Constructing Spatial Data Warehouse for Forest Information Standardization Service of Municipal Governments (지자체 산림정보 표준화 서비스를 위한 공간 데이터웨어하우스 구축)

  • Recently the integration and development of ST(Spatial Technology) and forest geographic information have been used very efficiently for the forest administration. However, even though many application system related to forest information have been developed and improved, there are still paper based inventories management and hand work for data construction and upgrade. In this study the forest information warehouse, which is mapped and managed at work-site operations, was constructed based GIS technology so that the standardization and consistency of current data could be acquired in real time. In addition, these thematic maps were conducted on high resolution satellite images and managed in web based forest information data warehouse form and finally shared through Internet for the very first-line administration officials. This study shows that the forest information standardization service of municipal governments very first time in the Korea and provides the unified decision making support and enterprise formed forest database so that is expected to be the very successful sample to suggest the prototype of national forest spatial data infrastructure.

  • Building related information is one of the most important framework data for the management of local government. However, building related registers have its own characteristics and problems, it have limitation to be used as an important data. Those situations are obstacle for the efficient and scientific urban management in the information era. This research focused on three aspects first, analyzed characteristics and problems of building related registers, second, set the direction to improve accuracy of building related information, and finally suggested solution to improve the accuracy of building information according to its problem type. This research contributes to set detail guideline to improve building related information, which could be immediately used in local government for the systematic urban management.

The Effect of Mothers' Nationality on the Complete Health Screening of Infants and Children (영유아 어머니의 국적이 영유아 건강검진 완전 수검에 미치는 영향)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of mother's nationality on screening rates for infants and children health screening. We intend to find out if there is a difference in health level between infants of multicultural families and infants of domestic families, and contribute to policies to enhance future national health levels by providing information on them. Methodology: Data for those who received the first infant and children health screening between 2012 and 2018 were obtained from the National Health Insurance Service(NHIS) DB. Frequency analysis, chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were performed with the SAS 9.4 program, and the case where all the 1st to 3rd checkups were completed was defined as type I, and the case of all the 1st to 7th checkups completed, type II. Findings: Complete screening rates for type I and type II were 45.8% and 20.0%, respectively. Especially, complete screening rate of infants whose mothers nationality is foreign is only 3-4th of that of domestic mothers, and it also differed according to nationality. Practical Implications: The difference in the screening rate according to the mother's nationality is likely to lead to a health gap between multicultural families and domestic families. It is necessary to promote and encourage proper monitoring and health management through continuous health screening for infants and children.

  • 21세기 지식정보화사회로 접어들어 GIS가 부각됨에 따라 GIS의 활성화를 위한 기본지리 정보에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 기본지리정보를 관리 감독하는 국토지리정보원에서는 2000년부터 기본지리정보구축에 관한 연구 등을 수행하여, 기본지리정보의 범위 선정과 데이터모델 표준화가 이루어 졌으며, 기본지리정보 유통과 구축에 필요한 생산사양이 이루어짐에 따라 기본지리정보의 품질 및 활용성에 대한 검토가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 시설물분야 기본지리정보 생산사양에 따른 기본지리정보를 3단계에 걸쳐 구축하였으며 기 구축된 교통, 수자원, 행정경계 기본지리정보와 통합하여 활용성 평가를 수행하였다.

  • 본 논문은 PDA를 이용한 불법주정차 단속시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 논의한다. 향후, 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 무선 인터넷 서비스는 PDA 단말기를 이용하여 언제, 어디서나 업무처리가 가능하게 되고, 사용자들은 어느 장소에서나 최신의 정보 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 편리한 시대를 실현시켜 줄 것이다. 특히, 이러한 서비스를 위한 미디어 타입도 텍스트뿐 아니라 카메라 이미지, 동영상과 같은 디지털 자료를 이용함으로써 업무 서비스의 획기적인 개선이 예상되고 있다. 본 논문은 현행의 주정차 단속에 대해서 분석하고 그 문제점을 토대로 이동 중의 교통행정 시스템을 설계하여 보았다. 현행 주정차 단속의 문제점의 보안을 위해 주정차 단속 정보를 DB로 구축하고 관리하는 시스템을 설계하는 것을 주된 연구의 내용으로 한다. 특히, 이동 중의 단속자를 위한 PDA 기반의 클라이언트 소프트웨어를 설계함과 아울러, 서버 측에서는 자바 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 소프트웨어를 이용하여 상호 이질적인 환경에서의 소프트웨어 설계를 시도하였다.

  • By recent advances in the information management tools, Education Softwares and Study Wares.are rapidly developed and distributed over the Internet very fast. As Education Administrative Information systems are developed, information generated from the education field is growing large and fast. In this paper, we suggest a method of efficiently storing and retrieving such information in the large data basis, in real time. We also demonstrate an information system by the proposed method.

  • 본 연구는 사전재해영향성 평가제도의 개선 방안을 제안하기 위해 환경영향성평가의 연혁 변화 및 DB 구축 시스템에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 재해 사전 분석의 이론적 개념을 분석하여 사전재해영향성 평가제도의 이론적 개념을 살펴보았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사전재해영향성 평가의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사전재해영향성 평가의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제안하였고, 또한 사전재해영향성평가 문제점을 환경영향성평가 비교 분석을 통해서 사전재해 영향성평가 개선방안을 제안하였다. 개선방안으로 첫째 정책적 개선안으로 행정계획 지침 분리, 소규모 개발 사업 간소화 등을 제안하였다. 둘째 기술적 개선안으로 통합관리시스템 개발, 사후재해영향성검토제 도입을 제안하였다.

  • 각 정보시스템에서 생산되는 주택과 관련된 통계 데이터는 정교한 예측과 판단이 요구되는 주택시장에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 현재 정보시스템의 데이터를 기반으로 주택통합DB와 주택통합 플랫폼을 개발하고 있으며, 추후 주택시장의 합리적이고 과학적인 정책을 수립할 수 있는 기반이 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건축행정시스템(세움터)와 주택공급통계정보시스템(HIS)를 대상으로 정보시스템 고도화 현황을 알아보고 개선방안을 제시한 예시를 소개하고자 한다.

  • Following the technology developments of traffic network and communication for the wide area, the importance of the cooperation system to vitalize the wide area economy is increasing. Therefore, in this study, DongNam Kwon industry information system is established for the industrial information sharing based on GIS in the DongNam Kwon wide area economy. The DongNam Kwon is an industrial integration area centered with the manufacturing so that the operation of effective industrial cluster and cooperation systems are required across the administrational boundaries. To establish the database of the information, the information system was established utilizing already established industrial databases in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam. But, various issues caused by the discordances among the data of each local government and the insufficiency of GIS based location information have been found. According to the analysis, the standardization considering the courses of collection, distributions and utilization are required immediately to solve the issues. This study establishes an 2-way industrial information system enabling the information creation and the phased approach between the administrator and the user in the bi-directions on the web by utilizing cadastral and numerical maps. The result of this study would have a meaning in providing a fundamental frame for cooperative responses and cooperation system for DongNam Kwon's industrial promotion using industrial information sharing.

  • Worldwide casualties caused by earthquakes, floods, fire or other disaster has been increasing. So many researchers are being actively done technical studies to ensure golden-time. In this paper if a disaster occurs, use the IoT technologies in order to secure golden-time and transmits the message after to find the user of the accident area first. When the previous job is finished, gradually finds a user of the surrounding area and transmits the message. For national emergency information, OPEN API of Korea Meteorological Administration was used. To collect detailed information on a relevant area in real time, this study established the system that connects and integrates Crowd Sensing technology with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) Beacon technology. Up to now, the CBS based on base station has been applied. However, this study designed and mapped DB in the integration of Beacon based user positioning and national administrative address system in order to estimate local users. In this experiment, the accuracy and speed of information dif6fusion algorithm were measured with a rise in the number of users. The experiments were conducted in a manner that increases the number of users by one thousand and was measured the accuracy and speed of the message spread transfer algorithm. Finally, became operational in less than one second in 20,000 users, it was confirmed that the notification message is sent.
