Mutiagent based on Attacker Traceback System using SOM (SOM을 이용한 멀티 에이전트 기반의 침입자 역 추적 시스템)

  • The rapid development of computer network technology has brought the Internet as the major infrastructure to our society. But the rapid increase in malicious computer intrusions using such technology causes urgent problems of protecting our information society. The recent trends of the intrusions reflect that the intruders do not break into victim host directly and do some malicious behaviors. Rather, they tend to use some automated intrusion tools to penetrate systems. Most of the unknown types of the intrusions are caused by using such tools, with some minor modifications. These tools are mostly similar to the Previous ones, and the results of using such tools remain the same as in common patterns. In this paper, we are describing design and implementation of attacker-traceback system, which traces the intruder based on the multi-agent architecture. The system first applied SOM to classify the unknown types of the intrusion into previous similar intrusion classes. And during the intrusion analysis stage, we formalized the patterns of the tools as a knowledge base. Based on the patterns, the agent system gets activated, and the automatic tracing of the intrusion routes begins through the previous attacked host, by finding some intrusion evidences on the attacked system.

  • 본 연구는 연결어미가 글 이해와 기억에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 연결어미의 효과와 글읽기 능력과는 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 조사하기 위해 실시되었다. 연결어미로는 인과 관계와 부가 관계를 나타내는 연결어미가 사용되었다. 앞뒤에 제시되는 두 문장의 국소적 응집성(Local coherence)을 형성하는데 연결어미가 도움을 준다면, 연결어미가 있는 경우에 문장을 이해하는 속도가 빨라지고 글 내용을 기억하는 데에도 도움을 줄 것으로 예측하였다. 만일에 글읽기 능력이 연결어미를 적절히 사용할 수 있는 능력에 의해서도 영향을 받는다면, 연결어미의 출현 여부와 읽기 능력간에 상호작용이 있을 것으로 예측하였다. 실험 1에서는 인과 관계 연결어미를 사용하여 문장 읽기 시간에 연결어미의 출현이 미치는 효과와 문장 회상에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 실험 결과, 인과 관계 연결어미는 뒤의 문장을 읽는데 촉진적인 효과를 주었으며, 이런 연결어미의 효과는 읽기 능력에 관계없이 일관된 촉진 효과를 나타냈다. 또한, 연결어미의 출현은 문장의 회상에 도움을 주었으며, 연결어미가 문장 회상에 미치는 효과는 읽기 능력의 상하에 관계없이 일관되게 나타났다. 실험 2에서는 부가 관계 연결어미가 문장 읽기 시간과 회상에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 실험 결과. 부가 관계 연결어미 역시 인과 관계 연결어미와 유사한 형태의 효과를 보였다. 실험 1과 실험 2의 결과는 인과 관계와 부가 관계 연결어미가 앞뒤 문장의 응집성 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 주고, 이런 연결어미의 글읽기에 대한 효과는 글읽기 능력에 관계없이 일정하다는 것을 시사한다.건이 복합 명사의 중심어 선택과 의미 결정에 재활용 될 수 있으며, 병렬말뭉치에 의해 반자동으로 구축되는 의미 대역 패턴을 사용하여 데이터 구축의 어려움을 개선하고자 한다. 및 산출 과정에 즉각적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 이러한 정보들은 현재 구축중인 세종 전자사전에도 직접 반영되고 있다.teness)은 언화행위가 성공적이라는 것이다.[J. Analysis of Visitor's Satisfaction Factors and Determinants in Naejangsan National Park, Korea (내장산국립공원의 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing the practical park management. For this, satisfaction degree, satisfaction factors and estimated model by satisfaction variables of visitors analyzed through a questionnaire survey in Naejangsan National Park, Korea. In the evaluation of the satisfaction, variables of 'Lack of public facility'. 'Lack of use program', 'Lack of facility to stay' 'Charge of user fee, parking fee' and 'Exorbitant pay' at Naejangsan park office and 'Charge of user fee, parking fee', 'Lack of use program' and 'Lack of facility to stay' at Baekam park office was more unsatisfied than any other variable. Satisfaction factors by Factor Analysis were loaded with 'Facility management' at Naejangsan park office(34.3%) and 'user management' at Baekam park office(45.6%) by the highest contribution degree. In estimated model of satisfaction by Multiple Regression Analysis showed in order of 'damage of trail', 'Lack of commercial facility', and 'Littering problem' at Naejangsan park office and 'damage of cultural and historic resource', 'Lack of commercial facility', 'Touting' at Baekam park office. So, Naejangsan National Park needed intensive management policy and institutional apparatus for facility management and user education.

  • The requirement for QoS (Quality of Service) has become an important Issue as real-time or high bandwidth services are increasing, such as Internet Telephony, Internet broadcasting, and multimedia service etc. In order to guarantee the QoS of Internet application services, several approaches are being sought including IntServ (Integrated Service) DiffServ(Differentiated Srvices), and MPLS(Multi-Protocol Label Switching). In this paper, we describe the performance analysis of QoS guarantee mechanism using the DiffServ. To analyze how the DiffServ performance was affected by diverse input traffic models and the weight value in WFQ(Weighted Fair Queueing), we simulated and performed performance evaluation under a random, bursty, and self-similar input traffic models and for diverse input parameters. leased on the results of performance analysis, it was confirmed that significant difference exist in packet delay and loss depending on the input traffic models used. However, it was revealed that QoS guarantee is possible to the EF (expedited Forwarding) class and the service separation between RF and BE (Best Effort) classes may also be achieved. Next, we discussed the performance synthesis problem. (i. e. derived the conservation laws for a DiffServ networks, and analysed the performance variation and dynamic behavior based on the resource allocation (i.e., weight value) in WFQ.

  • Since people have come to access more and more information about products with the proliferation of the Internet, more and more customer-to-customer e-marketplaces are being introduced with rapidly increasing transaction volumes. As the role of customer-to-customer electronic commerce has become increasingly regarded as vital to the economy, much research has delved into developing intelligent agent systems to efficiently support customer-to-customer electronic commerce. Most of this research, however, has focused only on supporting simple negotiation for the price of common goods along the time span. To expand the negotiation object to the differentiated goods, the customer must be allowed to negotiate over multi-at-tributes of the product besides the price, including the attributes related to the transaction activity itself, such as delivery time and payment method. To satisfy this requirement, we propose an agent marketplace for differentiated goods where the agent of a customer can negotiate not only the price but also the various attributes of the product and the transaction in order to achieve a better utility level for both buyer and seller. The formal protocol and the architecture issues to support the proposed e-marketplace and agents are also addressed.

The temptation of the slippery slope argument: A research of its nature (미끄러운 경사길 논증의 유혹: 그 실체의 탐구)

  • The slippery slope argument means that if we accept a type of action A, we are committed to accepting B, C and eventually N. Then, N is situation which we must not accept morally. It works causal mechnism that B because A is raised, C because B is raised. But in the logic textbooks and treatises, the slippery slope argument is classified as fallacy. The reason is that the argument is not a causal argument. Actually, it is a probable. Also it is argued that the argument is wrong because it fears about the future extremely. But We can not say all slippery slope argument is fallacy even though a slippery slope argument is sometimes fallacy. I think it is persuasive argument in a significant place. Therefore I argue that the argument is not simple logic as a form of thinking, but practical reasoning applied the context of dialogue. So in order to find it to be practical reasoning we demand the new understanding to fallacy theory. In traditionally, fallacy is defined to wrong reasoning logically, but according to Walton, fallacy means a verbal tactic or deceptive trick that can be used to cause someone to fall down in argument. That is to say, whether or not the argument is successful depends on how it uses as argument tactic in a given context of dialogue. Therefore I argue that whether or not the argument is successful, because of it is practical problem used in a context of dialogue, is to be approached to pragma and dialectical method, not semantic.

  • Myazedi Quadrilingual Stone Inscription of Myanmar, inscribed to the World Heritage List in 2015, is a rare historical artifact which has an exact date of inscription. It is a written record that displays the history, religion, and culture of Myanmar. Since the surface of the Stone Inscription has been rubbed with ink many times during the process of making printed copies for interpretation and academic research, it has developed a serious stain problem. Therefore, scientific analysis of the stain and research on the treatment for its removal have been conducted. In particular, an experiment was conducted on stain removal using laser cleaning and chemical treatment. The stains are mostly ink dirt, which accumulated from previous ink-rubbing processes. In order to conduct the experiment under similar conditions, a sample with similar stain has been reproduced, and a set of different conditions for treatment was applied to the sample to determine an effective solution. Laser cleaning was found to be effective in removing stains from most samples. However, chemical treatment showed different results. The physical friction method using ethanol provided the best result. In conclusion, laser cleaning is an effective universally-applicable technique but chemical treatment with laser cleaning can be considered an alternative method in certain situations.

  • Out of all the possible actions that can be taken to respond to greenhouse gas reduction, including development of greenhouse gas reduction technology, infrastructure, actions to improve energy saving and efficiency, and offset with carbon emission reductions (CERs), this study shall focus on the investment on CERs. This study will take a look at risks involved with investing in CERs such as UN registration refusal risk and CERs price fluctuation, and will design risk management model which shall be verified. The goal of this paper is to provide optimized CERs investment strategies for different types of investors, such as general trading companies seeking for investment opportunities and financial companies with plans for green products development and investment by preparation for carbon market. It is expected that the global competitiveness of domestic financial companies shall be improved by taking actions on carbon market instead of previous passive response to climate change and that Korea, the number two Carbon Emissions supplier and number one derivatives market in terms of volume, shall be able to lead the worldwide carbon market.

  • In Korea MVNO was introduced in 2011 when twenty seven years had passed since Korea Mobile Telecom started mobile phone service in 1984. Whithout having its frequency bands and network facilities MVNO can resell the mobile telecom services to the consumers by purchasing MNO's service. That can bring competition more efffective that can lower communication costs through the alternatives. In the early 2000s, the need for the introduction of the MVNO has been raised already by scholars in Korea. But it wasn't until the late 2000s, rate cuts appeared to be a major policy issue, and in 2011 Korean government begin to try to introduce its own MVNO's. In may 2014, MVNO's mobile communication market share reached 6%, but Korea dose not have a firm system yet. However, if government authorities did not insist 3 mobile telecom companies system and recognize global MVNO flow quickly the national cost would be significantly reduced. In the mean time mobile telecom companies have maintained similar billing system and level of service but competed to attract consumers only. It looks like some level of mutual collision and the government cannot help recognizing the situation but it did not do any effective policy improvement effort and government only levied penalties.

  • Among global K-pop fandoms Chinese fandom is a longtime and very strong consumer power in the K-pop industry due to its adjacent geographical location and low cultural barriers. Yet, there is a significant lack of research on Chinese K-pop fandom; most of what is available is from the producers' points of view. Research that explores the position and experience of Chinese fans, who are both mass audience and consumers, is slow to emerge. Thus, there is a need for systematic and careful study of Chinese K-pop fandom. In this research, we conducted a phenomenological study of the experience of Chinese fans of K-pop culture. We conducted participatory observation and in-depth interviews (including a FGI) with Chinese superintendents and active participants in Chinese K-pop fan clubs and fan pages. We then coded the data, following the theory of fandom developed by scholars such as Fiske (1992), and analyzed the phenomenon of Chinese K-pop fandom from the frame of the overall societal environment. We considered the psychological and behavioral characteristics of Chinese fans and the influences they receive from their turbulent social environments. We also considered the expectations of and opinions on the development of K-pop culture from their perspective. Based on our findings, the significant role and influence of independent fans and interdependent fandom in the development of K-pop culture and industry are identified. Finally, we emphasize that the role as facilitators of K-pop agencies is critical in the establishment of communication and trust between fans, K-pop artists, and the agencies.
