has found that Pilwundae should rehabilitate cultural assets to secure the prospect right and protect neighboring bedrock, Suseong-dong should expand the restoration areas focusing on the projects to make parks which are now being restored, Cheonghwigak and Cheongpunggye areas should restore waterways including historicity which is connected to figures and Seshimdae and Baekun-dong green zone should set the protective area for conservation.

A Study on Utilization Method of the Metaverse in Digital Heritage (디지털 문화유산의 메타버스 활용방안 연구)

  • This study looked at how the digital cultural heritage, which is being actively built by the government and public institutions, can be utilized in the metaverse service. Through an expert interview, we investigated how the digital cultural heritage of Bulguksa can be serviced with the four elements of the metaverse: augmented reality, mirror world, lifelogging, and virtual world. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that when digital cultural heritage is used in a virtual space called metaverse, interactive and realistic services can be provided to users. In addition, it was found that users can exhibit, experience, and educate online parts that are not available in real life in the same situation as if they were in the field. Through this, it was confirmed that if digital cultural heritage is designed as a metaverse service, it can provide functions and services of a different level than before. In particular, the result was obtained that it is possible to provide services considering the characteristics of each of the four elements of the metaverse. First, it is possible to obtain the convenience of augmenting the senses by using augmented reality, and secondly, it is possible to obtain the scalability and efficiency of reproducing the real space by using it as a mirror world element. Third, by using the lifelogging element, communication can be strengthened through the user's record and connection, and fourthly, through the virtual world element, roles and activities in the virtual world can be given to the user. Therefore, if digital cultural heritage is developed as a metaverse service in consideration of these factors, a more active and open experience environment can be provided to users.

  • The meaning and role of science culture based on such values as rational thinking, creativity, critical validation has been growing in the process of discussing various social problems. In order to diffuse science culture, it is important to sustain citizen's activeness by providing contents which can induce interest on the base of two-way communication between public and experts and to support citizen activities performed voluntarily. To that end, various people such as scientist, government policymaker, communicator, those in charge of culture and art, exhibition curator should make up collaboration system and such requirement as motivation, leadership, agreement between the participants, communication, trust relationship is also to be met properly in order to proceed collaboration efficiently. This study reviews how these factors are coming true in governmental project for science culture and develops proposal for improvement on the base of opinions collected through expert meetings, interviews, workshop and data research. In addition, it explains that government must strengthen scientific cultural project personnel and lay infra such as communications hub, regional center, platform and improve the business selection method to promote competition and collaboration among project participants with reformation of reward and regulatory systems. It is performed to suggest comprehensive ways to increase efficiency of project for science culture out of not the deficit model which regard public as passive acceptant but context model or PES(public engagement in science) that take public who focus his attention and participate actively into account.

  • 올해도 어김없이 발렌타인데이가 지났다. 매년 반복되는 발렌타인데이 풍속에 대해 초콜릿을 앞세운 얕은 상술에 불과하다는 시각이 지배적이긴 하지만, 요즘 연인들은 이런 날조차도 멋지게 자신들의 것으로 만들어 내는 센스를 갖추고 있다. 각종 초콜릿 재료와 아기자기한 포장 장식을 사서 직접 초콜릿을 제작, 정성이 가득 담긴 이벤트를 마련하는 기회로 활용하는 부류가 점차 늘고 있다. 어느 누구도 아닌 바로 ‘내’가 사랑하는 사람에게 줄 선물이기 때문에 나만의 초콜릿 선물을 만든다는 것이다. 이러한 문화는 생활 곳곳에서 발견할 수 있다. 목걸이에도 자신 혹은 연인의 이니셜을 숨김없이 드러내는 제품이 나온다. 맞춤 와이셔츠를 주문하고 소매 깃에 자신의 이름을 새기기도 한다. 시장의 한 축은 대중적인 명품을 추구하는 ‘매스티지(Masstige)’를 향하고 있지만, 그 속에서 사람들은 ‘나’만의 특별한 무언가를 찾고자 한다. 이번호에서는 한창 웹상에서 대두되고 있는 ‘개인화’에 대한 이야기와, 이에 대한 모바일에서의 개인화이야기를 다루려고한다.

  • IP 멀티캐스팅은 네트웍을 통한 다자간 화상회의 및 인터넷 생방송 둥 네트웍기반에서 실시간 멀티미디어 데이터를 지정된 대역폭을 사용하여 1:N으로 전송하는 기술로 인터넷문화의 발달과 함께 활발히 연구가 진행되고 있는 분야이다. 본 연구시스템에서는 이와 같은 IP 멀티캐스팅 기술을 이용하여 교육자시스템에서 제공하는 교육용 멀티미디어 데이터를 실시간으로 압축하여 그룹으로 등록된 피교육자 PC에 강제적으로 멀티캐스트 하는 기능을 제공한다. 피교육자는 교육자가 제공하는 교육 미디어를 보기 위해서 별도의 작업을 각자의 PC에서 할 필요가 없으며 교육자의 시스템에 의해 일괄 제어된다. 또한 시스템 유지보수 등에 활용되고 있는 원격 PC제어기술은 그룹 내 등록된 PC를 일괄적으로 동시 통제하여 피교육자의 교육 중 일탈행위를 막고 교육자가 제공하는 교육 내용에 집중하도록 한다. 그밖에 그룹내 피교육자와 교육자간에 양방향으로 대화할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하여 교육효과를 증대하도록 하였다.

  • T-Commerce는 한 마디로 TV를 통한 e-commerce이다. 그러나 단어가 주는 간단함과는 달리 기존의 e-commerce나 m-Commerce가 가졌던 전통적 상거래 개념으로부터의 혁명성을 한 차원 더 뛰어넘는 엄청난 잠재력과 변화력을 가지고 있는 새로운 개념이자 현상이다. 즉, e-commerce가 갖고 있는 개별성, 즉시성, 상호작용성, 다매체성의 장점 위에 욕구의 충동성, 편의성 및 고감도성이 결합된 새로운 경제문화행위 방식이라 할 수 있다. 우리에게 너무도 친숙한 TV방송의 디지털화를 통한 방송과 통신의 융합현상으로 방송 산업의 형태도 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 확대는 데이터 방송의 양방향 서비스인 T-Commerce에 대한 새로운 서비스를 가능하게 하는 기술과 성공적인 사업모델에 대한 실질적인 준비가 전제되어야만 가능하다. 본 고에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델과 전략에 따른 기술에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

Ideal Maternal Behaviors as Viewed by Professionals in Three Different Cultures : Korea, the United States, and France (한·미·불 전문가의 시각에서 본 영아기 이상적인 모성행동)

  • This study investigated characteristics and types of ideal maternal behaviors in three different cultures : Korea, the United States, and France. The 18 experts from each of the 3 cultures who participated in this study had knowledge and experience related to infant development and parenting. Based on the principles of Q-methodology, the experts sorted 40 Q-items representing maternal behavior related to infancy. After rating each item on a scale from "least desirable" to "most desirable" maternal behaviors, the experts described their reasons for the classification. Results identified some clear similarities and differences among cultures. pooled responses yielded 3 types of ideal maternal behaviors: perfective, child centered, and realistic perspective.
