For this study, real estate brokerage services to customers how to evaluate quality factors and quality factors important for studying about what is preferred. Real estate brokerage service quality factors, the expertise of brokers, dealers sales skills, a sense of responsibility of traders, brokerage firm's position, whether or not participating were chosen franchise. Looking at the findings, and customer service quality factors, the five kinds of real estate brokers a sense of responsibility to be the most important quality factors were analyzed as a favorite, followed by the expertise of brokers, sales skills brokers, brokerage firm's presence, a franchise analysis of whether the order has been participating. Kon Satoshi is a representative animation film director who explores human's intrinsic self-identity based on ambivalence and delivers a message for self-reflection of entity. The aim of this study is to analyze the persona of character according to the way how a self incorporates with another self in his film; that is to say, how a mask of the personality expresses and realizes itself from the perspectives of the Jung's analytical psychology. The persona, defined as the upmost external personality, involves social behavior playing a specific role to establish constant relationship with others in a society. With increasing demand in a society, individuals get to adapt to outer environment by playing his/her given role in various masks of personality. In this way, although persona acts as a major function in relationship with outer world, it would exert a negative influence on formation of self-identity because of the inconsistency between consciousness and unconsciousness when immersed only in mask of personality, complying excessively with the demand of group. However, persona does not always have a negative effect on relationships. Developed adequately to fulfill its social function, persona is helpful to establish a healthy self-identity with balanced control between inner world of unconsciousness and outer world of consciousness. From these perspectives, this study can identify how the desire of mask hidden inside of each character expresses to function in a positive or negative way by analyzing characters in the film according to integrated pattern and correlation between consciousness and unconsciousness. Additionally, I hope that the psychological research methods in this study will be full of help for interpreting on a character analysis as a theoretical approach.

Purpose: To identify the relationship between care worker's awareness of human rights and the compliance of caring behaviors among long-term care workers, and to identify factors affecting compliance with caring behaviors. Methods: Using self-report questionnaires, data were collected from 153 long-term care workers between October 4th and October 20th, 2019. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Results: The data indicate a difference in awareness of human rights according to: the careers of care workers, the possession of other health care-related licenses, and the perceived needs of human rights education. The data also indicate a difference in the compliance of caring behaviors according to: gender, family care experience, and dementia care experience. The factors influencing compliance of caring behaviors, according to the study, are gender (β=.19, p=.009), family care experience (β=.19, p=.023), and human rights (β=.38, p<.001). It was found that 23% could explain the compliance of caring behaviors. Conclusion: Long term care workers were found to have a higher level of the compliance of caring behaviors as their awareness of human rights increased. In order to increase the compliance of caring behaviors among long-term care workers, more educational programs on human rights should be provided.

치과마취학의 교육목표는 치과치료 시 적절한 환자평가와 함께 동통 및 불안을 관리하기 위한 약품선택과 치과치료를 위한 흡입법과 정맥주사를 이용한 의식하진정법과 언제, 어떻게, 어디로 전신마취를 의뢰하는지를 알아야 할 사항과 특히 의학적 병력을 가진 환자와 특별한 관리가 필요한 소아 노인 장애인의 전반적 이해와 치료 전 전신적 환자평가를 할 수 있는 능력과 치과진료 중 일어날 수 있는 의료적 응급 상황과 치과응급상황을 식별하고 인공소생술을 포함한 치과 치료 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 의학적 응급상황들에 적절한 관리를 할 수 있어야 한다. 치의학교육의 최소한의 질 보장을 위한 국가적 수준의 치과의사 역량체계를 구축함으로써 치의학교육의 질 향상을 위한 치과대학(원)의 변화를 자극하고, 치과의료와 의료인력의 질적 증진 및 치과의료행위의 최소수준을 보장하는데 있다. 하지만 현행 국가고시에 있어 치과마취과학은 구강외과 과목에 포함되어 위 기술한 치과마취과학의 교육목표를 달성하는 데 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 국가수준의 치의학교육의 질에 대해 제고하고 학교의 교육과정 변화와 개선에 적용하고 국시원의 새로운 과목의 도입과 실기시험을 통하여 치과마취과학의 교육목표를 달성하는 데 목적이 있다.

This study aims to analyzed the treatment factors in the reading activities in order to examine the possibility for such factors to applied to the actual life of the old, and sought for the utilization and direction of the reading program that is presented as the treatment and prevention of the emotional problems of the old people. Considering such circumstances, involving in reading activities improves the quality of the old people's life by meeting their internal desire by themselves and giving the meaning to their life with creativity. In addition, the reading activities helps the old people to express in-depth conflicts, emotion, desire and thinking that they are routinely experiencing, thus leading to the treatment of their agony, trauma, and pain. In such sense, it is very meaningful for the elderly to be joined in any reading activities.

수의사들은 수캐와 고양이를 구입하기전 수캐의 번식력에 대한 검사를 요청 받을 때가 가끔 있다. 미국의 경우 Kennel club 지침에서는 7개월 보다 어린 개 또는 12세 이상된 개를 종견으로 등록할때는 번식력에 대한 소견서 혹은 증명서를 제출하여야만 한다고 되어있다. 번식력 검사에는 수캐의 완전한 병력을 수집해야하며 병력으로 과거 상처, 질병, 예방접종, 투약상태, 고환이 음낭으로 하강한 상태, 년령, 음낭부종 또는 외상의 발생상태 등이 포함되어야한다. 또한 애완동물의 가계에 대한 번식력에 대해서도 찾아보도록 노력해야 한다. 환축을 검사하기전 병력을 축주에 문의하는 것도 하나의 좋은 방법이다. 건강한 수컷이 암캐와 교미를 하지 못할 경우에는 번식관리의 검사에 세심한 주의를 기우려야 한다. 또한 산자의 최종출생일, 산자수, 교미회수, 번식시킨 암컷의 수, 교미형태, 수컷의 성욕 및 승가행위 등에 과한 것들을 조사해야 할 것이다. 이러한 병력으로 수컷은 항상 불임성을 최초에 불임성을 보였는지 또는 저임성을 보였는지를 알수있게 된다. 새끼를 낳아보지 못한 개와 고양이는 선천적으로 불임이 되고 이러한 수컷도 예후는 불량하다. 개와 고양이가 과거에 새끼를 임신한 경험이 없다면 생식기의 전염성 또는 염증과 관련이 있을 수도 있다. 축주는 개 인공수정을 하기 위하여 정액을 채취할 때 물, 소독약 및 윤활제 등으로 인하여 정자의 사멸을 의식하지 못하고 있기 때문에 채취방법을 상세하게 설명하여 주어야 한다. 또한 암컷의 번식문제에 대해서도 상세하게 검사하여야 하며 개와 고양이가 불임되는 가장 흔한 이유는 번식관리에 문제점이 있으며, 이와 같은 경우에는 암컷을 검사하기 전에 수컷을 검사하는 것이 중요하다. 수컷의 검사는 사진으로도 용이하므로 비용도 절감되나 암컷은 생식기관을 검사하여야 되기 때문에 많은 경비가 든다. 그러나 번식력의 유일한 증거는 태아를 생산하는 것이며 많은 다른 검사 방법으로 평가 할 수도 있으나 번식력을 증명할 수는 없다.

This study tried to examine the transfiguration process of cable broadcasting business in the early 1960s of Korea. Especially, on the basis of a critical mind of examining autonomy of cable broadcasting operator as agent, this paper examined not only the technical and financial business management, and the drawing up of a program, but also business plans of the National Cable Broadcasting Association in initial establishment time of 1960s.

우리나라는 1991년 동물에 대한 학대행위 방지 등 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리하기 위하여 필요한 규정을 만들어 동물의 생명과 그 안전을 보호하고, 생명의 존중 등 국민의 정서 함양에 이바지하게 함을 목적으로 '동물보호법'을 제정하였다. 그러나 당시 법에서는 반려동물과 실험동물을 대상으로 한 동물학대 금지 및 유기동물 등에 대한 조치와 동물을 교육 학술연구 및 기타 과학적 목적으로 이용시 고통을 주지 않토록 하는 내용을 규정하고 있다. 그 후 우리 국민의 동물보호 복지에 대한 관심과 의식수준이 점차적으로 향상되면서 국민들의 요구에 따라 그 간 수차례 법령을 개정하였고, 2008년에 전면 개정된 법령에는 반려동물과 실험동물뿐아니라 농장동물에 대하여도 동물학대 금지 및 해당 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리토록하는 동물보호 복지 개념을 도입하게 되었다. 우리가 이처럼 농장동물복지에 대해 초보단계에 있는 것과 달리, 이미 세계동물보건기구(OIE) 및 동물복지 선진국은 농장동물복지 정책에 대해 많은 기준을 만들고 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 또한 한-EU FTA 협상과정에서 EU측이 농장동물복지를 의제화 할 것을 요구하는 등 국가간 통상에서도 농장동물 복지가 중요한 이슈로 작용하고 있어 이 분야에 대한 깊은 관심과 정책개발이 필요하다고 하겠다. 따라서 일반 국민뿐아니라 축산업계에서도 '과연 농장동물복지란 무엇인가'에 대한 궁금증과 더불어 '국내 소비자 및 축산농가에 큰 부담을 주지 않을까'하는 우려를 하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 동물복지란 무엇인가에 대하여 간략히 알아보고, 농장동물 복지에 대한 국제동향 및 국내정책의 방향에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.

이 글은 황우석 사태에 대한 기존의 연구들이 황우석 사태에 대한 정의도 뚜렷이 내리지 않고 그 용어를 쓰고 있으며, 아울러 황우석 사태를 대체로 한국적 후진성을 반영하는 현상으로 묘사하는 것은 나름대로 수긍할만한 측면이 없는 것은 아니지만, 황우석 사태를 올바로 이해하는 데 있어 걸림돌이 될 수 있다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 황우석 사태는 여성들의 난자들에 대한 비윤리적 사용 의혹에서 비롯되어 논문조작 의혹이 제기되고 그 의혹들이 맞는 것으로 밝혀지는 일련의 과학적 부정행위 규명과, 그 과정에서 논문조작이 밝혀졌음에도 불구하고 대중들이 보여준 황우석에 대한 비이성적 지지 현상 모두를 의미하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 황우석 사태를 이렇게 정의할 때, 우리는 황우석 사태가 세계적으로 볼 때 보편적 성격과 특수적 성격 모두를 지니고 있다고 평가할 수 있다. 한편으로 논문조작에 초점을 두고 황우석 사태를 보면 황우석 사태는 한국만의 현상이 아니라 세계사적 보편성을 지니고 있다고 할 수 있는데, 그 구조적 원인으로는 과학자간 경쟁의 격화와 업적주의의 강화를 들 수 있다. 다른 한편으로 논문조작이 밝혀졌음에도 불구하고 황우석에 대한 대중들의 열광적인 지지가 지속되었던 점에 초점을 두고 황우석 사태를 보면 황우석 사태는 다른 나라들에서는 그 유례를 찾을 수 없는 한국적 현상이라고 할 수 있는데, 그 현상의 근원에는 대체로 한국인들이 지니고 있는 한의 정서가 자리 잡고 있다고 할 수 있다.
